Bro lowkey I’m legit obsessed with powerpuff girls all over again like I’ve probably read all the fanfics that ao3 has to OFFER okay I’m legit just sitting here waiting on my ass for a story update from sbj and littlemiss23 since I literally fell INLOVE with the way they portray the ppg and rrb

Like I being genuine okay I’m just gonna do a headcanon drop here because I need breaks between studying otherwise my head is going to melt off and Instagram isn’t a good alternative.

The reds

Brick definitely loathed blossom till 10th grade (sophomore) like I feel like it’s a given since i read somewhere that brick was actually pretty smart but just acted dumb because he thought it was cool but I am so sure that he literally started actually studying in freshmen years just because everyone was like “blossom is so smart” “isn’t brick blossoms counterpath? Clearly the smarts lie on one end” or something like that and then just proceeded to study his ass off for one test and it just became normal for him to have competitive scores with blossom

ALSO LIKE THE TROPE WHERE THE ROWDYRUFFS JUST DISAPPEAR??? I LOVE THAT SHITOKAY like bro imagine the rowdy ruffs just randomly disappear once (they just moved out of town and started living with him instead of mojo Jojo since him wanted to strengthen the boys enough so that they could kill the power puff girls) and when they come back the ppg are just in total and utter chaos like dude best fanfic shit ever I’m not even lying

Brick and blossom wouldn’t get along at ALL okay like in the beginning it would be like they’d just look at eachother in the hallway and one side of the hall way would increase in temperature and the other side would decrease legit every student in that hallway would evacuate INSTANTLY

But they’d probably warm up to eachother after like the first semester and would be equally petty but wouldn’t feel threatened to command each others siblings if someone was out of line and the other would respect eachother to do it like it’d be a mutual thing definitely

SENIOR YEAR WOOHOO that shit busted up okay like this the year brick and blossoms shits actually haywire with college applications to weird feelings with eachother that neither of them want to discuss (they eventually do because of the blues)

By the mid of senior year I feel like they finally come to realize that the other has feelings for eachother but are too stuck up and arrogant to say it first (blossom does it definitely)

Also with brick I feel like with his time living with him I don’t think him could be considered a parent on paper so they live with Sara bellum instead and she’d be the surrogate parent for the boys and they boys actually love sara a lot since she respects their boundaries and they respect hers but I’m so sure there would be one time where boomer unconsciously called sara mom and at first it was a shock to everyone and and brick and Butch probably made fun about it for some time but after a while “ma” became a very common occurrence at home when she’d come home late from work and the boys would help her around the house and stuff brick probably didn’t want to get attached to her at first but she grew on him pretty fast with how nice she was (him would train the boys and Sara would teach them how to be gentlemen) so technically the boys had two moms that way?? Idk

Brick and blossom definitely still argued a lot as a couple like there ain’t no way two ambitious, arrogant as fuck and “I do what I want” bimbos would be getting along all merrily they’d definitely get into fights but they would quiet down when brick or blossom would realize whose mistake it really is and would just let the other lecture the other with complaints occasionally but nevertheless

These two sometimes I can’t see as a couple more as occasional besties or occasional flirties but I get the ship bro trust me I do they’re probably my favorite after the greens (sorry blues I’m not a very hopeless romantic trope enjoyer 😔😔)
