Jomo Momo created them to be friends for the Punks, to "redeem them through the power of love"

The Rowdyruffs are misogyny personified and live to kill the Powerpuffs, so the Rowdyrads are BORN SIMPS who live to kiss the Powerpunks! [They won't explode, they just can't ever seem to make it happen]

They are well-intentioned but have no understanding of what the Powerpunks go through, like normal sheltered kids in a nice house meeting very very troubled foster kids who know the depths of evil.

In my Viletown AU, Brute is the leader of the Punks for specific reasons, she basically bullied her way into the spot. Bold was originally the Rowdyrad leader, but when they realized Brute wouldn't even LOOK at Brave unless he was some kind of leader, the brothers unanimously, immediately, decided to make Brave the leader instead.

They're skater themed and actually quite weak, probably the weakest trio of the four. They don't explode, the Powerpunks just beat them to death eventually. But they come back, resurrected by...HER!!!
