I decided to take a few days to reflect on my mistakes and then start posting again.
1. I discovered I am a food addict
1. I discovered I am a food addict because I lack self control when it comes to saying No to unhealthy foods.
I discovered that I was a food addict when I found myself nearly in tears purchasing a monstrously delicious bag load of food from the vending machine at work.
I just couldn’t help myself. I asked myself why am I like this.
I was hit with an epiphany I have been lying to myself. I matter how many healthy things I eat. I am dishonest about what I consume. I often go over my budget when it comes to food. I consume more food than I should. I find it nearly impossible to say no to junk food.
When I eat junk food I experience feelings of happiness and joy. It feels fun. It feels good.when I don’t get to eat food I experience frustration maybe a little bit of sadness.
I want to live a healthy lifestyle. I want to consume nothing but natural healthy food. I want to know how to eat right. I want to just stop being a food addict so bad. But I just can’t *dissapointment exhale*
I discovered that the food in consuming has fats, sugars and other chemicals that Make it addictive.
I discovered that my body really craves that food like it needs it.
I started to pay attention to how much food I’m consuming, what time I’m consuming it.
Goals:
- In order for me to understand what is making my body crave food so bad I want to know what chemicals are doing this to my body.
- I need to know the chemicals that my body needs to consume. The chemicals that benefit me.

Nishaant Sanghavi, CEO of his Energy company in Toronto. I still remember the time when I was working in Dubai and initiated him to strength training. Got him a set of dumbbells while he was still in school. And he hasn’t looked back ever since. Father of 3, CEO, hectic travel schedule and yet trains regularly at 0530am!!!
