Since I stopped regularly posting my art online it's nuts the psyche reset my art brain went through. Ego death of whatever deviantart mentality. I'm back to drawing w markers bc it's fun, baby. Making my weird little things and breaking crafts bc it's not always an unusable result lol. Waiting to get back to my 12yr old mary sue generator brain, it's the next step to making more things I enjoy making

I think the fact that I've always hated Sponge Bob and other us-american cartoons explains a lot about my personality lol

I have literally never seen a proshipper say "fiction doesn't affect reality." Where are you seeing them say that /genq Like I see a lotta people SAYING proshippers say that, but I've only seen proshippers saying that they DON'T believe that
to be clear it is largely assertions that "antis" are stupid dumb idiot babies for believing that fiction affects reality in any way. which, by extension, carries the implication of "lol fiction doesn't affect reality stupid baby"

Reading that daily mail article about how Jim Bob pocketed $18M from the show and give nothing to Jill infuriates me because folks watched the show for the oldest sisters! Tbh, the show didn’t start getting interesting until Jill, Jessa, Jinger, and Joy started courting & everything that followed. For JB to take that money and use it to fund their abuser’s legal fees makes me so mad I could scream!
Exactly!! Nobody was watching that show too see Jim Bob's bologna ass face doing anything, first it was to gawk at the obscene amount of kids, and later it was to watch the older kids as they turned into adults (and the girls were by and far the most interesting). Even at my most sympathetic to these bozos, JB made me cringe whenever he was on screen.
Nevermind that Jill was a whole ass married adult for so much of it. It really speaks to JB's personality that he didn't 'trust' his married children, who he had supposedly been training to be good with money their whole lives, with their fair cut of the proceeds from the TLC shows (I mean let's be real trust had nothing to do with it. He was being uhhhh what does the Bible call it....greed? Coveting??). Which people were watching to see THEM, which I'm convinced Jim Bob knew the second he decided to exploit them in a Discovery Health special.

The Boiling Trio meets the Parr Family headcannons!
Natalie ADORES Violet! She also has a lot of respect for Bob and Helen, and does like Dash, even if he can get a bit annoying. She also loves Jack-Jack, when he's not going crazy.
Ameila has lots of respect for Bob and Helen for their parenting. Violent and Dash also kind of remind her of the twins, and Jack-Jack reminds her of Amity, so she also loves them.
Mathew is super fascinated by all of them! He loves to talk to them and get to know their powers, some of their feats, etc. He kinda turns into Deku for a moment. Afterwards, he then shows off a bit of his own power, and the Parrs are #shooketh.

[Özgün Semerci] "A Nightmare on Clawhammer Banjo" : I would not expect someone from Istanbul to lean so hard into the sonic language of a mythological American frontier, but it's so awesome that I am compelled to acknowledge it's accomplishment.
[Alfie Ryner] "II" : Listening to it is a lot of fun, although it occasionally takes a bit too much space for my personal preferences, but where else am I gonna get a French diatribe in my ear, featuring sax?
[zabutom] "Resolution" : Astounded and overjoyed that my favorite chiptune artist decided to make Idm, it's a dream come true.
[Boiled Buzzards] "Salt And Grease" : Great picking, but I'll wanna listen to their much more famous album tonight to see if I should stick with this group for a bit or keep searching.
[Malcom Catto] "Popcorn Bubble Fish" : Reminded me quite a bit of Medeski, Martin and Wood at times.
[Bobbing] "Year of the Newt" : The natural step forward from "Thank You for Singing to Me," I could see these songs being put on the radio.
[Lily Allen] "It's Not Me, It's You" : Fantastic music, with lyrics that vary from extremely vulnerable to outright caustic.
[Sevish] "Harmony Hacker" : I'm nostalgic for this album, so therefore it's good.
