Small skeleton of zebra finch
This is the smallest skeleton I have articulated, it was cleaned with dermestids, degreased with amonia and whitened with peroxide as usual
The worst part was without a doubt the feet and the wings, all those microscopic phalanges almost drove me crazy 😵

This was finished days ago but the Sparrow was added to the Sparrow Tree 2.0.
You can see why we tried a dynamic pose.
This little one came from our own garden after an unfortunate window strike

[Ation my lovely skelly bird back ! His little home ^^]
[He even had a little nickname "Snow White" from a friend *because of the nature/forest theme and animals lmao *]
[I would do the same thing for Deter, and Min (Why not a Flower, Fuhai and the others too, who are presented here I don't know yet ahaha-)]
[Ation belong to me !]

Are hummingbirds not technically fowl? Uhhhh, if not, let's say they are just for today, lol. Oh, does anyone have recommendations for a good, opaque filling ink? I want the black to be darker but I don't want to go over it a million times. >__>

CW pet loss
When my dog passed away recently I went outside and listened for what bird I heard first, it was a blue jay. Since then I’ve heard so many jays in our yard. It’s been a tiny comfort to have something that is living on that makes me think of our dog. Even though it was clearly his time, I miss him so much.

A small quaker parrot skeleton that I finished a few months ago
I wanted to give it a position that reflects the behavior and character of the animal, and place it as if it just tried to bite you haha

The shape, as well as the breadth and length of the ramus of the lower jaw, varies in a highly remarkable manner.

I love my art teacher because our interactions are like:
Me: I wanna do this like bird skeleton where I connect all the bones with red jewellery wire like surgical stitches it’s about dissociation.
Her: wow that’s so fucked up I love it
