dating ethan landry headcanons ;
pairing: ethan landry x fem!reader
warnings: really fluffy, in a world where gf doesn't exist, implied fem!reader like once (ethan having the nickname "mamas" for reader)
synopsis: what i think dating ethan landry is like !
Tumblr media
— definitely shy before asking you out and when you guys first start dating
— he asks chad for help on how to ask you out because he's completely clueless
— chad definitely made fun of him
— "dude, stop being so paranoid and just ask her out!" "what?! she's definitely going to say no!" "with that mindset, yeah."
— when he finally does get the courage to ask you out, he's all nervous
— "would you-uhm..maybe want to..go out with me sometime? i just think you're really funny and beautiful..!"
— ethan's flabbergasted that you said yeah..
— idk i feel like for the first date he would do something casual
— (i feel like all dates with him would be casual tho..)
— dates can include, breakfast/lunch/dinner, sleepovers, study dates, movie nights, or going out someplace !
— when you guys go out to eat, he doesn't bring you to fancy places
— but not cheap places either
— he always insists on paying but you argue back
— "let me pay for it!" "ethan, you always pay! let me!" "no!"
— you end up winning the argument and you both split the bill
— for sleepovers, i feel like it would evolve from another date, you know?
— like it could start out as a dinner date, but you both lost track of time and it's late so ethan offers for you to stay over
— if you sleep over at his house, he would give you clothes to borrow!
— if you're at your house, the clothes he gave you to "borrow" would be there so you'd just give him that to use
— study dates would definitely be his idea
— "hey, we haven't had a date in awhile!" "you're right, let's come over to my place and have a study date!" "babes.."
— ethan enjoys them while you're suffering
— you'd try to distract him with kisses and he would be so close to giving in
— eventually he does lol
— you guys totally have movie nights often
— i would say this is what usually causes sleepovers
— i firmly believe that ethan loves romcoms..is it just me?
— he's a sucker for romantic stuff, but he also loves to get a good laugh in here and there
— ok but i have a feeling that his fav romcom would be murder mystery but like that's my opinion..
— other than romcoms, other movies he's obsessed with watching includes the corpse bride, alvin and the chipmunks, despicable me, and any spiderman movie
— when you guys feel bored, you guys would just go hang out as a date
— he would 100% bring you to arcadesss
— always tries to challenge you in the basketball or air hockey games
— if he wins and gets all the tickets, he'd feel so bad and proud of himself
— he would feel so bad to the point he would get you something from the ticket prize counter:D
— "what do you want?" "ooh, get me a tattoo or sticker!" "okay!"
— he loves cuddles
— he's not very fond of showing affection in public (unless somebody gets touchy with you..), but in private?
— he's all over you
— i feel like ethan prefers being the little spoon, but he can be the big spoon if you want
— calls you nicknames like babe, pretty, baby, gorgeous, and sometimes mamas (as a joke obvi)
— that one tiktok audio that's like "mamá y papá" is something anika, chad, or tara would do with y'all
— doesn't really get jealous, but if they get a little TOO close, best believe he's grabbing you by your waist and kissing you
— "babe, who's this?" "oh, just some guy from my history class! we have a project together and we were discussing it!" "hm.."
— but yeah, he's also really clingy
— you could be cuddling after school, and when you say you have to go someplace, he would not let you go
— "i promised my friends that i would go shopping with them for prom today!" "cancel on them." "ethan!"

🩷 ✨ aphrodite cabin headcanons 🪩 💌
aphrodite cabin headcanons bc the way rick wrote them was fucked up. let them be silly and hyperfemme and girlypop i am begging you.
they have a billion playlists for different occasions (getting ready in the morning, arts and crafts, capture the flag, etc.) that they share with the apollo cabin.
to clarify, they are not allowed to use the capture the flag playlist anymore because they are permanently banned from playing after a hermes kid almost lost an arm.
the clothes in the camp store are ugly as hell so they convinced chiron to let them set up racks of clothes they don’t wear or just bought specifically for the store, of course with low prices because everyone should be able to look hot. there are crop tops, bandeau tops, all different length skirts, rompers, and even cute shoes. the aesthetics range from y2k to hippie to coquette to fairy grunge to mermaidcore to goth, with sizes ranging from 3XS to 5XL.
they have huge storage units of makeup and hair stuff that they gladly lend out to other campers. they even have dye and bleach from arctic fox and salon-grade brands. don’t worry about how they got it.
they regularly have movie nights using a projector with blankets, popcorn, and cuddle piles. their favorites to watch are mean girls, legally blonde, clueless, jennifer’s body (a halloween tradition), enchanted, the house bunny, but i’m a cheerleader, tangled, mama mia, the sisterhood of the traveling pants, and all three high school musicals (they know all the songs by heart, ofc).
the whole “nico was the first person who ever came out at camp” thing is literally the dumbest thing i’ve ever read, so that’s just not true and the aphrodite cabin has organized every pride event at camp for years now. no one knows how they do it or where they get all that glitter, and no one is brave enough to ask.
you need love advice? you’re questioning your sexuality and need to talk to someone about it? you need a girltalk session and some hypewomen? you need to make sure the harpies don’t get you when you and your partner sneak out to a secluded spot on the beach? they got u, babes, don’t even worry about it.
they all have perfumes and colognes customized to their signature scents.
their support for the trans community could rival the dionysus cabin. also they worship dylan mulvaney like the goddess she is because i worship her like the goddess she is, and i make the rules.
no one has better halloween costumes than then. no one. if you look as good as them, it’s because you borrowed supplies from them.
insanely good matchmakers.
when one of them is sad, they all stop everything they’re doing until their sibling feels better. that means skincare, hair-braiding trains, manicures while watching barbie movies, and those frosted sugar cookies. no, they will not, under any circumstances, participate in camp activities until they’re sure their sibling is okay.
their favorite show is sex education. when they watch it, they send the younger campers into the big house with a hephaestus-cabin-engineered ipad to watch monster high and ever after high until they’re done. dionysus does not approve of having to babysit, but after he went to chew out the rest of the cabin and found them in tears with mascara trails because they got to season 2, he stopped interfering.
drew and will got the two cabins together to bribe and beg chiron for eras tour tickets. it did not work (much to nico’s delight, who would’ve been persuaded into going by his boyfriend). in retaliation, they put pink hair dye in his shampoo, and the apollo cabin cursed him to randomly sing what he says with no warning. dionysus has never been so entertained.
they have no tolerance for pick-me girls or slut-shaming.
piper apologized to drew once she matured and started dating shel.
they all have phones that they hide from everyone else, complete with protection spells from the hecate cabin. they all have a family group chat and facetime basically every day when summer ends. shel and valentina are best friends now.
being the only boy, mitchell used to get bullied a lot by insecure middle school ares boys. that is, until his sisters caught wind and gave them hell. now, no one messes with mitchell, and especially not with his sisters.
they absolutely lose their shit when they realize some of the younger campers are too young to know one direction.
they’re closer to the apollo kids (and nico) than any other cabin.
they have a bookshelf full of nothing but romance. red, white, and royal blue, the falling on love montage, pride and prejudice, cemetery boys, the seven husbands of evelyn hugo, like a love story, heartstopper, the list goes on and on (no colleen hoover, though, yuck).
their acrylics and press-ons are deadly.
they have bunk beds, but more often than not you’ll find them sharing beds like they’re at a sleepover.
the cabin is extremely maximalist, with little disco balls, pink and lavender everywhere, fake flowers, and full-length mirrors because no, they’re not sharing.
because their mom is the goddess of love, they all identify as either bi, pan, queer, or don’t use labels. they just love love.
they all have matching “free britney” crop tops.

No one asked for this but it's too late now.
disabled/mentally ill/chronically ill child and which BAU parent would be the most accomodating.
(of course all of them would be supportive and do their best but some of them would be naturally more accomodating for certain things. Just trust me.)
Some of these are really specific and others are more general be kind please it was 2 am when I thought of this
Spencer- absolutely the best dad an autistic kid could ask for. He knows the signs before a meltdown and exactly what to do. If you're non verbal he learns sign language to help you, gets you stim toys based on what motor function you find the most soothing, and this man would be the biggest supporter of your special interests (really this needs no explaination. I could go on for hours about this)
JJ- a learning disability. Not only is she mama bear who will fight a teacher that critisized you but her whole job revolved around communicating well. She knows how to adjust and break things down and go slow. She would figure out the best way to accomodate you and follow through every time. You never have to worry about her losing her patience with you, she knows you need breaks, and she doesn't care what grade you get- she's just proud that you tried your hardest and got through it.
Penelope- Depression. Not only is this woman nearly impossible to be sad around, but Garcia understands sadness and grief and darkness. She doesn't like it, but she understands it and how awful it feels. She also understand that sometimes you just have to feel the feelings and not try to fix them right away. She's all sunshine and rainbows, but she knows you have to weather the storm first. She helps you get through it, slow and steady, but once it's time to get up and going she knows how to do that too.
Morgan- Any physical disabilty. This man would find the best house possible and then restore it and fit it with any ramp, handles, resizing, etc. you need. Would totally redo your dining room to be a first floor bedroom if you needed it and outfit it with an accessible shower. He finds a way to modify just about any sport you want to try so you can play. Can and will fight buisnesses over their lack of following of accessible laws.
Emily- Ambulatory wheenchair user/dynamic physical disability. She makes sure you have any mobility aids, modifications to the living space, and will fight people if they don't follow accessible laws. But she also makes you feel badass- she points out that canes and crutches make great weapons (talk shit get hit) and using your wheelchair is a power move she always encourages you to take if you need it. If you need bravery, she'd let you borrow hers. Would cut a death glare to anyone who questioned your validity.
Hotch- emotion and mood disorders. Hotch is so steady when it comes to his mood and emotions and he's great at not taking things personally. So it doesn't matter how high or low you are or if you blow up at him and say things you don't mean because he knows it's not always in your control. You can depend on him to be okay when you aren't and make descision when you don't trust that you're in the right state of mind. He's your rock- always stable and consistent and reliable, even when you can't be.
Rossi- disordered eating. HEAR ME OUT OKAY. A lot of people who restrict have one special dish/snack that has significant and GOOD meaning to it and a lot of times it plays a really big role in recovery and Rossi would make sure you have that whenever you want. If you have more selective tendencies he's sure to get the exact thing you like every time because no child of his is going to eat generic we all know the brand name is better. Rossi believes that a relationship with food should be one of love and he helps foster that in the most sensitive and kind way possible

Ok, I'm literally obsessed with the Separated!AU, I read all in the tag in a couple of hours, I made this account just for this AU
I want to know something, does Lou Jitsu exist? Like did Splinter also became a movie star in this AU too, if so, does the turtles like it as much as in canon?. I just can't stop thinking about a Leo who discovered Lou Jitsu movies and probably getting an hoperfixation over them and watching them non-stop when the day went wrong
Tumblr media
Lou Jitsu does exist! I imagine Raph was never a huge Jupiter Jim fan, seeing as Splinter hates Jupiter Jerk, and Raph probably picked up on that, adopting the same mindset (I HC that Rise!Leo was the one who originally got his bros to watch it—seeing as he’s always referred to as the super fan, and because I love any call back to soft dork Space Heroes Leo SO. MUCH.) When Raph met April, she probably tried to get him into Jupiter Jim cause she likes the franchise, but Raph only really enjoys a couple films and according to April his taste in which JJ movie is the best is so bad, it’s not even worth talking to him about it.
Mikey would also be a hard core Lou Jitsu fan, but more from what he’s seen from his Battle Nexus fights. Lou Jitsu is the longest reigning champion after all—a total legend—with Mikey holding the title of second longest. Angelo straight up loses his mind when he finds out that there’s a whole filmography to enjoy, the old BN clips that Big Mama used to play for him were cool, but they were grainy and sometimes the angles sucked. But with the movies Mikey gets to see his hero in full remastered high def.
Leo is a Jupiter Jim fan first and foremost cause he’s secretly a huge dork. When he was little, a few of the older recruits had a movie night, and Leo, with just a hint of rebellion still in him, snuck in—just missing out on Punch Chowder, but right on time to catch Jupiter Jim Sails the Seven Galaxies. Ever since that night he was hooked, but had so few chances to ever enjoy anything more. Once he gets closer to April, she lets him borrow her whole collection of movies, series box sets, and comics, and the two are so happy to be able to geek out over all of it together, even if they can never agree on which movie is the best, April figures bad taste is just genetic at this point and has given up fighting it. Secretly though, Leo also loves Lou Jitsu after watching a few with Mikey and Raph, he just refuses to admit how much he likes it and says the dialogue is too corny. The two constantly gang up on Leo, saying that Lou Jitsu is better than Jupiter Jim, so it’s more him choosing one over the other out of stubborn pride.
Donnie is April’s saving grace with Jupiter Jim—agreeing offhandedly one day that Planet Vacation is the best movie of the ones he’s seen so far. However this is still in their off phase, and the irony is not lost on April. She’s devastated that the one brother with good taste seems to want nothing to do with her, but she’s now more invested than ever in winning Donnie over.
Once Donnie’s introduced to Lou Jitsu’s movies, he’s the one to point out how cool it is that their dad is a movie star. Which causes everyone to lose their shit. Because even though Splinter told Raph and April about his past with the Shredder as Hamato Yoshi, he never actually mentioned that he was THE action film star Lou Jitsu. But of course Donnie knows, because pretty much all he heard from Draxum for years was Lou Jitsu’s DNA this—Lou Jitsu ruined his life’s work that blah blah blah.
Tumblr media
@organisedchaosstuff They’re just a bit too old to trick or treat unfortunately, but it is still a fun night where they get to walk around and not worry about freaking ppl out. The first year they’re all really together, Mikey pulls that whole ‘younger sibling who did a thing ONCE and now he thinks he’s an expert’ and acts like he’s Leo and Donnie’s guide for the night, even though Raph has been doing Halloween with April since they met.
Mikey’s just so excited he can hardly contain himself. Halloween at Big Mama’s was always a big to do. But it was, like always, a big fancy party that felt more like a chore than anything. The night he went out with Raph and April the year before, was more fun than 100 parties put together and now with Donnie and Leo it’ll be even more fun—even if Leo refuses to dress up—at least Donnie agreed to have some fun and dressed up as Frankenstein. Mikey dresses as a werewolf, Raph a vampire and April goes full zombie.
Everyone counts it as a win, when seconds before they head out, Raph plops a Jupiter Jim helmet on Leo’s head, and barring some slight grumbling, he ends up wearing it the whole night as they run around.

[bea's niece! love her! here u go]
//
you’re thrilled that your parents have decided to spend a few days away in ojai at some winery aunt bea recommended, because as much as you love them, unlimited and mostly unsupervised time with your aunts is pretty much the best thing in the world.
they’d planned to take you to a cool, nice dinner at this trendy place asaad had seen on tiktok, which honestly sounded fun. plus, it’s mexican food, which is basically your favorite other than your nani’s lamb biryani. and it had seemed exciting and fun but then you had looked through your entire suitcase and didn’t love any of the tops you packed, and you want to do your makeup but you’re not that good at it yet, and usually your mama helps you, and —
you sniffle and take a calming breath, wipe the tears from under your eyes. it’s okay, you tell yourself. you can ask for help. your aunts love you, and your big brother loves you, and sometimes, of course, he teases you but not about this. never about this. if you felt bad enough you didn’t want to go out, no one would be mad at you.
you take another big breath and then put on one of aunt bea’s old t-shirts she’d accidentally left in london last year and then had laughed and told you to keep it. you walk down the stairs to your aunts’ bedroom. asaad and aunt bea are tending to the herb garden outside, and you’re not surprised to see aunt ava seemingly emptying a quarter of their closet onto their big bed. you linger in the doorway, your heart caught a little in your throat, but then aunt ava looks up and stills, then offers you a smile that always feels warm, and calm, and you don’t ever wonder why aunt bea fell in love with them.
‘what’s up, kiddo?’
you take a second to compose yourself because you really don’t want to cry; you’ve spent enough time around the both of them that you know aunt ava understands how to be patient and let you arrive at what you need to say in your own time. ‘my mama usually helps with my makeup.’
‘ah,’ aunt ava says, already excited. ‘what’s the vibe your feeling? also, what are you wearing? i can’t decide.’ she gestures to the bed with her cane. ‘as you can see.’
it gets you to laugh, a knot in your chest loosening. ‘um, maybe i can borrow one of your crops? my camo cargo pants, i think, and my new cdg converse.’
‘ooh,’ ava says, ‘love. and yes, of course you can borrow anything you want. i’m still mad you’re big enough they fit you, but i’ll forgive you. growing up is better than the alternative.’
you frown at that but aunt ava doesn’t seem bothered, or sad or upset.
‘hmm. morbid. my bad.’
‘you good?’
‘i’m awesome.’ she smiles and gestures for you to actually come into the room. her hair falls in easy waves past her shoulders, longer than when you’d last seen her for eid, and it’s easy to hug her tightly, to settle into her gentle embrace, to smell the detergent that reminds you of aunt bea, and aunt ava’s subtle light perfume, and the lavender lotion you get to use every time you’re here. you know he understands, in a different way than aunt bea but in a way that matters too, that flows like water and makes you feel like you’re lifting your face to the sun, what it feels like to be bigger than what the world expects of you and your body.
your parents are the best; they’d gotten you hormone blockers immediately when you asked, and your mama and auntie had taken you shopping for pretty bras in the fanciest shops in london last month, and your dad practices your drag routines with you after football practice.
but still: people who feel it, people who know — your family, in the deepest way. you pray five times a day, in thanks, usually. blessings, you know, even now.
‘the vibe is, like, i don’t know. subtle but glitter?’
aunt ava squeezes you. ‘incredible. i’m obsessed already. maybe a glitter eyeliner?’
you relax: aunt ava loves you.
‘do you have your makeup here? i have, like, enough fun shit — uh, stuff — to cover us for any look you want, but obviously not foundation or concealer for you. but if you don’t have any, we can send your aunt and brother.’ she laughs. ‘asaad can be your skin tone match.’
'i have some makeup.' you let yourself take a deep breath, because aunt ava is happy; she wants to do makeup with you, and let you borrow clothes, and go out to a cool restaurant. it's not a duty, or because you're family — when your aunts get to help you be yourself, it makes them happy. 'but it's mostly boring.'
'the basics are very important, though.' she smiles. 'well, go grab any of yours that you want to use, then come meet me back down here. you can look through mine and use any you want. and i'm the prettiest person i know, so i can help.'
'number one?'
'way too like beatrice,' she says, 'mean. for no reason! but i'll humor you.' ava bites their bottom lip in contemplation. 'well, i met janelle monae last year. and shangela comes into my bar often.'
'you live a wild life,' you say, and aunt ava laughs. 'so, third?'
'yeah,' she confirms. 'well, fourth, maybe.'
'who's third on the list, then?'
'you, of course.'
it makes you blush, but you turn quickly so aunt ava can't really see. you know she knows, but, like, it's fine. whatever. maybe she's the prettiest person you've ever seen and she's kind and funny and smart and owns her own bar, but she's also your aunt, who you've watched throw up in a bush after she drank too much champagne at brunch one time, and she always falls asleep on aunt bea's shoulder when you go to a movie. there's no reason to be embarrassed, and there's also no reason, you remind yourself, to not want to feel pretty.
you get your setting spray and foundation and concealer and their respective brushes, and then aunt ava shows you through a lot of makeup. you don't think you'll ever want to own this much makeup in your entire life, and it's kind of funny because aunt ava doesn't really wear much most days, but she just — she loves it. she loves sharing with you, and explaining why she got stuff that doesn't really make sense, and eventually you pick out a gold eyeliner to use. aunt ava makes sure not to cover your freckles completely when she helps with your foundation, and then, when you try to do the eyeliner yourself and mess it up, she hands you a makeup wipe without any judgement or impatience.
you finish with some mascara, and you sit and talk and listen to music in the background while aunt ava does her own makeup. she lets you pick out any crop you want, and she decides, after a fair amount of deliberation, on a sundress that you know is aunt bea's favorite on her. gay, you think, and then say aloud because you're sure aunt ava will appreciate it. and she does: she laughs, and aunt bea kisses her after she knocks on the doorframe and then smiles softly when she sees the two of you.
'you both look amazing,' she says. 'asaad has already freshened up, so i just need to change, and then we can go. i'm confident it we leave in ten minutes, we'll make our reservation time.'
'what if we left in twelve minutes?' aunt ava asks.
aunt bea just ignores her and walks to their closet and lightly closes the door, which seems to delight aunt ava. she snorts.
'love her.'
'you guys are weird.'
'just wait until you have a partner or partners. if you're doing it right, which i'm sure you eventually will, because you're the best, it's all just the best kind of weird.'
they're right, you know. you get to be surrounded by all kinds of love and you've always gotten to see it every day. but still, when aunt bea walks out in tailored slacks and loafers and a loose linen button up with intricate stitching, a little mascara on her face, her hair with a few strands of silver in it now, less than your dad's but mostly the same — you can breathe in another way. you have the careful way your mama helps you wash your hair every week when you told her you wanted to grow it out, and how she always takes you with her to get your threading done together; you have your dad's genuine joy whenever he takes you to women's football matches, and the way he cries at shows with queer storylines that end happily; you have your brother and the way he always, always, makes sure his group of friends never misgenders you — ever since you came out, none of them have treated you any differently at all; you have aunt ava, whose identities are as big and open and exuberant as she is.
and you have your aunt beatrice, you smiles sincerely and, of course, notices your eyeliner. she taught you how to shave your legs when you were too nervous to ask your mama, for whatever reason that seemed confusing at the time in your head. she plays tennis with you and she's never mean but she also never lets you win; if you ever beat her one day, it will be on your own merit. you're pretty sure she could literally kill someone twice her size with one hand, but she has never been anything but gentle toward you, your entire life.
she tucks a pair of sunglasses in the V of her shirt and puts on one of her fancy watches with a thick band. she smiles at you. 'ready to go?'
'mhm. i'm hungry.'
she kisses aunt ava's temple and then puts a gentle hand to the small of your back, ushers you out of their room and to the foyer where asaad is waiting on the couch. it's still warm and sunny and gorgeous. aunt bea makes sure the front door is locked and then takes one last look in the mirror. this smile is all for herself, one you've had so many times, one that, on her, lights you up from the inside. she fluffs her hair and then nods, and you get it, unspoken: she must like who she sees looking back at her.
when she sits on your bed later that night, after you've all eaten more than your fair share and aunt ava had done a lot of moaning over some shishito peppers, after she'd driven everyone home and you had all changed into pajamas and watched half of a movie while she and aunt ava had a glass of wine — you curl into her hip and put your head on her lap.
you want to thank her — for being who she is, for being part of your family, for loving you — and everyone she cares for — in this quiet, stoic, unrelentingly gentle way. but you're sleepy, and you don't want to cry. she runs a gentle hand up and down your spine.
'did you have a good day?'
'yeah, aunt bea.' you think of the beach and aunt ava's laugh and your brother's gentle insistence that he hold every door open for the three of you; how good the food was and how you'd seen bella ramsey at a table and asaad had blushed so hard you had laughed. you think of the quiet way aunt bea had gotten aunt ava her medications in the morning at breakfast, a kiss to the top of her head. a long, long life together. a home, with you included, in any way you want. 'i had the best day.'

Family Dinner
Splinter barging into the living room where Leo, Donnie, Frida, and Miwa are watching Lou Jitsu Movie.
Splinter: Kids, get ready!! We’re invited to meet April’s parents. So you guys better dress in business casual!
Splinter: Oh, I can even make my famous green bean casserole.
Splinter walked away from the room to make his dish.
Miwa: Wait you guys haven’t meet April’s parents?
Donnie: Sadly no, April was afraid they’ll freak and may forbid her from seeing us.
Miwa: oh make sense.
Leo: But you and mom were totally fine when you first meet us.
Miwa: Well, that’s because I was a weird kid being able to sense a yokai in their human disguise. Well mom just got used to it.
Leo: You’re still a weird kid, big sis.
Miwa: Shut Leon! *shoving Leo off the bean bag*
Donnie: That’s odd, April would have given us a heads up if she was going to finally talk to her parents about us?
Leo: I bet you this has to do with Mikey wanting to give Draxum a second chance.
Donnie and Miwa: *looks at each other* You’re on!
Miwa: *clapped hands* Alright ladies, let get ready or else dad gets mad. Leo can you be a dear and open a portal to my room.
Miwa looked at Frida.
Miwa: Hey Frida, do you have anything nice to wear? If not you can borrow some of my clothes.
Frida: I’m not going if this is to redeem Draxum.
Leo: Is it because of Mona?
Frida: Yes, he’s the reason for her mutation and her family abandoning her. So he doesn’t deserve a second chance.
Miwa: I understand, I’m not going to force you.
Donnie: The issue is Mikey, we known him longer than you guys but he won’t really understand. He’s an optimistic, he sometimes see the good in things.
Leo: So you not being there will crush him. Even if you don’t like his ideal, Mikey would rather you be there for moral support.
Leo: Another thing, I don’t want to be alone with these two nerds and dad dealing with Mikey’s “I can change them.” I need my favorite sister and triplet.
Miwa: You’re dead to me, Leon.
Donnie: I’ll remember that, Nardo.
Frida giggles
Leo: If Draxum try to act up just guilty trip him. Mona may have adjusted to her new life, but from what I heard from Leatherhead and Olivier, she still miss the life she was forced to leave behind.
Frida: Okay, I’ll go but just for moral support to our baby brother. *whisper* maybe make Draxum life miserable too.
Frida: Miwa, can borrow some clothes? I don’t have anything nice to wear.
Miwa: You got it little sis.
Splinter appearing out of blue, while Leo open a portal to Miwa room.
Splinter: Miwa, you’re heading home.
Miwa: Why?
Splinter: If orange hasn’t invited Tang Shen yet, please don’t tell your mother. I don’t want to make the dinner table awkward with divorce parents.
Miwa looking at her dad and siblings: oh yeah that’s totally the least of our worries.
Splinter: I knew you’ll understand. You guys better be dress and ready by the time my green bean casserole is ready.

Miwa is Lou Jitsu and Tang Shen illegitimate daughter. Lou and Tang eloped and after 2yrs they divorced because of Big Mama. Shen found out she was pregnant with Lou daughter after he disappeared. Tang Shen made sure Miwa kept the Hamato surname and this makes her the oldest sibling. Tang Shen is currently still alive.
Frida is Miwa and the boys long lost sister and Olivier’s assistant. In my version, the assistant we see in the serie is actually Big Mama’s adoptive daughter, Olivier’s, assistant. I also made Donnie, Leo, and Frida to be triplets.
Mona Lisa and Leatherhead also work for Olivier.

Nightmares
Alrighty. Finally had some time to myself today and felt a little creative. So, I decided to dabble a little with @copiousloverofcopia 's characters. Again.
Sister Alessandra and her and Terzo's brood borrowed from Prime Mover Ren and her series, Tied as One Eternally. Please read it. Or read literally anything she makes. It's a delight. <3
Enjoy.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“Papaaaaaa,” a soft voice whispered into the pitch black Papal suite. The moonless night poured into the dark room through the gap of the curtains.
The voice spoke out a little louder, but still in the same hushed tone, “Papaaaaaaaaaa.”
Terzo shot up from his pillows with a start. He jumped again once he saw the outline of a small figure, launching himself back into his sleeping Prime Mover. He gaped at the shadow and clutched his chest, “Cazzo empio!”
“Terzo, what the fuck are you doing!?” Alessandra startled awake, pushing herself up as quickly as she could and flipped on the light on her bedside table. She held a protective hand over her belly as she squinted her eyes to see their young daughter come into view. Mena’s eyes were red-rimmed as she sniffled at the side of her father’s bed. Her dark curls were a mess as always as she looked into her father’s eyes; her lower lip began quivering again as the tears started to descend.
“Satanas!” Terzo exclaimed as he quickly moved to sweep the child into his embrace. He pulled their firstborn into his lap and embraced her tightly, whispering comforting words to her. Mena wrapped her small arms around her father’s torso as she continued to bawl. Terzo felt his heart breaking as he felt her warm tears against his chest.
After a few moments, Mena began to quiet down, her sobs turning into small hiccups. Alé rubbed their daughter’s back as she continued to cling to her father. Terzo proceeded to take deep, calming breaths to try and have his daughter mimic the action.
“Filomena, cosa c'è che non va?” Terzo murmured against his daughter’s hair, he gently rocked her side to side, kissing the crown of her head.
Mena began to open her mouth before letting out another gasping sob as she pressed herself tighter into her father’s arms.
“What happened, bambina?” Terzo asked again, attempting to pull her off him, craning his neck to look down into her tear-filled eyes.
“I had a nightmare,” Mena choked out, still weeping into her father’s chest.
“Oh, Mena,” Alé hummed, rubbing circles on her back.
Terzo clicked his tongue and gave Alessandra an empathetic look, he sighed and lifted his daughter’s chin to meet her gaze, “Everything is okay now, piccola. It was only a nightmare and nothing can hurt you now.”
“It wasn’t hurting me!” Mena insisted, looking very seriously into her father’s mismatched eyes.
“What do you mean, bambina?”
“We were down in the yard  and then we found Zio Primo, Zio Secondo, and Zio Copia laying down and they weren’t moving and they all looked hurt. Then it started raining really hard and there was lightning and thunder and we were all running away; you, me, Mama, Dante, and Luci. Then the sky opened up and a monster came down from the clouds with a big sword. It was so dark and we couldn’t see anything anymore and we were so scared, Papa. You got in front of all of us to protect us from the monster and then the monster cut your head off with the knife and you died,” Mena sobbed uncontrollably.
Terzo stared in absolute horror at his daughter as she continued to weep. He slowly looked over at Alessandra as he mouthed, ‘what the fuck?’
Alé pressed her flattened palm to her lips to hide her smirk. She continued to try and soothe their upset child, “Mena, it was a bad dream. All your zios are fine. Your Papa is perfectly fine, he’s right here, see?”
Terzo still had an alarmed look on his face as Alé looked back up to him as she lowered her voice so only Terzo could hear, “And he still has his head. Unfortunately.”
Terzo’s brow furrowed as he stared at her wife with repugnance in his eyes. He pursed his lips as he continued to sway with Mena in his arms, “I’m right here, Mena. I’m not going anywhere. Ever.”
“You can’t die,” Mena begged her father.
“I’m not planning on it,” Terzo affirmed, “And even then, many, many, many years from now, when I do die, I’ll come back as a ghost. And then even as a ghost, I’ll never leave you. I will always be with you, Mena. At least I think so.”
Their daughter seemed to accept that answer before burying her face back against Terzo’s frame. Alé stroked Mena’s hair as their oldest child’s eyelids began to droop. Mena let out a few more whimpers before she finally went back to sleep in Terzo’s arms. Terzo looked down at his child, making sure she was asleep.
“She’s asleep,” Alé confirmed to Terzo. Terzo nodded and took a few moments of silence.
“Alessandra, what the fuck was that?!” Terzo quietly shouted.
“Terz, it was just a dream,” Alé chuckled, rolling her eyes at her husband, “You know she has an overactive imagination. She is your daughter, you know.”
“Who the hell is speaking to my bambinos about chopping off heads!?” Terzo sputtered, “Especially my head!? And then my fratellos? What the hell is that about!?”
“You sure it isn’t just the tasteful wall decor all around the Ministry? The tapestries with people being stabbed? Hearts ripped out? People being eaten? And the blood. So much blood.”
“I mean…”
“Go to put Mena back to bed and then you go back to bed,” Alé mumbled, struggling to roll herself back over to her side with her back facing Terzo.
“Alé, I know it’s late…. but what if Mena has powers…”
“Terzo. No. Go the fuck to sleep,” Alessandra scolded him without turning to face him.
Terzo paused for a second longer staring down at his sleeping child’s sweet face. He could only hope his wife was wrong and their beautiful child wasn’t some harbinger of death. He smiled gently at his daughter and leaned down to kiss her forehead. Even if she was being given visions of a nightmarish apocalypse, he couldn’t help but feel pride that it would happen to his daughter. He shifted Mena over his shoulder and walked her back to her own bedroom, where she would have peaceful dreams the rest of the night.

Caught on Video Call
Reese: *Crawling around the dorm room’s floor, checking underneath the various furniture.*
Jaune: *Sitting in front of his laptop at a desk* Reese what are you doing?
Reese: Looking for the energy drink you got me! I think the little guy rolled under the furniture somewhere.
Jaune: Do you have to look for it right now? While I’m in the middle of a call?
Rouge: Everything alright Jaune?
Jaune: Oh! Yeah! Sorry guys, just one of my teammates distracting me. *Looks at his laptop screen and see’s some sisters Rouge, Perveche, and Lapis sitting on the other side.*
Lapis: You mean one of your girlfriends?~
Rouge: I think the correct term is concubines Lapis.
Jaune: Ha-ha. I told you guys already it isn’t like that. And I told you to never use that word again Rouge.
Perveche: *rolls eyes* Agreed, that joke is getting stale, and besides, I doubt dork over here could get one girlfriend let alone three of them.
Lapis: *Pinches Perveche’s ear* Perveche, be nice!
Jaune: I-I can get a girlfriend! I’m just waiting for the right one is all. Yeah, that’s totally it.
Rouge: I know you can, little brother! But first of all, stop using dad’s pickup lines if you want a girlfriend! Secondly, why wait for the one when you’re already living with three cute girls!?
Jaune: It’s because they’re my teammates! Dad always said that inter-team dating in Huntsmen Teams don’t ever end well. Remember that story he told us of that one guy who married two of his teammates? The first ran off to be a pirate queen or something, and the other went on a mission and was never seen again! I just want to keep things simple, I’m already completely fine with having them as my bestest friends in the world.
Lapis: Is that why one of them is wearing your prized Pumpkin Pete Hoodie?
Jaune: *Turns around to see May stopped mid step, wearing his large hoodie and a pair of gym shorts that were also his.*
May: *Sheepishly fidgets from suddenly being put on the spot* …It’s laundry day and I was cold.
Jaune: *Turns back to the screen with a neutral expression* Friends share clothes all the time.
Rouge: Mhmm and she couldn’t borrow clothes from the other girls in the team? Suspicious Brother, very suspicious.
Jaune: My clothes are the warmest! I swear Rouge, you read way too much into these-
Neon: Alright Stud! I’m heading out on a shopping trip, try not to miss me too much. *Leans down and gives Jaune a big wet kiss on the cheek* I’ll make sure to get you the extra large protection on the way back, Big Boy~ *Waves to the camera* Bye girls! *Walks out with the most mischievous giggle*
Jaune: *looks awkwardly at his sisters* ... now hold on.
Perveche: You and NEON?!
Jaune: *Blushing* I said hold on! She’s just picking up my armor while she’s out! She means my actual protection!!
Lapis: And the kiss?!
Jaune: S-she only did that because you guys were watching! That’s honestly just run of the mill Neon, she’s always teasing me-
Reese: GOT IT!
Jaune: *Yelps from the sudden yell coming from under his desk as he looks under it to see Reese crouched under it, opening her newly acquired energy drink and chugging it down*
Reese: *Rudely loud slurping noises* Ahhh~! *Drops can then crawls out from underneath the desk and claps Jaune on the shoulder* Thanks for the drink, Chief! Mama was thirsty! *Walks off*
Jaune: *Mumbles* Rude. Anyways sorry about that- guys?
Rouge/ Perveche/ Lapis: *All madly blushing from how that looked and sounded from their perspective.*
Jaune: What’s wrong?
Lapis: Oh my…
Perveche: What the fuck Jaune!?
Rouge: I’M SO PROUD OF YOU!

Lost Princessa: Meet the Reaper 9
So... this one is shorter than the others, but I really struggled with it. This chapter is HEAVY. Please read the warnings.
Warnings: cursing, discussion of human trafficking, discussion of forced prostitution, violence, guns. Will not make sense if you haven't read the first story. Be responsible for your own media consumption and don't steal my shit.
Tumblr media
Hank drove them a little way outside Oakland. He had packed a bag in secret before they left Santo Padre and he was so glad that he did after finding out it was her birthday.
Megan started sniffing the air curiously. “Do I smell the ocean?”
Hank grinned. “Probably.”
Megan sat up straighter in her seat. “Are we going to the beach?” Rex had his head hanging over the door in the back seat enjoying the breeze as well.
“In a way.” Hank laughed as Megan’s eyes lit up. “It’s not like the beach I took you to last time, Princessa, but Mama and I thought you’d enjoy some time by the ocean on your birthday.” He pointed to the sign as they passed for the public beach at Point Emery.
They spent the rest of the morning either sitting on the beach blanket he’d packed on the rocky part of the beach, or playing with Rex in the sandy grass. Hank saw Megan relax completely as the morning went on. She smiled and wrestled sticks from Rex just to throw them again. She snuck kisses and was the playful girl he’d seen on their last beach date again even if it was just for a few hours. Lunch was simple sandwiches from the cooler that Diana had packed for him that morning.
Before they left, Hank carefully picked her a bouquet of the late fall wildflowers from the field above the beach. He gave them to her as he helped her to load Rex into the backseat. Before he helped her into the passenger side, he pulled her as close as he could with her sling between them and kissed her senseless. “Happy birthday, mi reina.”
“Thank you, Hank. I loved this,” Megan said as she smiled up at him.
“You’re welcome, Princessa. Ready to go see Tessa?” He smiled and reached for her good hand to hold as they hit the highway.
On the way home, Taza called Megan to tell her that they should just meet them at the lodge. Apparently, Chibs wanted them there a little early so that he could talk to Hank about something and so that they could choose seats at the table Megan could see. So instead of turning towards Oakland - Hank continued down the highway towards San Joaquin County and Charming.
When they reached the lodge, the Mayans had already arrived. Diana’s Escalade sat by the door, so Hank parked next to it. “Ready, mi reina?”
Megan took a deep breath and adjusted her borrowed flannel. “I… think so.” She swallowed hard.
Hank reached to guide her chin so she’d look at him. “You are la princessa de los Mayas. Goddaughter to El Padrino de los Mayas and el presidente of the Santo Padre Chapter. Your papa is vicepresidente. And your ol’ man is el pacificador.” He raised her hand to his lips to kiss her ring. “Straighten that crown, Princessa. They will respect you - or face the consequences.”
A small smile spread across her face as she nodded, but Hank could see her chin raise and her eyes harden just a smidge.
“Good girl. Let’s go see what the Reaper wants from us so we can get on with your birthday.”
He came around to open her car door and smiled as she stood up straight. He leaned her seat up to let Rex join them and the big dog immediately came to heel. Hank out himself on her injured side so the dog could stay to her left and wrapped his arm around her waist as they headed inside.
The two clubs were mingling in the lobby of the lodge, drinking beers and generally just passing the time. Taza excused himself from his conversation with a Reaper Megan didn’t know to greet them. “How was the beach, Chica? Did you bring home a million more sea shells?”
Megan giggled and stepped forward to hug him. “It was pretty rocks this time, Papa.”
Hank chuckled, “And she didn’t overfill my pockets this time either.”
“Oh- of course.” Taza laughed and pressed a kiss to her forehead. “Come greet the others. Your padrinos want you to meet the Reapers from Samdino. They’re the closest charter to us.”
Megna fell back to Hank’s side as they walked and he squeezed her waist in encouragement. She spent the next few minutes meeting all sorts of men from the different clubs. She kept her Southern Belle smile on and her company manners. Most of the men were automatically respectful - if a little confused by her presence - because Hank made his claim very clear on her by his presence alone. Eventually they made their way around to where Chibs and Tig leaned against the bar.
“Well if it isn’t the birthday girl!” Tig exclaimed. “Happy birthday, Little Bit.”
Megan laughed. “Thank you.”
Chibs smiled gently. “Alrigh’ there lass? Need a drink?”
“Sure. Just water please, though.” Megan leaned into Hank’s side as Tig greeted Rex with an ear rub.
The Scots eyebrows raise, but called for the prospect behind the bar to get Megan a bottle of water. “Sure ya’ don’ wan’ something stronger?”
“No thank you, sir. Just water.”
Chibs opened the bottle for her and handed it to her with a grin.
Tig sipped his beer. “So where’d Tranq take whisk you off to for your birthday? We noticed your crew rolled up minus the car.”
Megan looked up at Hank with a smile. “He took me to the beach so that Rex could run and I could decompress a bit.”
“Good choice, brother,” Chibs said, saluting him with his whiskey glass. “But tell me you’re gonna take the beautiful lass out tonight -”
Hank grinned. “That’s the plan if you assholes don’t screw it up with this meeting.”
The other men chuckled. “Speaking of the meeting-” Tig said. “Little Bit, Marcus mentioned you had trouble when you can’t see your dad or ol’ man, so we’re using a room with glass doors and we’ll put SanPad by the doors.” He turned his eyes to Hank. “Feel like helping Hap with the doors? Usual drill - everyone will disarm at the door.”
Hank nodded and pressed a kiss to Megan’s temple. “No problem. Coco will be staying with la princessa.”
Chibs nodded. “I think Alvarez brought guards for his girls too. I assume they’re here to keep the lass company.”
Hank gave another nod. “They are. Diana and Tessa will stay back with her with their own guards.”
“Good. We had the prospects set up an area where they’ll be comfortable.” Tig looked to Megan. “Anything you need, they’ll get it or lose their kuttes.”
“Thank you. Both of you. I know this isn’t standard practice for y’all,” Megan said quietly.
Chibs shrugged it off. “Ah - I hope someone’d do the same for my Kerrianne if she needed it. It’s no bother, lass.”
They were interrupted by the rumble of another group of bikes. “Ah- that’ll be the last of them…” Tig said. “‘Scuse us.”
Megan and Hank made their way back to Taza, Bishop, and Coco. Megan hugged Coco tightly.
“What’s that for, Ma?” he asked embarrassed.
Megan smiled up at him. “You remembered.”
Coco fidgeted and shrugged. “Course I did.”
“Thank you.”
Hank patted Coco’s shoulder in thanks as well before guiding Megan to lean her back against his chest as the lodge doors opened and the last club any of them expected stepped through the doors.
The Vatos Malditos had come to Charming.
________________
Taza stiffened and stepped in front of Megan automatically causing Bishop to place a restraining hand on his brother’s arm. “Easy Taza. They got no reason to notice her unless you give it to them,” he muttered.
Taza nodded stiffly. “Doesn’t mean I like it.”
Megan placed her good hand against the patch on her father’s back. “Papa?”
Taza reluctantly took his eyes off his old club to look down into Megan’s worried face. “Sorry, Chica. Didn’t mean to frighten you.” He kissed her hair softly, still keeping his body between her and the new arrivals. “You’re okay. Just - don’t go anywhere near them, okay?”
Megan nodded uncertainly and returned to her place leaning against Hank. “Okay.”
“Good girl, Poquito. C’mon. Let’s get to the table. Looks like they're ready.” Bishop led the way, claiming the seats nearest the door for himself and Taza.
Hank walked Megan to the area of couches that had obviously been set up for her and Diana. Diana was already there with Tessa, who was playing a hand held game with her headphones on.
“Alright, mi reina. I’ve got to go in. I’ll be within sight at all times. Stay with Coco. No matter what.” He pulled her close for a moment and kissed her deeply. “Be back as soon as I can.”
Megan nodded uncertainly again.
Hank waited for Coco to look at him. “Protégela con tu vida, hermano. She doesn’t leave your sight. Entiédime?”
Coco put a hand on Megan’s shoulder gently. “Alto y claro.”
Hank cupped Megan’s face in his massive hands and kissed her one more time before going to help Happy man the door.
Every man disarmed as they entered. Guns went in one box. Cell phones in another. After everyone was inside, Hank started to reach for his own weapon to disarm when Happy stopped him with a shake of his head. Hank nodded and kept his cell phone as well when Happy shut and locked both boxes. What did Happy know that he didn’t?
Once inside, they closed the doors and took up positions in front of them. All Hank had to do was turn his head and he could see Megan. With that comfort, he turned his mind to the meeting.
“Well - now that everyone’s present and accounted for, let’s get down to business.” Chibs said standing up. “Earlier this week, Samcro received word from our True IRA contacts that port authority is shutting down our port. It’s time to make the promised hand off of the gun trade.” There were nods all around. “Our Mayan brothers- we’ll get one more shipment in, but that’s it. In order to keep the IRA backers - we need a new port and quickly.”
Bishop raised his hand casually. “Are you wanting to bring them south? We don’t have a port on our side of the border.”
At Chib’s nod, Bishop sat up a little straighter. “Aye. You don’t…”
“But we do.” Everyone turned to look at the Vatos. Their leader was older, close in age to Taza, with a long braided ponytail. Palo was well known as a cruel bastard, and his eyes hadn’t left Taza since they all sat down.
“Right. So here’s our proposal - IRA hands off to the VM in TJ. They store and assemble them. Santo Padre Mayans transport. Vatos get 20%. Samcro is supposed to get 5% for the first two years, but we’re willing to negotiate that since it’s taken so much longer for the hand off than we planned…”
Taz leaned over to whisper furiously to Bishop. Bishop sat forward in response. “Your plan sounds fair. We’ve got no issue with Samcro getting their cut. Santo Padre’s issues lies in bad blood with the VM. We don’t like their methods.”
Palo laughed. “Our methods? You partner with the cartel and you ‘don’t agree with our methods’? Ha.”
Taza spoke through gritted teeth. “Galindo doesn’t traffic humans like cattle.”
Chibs frowned and sat up. “What do you mean, brother?”
“VM are coyotes. Illegal transport across the border. The problem is - once they bring them across they demand more money. When the poor fuckers can’t afford it - they take their women instead and sell them off to the highest bidder.” Taza glared at Palo. “We want no part of that.”
Palo shrugged. “Not your women. Why do you care?”
This time it was Bishop who gritted his teeth. “Because we don’t hurt women or innocents. You do both.”
Palo chuckled and sat back indulgently in his chair. “You mean like that little piece outside? Yeah. I clocked her when we came in. You are aware she’s damaged goods, right my friend?” he asked, looking at Hank with a smirk. “Damaged since birth if she’s anything like her mother.” He turned that evil smile on Taza. “That is Gabby’s kid, right? She’s grown since I saw her last.”
Every Mayan present stiffened and you could practically hear Hank’s joints creak with tension as Happy put a restraining hand on his arm.
Taza shot to his feet. “Leave my daughter out of this!”
Palo sniggered. “Your daughter? Are you sure? Gabby was fucking my brother too. Could be my niece.”
Taza started across the table but was caught by Bishop and Marcus who were both fuming as well. “You bastard!”
“Either way, she’s bought and paid for. And now I know where to pick up my merchandise.” Palo sat back with a grin running a finger across his lips.
Everyone froze as a gun barrel appeared pressed to the back of Palo’s head. They all beard it cock as the hammer was drawn back. Palo’s men started to rise, but sat again when Chibs spoke. “I suggest, you get to explaining yerself. He doesn’t have a lot of patience. And you lot better be still or you’ll make him jumpy.”
Happy held the gun steady, It was only then that Hank realized the man had moved.
Palo raised pacifying hands as his club shifted restlessly but didn’t move. “I bought her weeks ago. Her brother and I were business associates.” He looked to Taza. “Looks like her mother, doesn’t she?”
Taza growled and reached for his knife on his belt. “You! You were the buyer!”
“Woah now - for those of us that aren’t half crazy Mexicans - anyone want to explain?” Tig asked, though his blue eyes were cold and hard as he watched Palo and his men.
Marcus stepped forward with a low growl. “When that cop kidnapped Megan. He was taking her to another buyer. We thought it was someone in Tennessee. We killed him before he go to too far.”
Tig looked at Palo. “You sick fuck. You thought - what?- You’d just buy yourself a girl?”
Palo shrugged. “It worked when I bought her mother.”
Taza drew his knife with a hiss.
Chibs held up a steadying hand. “Easy, Taza. Let’s get the whole story - then you can kill him.” He looked to Happy. “He tried anything…”
Happy chewed his toothpick. “I scatter gray matter.”
Chibs gestured to the two officers who wore VM patches. “Someone hold onto this lot.” Plenty of hands jerked them out of their chairs to restrain them. “Now -” He looked back to Palo. “No more games.”
Palo looked completely unruffled despite the gun to his head. “I bought her mother years ago. After I was tired of her, I gave her her freedom as long as she fucked my brother, David. Guess she was fucking his… best friend… too.” He glanced at Taza with a smirk. “She disappeared one day. A few weeks later David died -”
“You KILLED David!” Taza yelled. “You killed him. Slit his throat and held him while he bled out! Your own baby brother!”
Palo shrugged. “I don’t like traitors.”
“We just wanted OUT you bastard! You knew we just wanted out…” Taza screamed.
The VM leader shrugged again. “I found Gabby a few years later on a… business trip… when I was delivering cargo to Tennessee. She had a kid. Tiny little thing with big brown eyes. So I introduced Gabby to a friend who catered to her drug of choice. Once the kid hit the system, I kept track of her.” He grinned maliciously at Taza. “You should have seen her before she was legal. Always was a pretty thing. I debated on taking her then. Either way, I knew when she was sold the first time. Brandon was a business associate. He sold her often… long before he sold her to her husband. So when her husband… died - made him an offer. Paid a lot of good money for the little bitch too. Thought he just ran out on me. Guess I can take the price off his head now.”
Now a second gun was against Palo’s head. Hank’s. And no one was going to stop him either.
Chibs gave a dramatic sigh and tilted his head back. “Fuuuccck…” He sat back in his chair before he looked to Marcus, Bishop, and Taza. “Fuck. Alright. I wan’ it known - we had no idea. We knew about the smuggling across the border - but we had no idea about the girls.”
Marcus and Bishop nodded, stone faced. “We know you’d never have brought him to the table had you known,” Marcus said.
Palo spoke with a chuckle. “And there’s nothing you can do about it. Kill me - at a peaceful sit down - and you start a war. No one will trust either of your clubs to do business again. Your gun deal, your drugs - all of it will dry up in a heartbeat. I’m going to walk out of here - and you’ll never know when I’m coming for my merchandise.”
Hank cocked the hammer on his gun. “Nah. That’s where you’re wrong. You ain’t goin’ nowhere.”
“You can’t do anything about it. She’s mine and I’ll take her.”
Happy looked to Chibs quickly. Chibs nodded. “That’s where you’re wrong, Fucker.” He nodded to Happy again and a shot rang out.

REVENGE
Notes: This is STILL NOT part one of chapter six. This is another teaser from chapter six.
If you're just stumbling across this, and haven't already done so, please stop and start by reading part one of chapter one.
This #Batwoman AU is based on the ABC tv series #Revenge. Ryan Wilder had just about everything taken from her when we met her, and she was doing her best to get it back. In this version of the story, that means taking some people down along the way. And, she's definitely no hero.
Y'all know why this is taking so long, so I'll spare you the broken record. I promise to keep trying to get you something more complete by next week. For now, here's another out of sequence and context snippet from part six.
CHAPTER SIX SNEAK PEEK 2
13 YEARS AGO, GOTHAM CITY HIGH SCHOOL
Sophie's sitting by herself with Selly, speculating that the cat's mama must have gotten sick and stayed home from school. She promises to call and check on her when she gets home, and then she shares her plan. If she's still not well enough to return to school, Sophie will go to her classes to collect her homework. She knows Ryan will fuss about having to do schoolwork on her day off, but she'll help her get it done, so she doesn't fall behind.
It's a Tuesday in December, and it's cold. They'd borrowed a small generator from shop class, and a heat lamp that was used in biology for plants. They'd rigged a heating system to keep their fur baby's cabinet warm while they were away. And, Ryan had hooked her mama's electric heating pad to the generator, and stuffed it under Selly's blankets to recreate the sense of body heat she got from them. Even for Sophie, it feels colder without Ryan nearby. For both of their sakes, she hopes whatever’s keeping Ryan out of school doesn’t last long.
Sophie does as she promised their cat, and tries to call Ryan at home, but no one answers the phone. No one answers the door when Sophie stops by her apartment the next day either. They'd never hung out off campus, but Sophie had made them exchange all their important information, just in case anything ever happened to one of them. She knows Ryan's mom plans to move them to a nicer area, but she hasn't gotten that address yet. By Thursday morning, Sophie starts to regret not asking more questions. Ryan never mentioned the possibility of switching schools, and there was absolutely no way she’d disappear on Sophie without notice, even if her mom wanted to take her out of GHS. So Sophie doesn't let herself get bogged down by that idea. Instead, she stops by the school’s office and chats with her favorite administrative assistant, hoping she'll clue her in.
What she finds out is a shock, and it’s devastating. Somehow, the story was kept out of the news at first, but Mrs. Johnson's sister works at Gotham General, and when Cora Lewis was brought into the E.R., already deceased, the other Johnson remembered her from church. She knew her daughter Ryan went to Gotham High School, so she told her sister everything. With enough gentle prodding, Sophie hears everything too...most of which she can't make sense of.
Friday morning, Ryan’s case becomes newsworthy, and there's finally some coverage of the trial because of the Kanes' involvement and their status. The officials are rushing through the trial, because they want a decision on this before the Christmas break. On top of that, Ryan doesn’t have much support in the courtroom and her defense lawyer seems like she’s hardly trying to protect her. It's still big news for the school, and all her classmates can talk about. Even her mom discusses it at home over the weekend, highly critical. Her little sister asks questions that her mom gives judgemental answers to.
Sophie stops watching the news the next week, unable to sit through what her gut tells her is incredibly wrong while feeling so helpless. She wants to defend Ryan - no one knows or understands her better – and to hold her while she mourns the only family she had left. It’s so unfair that she should have to be persecuted when she just lost her mom.
When Ryan is sentenced, Sophie’s heart shatters. Yes, because her best friend just lost everything, but because she knows that includes Sophie. She asks her mom to take her to visit, and she's forbidden from seeing her. Diane believes a detention center is no place for her daughter, and a delinquent is no one she should be concerned with. Diane also knows her daughter; Sophie is resourceful, and stubborn. So she threatens her with everything under the sun if she ever finds out Sophie disobeyed these rules. She’d raised a good daughter who wouldn’t be influenced by someone like ‘that girl.’ And she wouldn’t have her daughter known for having a friend like that either.
In an act of rebellion, Sophie brings their cat home, and carries it around with her everywhere, especially whenever her mom is home, both to ensure its safety, but also as the only ounce of comfort she can cling to. The loss is greater than Sophie can comprehend or articulate. She spends most of the Christmas break in her room, sleeping during the day, because she's up all night. Her sister tries to be there for her, but she's too young to really understand everything that's happening. Her mom thinks she’s being dramatic losing sleep over some little girl from school, because she doesn’t keep in touch with any of her friends from her youth. Sophie knows better than to try to explain that Ryan isn’t just some ‘friend…’
When Sophie returns to school, everyone has moved on, because they didn't really know Ryan, anyway. She's sad but also somewhat relieved, because she doesn’t need anymore reminders than the ones that flash in her mind. She throws herself into her classwork, goes out for cross country to stay busy in the afternoons, and to keep moving. She finds that running hard and fast for long distances is a good way to feel a different kind of ache, one that’s more productive and tangible. Mostly, she does everything possible to prepare to get far away from Gotham, as soon as she can. All the city has done is let her down.
The only good thing to come out of the suffering is her mom's decision to open a restaurant and bar in the same place that Cora Lewis meant to. Diane was impressed that a single parent and Black woman, like herself, was doing something so entrepreneurial, and felt inspired to see Cora’s vision through in her honor. She named it The Hold Up as a safe haven for their community to ‘hold up’ and support each other. She’d say she wished she’d been able to know Cora before she’d lost her life from her daughter’s poor decisions, ignoring Sophie anytime she tried to argue with her, saying the evidence was clear from the trial, but that maybe the mothers could have looked out for each other. Her mom’s choice to pursue this goal is as much a gift as it is a curse.
Sophie’s solace is that she has to leave for Point Rock almost immediately after graduating high school. She's spent the last year and a half training herself not to think about Ryan more than she absolutely has to, and she prays that the distance will help with that. She chooses to treat Ryan’s memory like one of a best friend moving to a different state, where they’d simply lost touch, which often happens in those situations. It’s better than the truth: that she was tragically forced to let go of someone she loved, without ever getting to say how she really felt, or goodbye. As a final pursuit of closure, she leaves her closest companion with her sister, asking Jordan and Selina to take care of each other.
~~~~~
To be continued...
I felt like it was important to give a little more background on why and how Sophie could repress so much of Ryan's memory. There's a lot she's repressing, all at once.
DCA Info Part 57: Perrine’s Family and Confidants 🐸
Tumblr media
Art colored by @au-ni-ro
For more information on Perrine, click here!
Perrine's Family
Elva Bousquet (エルバ・ブスケ, Eruba Busuke)
Twisted From: Eudora from The Princess and the Frog
The headstrong matriarch of the household and an excellent cook. She and her family used to be in poverty until she and her husband decided to start catering to small parties within their community. Word of their delicious food got so popular that they managed to start a restaurant and it inspired others to start businesses too. So, their community became a popular tourist spot because of the shops and restaurants that are connected to the houses. She is one tough mama bear, her motto is always "No work, no eat!" she made sure her children know that slacking off doesn't produce results.
Jeremiah Bousquet (ジェレマイア・ブスケ, Jeremaia Busuke)
Twisted From: James from The Princess and the Frog
The patriarch of the household who always has wise words to give. He knows hard work is important but reminds his children that if they work too hard then they'll have no one to share their proud moments with. He helped set up a catering business and the recipes used were from his mother who he remembered as a sassy old lady but with a golden heart that gives. He sometimes sings when he's feeling happy that day, his children can hear him scat singing in the kitchen.
Grandma Hattie (おばあちゃんハッティ, Obāchan Hatti)
Jeremiah's mother and Perrine's paternal grandmother who still loves to spoil her grandchildren and sit outside the porch. The customers are fond of her motherly nature and even laugh at her witty jokes, everyone affectionately calls her "Mawmaw". Even though she's a sweet grandma, she can't stand people who harass her family, she was about to take her walking stick and smack the owner of the rival restaurant who wanted to buy off their family home.
Theodore Bousquet (セオドア・ブスケ, Seodoa Busuke)
The eldest of the Bousquet siblings at age 23. Theodore now owns the family restaurant after his parents retired, his dad still cooks but he has other employees who do the majority of the cooking. He's a big guy with a scary-looking face but he is very nice and friendly with the customers. Lately, he's having trouble with the restaurant across the street that is owned by a rich company that looks down on them.
Ida Bousquet (アイダ・ブスケ, Aida Busuke)
The second youngest of the Bousquet siblings at age 13. Ida is mute but can read lip movements easily and has her own sign language that only the family can understand. She is a sweet girl who loves to make dolls and play puppets with them with the other kids on the street. Though she isn't afraid to speak her mind and the rest of the family are wide-eyed at the words she would sign at someone she doesn't like, such brutal honesty.
Dixie Bousquet (ディキシー・ブスケ, Dikishī Busuke)
The youngest of the Bousquet siblings at age 8. Dixie is quite spunky and energetic, always running around the marshland to catch frogs. Her mother always tells her to let it go and she can't keep it, so she just borrows her dad's camera to take pictures instead, though she still tries to catch them again but doesn't bring them home this time.
Jackie + Nori story concept I had
At one point I had the idea that someday a woman would ring on Mama Welles door. The hobby mailwoman with the "I don't really give a shit but still wanted to do that" attetude asked her if she is Mrs. Welles, who has a son named Jackie.
Jackie who heard his name drop, came to the door with suspicion in his eyes. Mamá answered yes, already slowly reaching for the gun she had stached beside the door, in case someone wants to try something funny.
Turns out the woman has a letter for Mamá.
In this letter someone wrote that she hopes she and Jackie are doing well and that she wants to let them know that they don't have to be afraid that Raúl comes back because she took care of him. Wishing them all the best. Its signed with "Elenore Rose"
Big confusion spreads who she is, how she knows of them and what this all means.
The woman tells them that she works in an Asylum and that one of her patients gave her this letter and told her what the surroundings looked like, that it was a Valentinos home and that she asked to bring this letter here.
They want to visit her to ask more about that and the Lady who's name is Mell tells them that they could try but that she doesn't know if its possible.
Because this patient Elenore Rose, has multible personalities that "borrow" her body, like they all say. Mostly its a Lady named Beth who says she was a Moxes before she got killed. Another one is a Corpo named Francis, who claimes to have gotten sick but doesn't know what happened then. Sometimes a very agressive character would turn up, they never speak, they are only very agressive, so they mostly send her back to sleep with the help of sleep darts.
Beth and Francis told them that thats "the animal guy" and mention sometimes a person named "Amata" as well.
Elenore who the two call "Nori" only comes out very seldom. Maybe 3 times since she was brought there over a year ago by a man who told them that she was schizophrenic and that they couldn't take propper care of her right now and paid them an enormous sum so she was kept in the most isolated part of the Asylum.
They never visited again, and now Beth the Mox is nagging around almost every day if she wasn't trying to flirt with the male stuff. Francis mostly came out when Beth got too annoyed or when information had to be gathered.
When they visit, Beth is hitting on Jackie the whole time. Offering the body she is borring right now as part of a deal to meet Nori. Even telling him that it was never used in that way and that she could be all his.
His answer - of course - was no.
"No audience with the princess if they can't convince the guard." She told him. Pleased by his answer she made another deal. She wanted to visit Lizzie's bar because she had some business there.
She was swearing and saying dirty things all the time, something that didn't fit the look of the woman in front of them.
They made a deal that he would bring her to Lizzie's bar because she had business there, and she went to fetch Nori.
Now Francis showed his face, happy to hear that Nori had visitors. But he knew that she wouldn't be happy if she would meet the guessets dressed like this, so he is her personal fashion guy and pics out some stuff for her which he put on in the bathroom.
After he was finished, he explained who he is and how he dispises Beth for always putting clothes on Nori that she wouldn't aprove of.
Turnes out that the Mox kind of plays first guard for her host and the corpo takes care of the planing and information stuff. All without Noris knowing.
In the middle of their conversation the character would change again. Now it seemed to be more fitting the look.
At first the woman was shy and confused, even slightly scared. But as soon as she looked at the latina, her expression truned first to surprise and then to a warm look.
"Mrs. Welles. You look well. Time really didn't harm your elegance."
She stood up from the chair Francis had placed her on and walked over to her to shake her hand.
"I'm Elenore Rose. I'm happy to see you again, even though you don't know of our first meetings."
"How do you know us?"
"Us? ... NO WAY!" Nori beamed a happy smile up to the big guy. "Jackie?!"
"Yes?"
She looked up and down at him, amazing by how big he is now. Telling him that the last time he met him, he was super small and carried around a plush astronaut all the time.
When the two asked how she knew them, she told them a story about a invention that should bring dead people back and that Raúl was one of the test subjects, that she was sent into his memories and thats how she saw how he treated the two of them and that she felt victim to his anger herself while trying to do her job. So she made sure that he would never come back and thought that the two should know that they are save now.
They wanted to know more, but at some point she got scared and shotted herself off and left at some point. Leaving Beth with them.
A few days later, Jackie kept his promise and brought her to Lizzie's where Beth had to clear some things. At first the person she wanted to meet didn't believe her but after a test they talked a lot. After the deed was done, Beth confinced Jackie to stay a bit and party.
They talked and Beth told him what she knows about the whole "bringing back people from the dead" thing.
It all made Jackie very curous, so he wanted to know all of it. That meant to meet Nori again and to get to know her better.
Thats like... what I had thought of till then.
Her backstory would be the same as in "Bringing back the sun", just that here the people who she failed to bring back never left. Their souls didn't make it into their bodies, but stayed in hers. In the Sarah Donum. At some point she couldn't contain them anymore and started to switch character. That made her useless to Arasakabecause only she knew how to connect to other Sarah Donum and minds, so they stored her away in the Asylum. No one there would believe her and they would pic her up if they would need anything from her again. And like this she would get taken care of without them having to move an inch or so.
Valerie gets involved and they find out that she is actually the daughter of William and Sarah Finch. She was last seen 8 years ago on a inventor gala. She and her father were never seen again shortly after that. Her mothers maiden Name was Rose, so she took that, after her father never saw her as a daughter and she wanted to feel closer to her mother, who at least loved her while taking her last breath.
One big scene would have been:
"Why should I come out here when I can stay inside with Amata. Nothing good came from out here my whole life. Thats why I gladly lend them my body. It was never mine anyway, other people decided what I would do all the time. Claiming it as theirs. "
Showing Jackie that she sees no use in her existence and her body and that she gladly gave it away to beth who seemed to have much more fun with it.
Even though I like the concept... I like "Bringing back the sun" much better ♥ I'm very happy with my story.
Please ignore all the grammar stuff. I'm not native english speaker, I'm super tired and done by this week AND it seems that I have catched the cold from my boyfriend so my brain is mush right now.
Feelings Circle
Tumblr media
Book: The Royal Romance (AU)
Pairings: Liam x MC (Ella); Drake x OC (Alyssa)
Characters belong to Pixelberry; Ella Brooks belongs to me; Alyssa Devereaux belongs to @burnsoslow and is used with permission
My brand spanking new and beautiful poster for The Loft was made by the amazing @gokushairgel ❤️ she is a gem and so dang talented. Thank you for creating this masterpiece!
Summary: An AU based on the show New Girl (my favorite can you tell??) Just a collection of one-shots and shenanigans that allude to the show. This will NOT be canon, that means this won’t be in Cordonia and Liam isn’t a King. If you have watched the show before, you know they are in Los Angeles, California.
A/N: This little chapter takes place after the birthday fic I wrote for Burnsy called Lifetime. You don’t need to read that one to know what’s going on in this fic though ☺️
A/N 2: It’s been a very long time since I’ve written anything - mostly because work has been crazy and studying related to work has also taken up a lot of my time. My taglist is very old so feel free to ignore should you not want to read this mess lol
Thank you Burnsy, my tumblr and real life friend, for letting me borrow your best girl, as well as looking over this fic and not saying it completely sucked big donkey balls lol I love you.
Warnings: Adult language; sexual innuendos; some overall inappropriateness because it’s the Loft 🤷🏽‍♀️
Words: 1258
Alyssa opened the door and to her surprise saw a large package that was on the floor addressed to her. She grunted as she pulled and pushed it inside the loft. “Ella!”
A voice came from one of the rooms down the hall. “Yeah?”
“Did you order something for me again? I just returned the freaking roundabout dildo!” Lyss shut the door with her foot and crossed her arms across her chest.
“What’re you talking about? I didn’t buy anything,” Ella bounced into the living room. “What’s that?”
“I don’t know,” Lyssa bent down to take a look at the label on the box. “It says it’s from Texas.”
The girls pawed and pried open the box and saw that it was a bread maker. “A bread maker? What the fuck?” Lyssa saw a note tucked on the side and tugged on it. “It’s from Drake’s mom!” Drake and Alyssa just got engaged and FaceTimed his family and her cousins and friends to give them the news. Drake, not being too close to his mom and Aunt Leona, still felt like giving them a call about their engagement was respectful. “‘Dear Alyssa, So glad we got to meet you even though it was when you and my son were already engaged,’” Lyss read out loud. “‘Please accept this as an engagement gift, hope to meet you soon.’”
“What the fuck kind of gift is a bread maker?” Ella asked as she poked the box. “She doesn’t even know you. Why not send a toaster or coffee maker or something?”
Alyssa gasped. “Maybe she thinks I can’t take care of her son!”
Ella’s brows furrowed. “What? Why?”
“I don’t know, I heard she treated Drake and his sister like shit and abandoned them,” she explained with a wave of her hand. “So maybe this is her way of being petty. Maybe she thinks I can’t cook!”
“But you can’t,” her friend pointed out.
“That’s beside the point! She thinks I can’t take care of her only son!”
“How can you say you don’t take care of people?” Ella put her hands on her hips in a huff. “You take care of me! You’re fierce and strong and you would stand up for anyone that you love. You’re like a big, scary, protective mama bear!”
“I just make sure you don’t kill yourself when we’re drinking El,” Lyssa’s eyes watered. “What if Drake’s mom hates me?”
The girls were interrupted by the front door opening and the guys of loft 4D barged inside, already mid argument.
“If I’m not having sex in this loft, then nobody is having sex in this loft!” Leo roared as he marched towards the kitchen.
“I am so aware of my nipples right now,” Maxwell hissed as he hugged his chest tightly.
Ella and Lyss glanced at each other, then turned back to the boys. “What in the fresh hell-”
“Just don’t make any sudden movements,” Ella whispered out of the side of her mouth.
It was Liam’s turn to speak as he turned to his fiancé. “Love, did you know about this?”
“I’m sorry, I have no idea what’s happening right now. I need context.”
Leo ripped open a box of condoms, dumped them onto the kitchen island, and pulled open drawers.
“What the fuck is going on?” Lyssa asked as she turned to Drake.
“I’ll tell you what the fuck is going on!” Leo answered as he lifted up what he was looking for - a pair of scissors. “I’m going to cut all these condoms up!”
Drake, Max, and Liam lunged toward Leo, Drake reaching him first and tackling him to the ground. Max kicks the scissors away from him and Liam tries to pull his best friend off of his brother.
“Get ahold of yourself, you crazy oaf,” Drake grunted as he struggled against Liam’s strong hold. “Just because you fucked up and aren’t getting laid anymore doesn’t mean you can fuck it up for all of us!”
Leo huffed, his face red. “If any one of you try to have sex up in this loft I’ll body block! No love making! All love making will cease!”
“Everybody shut up!” Ella screamed. Everyone went silent and turned their attention to the small woman in front of them. “All of you, just shut up and sit down at the table. We’re going to talk about this like adults.”
Alyssa grinned. “I’ll get the-”
“Aw,” Maxwell whined. “Not the-”
“You bet your ass!” Lyss waved the feelings stick in his face. As a teacher, she brought home a lot of popsicle sticks, yarn, felt tipped markers, and crayons. But the feelings stick was used religiously in case they needed to have a loft meeting. The girls usually bring it out when there are some kind of feelings involved and the guys don't want to talk about it.
“Feelings stick is in effect,” Ella began as everyone took a seat, grumbling as they went. “You know the rules, one person speaks at a time and no interrupting.”
“Everyone deserves to be heard at the table,” Alyssa continued as she stood behind her new fiancé and bent down to kiss his cheek.
Ella plopped herself onto Liam’s lap, his arms automatically settling around her hips. “Who wants to go first?”
Maxwell reached for the feelings stick now in the middle of the table. “We all were at the store and Leo saw Hana there with another guy. He got upset and jealous and was trying to follow them down the aisles! As a distraction, I told him that the store ran out of cheddar cheese blocks and he went into some kind of rage and twisted my nipples,” he turned to look at Leo as he wrapped a free arm around his chest. “That really hurt and now I’m pretty sure you ripped some chest hair out of my skin.”
Leo snatched the feelings stick out of Max’s hand. “I felt like that was the wrong time to yell about my favorite cheese, and you knew how distraught I’d been over my … situation with Hana!”
Drake leaned over the table and grabbed the feelings stick from Leo. “I feel like you are being a real bitch about this Hana issue, Rys!“ Alyssa and Ella flinched at the harsh words; Leo’s face turned a dark red color. “You cheated, and she dumped you. Come to terms with it and fucking let it go!”
Liam held his hand out towards Drake, motioning for the feelings stick, and like a baton, Drake passed it over. “Leo, I don’t think it’s fair that you purposely bought condoms for everyone with a plan to just cut them up since we’re all in relationships and you’re not.”
A knock on the door interrupted their feelings circle. Alyssa walked over, flung the door open and her brows raised in surprise to see Hana on the other side. “Hana! Hey … uh, what’s up?”
Wringing her hands together, Hana gave her friend a nervous smile. “Hi Lyss, is Leo here?”
A screeching of a chair and stomping of feet sounded a moment later, and an out of breath Leo stood at the door next to Lyssa. “Hi! Hana … hi! How are you?”
“Leo …” Hana chewed on the inside of her cheek.
An awkward silence settled between the two and Lyss became increasingly uncomfortable. “I’m … just going to walk away,” she bent down under Leo’s arm that was holding the door open and scampered off.
“Did you want to come in?” Leo asked softly.
Hana nodded. “I think we should talk.”
I only claim Grace and her family; everyone else I'm borrowing.
Tumblr media
(Pictures aren't mine)
The week trudges on for Grace after meeting Jon. True to her word, when she got home Shaul, Nancy, and Joanie had wanted to hear all about it.
As suspected, there’s a knock on the door as she unpacks and lovingly puts her new books from William and Bryan on her shelf.
“Knock, knock baby.” Nancy pops her head into the open door and beams at Grace. “Can I come in?”
“Sure Mama, I missed you!” She accepts the big hug that Nancy gives her and gives an extra squeeze before sitting on the bed.
“I missed you too, sweet girl.” She beams at Grace. “So, show me the mark! I wanna see it!” Grace grins happily and places her arm into Nancy’s waiting hand. “Oh, look at my baby, growing up and finding her soulmate and looks like there will be another one too!”
She runs her finger over the mark and smiles. “His name is Jon Moxley. He seems a little rough around the edges when you first meet him, but he’s sweet. He brought me hot chocolate before he had to leave so he could see me.” Her heart flutters at the moment. “The other’s name is Claudio; Jon says he’s a Swiss sweetheart.”
Nancy chuckles. “That look on your face reminds me of when I met Peter. Your Uncle Taz was -what was it you said- rough around the edges to everyone, but when we met and I saw his mark I went right up and put my hand over the mark.” She places the hand not holding Grace’s arm over the orange sun on her bicep. “People thought I was crazy because he liked to stay in character around others, but he was nothing but sweet to me. When I was in WCW, he would use any time he had to come visit me and when I left, I traveled on the road with him, until Tyler.”
“Was it hard? When both of you were in different companies and you had to travel to see each other? I know Eddie misses Chris all the time when they’re both busy and you miss Taz when you’re here with us. Claudio and Jon both fight in multiple companies and I’m in my senior year plus college is around the corner.” She sighs before laying back on her bed and laughs when Nancy lays down beside her.
“It’s hard to let him go when I can’t go with him and I know Eddie will say the same, but then I remember that this is what they love to do. It’ll be difficult for you three, but I think you’ll make it work.” She grabs Grace’s hand and Grace never tires of feeling the safety and warmth that comes from Nancy.
“I never thought I’d feel so safe and comfortable with him already; it makes me excited to meet Claudio too.”
“They better be good to you, or they’ll have to deal with me.”
“I think Jon already heard those threats when I left him to talk to William Regal before we all left.” They both laugh loudly.
“Everyone knows that I am the most dangerous in this family and you’re my baby girl.”
“Gracie?” Grace snaps out of her thoughts as Shaul waves a hand in front of her face and giggles. “Back with us? Or are you thinking about your new boyfriend?” She throws a pen at her as Shaul sings out the word.
“Shut up, Shauly! I’m just thinking that’s all.” She blushes and goes back to the homework she’s working on.
Shaul flops next to her on the couch and Ty grumbles on the other side of her as he’s bounced and his reading is disrupted. “Sorry Tyler. Are you okay, Grace?” She lays a hand over Grace’s pencil.
Grace runs a hand through Ty’s hair to calm him. “Hey, you wanna go get some chips from the office? I got some new flavors for you.”
He looks at her with bored eyes. “Are you gonna talk about girl stuff?”
She laughs softly. “Yeah Ty, we’re gonna talk about girl stuff.”
He makes a face and jumps off the couch. “Gross. You want some?” At her and Shaul’s nods, she waits until he walks away to sigh and turn to Shaul.
“I’m okay, I guess I just kinda miss Jon.” She groans. “How can I miss someone I met once and talked on the phone with twice, Shauly? I feel like a wife waiting for her husband to come back from the war!” She covers her eyes and lays her head back against the back of the couch.
Shaul’s laugh makes her move her hands and glare at her. “I’m not laughing because you miss him, Gracie. He’s your soulmate, of course you miss him! Even if you met him five minutes ago, you’d probably miss him; according to Tia Joanie anyway.”
Grace checks her watch and groans. “I gotta get back to work.” She packs her backpack back up. “He’s just been busy and so have I with school this week, that’s all. I’ll get over it, Shauly.” She stands up and throws her bag on her shoulder before giving the girl a kiss on the forehead.
“I got you Hot Cheetos ‘cause they’re your favorite.” Ty mutters before handing Shaul hers and sitting back down with his book.
“Thanks Ty! I really appreciate it.” She puts her fist out when she notices he doesn’t want to talk anymore, and he taps it back without looking up. “We’ll talk more later when I’m done with work. I’m hoping I can figure out what Papa’s been so sneaky about since yesterday while I’m here. You wanna help?” She asks mischievously.
“Uh, duh I’ll help! I know Dad’s not coming home so I wanna know what it is too! Bet we can convince Sheri to ask him.” Shaul wiggles her eyebrows and laughs.
“Let me know!” Grace giggles and eats her Cheetos as she puts her book bag in the office and throws the trash away behind the desk.
She gets lost in her work for the next couple of hours. Her back is turned to the filing cabinet as she gathers some files for Joanie when a throat clears behind her.
“Hey! Sorry about that! How can I-?” She turns around and is shocked. “J-Jon? What are you doing here?” She sets the files on the desk and rushes around to hug him.
He stiffens slightly at the sudden impact, and she almost pulls back before his arms wrap around her. “Figured since you couldn’t kidnap me, I should come steal you away for the day.”
She pulls back and her smile falters for a moment. “Oh, Jon, I have work until five.” She sighs and lays her head on his shoulder for a moment before stepping back.
“Thank goodness you’re in good with the boss then, huh cariña?” Eddie’s voice sounds behind her and she turns to see an amused look on her Papa’s face. “You’re free to go for the day, we can handle one Sunday without you.” He walks up and shakes Jon’s hand before kissing her on the temple.
“This is what you were planning yesterday, wasn’t it?” She looks between the two men.
“Surprise, mija.”
“I wanted to surprise you and take you out for coffee. That okay with you?” He smirks at her.
“Completely okay, I just hate that you used all that gas when you were already where your next match was at.”
He shakes his head at her worry and guffaws affectionately. “Don’t worry, okay? I got you a gift anyway, so come on.” She laughs and hugs Eddie quickly before grabbing Jon’s hand.
“Home by nine?” She asks before she leaves.
“Just… remember you have school and use your best judgment. I want you to have fun and spend as much time as you can, okay? Be careful and be safe.” She beams and breaks away to hug him again.
“Thank you! I’ll call you when I’m heading home.” She grabs Jon’s hand and waves at Shaul and Ty before leaving.
Tumblr media
“So, curfew?” Jon asks as they drive.
“More like, I always ask because Sheri goes to bed by eight or nine and I don’t want to wake her up usually. They give me a lot of freedom but it’s my last year in school and I want to do well. I’m planning on enrolling in University of Texas for the fall semester.” They pull into the coffee shop parking lot. “So, what’s my surprise?” She asks when he puts the car in park, and she runs her fingers over his mark.
“Claudio actually; he doesn’t have match until the twenty-seventh so he’s coming with me to my next one. He and I get pretty busy with matches, and he’s been like a damn eager puppy about you.” Her fingers freeze on his wrist. “Hey, we don’t have to yet if you’re not ready. We can leave right now.”
“No!” She clears her throat. “I-It’s all I’ve been thinking about, really.”
He gets out of the car and so does she but hesitates by the car door until Jon comes around and holds his hand out.
“Are you nervous? He’s gonna love you ya know?”
“I just… It’s stupid I know but what if he doesn’t?”
He gives her a small smirk before grabbing her hand and pulling her to him. “Only one way to find out Gracie.” He says before placing a kiss on her cheek. She rubs the half-colored mark on her wrist before smiling at Jon and letting him lead her into the coffee shop. She looks around the small shop and her eyes are drawn to a tall, built man in the corner. His eyes light up as he notices them, and she looks over to Jon to see a small smirk on his face.
He leans down to whisper in her ear. “There he is, Gracie.” She smiles softly and walks over to the new face with Jon.
“Ciao bellissima, my name is Claudio.” He holds out his hand to her and with another look to Jon, she gives him her hand.
She gasps softly as the small shock runs through her body and he lifts her hand to gently kiss the back of it. “Hola guapo, I’m Grace.” He smiles widely when she speaks Spanish back to him.
“Ah, beautiful, and now our marks are complete, yes bellissima?” She looks down as he turns her arm over to show the filled scarlet mark and she gasps.
“It’s so beautiful.” She whispers in awe and Jon chuckles fondly behind her before she hears his voice right next to her ear.
“Just like you, darlin’. Right Claudio?” His voice is gruff, and she shivers slightly.
“Our Grace is very beautiful, Jon.” He reaches a hand up and places it slowly on her cheek as she blushes. “Why don’t we get some coffee and sit so we can get to know each other, yes?”
She nods excitedly while Claudio’s hand is still on her cheek. “I’d like that.”
They order their coffee and Claudio laughs happily as Jon and Grace complain about him paying. They sit down after collecting their drinks and talk about any and everything. Claudio holds her hand as she explains her situation to him as she did to Jon and she loves that there is no pity in his eyes, only acceptance and understanding. He opens up about his family and growing up in Switzerland and she’s mesmerized. Leaning her chin on one hand and letting Jon play with her other when he gets spacey, she listens to him describe everything so vividly she can picture it.
“I was very lucky to receive my permanent residency in my first try at the green card lottery in 2004 and I moved to the United States. I moved in with Chris Hero, but I am on the road so much that when I met Jon, he let me put my stuff in his apartment.” Jon raises his coffee cup in a toast and Grace giggles.
“Ah yes, because it was such a hard decision to let my hot as fuck soulmate store his stuff in a place that I don’t visit much either.” They all laugh as Jon rolls his eyes.
She’s quiet for a moment before she looks at Jon. “Jon says you’ve helped him with his past… issues.” She squeezes his hand when he fidgets in his seat. “I just wanted to say thank you and I’m glad you were there to help; I don’t know what I would have done if I woke up one day with half a mark.” She looks between the two men and smile softly before sipping at her drink.
Jon lets her hand go and before she can react, he drapes his arm behind her back, and she leans back against it. Claudio reaches across the table to grab her hand and run his thumb across the back of it.
“I shall always do what I can to protect you both, piccolina, I swear to you.” He looks so sincere that she swears she’s already in love.
“We’ll protect each other; that’s what soulmates do, right?” Claudio nods happily and Jon wraps his big hand around her bicep and squeezes in agreement.
They change the conversation to lighter subjects until she notices Jon tensing up when the shop starts to fill up with more people. She looks at Claudio who is watching Jon and finishes her drink.
“Hey, do either of you like to read? There’s this really great secondhand bookstore that I’m in love with and I was going to go after work before I was kidnapped by this one. It’s right down the street.”
Jon sighs gratefully and she knows she made the right choice. “I mean I used to do coke and go read at the library, so yeah, bookstore sounds great.”
“To think, this crazy man just came into your father’s school and kidnapped you.” Claudio chuckles. “Let us go to the bookstore and find something. Jon and I will make sure no one else kidnaps you.”
They gather their things and throw the trash away. Claudio leads Jon outside while she takes advantage of the empty line and orders some of the shop’s cookies. She thanks the girl who gets them for her quickly and walks outside to see Jon leaning his head against the wall while Claudio speaks to him in what she thinks may be German. She walks gently up to them and clears her throat so she doesn’t startle them. She pulls a cookie out of the bag and hands it to Jon, who takes it while looking at her confused.
“Sometimes I get overwhelmed and I found out that sometimes sugar helps. Mama found it out when I had a bad anxiety attack a week after I had to confront my birth mom and stepdad at court. She was baking cookies with Ty, and he sat with me while I ate one.” She smiles at the memory of the little boy sitting beside her while she was trying to get her breathing under control. “It was the first time he ever hugged me, so that helped too, but I promise the sugar helped.”
Jon had been eating the cookie as she talked, and she can see he’s calmer. “Thanks darlin’, sometimes big groups of people surrounding me are overwhelming. In the ring I can ignore it because I’m amped and focused, but like that? Nah, fuck that shit.” She laughs softly and hands one of the other cookies to Claudio.
“Grazie, piccolina. Are you okay now, mein Herz?” He asks Jon as he runs a hand down his arm until he gets to their mark and rubs this thumb across it.
Jon nods his head and grabs Claudio’s hand from his arm, squeezing it affectionately. “Let’s go find our girl some books.” He keeps a hold of Claudio’s hand and throws his other arm around Grace’s shoulder.
Grace and Claudio keep Jon between them as they take the quick walk to the bookstore. She happy that it’s Sunday and that that usually means little to no people. The ding of the doorbell has the owner looking up and smiling at Grace.
“Grace! There you are! I was about to call the gym and let you know I got a few of those books you wanted. Oh, and who are these two gorgeous men with you?”
“Hey Ms. Mason! Papa let me out of work today so I could hang out with these two. This is Jon and Claudio, my soulmates. Guys, this the owner Ms. Mason; I come here so often she knows my name.” She laughs joyfully.
They talk for a moment and then the older woman lets them be. The guys seem happy to follow her for a moment before something catches Claudio’s attention and then she and Jon are alone. She looks through the books on the shelf before she feels him crowd around her. She smiles as she feels hands on her waist, and he turns her gently.
“Well, hi there, Jon. How can I help you, sir?” She giggles.
“Wanted to thank you for earlier; your voice helped a lot when it paired with Claudio’s. Never had anybody do that for me before you two.” He clears his throat and looks away from her, but she puts her hand on his cheek and turns him back to her.
“I’m glad it worked so well and I’m happy that you have us now, Jon.”
He still looks a little sad, so she tilts his head down more and slowly leans up so he can stop her if he wants to. The kiss is soft, gentle, and absolutely perfect to Grace. As they pull back Jon nips at her bottom lip and it seems to Grace that he’s breathing a little easier.
“That okay, darlin’?” Jon whispers and she nods happily.
“It was perfect, Jon.” He smiles gently at her and puts a little space between them so they can go back to shopping for books.
Jon’s sweet and carries the small stack of books she’s collected to buy, and she looks at him as he starts to laugh out of nowhere. “Sorry, I just… you always call me Jon, even when I said Mox; Claudio did the same thing.”
She looks at him with a smirk. “I mean, I can always change that, Moxie.” She says with a wink and laughs when he groans.
“I take it back, ya brat.” He grumbles.
“Oh, no way!” She laughs. “Don’t you worry Moxie.” She leans up and gives him a kiss on the cheek.
“Piccolina, mein Herz, there you are! Did you find anything?”
“Oh sweetie, I don’t think Grace ever leaves without something.” The guys laugh loudly and Grace blushes. “That’s the way to that girl’s heart, just build her a library.”
“Ms. Mason! Don’t give my secrets away like that!” She laughs and Claudio puts a hand on her lower back that makes her feel warm.
“A library, yes? I think that can be arranged one day, what do you think Jon?” Claudio beams and throws her a wink before looking at Jon.
“Yeah, we can build our cute fuckin’ nerd a library.”
She shakes her head and grabs Claudio’s books to add to her stack and she cuts him off when he tries to protest. “Nope, you paid for coffee and Moxie paid for the gas and stuff to come see me so I can buy your books.” She turns to Jon. “You want anything? They have comics and I remember you saying you like Batman.” Jon’s eyes light up so she points them out and watches him walk off.
“That is very kind of you, piccolina.” She blushes and gives him a small smile and they decide to stay to the side of the counter while they wait for Jon in case someone comes in.
“What does that mean?” She asks curiously.
“Piccolina?” Claudio’s full attention on her is… a lot.
“Y-yeah that one.” She pushes the dark lock of hair behind her ear not noticing the man get closer to her.
He puts a finger under her chin and tilts her face up with a bright smile. “It means ‘little one’ in Italian as bellissima means ‘gorgeous’ or ‘beautiful’. Mien Herz means ‘my heart’ in German; not that you are not also in my heart of course.” She’s speechless for a moment as his eyes roam her face and his thumb strokes her cheek.
“S-so, Italian for me and German for Jon?” She asks trying to sound flirtatious.
He chuckles deeply. “You may not have noticed much but Jon needs an anchor sometimes and the harshness on the German tongue seems to help. You, my sweet heart, have had enough harshness in your life from what I have heard, so I want to speak only the language of love to you.” A tear slips down her face and he swipes it away with his thumb before smiling lovingly down at her and kissing her forehead. “No crying piccolina I only speak the truth to you. You and Jon have had a hard life and, while you have found safety and protection, I only wish to protect and love you both.”
“You promise, Claudio?” She hates it as soon as it comes out of her mouth, but she needed to hear it.
“I swear it Grace, on my life I swear it.” She nods and he kisses her forehead again before stepping back.
“All good here you two?” Jon striding over to them with a stack of comics.
“All good Moxie.” She laughs as he groans. “Lemme have ‘em and don’t argue.”
“Not gonna let it go are you, darlin’?”
“Nope!” He snorts at her answer and all three of them head back to the counter. “Ready Ms. Mason!” She calls out, knowing the shop owner will hear her.
“Damn Claudio, I lucked out with y’all and accents.” He exhales harshly. “And she speaks Spanish; now I have two of y’all I can’t understand part of the time.” He snorts and they all burst into laughter.
“Here are your other books, darling girl. Is this everything?”
“Yes ma’am!” Claudio and Ms. Mason talk small talk while Grace notices Jon tapping at his collar bone and looking around the store. “Hey Moxie, you okay?” She grabs the hand not tapping when he nods at her and turns back to the register.
“Alright! Got everything totaled up and you had some credits from last time so it’s fifty-four fifty today.” Grace hands over her debit card happily.
“Will you put those in one bag and mine in another?”
“Sure thing sweetie.” Ms. Mason tries to hand her the bags, but Claudio beats her to it.
“I will take those ma’am, grazie.”
“Well, aren’t you a gentleman? You bring these boys back, ya hear?” At Grace’s agreement, the trio leaves the store and walks back to the car.
Grace checks the time and is surprised to see it was already almost eight. “Wow, time flies when you’re having fun I guess.” She hesitates by the car door and plays with the hem of her shirt before Jon nudges her gently.
“Hey, Gracie. We don’t wanna leave either ya know.” He says softly.
“I know Jon, doesn’t make it easy I guess, but I know I have to let y’all go because this is your dream and I want to finish school and go to college. I know how this works, sort of, through my dads and Mama.”
“It’s gonna fuckin’ suck, Gracie, but we’ll get through it right? And you’ll call us if you start gettin’ pissed about the absence. We’ll make this work as best we can while we’re in the indies and you’re in school, okay?”
“Worry not piccolina, we will come visit when we can and maybe this summer before college you can come to shows with us and stay in Cincinnati with us.” She beams at the thought and nods enthusiastically.
“I’d love that actually!”
Jon takes the keys and Claudio opens the door to the back seat for her. “Sorry, bellissima, long legs can be a curse.” She laughs at them and nods understandingly before climbing in the back and grabbing the bags from Claudio.
The ride is too short for Grace’s liking, and they are in front of her house where Jon turns the car off and helps her out of the car. They walk her to the door and Jon looks at the door for a moment before muttering to himself and grabbing her face gently to kiss her. It’s a bit rougher than the one she gave him in the bookstore but it’s perfect and just like Mox: sweet and biting. She groans softly when he pulls away and he smiles leeringly at her.
“I want you to remember that if you get upset at the distance.” He winks and steps back for Claudio to come to her.
He puts a big hand on her cheek and leans closer to her. “May I Grace?” He whispers and at her nod he kisses her too.
Strong, gentle, and loving are all that run through her head as they kiss. Where Jon is rough, but kind Claudio is soft, but sturdy and they are everything she needs. She sighs happily when he pulls back and runs a thumb down her cheek tenderly.
“Wow.” It’s the only thing that she can think to say, and they laugh affectionately.
“Yeah, that’s what I said when he kissed me too, darlin’.” She hugs Claudio tightly.
“Please be careful and call me when you get to where your match is.” She looks between the two men. “We will figure this out because I’m gonna support your dreams like you’ll support mine. Now go before I find a way to make you both stay.” She hugs Jon and makes him promise to be careful and call her when they get back home before whispering in his ear. “Thank you for this today.”
She kisses his cheek then kisses Claudio when she makes him lean down to her. Waving at the car until it disappears, Grace quietly goes into house making sure to lock up and heads up to her room. She changes her clothes and unpacks the books from the bag to put them up when she sees one of Jon’s comics in the bag. She smiles and flips through it when a paper falls out and flutters to the floor. She looks down at it confused before picking it up and seeing writing on it.
-shop owner gave me some paper for this that’s why it’s taking so long. this is my favorite one so maybe you can keep it safe for me yeah? feel like a fuckin’ sap doin’ this. -Mox
Grace reads it over and over before pinning the note to the board by her desk. She plugs her phone in and gets her backpack ready for school before heading to bed. She’s stopped by the ding of her phone and sees that she has a new message from an unknown number that she assumes is Claudio.
Unknown: this is the start of a brew-tiful relationship, our little bookworm. -Claudio
She smiles before sending a quick goodnight message for the both of them and laying down. She falls asleep easily that night thinking about her day with them; they were finally complete.
Spanish: Tía: Aunt cariña: honey mija: daughter/girl Hola guapo: Hi handsome
Italian: grazie: thank you piccolina: little one ciao: hello bellissima: beautiful/gorgeous
German: mein Hertz: my heart
Chapter 7! And Claudio makes three to complete the triad! Thank you so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed! Much love!! 😘
What If It Were Brian Chapter Twelve
AO3
Joe hands her tickets to Scotland. She looks at him, her eyes full of tears.
“Thank you. I wish I could pay you back.”
He shakes his head. “Simply take care of yourself and that wonderful boy. It is all the thanks we need.”
They are leaving in the clothes they arrived in. She won’t take the chance to go back and try to get more. They discussed it and decided it was to dangerous. Joe had slipped off to the airport at daybreak to buy the tickets. They woke Brian, feed him a big breakfast, and told him he was going on an adventure.
“We shall.” She hugs him and Gail tight. They will take a taxi to the airport. Joe will handle whatever Frank tries next.
“There is a listing for a Frank and Claire Randall.” Sean O’Malley is scanning through the phone book. His wife, Edina, is moving around the kitchen, preparing a meal. As predicted, she had been delighted by their visitors.
“Aye, does that book tell you where they live?” Ian asks.
“It does indeed. After we eat and you change, I can take you there, if you wish.”
“That would be much appreciated.”
Sean is gifting them modern clothes so they will fit in better.
“You bring her back by here, before you take off, eh? I wish to meet the extraordinary lassie that brings you lads so far.” Edina insists.
She lays plates before them, covered with steak and potatoes.
“Thank you ma’am.” Fergus softly says. He remains overwhelmed by all the strangeness of this time.
“Aye thank ye.” Grace is said and they eat.
“Mama, I can’t  go without him!” A problem arises when Brian realizes his snake has been left.
“Honey, it is just to dangerous to go back there.”
“I need him!” he cries out before placing his thumb in his mouth. It was a habit that Claire thought broken a year ago. If he was that stressed…
Joe sees the same. “I will take you by to get it. A quick grab and then off to the airport.” It was recalled as being dropped on the front lawn as they hurried out. “Easier then a cab anyway.”
“You be careful.” Gail frets. He kisses her.
“I will.”
Tight hugs are given all around and they leave.
They are strange, the new clothes. Softer then what they are used to but more confining somehow.
“Now you fit in better . Ready to go fetch them?”
“Aye.”
“Ouí.”
The car ride is just as strange as before. Ian uses the time to focus on how he will approach this situation. After all, he doesn’t know how much this Frank knows.  Fergus focuses on not soiling the borrowed clothes by getting sick.
“Stay in the car. I will fetch it.” Claire holds Brian against her as Jo steps out of the car and onto the lawn. Neither see the other car pull up behind them. She is focused on the front door praying that Frank doesn’t come out.
Sean and his passengers exit. Fergus gulps the fresh air up, settling his wane. At the same time, Joe finds the snake and Frank steps out.
“What are you doing here, boy?”
Fergus reacts without thought. He doesn’t  know how that unholy bastard was here but he won’t let him hurt him again. He walks up and punches him out.
Claire, sitting like a stone, blinks hard. It can’t be! Then Ian hurries over. Jesus H Roosevelt Christ! It is. Fergus and Ian are here! She jumps out of the car, dragging Brian with her.
“Fergus  Claudel Fraser! You canna just go punching strangers!” Ian is fussing at him.
“Tis’ no stranger Uncle Ian but that bastard Black Jack Randall.”
“Actually, it is Frank Randall.” A stunned Joe adds.
Brian sees his snake and runs up to Joe. “Thank you Uncle Joe!”
“Ah Dhai! He looks just like him.” Ian exclaims at seeing Brian.
Claire can do nothing but hug him and then her eldest son. “You are really here!”
Sean and Joe stand and wait for some explanation as Frank starts to moan on the ground.
“Aye, Jamie he thought you in danger and we…”
“He lives!” She shouts, interrupting Ian.
“Aye, he does. He couldn’t travel so we did. Was he right?”
“Yes, Brian and I were… my manners. Ian and Fergus meet Brian Henry, my son. Brian some ah…”
“Old mates of your mama.” Ian smoothly inserts.
“This is Joe. He and his wife are helping me get away from Frank, who you sort of meet.”
“I am sorry mama. He looks just like…”
Brian holds his snake tight in one hand. The other is around his mama’s leg as he studies the stranger.  “I know. Don’t worry. He deserved it.”
“I am Sean O’Malley, helping your lads here. I suggest that we head back to my wife and I’s house before he fully regains consciousness. Whatever else is happening, we want no one in jail, eh?”
“Great plan Sean.” Joe says. “I will follow you.”
The strange groups climb back in the cars they came in and hurry away, leaving Frank, his bell thoroughly rung, to try to figure out what happened.
