Dear Y/N,

Hey, it's Betty. I had something that I really wanted to tell you and I felt most comfortable doing it through a note. I know I could have called, texted, even told you in person. I know there is a bunch of ways I could have done this but, I decided to do it through a note.

I know we have been friends for a long time. Actually, we have been friends since we were little kids. I love that we have been friends for so long and that we have stayed so close but, I guess that also makes this kind of harder for me to do.

I just don't want to ruin our friendship. I am just scared that the thing I want to tell you will ruin everything between us and I really don't want that to happen. I would be so sad and feel so guilty if it ruined everything.

Anyways, I should just get to the point. Alright, here goes nothing...

I like you Y/N. I like you a lot. I have had a crush on you for the longest time now and I was always just too scared to confess my feelings to you because I was kind of scared of getting rejected but I was even more scared about losing you completely.

Because I would never ever want to lose you as a friend. Even if you didn't feel the same way about me I would still want to be your best friend even though it may be awkward for awhile after my confession.

Anyways, I will let you process what I have told you and you can get back to me when you feel ready to. I hope to hear from you soon.

EDIT: Sorry this was a little misleading at first! Ugh, my fault!! I need opinions on whether I should continue using option A for Sweet Pea in this WIP sweetbee oneshot that I've written about 3k words for already (as options A) - or - should I make him turn into option B? The setting is gonna be in his trailer. Plot is more or less about Betty being angry at Jughead (they're broken up) and Sweet Pea will be like, "Hey, wanna get drunk at my place?" and from there......I'm sure y'all can imagine what happens next lol

The kinks/tags included so far are; alternate universe - canon divergent, underage drinking, making out and fingering. Since I'm planning to post this in Bubblegum Venom, there may not be a full-blown sex scene between them, but like always, I can't say for sure. I might end up changing my mind and decide to include some fucking for these two. (If no one votes I'm tossing a coin)

Dark Shadows: Chapter 11

Chapter 11:

Jughead’s head was already pounding as he made his way through the packed club to Betty’s regular section.

After their discussion earlier in the week, Jughead realized just how much the distance between him and Betty was starting to take a toll on both of them. Her suspicions coupled with his guilt caused him to skip his most recent feeding session so he was a bit on edge, which did not help matters much.

He’d even spent the last few days dodging Sweet Pea’s calls, not wanting to deal with his bullshit on top of everything else.

As he sat in his usual spot, Jughead looked around the club that was packed to the gills with humans and vamps, all dressed up for the annual Halloween bash. He tried to get her attention a few times, hoping to find a moment to sneak Betty off to explain his strange behavior but every time he tried, she’d say she had to run drinks and tell him they could talk on her break.

So, he waited, watching her flutter around the room in the naughty nurse’s outfit that all the waitresses seemed to be wearing tonight. The moment he saw her in it, he almost ripped the article off her body and taken her right there in their living room.

He smiled as he watched her walking up to the bar in her bright red heels, chatting with another waitress while waiting for her drinks. He was just about to call her over again when he felt it, a groan escaping his lips.
