Baby Banshee

Halfa is just Danny's overall classification due to him being a human/ghost hybrid. However, if we go into what species he is classified into, he is a Banshee.

More specifically, Danny is a Baby Banshee. Although some consider that the Banshees are bad luck, in reality they usually scream to warn of great catastrophes. However, because Danny was just a baby ghost he was learning it now and had random impulses that led him to scream in the most random places, he couldn't control his wail.

Realizing how weird the halfa was (a male banshee, and a ghost baby at the same time), the ghosts decided to set him up with babysitters for when he went through his ghost childhood. Due to how powerful the child was he ended up being cared for by the Ancients. Which had no problem adapting to his needs and tried to keep him out of trouble.

On one of those occasions, Danny felt the urge to go in a specific direction. He ended up in a portal that guided him to the DC universe and wailed as loud as he could, which baffled the heroes.

He was obviously a child but had destroyed an entire complex with his scream and because of that they decided it was better to contain him. Danny was confused, he was warning them about the danger! Why weren't they listening?

Constantine understood what was happening instantly and warned the heroes to get away from the Banshee immediately. Hal mocked at the wizard's paranoia and encased the boy in a bubble. Which let out a cry when he was trapped and sent a danger signal from his core.

This ended with the Justice League facing off against obviously upset Ancients who were demanding their baby back.

I Always Thought I Was Hard to Love ('til You Made It Seem So Easy)

With my history and everything else, I always thought it would take someone extraordinary for them to be able to love me. Someone so strong headed, kind, determined, dedicated, committed, nice, patient, and all that. In other words, I believe I was hard to love. Like loving me is a challenge only few can go through. Like loving me will either break or make them. Like loving me is a chore not everyone is prepared to do.

Truth is, just like everybody else, I too deserve to be loved. I might not be the easiest person to love, but with someone right it shouldn't be that hard. It shouldn't feel like I am fighting to be respected, seen, and heard. It shouldn't feel like I am fighting to be cared for, to be thought of, to be.. loved. Even in our worst days we all deserve compassion and gentleness, especially then.

I might haven't met someone whom I could call my lover yet, but that doesn't mean I am not loved. Maybe not romantically, but I sure am loved in other ways. By family and friends, even by nature and the universe. I believe love comes in different shapes and sizes. There's no one size fits all when it comes to this majestic, magical force. We show and receive them in its own unique way, when we're ready -and that doesn't make one any less special than the other. If anything, it makes it that much more special in its individuality.

Someone not loving you the way you needed to be loved, doesn't say anything about your worthiness to be loved. Someone not loving you the way you needed to be loved also doesn't say anything about their worthiness to love someone else. Sometimes, it's also simply a matter of compatibility. Just like how we are friends with some people and not others, that's also the case when it comes to lover.

Someone can do and say all the right things, be in therapy, emotionally mature, but if they don't feel good to you doesn't mean they're a bad person. It all comes down to compatibility. I believe in anyone can be our lover, as long as it's both people working towards a healthy loving relationship. However, just like any relationships, there also needs to be a degree of compatibility which sometimes we have no say in and that's okay.

One day we will find, meet, and keep that person. The one who made loving us seems effortless and easy. Doesn't mean that they don't put in the effort, but they will make us feel lovable so easily as if they're not trying too hard! Here's to that :)

On Firelord Zuko's birthday, someone gave him some silver wristbands. When giving jewelry to the noble family (and more so to the Firelord) only gold can be used, due to the estus and symbolism it represents... Giving jewelry made of any material other than gold is considered rude and an insult.

To the surprise of many, it was the gift that Zuko treasured most and he uses it quite regularly. No one knew who the gift was from or why the Fire Lord used them so much.

Nobody understands it, until at a party, Avatar Aang is seen and on his necklace there are two gold beads as shiny as Firelord Zuko's eyes.
