#not kpop#shut up vic#bc i have sunflowers on my right ankle#so hear me out#i get LAVENDER on the left side of my stomach#thereby keeping the nice asymmetricality of my legs but ALSO pretty flower in my other favorite color#AND it's easily covered for professional settings#AND i'm able to see it#cons i think my stomach skin is more likely to deform#something to discuss with google and/or a tattoo artist#perhaps ribcage??#GAH I SHOULDN'T BE DEBATING THIS SERIOUSLY ALDJSJSJAH#I SHOULDN'T GET A SECOND TATTOO I SAID I WAS SATISFIED WITH ONE#THEY WERE RIGHT YOU GET ONE AND THEN YOU KEEP GOING.......#IF I GET TWO WHO WILL I BECOME

tsuyu:
tsuyu definitely needs all her shoes to come with some form of accessories and would never wear them with a simple pair of socks (she doesn't even own any). her and jiro go shopping together sometimes and make sure to get at least 3 accessories and one pair of socks because they trust each others opinions. she got the second pair on one of their outings. they both decided they would choose a pair for each other and those are the ones jiro got for tsu. they're her second favorite pair of shoes she owns. the first being the pair in the first photo.
ochaco:
ochaco is a harry styles fan, it's canon bc i said so myself. so the second she laid eyes on the first pair, she decided that she must have them because sunflower vol.6 happened to be her favorite song so 'it must be fate right?' one day, when she came home and showed izuku the second pair, he started complaining bc she would always tell him to throw away his red shoes bc they were 'too bulky' and now she has a pair of bulky shoes herself. she look straight into his eyes and without any hesitation said, "those shoes were hideous and i'm glad i got shouto to burn them." ...he thought bakugou threw them away along with denki's.
momo:
miss ma'am has hundreds of shoes, but her favorite pair of shoes are always white. whenever she wears the first pair, mina always tries to add a bag of sour patch kids but whenever she opens the puch there's already a pack of gum there. it's happened so many times that momo decided to get mina her own pair. the second pair is her go to pair whenever she's wearing shorts and a hoodie, which is her go to outfit whenever she goes out for errands.
jiro:
jiro is the fashionista of the class. everyone always goes to her for her opinion on their outfit (except for denki, sero, kiri and sometimes shouto. they just love bothering bakugou way too much). she's chosen at least one pair of shoes for everyone in class, multiple for tokoyami. her favorite pair of shoes are the one's in the first picture and it's simply because her favorite animals are bats. the second pair is the pair tsu got for her and they're also her second favorite pair of shoes. jiro and tsuyu are best friends fight with the wall.
mina:
we already know mina's favorite color is pink (as it should be) so a majority of her wardrobe is pink. she always wears the second pair when going grocery shopping and everyone is tired of arguing with her that she doesn't need them to buy milk and cookies bc 'the best cookies are always on the highest shelf'. she's forbidden to wear the first pair unless it's for a night out/party. yes she's tried wearing them to go grocery shopping. yes she stopped trying when shouto threatened to burn them. (yes she knew that he'd burn izuku's shoes the night before.) but that's okay because she managed to get a similar pair she wears when she goes out for errands. the only difference is that they only go up to a bit above the ankle.
hagakure:
hagakure loves and cherishes both pairs. her go to pair is the first one bc they're cute and easy to put on. also they were a gift from ojiro before they started dating and whenever she wears them she gets all giggly. (they're canon i don't take any critisim on this) she only wears the second pair for very special ocassions because they hold sentimental value. (they were a gift from all the girls. they gave them to her when they first celebrated her birthday at the dorms and it was the first time her friends supported her 'childish interest' instead of 'teasing' her and trying to change her. she cried for the rest of the night and still tears up whenever she wears them because they're a reminder that she found people who accept her for her.)

A/N: If you’ve never had Wendy’s before they have a soft serve ice cream in a cup called a frosty and it’s v popular to dip fries in it.

You sat in bed, waiting anxiously for his to text you back. You cracked your knuckles, trying to calm yourself down as he continued not to respond. Finally, too anxious to wait around anymore you pulled up his contact, calling him and hoping that he answered.
“Hello?” Pope’s groggy voice came through the phone and you frowned.
“Hey, sorry did I wake you?” You asked, though you already knew the answer.
“No, of course not...why would I be sleeping at 2am?” He said, holding his phone out in front of his face as he checked the time. The notifications of your texts popped up on his screen but he didn’t bother checking them.
“Sorry, sorry.”
“What’s the matter?” Pope asked. You could practically hear the exhaustion in his voice.
“Nothing, no it’s just, nothing.”
“Give me like, ten minutes and I’ll be right there.”
“No, no, Pope...it’s fine, really. Just...go back to bed or whatever, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to wake you up.” You insisted, face feeling hot with embarrassment as you leaned forward, forehead almost touching the bed.
“Are you sure?” He asked, sounding hesitant. He sat there with one foot already in a shoe and the other halfway in, his fingers still jammed between his ankle and his sneaker.
“Yeah.” You nodded, sitting in bed with your blanket wrapped around you.
It was stupid, really. Probably. Your parents were out for the night on the mainland, celebrating their anniversary, and you just couldn’t get to sleep. You’d tried everything that usually worked. Reruns of Parks and Rec and Psych. Turning the fan on high with the blankets bundled up around you. Even the sleep yoga tutorial you watched on tic toc didn’t do anything to enhance your ability to fall asleep. And while you laid there in the light of the screensaver on your TV, you swore that you heard a creak in the house. The most logical explanation was that it was your cat, lurking around the house, but you couldn’t help being nervous. So much so that you called Pope.
Your phone rang again and you twisted the blanket until you found it, stuffed up under your leg. Pope was calling you.
“Hello?”
“Hey, let me in.” He said, followed by three raps at your front door that you heard both through the phone and in person.
You got up, grabbing your blanket to keep it wrapped around you as you walked down the steps to your front door. Through the frosted glass on the side of the door you saw Pope’s blurry figure waving beneath the porch light. “What are you doing here?” You asked, door still locked and closed.
“Open the door and find out?” He asked, a hint of laughter in his voice. You undid the two locks and opened the door for him to come inside, hanging up your phone and slipping it in the pocket of your sweatpants. Pope came inside, take away bags in hand as he pushed the door shut behind him. “Alright, I’ve got frostys from Wendy’s and fries from Mcdonald’s.” Pope said, holding out the bags.
You wrapped your arms around his waist suddenly, surprising him and making his cheeks heat up at the feeling of you against him. “Thank you,” you said, squeezing gently.
Pope knew he seemed like the lovestruck hopeless friend who was desperately waiting to be noticed, especially when he showed up at two o’clock in the morning with frostys and fries but he just didn’t care. If you called and needed him then all he could do was come over and help. Whatever it was. You could have called him to kill a spider and he would’ve come over.
“Where’re your parents?” Pope asked, following you upstairs to your bedroom.
“On the mainland for their anniversary.” You replied, climbing back onto your bed, a little calmer now that Pope was here with you. You sat with your back against the headboard and Pope sat across from you, handing over one of the frostys and spilling the fries onto the bag between the two of you.
“I don’t think my parents ever celebrate their anniversary. My dad just gives my mom cards and flowers.”
“They wanted to do a big night or whatever...” you shrugged. You didn’t know all the details but you were sure they were taped to the refrigerator if you checked. “I just, hate being in the house by myself.”
“Well, you’re not alone.” Pope replied, grinning around a spoonful of frosty.
You dipped a fry into your frosty, “thank you, seriously, for coming over. I would’ve been hiding under my bed if you hadn’t shown up.” You admitted. “You’re the best.”
Pope shrugged, taking a handful of fries and starting to talk, not even thinking about what he was saying, “I’d do anything for you.”
“You’re too nice to me.”
“I’m serious.” Pope said, deciding in that moment that he had already said something and he might as well blaze ahead. What was the worse that could happen? Obviously, there was always the chance that you absolutely tore his heart out but you were his best friend. “I love you.”
“I love you too Pope.”
“No, seriously...I love you. As more than a friend.” Pope admitted.
“Pope-”
“I know, I know...you wanna be just friends and you didn’t invite me over here so that I could be that creepy guy friend who reads too much into a friendship and-”
“Pope-”
“-totally just expects you to like me cause I like you or something like that. I mean, it’s fine, I just wanted you to know cause it’s important I guess...not really I mean but kind of, you know just to be honest with-”
“Pope!” You snapped, “shut up!”
He looked startled, sitting up a little straighter, eyes wide as you leaned forward and grabbed the strings on his hoodie, pulling him in to a kiss. Fries pooled around your knee as you pushed yourself up enough to deepen the kiss, trying not to spill ice cream all over your comforter.
“I like you too,” you said when you finally pulled away.
“Awesome.” He replied, almost breathless and dazed as he smiled at you.

i watched kai’s most recent tattoo video so you don’t have to
featuring: my snarky commentary! apologies in advance. everything under the cut cause hoo boy, i don’t wanna make a mile-long post to fill up the entire dash
begins by complaining about appearance. typical
"i'm here to do another tattoo tour video"
considering you cycle through the same five/six main ideas for your videos, like haircuts or dyeing, either shopping for new clothes (at discount stores because yOuRe PoOr, but still manage to spend a fortune) or purging your closet, going on a date (where Gurg always makes a scene), getting new tattoos/piercings, iconic vaping for the first time vids, or dressing up as some ~*~ uwu aesthetic boi ~*~, you didn't have much of a choice
"i have quite a few new ones" yeah aka artwork you ripped off
claims a lot of people asked for it, but like, how? his comments have been turned off forever and i doubt he has a lot of interaction anywhere else
"in the market for a new tattoo" let me guess… another shitty flower? either clipart from google or yet another image ripped off from an artist
got his first tattoo after turning 18, and it's the shitty 27 tattoo we all know and love. claims it's significant because the number has been around everywhere during their relationship and it's ~*~meaningful~*~
"as i've gotten older i've become less skeptical" yeah Kai. we can tell, given that you blame all your problems on mercury retrograde
"yes tattoo number two looks like crosses" but actually is the number 14, representing their wedding date
talks about how he kept a list of tattoos he wanted for years, but doesn't follow the list because his recent tattoos are things he thinks of right off the top of his head. also, yeah, we can tell since your placement sucks and none of them work together well and you look more like a Doodle Bear than a person who thinks out their tattoos for more than fifteen seconds
charlie! the rainbow volcano, or as Kai calls it, the "gaycano." missed opportunity to call it volgayno instead but wtf do i know. complains it looks like a cake when really it's the volcano animation from YouNow. which, in my opinion, really just looks like something off the discount rack at your local Claire's
explains the history behind the volcano, "before YouNow was a toxic environment." by toxic environment, you mean your viewers commenting about their concerns on not only your safety and potential abuse, but the way Gurg treats your pets and your children? so toxic that people want to know that other living, breathing things in your home are safe and happy
"i hate ankle tattoos but i have to get one more since i have three, and i need to complete the ankles and have one on each side"
next up is his elephant tattoo that symbolizes his children. okay okay, i'll admit i have nothing bad to say abt this one
next is the flower tattoo on his shoulder, represents his family apparently. a "family crest," if you will
Gurg interrupts of course and first thing Kai says is "what the fuck, dude," which is always how i speak to my significant other, wbu guys? :-)
back to the tattoo. "if I'm being honest, it's my least favorite tattoo. i don't like the style of it and the placement??" UM? If I recall correctly you sat down w Gurg to design the tattoo? but alright
number six is Yoshi and Gurg of course has Toad to match. (jesus christ dude how many tattoos do you need to symbolize you and your shitty husband?)
tattoo seven is his lavender on his collarbone. says he's thought about having the same tattoo mirrored on the other side, but it's too "scene boi" and he thinks he's "too old" for that. let's look into the recent things he's done that he's "too old" for:
o the other shitty clipart tattoos?? hello?
o having barely legal girls in and out of his home all the time like a revolving door
o vague posting/subtweeting abt his heartbreak on his private socials
o turning himself into a fuckboy, an e boy, an anime boy, an emo boy, a soft boy… really i could go on
o changing his hair color ever two weeks like a middle school girl
o making 10+ minute long videos just straight complaining abt his issues, once again, blaming it all on mercury retrograde bc he can't take responsibilityt
he "you are my strength" tattoo in Gurg's handwriting. barf.
assures viewers that a mark by his tattoo isn't a bruise, just a burn from a wafflemaker
next up is the big ass gray rose on his forearm. didn't someone say he's still copying Billie/other exes? they get floral tattoos, then next thing you know, Kai showcases one
last but CERTAINLY not least, the sunflower tattoo. reminds him of his mom and Taking Back Sunday, his fav emo band. aka the tattoo we all know was completely ripped off from an artist
the real kicker is that none of these seem to be well done and the ink is all blotchy and Kai says he needs touch-ups, but won't to them because "that shit hurted!" that's another thing he's too old for. quoting vine all the time like it's a personality trait. listen, i still love vine, but damn it's just too much

1. Do you make your bed?
I will after awhile but not on a regular basis.
2. What’s your favorite number?
18!
3. What’s your job?
I am a M•A•C makeup artist in a Nordstrom. I honestly do not like it at all & I am hoping to find something new. I used to be so passionate about makeup artistry & I wanted to do more editorial or avant-garde style stuff for fashion or photography or fantasy style for film & television but now idk. I do know I would like to do something with art though. I also despise retail so that adds to it. (Shameless self promo: If anyone would like to see my makeup check out my insta @brennae_makeup I also am going to post more general art there too as I start to create more)
4. If you could, would you go back to school?
Yes! I miss seeing people on a regular basis & having set days off & vacations & having more structure & purpose & goals in regards to assignments & stuff. But I also hated school so I probably wouldn’t want to go back for long, however it might be a different story depending on what I was learning.
5. Can you parallel park?
Nope! I mean I am getting better at it & now I have a backup camera which helps but I still suck at it so I avoid it whenever I can.
6. A job you had which would surprise people.
I have p much only been a makeup artists but at one time I was going to work at a tutoring place but I didn’t go back after the first day lol.

Hmmmm idk. I guess being on social media too much (particularly Instagram).
10. Tattoos?
I actually have 12 as of yesterday! I’ll list them in chronological order I guess lol. I have the little star & hill from Le Petit Prince on my collarbone that I got on my 18th birthday. I have “you are my sunshine” in my moms handwriting w rainbow watercolor behind it on my left arm. I have a bear silhouette with mountains, trees, stars, & the moon in it on my right thigh. I have a hand holding lipstick & lips w a banner that said “femme fatale” but I am in the process of getting it removed & then eventually covered, it’s my only other colored tattoo which will change once I cover it. I have a crying eyeball on my right arm w a heart as a pupil. I have a lil bat on the front of my right ankle. I have a Dr. Pepper bottle on my left forearm. I have a fairy holding raspberries with sparkles around her on my right arm which is my absolute favorite out of all the ones I have & I cannot wait to get more from the same artist! I have a moon & sun kissing on my back. I have “made of love” in old english font w sparkles around it above my right knee. I have a soot sprite from Spirited Away on my left ankle from some Friday the 13th flash. & my newest one that I just got yesterday is a sun tarot card that the artist kinda did their own thing w so it has sunflowers in it, mountains, the sun, & two cherubs. I have many more plans & ideas as well & hopefully my next one will be a Ponyo scene I want or sthg for my arm (I think I have decided to do a sleeve?) from the same artist who did my fairy! Sorry that was very long & probably super boring to read lol but I love talking about tattoos!

People who do not communicate & are not honest. When people are super apathetic especially as a way to seem like cool & mysterious. People who are prejudice. Micromanaging & when people act like know it alls.

BUGS I am terrified of them. I hate holes too.
14. Favorite childhood sport?
Idk if this counts but I’m going to count it bc I hated the other sports I did lol. Soccer was okay but dancing I really loved. I used to dance a lot & was fairly good at it other than my shyness getting in the way of my performances lol but I stopped. I wish I hadn’t.
15. Do you talk to yourself?
Yep, a lot
16. What movie do you adore?
I also am still obsessed with Little Women & I really want to see it again. Some of my other favorites are Ponyo, Lilo & Stitch, Across The Universe, Jojo Rabbit, & uhhh that’s all I can think of rn.
17. Do you like puzzles?
Yes but not if they are too complicated cuz then I get frustrated & annoyed & impatient & I give up.
18. Favorite kind of music?
I love p much anything but modern country. I usually listen to r&b, rap, alt rock, & variations of pop. I also love Motown & soul but I don’t listen to it enough.
19. Tea or coffee?
I don’t usually drink either but I like fruity tea. If it isn’t fruity or sweet enough (but not too sweet) then coffee. I am picky when it comes to tea but not very picky w coffee.
20. The first thing you wanted to do when you grew up.
Ummm I don’t even know. For careers probably a hairdresser bc that’s what my mom does or a singer.

It depends on the season tbh. In the spring/summer I have this really cozy cream colored sundress with big sunflowers all over it. Paired with my big floppy sunhat and brown ankle boots, definitely my favorite outfit. I feel so cute but so comfy all at once. In the fall/winter there’s this giant black sweater that is the actual softest thing in the world and it has fake pearls sewn onto it (yes as old lady as they come lol). With some leggings and my black boots, easy cool weather favorite.
Pumpkin - What’s your favorite weather and why?
Definitely fall! I love the crisp cool air and the colors of the outdoors, the transition into cozy warmth when you come inside, the sweaters and scarves, and all the amazing activities. Apple picking, pumpkin patches, cornfields, the leaves changing, the steam rising from hot cups of cider, hot chocolate, and coffee, the bright warm cheeks and chilled but happy smiles, gosh I love it all 🍂
Dumpling - What’s your favorite movie right now?
That’s a hard one. I’m constantly tied between Mulan and Moana, but Princess and the Frog is kind of up there right now. There’s a special place in my heart for strong women who will stop at nothing to fulfill their dreams and find their place in the world, but who grow and learn a lot about themselves in the process bc that’s the kind of person I strive to be.

The weeks are a double digit now. How do we continue to move forward in this maddening rush towards mortality? This football? It isn’t enough. It is not justification for the plodding. Neither, then, is the sweet rush of endorphins that comes with gambling nor the sweltering tawdriness of sitting prone on a couch and imbibing. Alas we must yet continue to watch them up. Didn’t they try to change the name of this game to something other than The World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party? Georgia is favored by 6, which seems dicey. These teams are both bummy on offense. The o/u of 45.5 is interesting because if there are too many turnovers then it could go way over but if it’s relatively clean then it’ll be a stretch to get over 30.

this question originally said “my best first date” but most of em have been goin to movies and so i changed it bc my best date just in general was probably when my gf and i went and ate at our favorite place to eat n then we banged in her car in a department store parking lot and then afterwards she was like “wait nobody’s at my house i’m sneakin u over” bc her mom can be a lil weird about me going to her house so i never really do and i had never seen her room so she snuck me over to her house n we cuddled on her bed n she showed me this shoebox she has in her room with every tiny lil gift i’d ever given her in it and it made me cry a little. another nice date was when it was flooding at our university and so they canceled classes and we went to walgreens and bought shirts bc ours were soaked from the rain and i bought socks bc my socks got Wet bc i stepped in a puddle and we just stayed in my car and ate candy in our comfy clothes waitin for the rain to let up and yeah TMI ahead but basically she ended up eating me out for the first time so that was nice lol

A chest piece of all back and a gray work - fading out flower of life pattern toward the shoulders with a cicada in the center, and maybe some flowers on the shoulders, but I’m not sure yet. I’ll probably never get this, but I’d like it.
A Greek goddess themed thigh piece with elements from the Psyche story incorporated, and I’ve thought about Persephone on the other thigh. Again, I’ll probably never get these, but oh well, I fantasize.
