The woman in white sits on the window seat, reading. Her long skirt trailing the dust next to her.
Hair pulled back a few tendrils escaped, tickling her cheek as she turns the page. Lips parted taken in by the words on the page.
The world outside the window misted and vague, beams of light shining through, highlighting changing leaves, a bright cardinal high in the branches, a blade of grass made translucent by the afternoon glow.
The woman in white places the book open, pages down, in her lap, folding her arms on the broad window sill she rests her chin lightly upon them and gazes at the world outside.

🇵🇷 For the last day of our youth camp at Union Church, Bomba dancers taught us how to dance the Bomba. Parents were invited to participate and check out what their kids made during the week. The day concluded with pizza, and a wrap party. This is something neither I,my mom, Ángel Carrión, the kids, nor Pastor Marc will never, ever forget. It’s been awesome hearing the positive reception of the camp from not just the kids, but from their parents too. Hopefully, we can do another talent discovery camp at Union Church next summer. From music to art, everyone displayed their highest potential. 🎨🎭🎼🎶🎵
