I’ve had this idea in my head for a while and I just wanna write it down.

Ok so I dunno how but let’s say that the turtles, splinter and maybe April? Get transported to a predominantly Spanish speaking country. (Idk how they get there Leo’s portal or something). And no body knows where they are and they stumble into a town or sm where they try to get some intel on their location. When they find someone to talk to, the person starts taking fluent Spanish and everyone is confused as ever apart from Leo who is listening and responding intently. I just like to think he hangs out with Hueso so much he can speak fluent Spanish but just didn’t realise. And he finishes his conversation with the shop keeper and turns back to his family and their all just. Stunned. “He said we’re in ——— can you believe it?!” And Donnie whose probably holding a translator ready to communicate before Leo just blinks and it’s just a really funny concept to me. Anyone can add anything on to this if they want - just Leo being bilingual without his family or him really realising it.
