I think Leo was a kinda spoiled kid (in some aspects) and always refused to see Raph as a superior figure

Asking some writers/artists I follow:

Is there anything in your fic/comic that you as the author know about, but won't end up in the actual story?

I have a few scrapped plot lines half sketched out. Also the original concept for this AU which was WAYYYY different than what it is now! I am sure there are a few smaller details about how Mikey and Donnie were raised in the lab that won't be 100% explored, and other things too! But if I ever get questions about them I will probably end up answering them! :DD

Here are a few of the scrapped plot lines:

Instead of the cute hug scene while trapped in the closet, Raph and Heishi were going to get in an argument.

Also this conversation about leaving the turtles in the closet overnight while they figured out where to put them:

Not 100% sure where this one was supposed to go in the comic, but it looks sad :(((

Also there is a whole eight panels scrapped of April getting ready for school. Her story line was originally going to be very different to what it is now. (also I SWEAR she will be important soon... ish-)

⚠️SEVERE Flash warning ⚠️

An animatic inspired by a song that I love, Goodbye my baby from Jace June. Played this song multiple times, just the 'stay' part scratches my neurons.

I'm just gonna say it now.... There isn't enough Raph content for me and I'm hungry. He's my favourite boy and deserves all the love from what he's been through. The moment I received information that Raph most likely got PTSD from the movie era confirmed, it got me gasping for angst. When I saw the scene, where Raph hugged Karai, he instantly cried, imagining how much he just wanted a figure that he could rely on. Like yknow HIS FATHER. Like all the other bros they seek validation, and my boy just wants the comfort of his papa. I love this turtle so much, how much weight he has and he's just a kid. From what I've seen from the series, Raph has more physical/emotional trauma than the others, he fears isolation, he's claustrophobic, he's violent when scared/panic, trauma from seeing Karai die in front of him, fears losing his family. He got an eye injury plus a shell injury. Most of all his anger issues. Yes the other turtles have their own personal issues, but family wise Raph takes the toll. MY BOY DOESN'T DESERVE THIS TREATMENT. HES UNDERRATED. PLEASE 😭❤️❤️❤️

Still thinking about brand new mutated Dad Splinter figuring out the dynamics between his children. It wasn't until I was lining some of this that I realized the unintentional angst in this cute comic, because Splinter seeing how distraught Leo and Donnie are at being separated would hit a little too close to home for him.

Here it is!!

Believe it or not, this is actually how I began drawing tmnt on Tumblr- with tracing over other's lineart and then adding colors, background, and shading. :) So I decided to draw this panel cause.. It just made me laugh and the expressions were just perfect XD AND WITTLE MIKEYY AHHHH SO CUTEEE!!!!
