The Ackerman Family

Summary: Everyone never expected THE Levi Ackerman to get married and have a family of 2 kids with you.

You were cooking and making lunch for your 3 year old daughter to pack with you, "are you excited to meet daddy?" Cooing down as your baby daughter was drawing and coloring on some papers right by the kitchen table, "dada!!" She exclaimed excitingly, giggling and eyes shining excited to see her daddy. Once you were done cooking for you and your 3 year old daughter, you started pumping out breast milk to baby bottles for you 8 months old baby who was soundly sleeping beside his big sister. Softly smiling st the sigh of your two children.

Once you successfully filled 2 bottles of your breast milk, you packed your things and headed out.

Since your husband Levi was the Captain of the Scouts of the Survey Corps, they offered you a personal carriage and a driver for when you want to go somewhere without heading there by foot, this was very useful when you visited Levi a couple times when you were pregnant of your 3 year old daughter, Kuchel.

When you were pregnant of your baby son Kenny, you didn't have the strength to visit Levi from time to time for having a 2nd baby was a lot harder than the first, sometimes Hange and Rico would visit you instead to help around cause sometimes Levi doesn't have time to come home, would sleep in his sleeping quarters sometimes.

"Ah Mrs Ackerman, need a lift?" The driver asked as he got down from his seat at front opening the carriage's door, "yes, to the HQ of Survey Corps please" "right away Mrs Ackerman" as your stuff was all inside the carriage, he closed the door shut, you closed the curtains inside as you slowly started feeling the carriage moving.

It took a few minutes reaching there, Kuchel was asleep on your left, her small head on your lap as Kenny in your arms, wide awake and alert, playing with your hair and holding the hem of your dress by the chest area, asking for his breast milk, "good thing I packed 2" you reached down carefully to grab the bottle without waking up Kuchel, once you handed the bottle to Kenny he began getting his fill as his baby face softens, enjoying his meal, "you look so much like your father" you whispered as you kissed his head and lightly boop his small but pointy nose, seeing he has the same nose as Levi.

Kuchel and Kenny has the features of the father while the skin complexion and the hair color is yours.

"We're here Mrs Ackerman" the driver faintly said outside as he opened the door, helping with the stuff, putting it inside the front doors of the HQ, you gave him your thanks before paying him, he bowed a little before heading back to his seat up front, parked somewhere so that when you need to come home, he's just there.

"(Y/n)?? Hey!!"

Hearing a familiar voice calling your name, seeing it was Hange, she had a bright smile on her face seeing her Godchildren, "Nini Hange!" Kuchel said as she made grabbing hands reaching for her, Hange picking her up twirling her around before lightly tickling her stomach, "you pretty little thing how are you?" "Good! I missed you Nini Hange"

"I missed you even more sugar!"

She lifted her head and walked towards you with Kuchel resting on her hip, cooing silently at baby Kenny drinking your breakfast, he was smiling through the bottle, having grabbing hands towards Hange's ponytail, "they've gotten so big! Time is moving way too fast" with a sad tone but happy as she kissed Kuchel's cheek before putting her down holding her hand, as she held your other hand, making her in between you two walking inside further, being met with the Mess Hall.

"I figure you prepared your own food?" She asked as you nodded showing her the bags of food she has cooked and packed, "I made you some rice balls and rolled egg Hange" she exclaimed hearing that as they sat down, you handed baby Kenny to her to hold for a while as you grab the food, hearing fake fart noises and cooing at Hange's side as cute innocent giggles was heard.

"Here you go" opening the bento box filled with delicious delicacies, Hange has her mouth drooling a little from the smell of everything in the bento box.

Going around the table to get baby Kenny as he's almost done drinking his breast milk, Hange happily thanked the food and digged in the delicacy, "hey there hot momma" you heard another familiar face seeing Nanaba greeting you and Hange who waved at her with her mouth full, "hello Nanaba, long time no see" she kneeled down and used her index finger to play a little with baby Kenny as he finished drinking his meal.

"They're getting big fast, gosh. It's been so long if feels" she said as she stood up and sat beside you as chatter was soon filling up the table you all sat in.

After some minutes past, lunch break was immense, seeing the young teenager cadets chattering and walking in, laughter, tired sighs, complaints, bickering. It filled the Mess Hall as others grabbed their trays of food as well.

"Hange, I'll be visiting my husband's office, where is it?"

She swallowed her food and gestures her hands as she spoke, "go down the hall, there's stairs leading to the higher ups offices, Levi's in at the end" she gave you a soft smile as you bid Hange and Nanaba a "see you later" and asked them to look after the other stuff you brought since you will come back there, they smiled and nodded giving you a thumbs up.

You carried Kenny on your right arm while holding onto Kuchel's hand, walking out of the Mess Hall down the hall way, saw there was stairs, your daughter went up first and you followed, glad it was only 1 flight of stairs, seeing familiar faces of people who're in the halls of the offices.

"(Y/n)?"

"Miche hello!" You took deep breathes in and out to steady your breathing, his stern eyes soften seeing the two kids, "is that Kuchel and Kenny?" He asked as he pointed at them, you giggled and nodded, seeing him staring at them a little, admiring how cute they look, "they really do like Levi" he softly says as Kenny was softly and lightly gripping Miche's index finger as he tried to poke him. "My husband has been talking about us?" He nods and sighs placing his hands on his hips, "tell me about it, when he's stress he takes his wallet out, finding the baby pictures of them and the photo of your wedding day"

Your heart softens as Miche spoke, you looked over your left of him to see a familiar figure, you smiled seeing his soft ebony hair, his clean undercut, the Wings of Freedom jacket as he spoke to Erwin, he looked at your direction nudging Levi to look behind him.

As he did, it felt like the world stopped for a second, seeing your beautiful face, later his eyes fell upon his children as Kuchel ran down the hallway reaching out for Levi's arms, he had a huge smile on his face, his previous serious stern look vanished seeing you and his children, once your daughter finally hugged Levi, he lifted her up before hugging her again, her small arms and legs wrapped around her father's neck and torso as she lightly kicked her feet in joy giggling happily, inhaling Levi's cologne that made her cough a little at the intensity of it, he chuckle lightly patting her back, she looked up to Erwin and waved at him, smile not leaving her lips.

"My love" you called out as you walked towards him as he did the same, he wrapped his arm around you holding Kuchel on his other, resting her on his hip as he kisses your forehead and caressing your head, he looks down and sees baby Kenny, "Da!" He huffs out a shocked gasps and smiles caressing his soft cheeks gently at the back of his index finger.

"I missed all of you"

"We know Levi, that's why we're here"

He chuckles kissing you on your lips as Kuchel giggled and kissed Levi on his cheek, you pulled away as you kissed Kuchel on the cheek and Levi did the same, kissing baby Kenny too.

"Captain Levi" hearing Erwin say as he turned around and his face was back to being serious but not cold nor stern, "you can have the rest of the day off, be with your family, but I'm still going to need that report done tonight"

"Tch, of course, don't worry I already started it before you entered my office"

Erwin chuckles and smiles as he patted Levi's shoulder before walking away with Miche. Leaving only you, Levi and your kids alone in the halls, he walks you inside his office, giving baby Kenny to him as you stretched your muscles, sighing of relief.

Kuchel sat on Levi's chair spinning it around as she made noises, making herself feel like she's flying, baby Kenny was holding onto Levi's cravat, chewing on it a little on his mouth, making it soaked a little, you lightly laughed at the gesture as Levi sighs and removes his cravat and lets his baby boy play with it a little.

"As he eaten?"

You nodded, "yeah, he started at the carriage on the way here, nudging my boobs that he wanted to eat" Levi nods as he caresses the soft hair on Kenny seeing Kuchel grew tired of his chair, "Dad! Can I grab some paper?"

"Of course baby, on the second drawer" he gestured as Kuchel followed and opened it to see papers and pencils, she took some out and started drawing, as she hums away in a sweet tone. Baby Kenny dropped Levi's cravat as you picked it up and gave it back to him as he toyed with it again, "how long are you all planning to stay here?"

"Well, Erwin gave you the rest of the day off, but that report he said"

"Don't worry about that, can you stay the night?"

"My love your bed can only fit me and you"

"No worries I can sleep in the sofa out here in my office as you 3 sleep there"

"Or, maybe Hange can take care of our kids, she's their Godmother after all. She was exploding with joy when she saw us arrive"

"Tch, I bet she was nosey too"

"Haha she was"

Levi sat down on the sofa, gently settling Kenny down the soft mattress and let him sleep, hugging his cravat tightly in his arms, he kissed him on his soft cheeks, caressing his head, you stared at his face, seeing the tired eyes of his has gotten more tired, "my love you need rest" you softly say as you cupped his cheeks, he sighs closing his eyes leaning against your touch, he softly holds your hand and kissed your palm, he nodded as his sliver blue iris stares back at yours.

You later both leaned in, foreheads resting at each other, pulling away and kisses his forehead, his nose, his eyes, his lips, his chin, and his cheeks. "Mumma does that to me all the time daddy" you chuckled looking back at your daughter as she smiles innocently st the both of you, "really?" He asked as he sees her daughter nodding, "she would say she misses doing it to you, so often does it to me before night night"

"That's true, when I was pregnant for Kenny, I was loosing strength, but I held on, remembering Kuchel and kiss her features like how I do to you all the time before"

"I wish I was a better husband, a better father"

"Levi, not in front of the kids" you softly say as you lightly brush your thumb on his bottom lip to stop talking. He sighs and nods, he got up and softly carried Kenny, as he swifts a little and got comfortable in his father's arms, "let's let Hange take care of these two, I want you to stay the night" he softly says, you nodding smiling at him, kissing his cheeks before calling Kuchel, she holds the paper of her drawing, folding it in her hands and carried it with her. Grabbing her father's hand, walking out of his office and later to Hange's office, seeing she was already there with Moblit by her side.

"Oi Hange!"

"Levi! Oh and my Godchildren!" She exclaims in happiness as Kuchel jogged towards her, showing her the drawing she did, as they chattered, Levi told Hange about if she's okay with taking care of their kids for the time being, she of course agreed, her bed was big enough for the 3 of them to sleep in.

Minutes passed and the stuff you brought with you was placed on Hange's sleeping quarters.

Levi was now alone with you in the Mess Hall, a little music player in your hands as you clicked play, he turned around to hear the music playing, it was the song of your wedding day, hopes that he still remembers the dance moves you two danced.

"Do you still remember my love?"

"Of course, it's hard for me to forget that day"

You giggled and placed the mini music player on the table, seeing that no cadets was present there, you reached out your hand, asking him for a dance.

He chuckles and holds your hand gently, his arm snaking around your waist, hand holding each other, fingers lightly intertwined. You stared at him as he stared down at you, leaning to rest your head on his chest, feeling his rushing heartbeat, "all these years and I can still get your heart racing"

"Hah, I can't help it, you're my wife, the mother of my children. I thank God everyday for you, for Kuchel and Kenny"

"I love you"

"I love you more"

As you both sway to the music, later the song sang, "kiss me once, and kiss me twice and kiss me once again" Levi leaned out and followed the beat of that lyrics, which made you giggled, both arms wrapped around his torso as he holds you by the shoulders, kissing your forehead.

"How I miss this" he softly whispers, he looks down at you; nodding cupping his cheeks, leaning up and kiss his lips fully, kissing him again and again before pulling away, never getting tired of his soft cherry lips on yours.

As they were dancing to the song, there was cadets walking by, but stopped when they saw it was their Captain dancing with a woman, "hey is that--" "Eren!" A young woman's voice pulling him away and whisper shouted at him to stay quite to not disturb you both, "but that was Captain Levi--" "shh!"

"Who's the woman though?"

"None of our business Eren, we don't want to get in trouble with Captain Levi! Want to polish his floors again?!"

"No!" Eren immediately declines as she shakes his head, they peaked slightly to the edge of the doors, eyeing Levi's silver wedding ring, and yours with the engagement ring he gave you, "that's Captain Levi's wife--" "shhhh!!" The young girl decided to drag him away as they finally left you two to be alone.

The song was ending soon as you felt sleepy, you yawned on Levi's shoulder, "you need to rest my love"

"Not until you lay with me" you tired say as he chuckles nodding.

Levi held you in his arms as he grabbed the mini music player, keeping it in his hand before walking towards his sleeping quarters.

Upon walking inside, he helps you take your dress off, remove your boots he helps you get into your pajamas, it was the one you still had before when you first slept and lived in his sleeping quarters, only moved out cause you got pregnant of Kuchel.

Levi stayed in the bed with you, holding your hand with his left as he uses his right to finish writing the report, as he finished he lets go of your hand, kissing your temple before whispering, "I'll submit these paper to Erwin love"

Before he could get up you softly grabbed his wrist, "give it to him tomorrow love, don't leave please" you tiredly begged him, your eyes was closed still and pouted your lips he sighs and smiles a little before nodding, putting the papers neatly on the bedside table on his right, before blowing off the candle.

He spoons you up in his embrace, you tiredly smile inhaling his scent which relaxes you, hugging his toned torso, face buried in his chests, he used his left arm and tuck it under his head as his right wrapped around your waist, kissing your forehead, combing your hair in a soothing patterned which made you fall asleep right away.

Even though he has Insomnia, with you, Levi manages to get enough sleep from time to time, but that was only when you're there with him, if you weren't there with him, his sleeps was always awaken up when the clock strikes 5 or 6am for work.

This moment is precious to him, he promises to stay alive and come home alive, for he has a home to return to.

It's true he always thanks God above that he's blessed to have you, Kuchel and Kenny, wouldn't ask for anything else.
