The amount of rude things I have seen commented under various pieces of Elriel art is insane. All coming from Eluciens and Gwynriels (obviously). Just because the artist decides to not draw a ship where both people involved are uncomfortable and have no chemistry or a ship that is nonexistent. There are plenty of other artists that think just like you and like Elucien and Gwynriel and draw them with non canon scenes. Go look at their art instead of commenting rude things under an artists post who only draws canon ships. No one has to draw a ship just because you like it and demand it. You saying how you hate the ship or how the art is “ugly” is uncalled for and extremely rude to the artist. It’s not difficult to not engage in something you dislike. Instead of being obnoxious under art of a CANON ship, go comment under art where they take Elriel scenes and replace Elain with Gwyn. (It’s wierd enough that they do that but whatever).

I am so sick of seeing such awful comments under such beautiful art. It’s so unnecessary. I feel terrible for the artists who spend their time making beautiful art just for negative people to tear them down, make them feel bad and sometimes bully them into not drawing the beautiful couple anymore. It’s wrong.

Wierd fic idea Shinichi is Clerk Kent. Or instead of landing in a farm in Kansas Kal-el ship lands in the backyard of a Japanese couple. Who adopt him immediately and name him Shinichi Kudo.

In my head because of how much a shut in Shinichi is. he didn't get enough sun in order to activate his powers before Aptx shrinks him which concentrated the Sun energy he had already to the point he went over the threshold for powers.

So not only will Shinichi be the size of a six years old when he wakes up but will end up rapidly approaching sensory overload, due to his newly unlocked Supersenses. I just thought it would be fun

Some ideas from the same timeline

Kaito discovers his favorite detective was an alien at the same time Canon/Shinichi discovers his weakness to a rock. When the gem KID was after turns out to be a chunk of kryptonite (kaito was freaking out so bad his favorite detective is an alien what if one of his chemicals causes a negative reaction he already has a severe weakness to rock!!!)

The Shinichi is Conan thing is super well hidden mainly because Conan clearly has super powers that he can barely control

His powers become the town's best worst kept secret

Finding out he was an alien was honestly a relief finally an explanation about his powers

Pretty much all the police force believe once they find out about Krypton, that Conan attracts murders because of the Shear amount of death clinging to him with the loss of his home planet

His Elementary School class helps Conan build a shrine to the spirits of Krypton so he can put them to rest of the only way he knows how. As olny Krypton's last son can truly do.

Surprisingly after the shrine was put up death stops happening in Conan's immediate vicinity he can still hear them with his superhearing though

As they say, Fuck it we ball.

This is not your typical fantasy world post as I just came up with a new setting that would be AMAZING in a visual medium.

So basically an unknown number of centuries ago, humanity was a spacefaring civilization that controlled the entire solar system. However, the The Fall happened. Nobody (not even me (or mete me)) knows what happened during The Fall, as everyone forgot it. What happened was that humanity lost their technology, and now everybody is planetbound. The most advenced civilization is venus with a mix of 1990's and 1860's tech, and even then they're in a crisis. You see, venus wasn't terraformed, and so the population had to live in the clouds. After all these years that passed, these cities are running out of fuel to stay afloat, so there's a huge crisis going on about terraforming venus with what they have. And they don't have a lot.

The moon is a very wierd place. It only has medieval technology, but it's the only terraformed body in the solar system. A majority of its population doesn't even know that they once lived on that blue dot in the sky. However, those that do, seek it with religious reverance. The people of the tranquil sea know that the lunar module is still there under the thousand of liters of water that make up the tranquil sea. And they believe that it can take them home.

Saturn has many people, but the thing that made me write this is in the clouds. Before The Fall there were ships deployed for people to live in inside saturn. From these ships, people modified them after The Fall for manual use, as they had forgotten how to use autopilot. These ships were transformed into cities, and they all have botanical gardens to generate oxygen. The cities are piloted by labourers pushing immense gears to move even more massove propellers through the saturnian "atmosphere". They stay afloat by balloons big enough to hold a herd of elephants. I wish I could draw or 3d model them, as the sights are fucking BEAUTIFUL in my head. Not even ai can satisfy this urge of mine.

Does anyone else remember how weirdly toxic the MK Fandom was around MKx era? Becuase I do.

Those like handful of blogs that were just getting into beef with random Kano fans and their whole thing was "Kanno is a peice of shit! And so are you for liking this fictional antagonist!!!" I remember a few who put anti-Kano in thier description of their blog and it was just a hobby to shame people for drawing Kano fanart or liking the character in any way. (And a small revival with mk11 since they made him a bear for that game lmao)

Weird uncomfortable age gap shipping... That whole thing about that one artist that drew Cassie cage/subzero stuff and a shit ton of people were like "uh, he's friends with her dad and is like 52. So that's kinda weird." But then it also turned into a headcanon argument bc people were like "yeah subzero definitely watched Cassie cage grow up and he was a part of her childhood." Wich is so funny looking back at it bc there was no need for people to theorise anything about the characters relationship any further than what is Canon for it to be weird.

That fucking Sektor fan who just casually wrote headcanons about Sektor being a huge fucking racist for no goddamn reason?????!?!??? The headcanon specifically was about how they ship him and Cyrax and how Sektor calls him slurs and physically, mentally, and sexually abuses him as part of thier romantic relationship????????????? And they even gave examples of the horribly racist things he says to him¿¿¿? And that Cyrax was just okay with it??? Art blogs getting wierd asks that requested them to draw the fem characters in what was very obviously kink art but the asker would ask it in a way to trick the artist into making free fetish art for them. I got so many requests back in the day to "could you draw mileena for me :) but with her jaw wired shut? :)" or "could you draw kitana wereing a new pair of flip flops for me? That would make my day." like ????? Vague to the point of its sus but there were alot of minors in the fandom at the time including myself, i was in highschool at the time. but I was raised on deviantart so I could smell a wierd fetish from a mile away. His sight was foggy. He couldn't make out figures, just colors. A flash of an agressive orange, then a sudden red. Somewhere in the back he saw blue flashing. Unable to focus on anything, he just tried to keep his eyes open.

His hearing wasn't any better. Screaming felt distant, then suddenly right next to him. It was accompanied by a wierd high pitched sound of some sort, an alarm? He could barely distinguish anything. Words were mangled, even if he managed to understand, it was just "NO PLEASE!" and "MERCY!" amongst the screams.

It was hard to keep his eyes open. They felt heavier and heavier with every second.

The time slowed down.

His pain subsided, replaced by numbness.

The black goo oozing out of his wounds was warm.

Winfrey wanted to sleep.

Just close his eyes...

"WINFREY!"

His eyes opened slowly at the voice he knew so well.

A figure was sitting just in front of him.

Clyde.

His dear Clyde.

"Hey..." The blue creature replied. It took a lot to say just this one word.

Winfrey is just going to sleep.

The orange creature hugged the blue hand, squeezing it lightly. His orange suit was covered in blood, but none of them minded. Clyde sobbed softly.

"Winfrey... My dear... Please..."

Winfrey smiled. Well, to the best of his abilities. He felt himself drifting away, but with his last effort he managed to stutter out two words.

"My beloved...."

His hand fell limp.

A terrifying scream ripped throught the air, full of pure sorrow and grief.

Soon enough, more policemen came. They came to a scene of blood and gore scattered around a field. Only living being there was hunched over what seemed to be the corpse of another of it's kind.

Without even turning around, the orange monster muttered, "it doesn't make sense anymore. You can shoot me."

His voice sounded exhausted.

Then, only one sound was heard.

A gunshot.

Clyde's eyes shot awake and he started frantically looking around. He was still in the embrace of Winfrey, who's big chest rose and fell slowly. It was still bright outside, probably 4pm.

Clyde felt himself start crying. The dream felt so real. All too real. He started slightly shaking, hugging his blue companion tight.

"Clyde...? What are you... Oh my, are you okay, dear?" Winfrey, awoken by his partner's cries. He reached out a hand, the same as the one in the dream, and wiped Clyde's cheek, the same as in the dream.

The orange monster sobbed again, his entire body shaking.

"Oh, oh dear... It's alright...Clyde, it's okay... What happened...?"

Clyde hiccuped before answering.

"I- um... I had a dream where y-you... Where you died and-" he cut himself off with another sob.

"Oh, you poor thing..." Winfrey brought his partner closer, the warmth of their bodies comforting. Clyde slowly calmed down, his breath steadying after a while. He buried his face into the crook of Winfeys neck, seeking as much comfort as he could get.

The two monsters fell asleep again, entangled in eachother. For this one very vunerable moment their human emotions showed, but that's okay. No monster is fully cold-hearted.

Everyone’s going on and on about their favorite ship dynamics, WELL here are my least favorite.

All ships are valid blah blah blah.

- Established relationship sitting quietly in the background and does nothing but advise the main characters.

- Established relationship who’s only conflict is breaking up and getting back together.  You have no idea why they got together, and have no idea what they are doing when not breaking up.

- Boss/Employee where the boss is wearing the pants in the relationship.  

- Girl Next Door Trope.  Childhood friends to lovers only works when you’ve been pining the whole time like a dumbass.

- Hella intersting guy x Super generic girl.  I never see the inverse of this outside Who Framed Rodger Rabbit.  Either make basic people date each other or make wierd people date each other.   

- Enemies to Lovers but both of them are on the same page.  

- Guy marries a female clone of himself played straight.  When played ironically this trope is gold.
