compress is a limited energy person, tries to keep things minimal in terms of energy use, also chronic pain and phantom pain haver !

flip tomura shigaraki !!! (personal fav hc) pre-plf shigaraki regressed involuntarily when he became stressed, upset or even when he had trauma memories come back up.

baby tomura, Itty bitty baby. I'm talking loss of speech and babbling, paci's that keep him from trying to push out a curse word or two. soft mittens or padded gloves that help with his scratching. padded tomura !

tomura's his main cg was kurogiri. the doctor knew about this and informed afo and kurogiri but did nothing past that. leaving poor shigaraki to deal with this unfamiliar heads pace by himself (for a little while, till kurogiri came in and helped)

kiddo dabi, def an older regressor, anywhere from 6 to like 12 eldest of the lil villains. spinner is next oldest, v critter hearted kid.

if tonura regressed a bit older that usual he loves playing with big bro dabi n spinner !!!

toga is a regressor as well, most of the time she clings to big sis magne, kurogiri, mr compress too!

she loves going out for walks in nature, playing predator n prey. she likes playing dress up but very much imitates other people. she calls it spy/secret agent.

toga is very big on mirroring, she sees kurogiri do something, looks like she found a new hobby

twice is definitely a carer, his carerspace is so comforting to him and helps him from splitting as much. he loves looking after the tots in the league. giran is also a carer, but more a sitter. he'll help if needed. (he likes checking in on twice and the gang)

dabi's a very active regressor, loves going out and playing, he tends to drag toga, twice and possibly spinner out to a playground.

Where like the early stages of him becoming a scary communist cyborg man and is all fired up and theres this person whos always been by his side but just noticed his changes recently, whos like i can fix this man, its not too late. But viktors too obsessed, he's like ur not rlly in my way tbh but ill only let you stick around if u actually wanna join me. If not then skkrt away. Then this person go ' i guess i dont really wanna live if i cant be with u ' and just goes with him. Person ends up being augmented willingly by Viktor cause like, gave up themselves for him.

Years past and all and Viktor prolly has grown atleast a bit tired of failing his plans and he's just more vulnerable, until like one day he just breaks, i mean yeah he's obsessed but he's still a man, half man, or whatever he is, he just breaks down one day, maybe because one day on his most vulnerable moments, he sees what he has become, how wrong his views are, and maybe also sees an old picture of him and the person pre communist robot, and is like ' ayo this aint what i intended , this aint helping anyone ' and just.. abandons everything.. and all he left was a note saying how sorry he is for what he's become and especially to the person, since they tried to warn him, tried to help, but stayed anyway even if he didnt listen to them. In the end even the half man half machine, is still half man..

hope this helps but just because dain said khaenriah was destroyed by the gods doesnt mean he means the archons. The webmanga confirms the existence of a multitude of evil gods and so does the existence of the archon war (who were zhong li and his adepti gang fighting? evil gods). Not only that, i hope you actually remember dragonspine (and maybe the skyward series descriptions) where its pretty much said Venti and Dvalin were fighting Durin 500 years ago, so basically probably at the same time the whole catastophe happened. Considering Mondstadts archon being described as being absent and people saying he showed up recently (like a few weeks ago at most) and Dvalin being bitter about "being abandoned" by Venti, he was probably just knocked out cold after fighting Durin and woke up right at the start of the game. Idk why no one in this fandom actually seems to remember the dragonspine lore, considering it is related to the catastrophe in part just for weird edginess
