Last Saturday was the first day of the transcendental meditation at the ALRA TV Studios. The whole energy at the studio was spiritually enriching and our people felt immense inner peace and serenity throughout the spiritual chanting. Furqan Rizwan and Saif Gohar, representatives of the @youngsufisofgb had similar experiences during the meditation.⠀ ⠀ 🧘Saif Gohar - ‘After the Universal Sufi Zikar, I focused on His Divine Eminence Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi taking my hand and I imagined flying through the sky with him. Within two minutes of focusing, I began to feel something pulling me from inside and my eyes started pulsing rapidly. The sensation become stronger and stronger and I felt like my body was floating and at times I felt like I was upside down. Then, I started seeing a white light around me and I could see other people meditating with me aswell. Shortly afterwards, I felt a sudden drop as if I was falling which caused me to lose my focus and become more aware of my surroundings. ⠀ ⠀ 🧘Furqan Rizwan - I sat down trying to focus, then all of a sudden I felt something being pulled out of my body. I could feel it from my whole body, this sensation of something coming out of my body. It felt like when you put a vacuum cleaner over clothing, the way the clothing is sucked; that’s how I felt. I started to sweat a bit, and my head automatically tilted back. The environment behind my eyelids seemed to brighten, I thought someone had turned the lights on. On the rim of my eyelids I could see a golden yellow light. I wanted to open my eyes badly at this point to see what was happening, but I kept them shut. After this, I fell, and I could see the light disappear as I fell. There are two stages that you must acquire in order to become a saint of God.

There are 4 main stages in islam: Shariat, Tariqat, Haqeeqat, Muarifat.

To become a friend of God, the minimum requirement is that you must have perfected shariat and tariqat(Spirituality.)

The final stage of spirituality is that once all your souls have been purified, awakened and enlightened.

And only the subtlety of Ana remains to be taken to the higher realms, this is when you need a perfect spiritual Master.

Who will take you further onto the spiritual path with his spiritual concentration.

In the path to witnessing the divine splendor, the Ana is taken through the spiritual concentration of the Spiritual Master.

But first you need to have perfect shariat and spirituality first.

There is no spirituality without shariat and there is no Sufi who has obtained spirituality without shariat.

Those who understood this, perfected shariat first and then entered into spirituality.

And those who failed to understand what shariat is are still stuck in shariat for the past 50 years.

They have not been able to move beyond it.

It is important to have shariat and spirituality together.
