Whenever he wore the Akademiya's hat with his uniform, you'd always steal it and he'd get mad, but eventually he gave up and let you hog it. It's probably a little big on you and as revenge, he'd make fun of you for looking dumb. Same with his clothes, for some reason you'd wear his Akademiya uniform to sleep sometimes? Zandik doesn't understand but every time he tries to pull it off of you, he's been unsuccessful, so he'll just let you be a strange little human since it seems to be working for your productivity... Centuries later he's learned to deal with a few shirts going missing and then you returning them after a while because they 'lost his scent.' (He wears the same outfit anyway, no big deal).

Thanks to you, there were quite a few times the professors actually listened to him. Other peers pretty much never vouch or stand up for him so it does make them think a bit when a student such as yourself does do it so vehemently. Zandik says you don't need to waste your time on it since he doesn't really care what they think, but he did manage to get a few more research opportunities thanks to you. In the beginning, he was pretty much clueless on how to express some sort of gratitude since he couldn't force out the words 'thank you' for the life of him. It was very funny for you to watch.

Group projects become so much better once the two of you get comfortable with each other. Both of you have been victims of doing all the work. You were quite excited to work with someone like him because you know of his intelligence and how he gets down to business. Meanwhile, Zandik was quite skeptical and annoyed to work with you in the beginning because he thought you were just another person who would end up leeching off him again.

However, he was surprisingly yet pleasantly proven wrong. He's especially impressed with your writing in the reports/essays, but he's never going to admit that. At least not now. The synergy between you two and your minds is something he doesn't know how to deal with at first, having dealt with so many of the opposite situations, but it's one of the biggest things that Zandik grows to be appreciative of.

When the semester is over, all students need to leave/clear the dorms until the next semester begins. Most return to wherever home is, but of course that's not something Zandik has, so most times he manages to rent out a place for a while. When you met him in the beginning he would just disappear to Archons knows where and then come back as if nothing happened next semester.

It takes a long time for him to tell you. When he does, he claims that he regrets it due to how often you show up to bother him, but in reality, he finds himself lonely without your company. As even more years go by, eventually he "invites" you to live with him. ("Invites" as in he never directly says it. Just drops subtle hints so you would ask him first instead). You're just happy to be able to cook for him more often (and 24/7 cuddles!!) (Just me trying to push my domestic Zandik and Reader agenda).

Just frequently being with each other but not needing to interact with the other. Both of you just do your own things in the peace of knowing the other's there.

Doesn't like when you ask others for help when he's literally right there. Please ask your genius scholar bf first. It doesn't matter what the problem is. Just ask him otherwise he'll get huffy and glare at you. No, you're not wasting his time by doing so. Rather, you're wasting both his and your time when you decide to go to other people first!

Coming home from expeditions. For some reason despite how tired you are, you want to feed stray kitties. It becomes a sort of tradition for you two.

This one was said a while ago, but I'll bring it back again (x, x, x) but you needing to wipe Zandik's hands because he keeps breaking pens and splattering ink everywhere. Whenever you see he gets a little too excited, you swipe the pen and start writing light-speed so he doesn't try to steal it from you for being 'too slow.'

♡ uttara phalguni & uttara bhadrapada women can be seen as very promiscuous, sexually explorative and in general open with their sexual energy/ body. this is due to their assigned yoni animal, the cow, a creature that gives her milk out generously and plentifully. (uttara phalguni moon native doja cat - “mooo!”) 🐄

♡ rohini women are very fertile, beautiful and sexually attractive however they desire and thrive being in committed relationships where they receive plenty of nurture, affection, attention in order to flourish. they are like a plant needing to be watered to grow and fertilise.

♡ anuradha nakshatra is romantic and arousing although, also relates to friendships and group settings. moon and venus here successfully maintain romantic and sexual relationships while being friendly and holding healthy boundaries with others. although, mercury in anuradha can cause blurred lines between friendship and romance. mars in anuradha can cause problems maintaining sexual relationships.

♡ mars & saturn in mula nakshtra probably make great detectives, crime scene investigators, researchers, scientists.

Can I raise that anon's scenario for the Sumeru Hexagon, with a reader who gets their vision when they're with one of the hexagon members? Imagine reader manifesting a hydro vision when they go into the Desert with Tighnari, or an electro vision as they explore some ruins with Alhaitham and accidentally wake the dang Triangle machines. Or reader manifesting a Cryo vision when they're on an architectural inspiration run with Kaveh, to freeze the enemies in their tracks and prevent them from getting too close and disturbing him. Since Harmony covered anemo, how about a reader manifesting a Pyro vision when some hilichurls jumped them while they were with Wanderer? And maybe a dendro darling reader, who manifests their dendro vision when Cyno accompanies them out into the desert for their research, and they come across a plant that the reader ends up revitalizing?

Alternatively, imagine a powerful darling reader whose vision manifests when they're in a big life or death style fight. Like, all of them got ambushed by the Eremites and the Abyss order, and Darling is watching as members of the Hexagon hold out, and Darling realizes the group is barely hanging on. Darling's desire to make sure everyone stays alive and comes back with them to Sumeru awakens their powerful Hydro vision, which summons a massively powerful tidal wave that heals allies, pushes the enemies away, and douses the enemies with Hydro. And then due to the sudden explosion of power, Darling ends up collapsing after the fight is done, exhausted. Just more brainrot thoughts.

There is just so much potential with the SLH Reader hmm

My personal daydream about their vision was that they got it at a relatively young age and spent a significant amount training with it, in hopes that when they're strong enough they'll be allowed to venture Teyvat on their own and well, they fulfilled their dreams :)

But these thoughts are very aligned with triggering the yandere tendencies from the boys. Regardless of who was with Reader in the first case scenario, it's effective in rooting a belief in their heart that perhaps you and them are meant to be (not to mention, I see how you played with the synergies which is brilliant). There is some extreme vulnerability in this whole battle of life/death situation and vulnerability is essential to forming deep connection. To the yanderes the vision becomes a symbol of this connection instead of a recognition of individual strength and tragically, the very item becomes the catalyst for your own demise.

Looking ahead 20 years, many farmers will have to take land out of agriculture to comply with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), 2014 legislation that has required counties to implement groundwater management plans throughout California. As a result of SGMA, AFT estimates 4 percent, or 212,000 acres, of cropland in the San Joaquin Valley alone could be permanently retired and 27 percent intermittently fallow. Conservation groups hope to see some of that land become part of corridors for native plants, waterways, and wildlife, but farmers are also looking to agrivoltaics opportunities.

Agrivoltaics may also help conserve water. “The shade that is created by the solar panels, in areas that receive more sun than plants need for their photosynthesis, reduces the heat stress on those crops, makes them healthier, and makes them require less water,” Abou Najm said. “Agrivoltaics is more than just a dual production of food and energy on the same plot of land—it maximizes the synergy between the two.”

Agrivoltaics stand to assist Central Valley farms in myriad ways, said Dahlquist-Willard. Larger farms that adopt agrivoltaics could potentially benefit smaller ones by alleviating pressure on regional groundwater. At the same time, farmers with less land are more likely to consider agrivoltaics than converting entirely to solar. “For a small farm—say 10, 20, 30 acres—if you convert your whole farm to solar, you’re quitting farming. Nobody does that when farming is their only source of income,” she said.

Abou Najm published a theoretical study looking at how to grow crops—including lettuce, basil, and strawberries—under solar panels in a way that maximized productivity. He found that the blue part of the light spectrum is best filtered out to produce solar energy, while the red spectrum can be optimized to grow food; this requires a specific type of panel that’s less common but available. His follow-up research involves expanding the types of crops and conducting field trials.

U.C. Davis is filling a necessary gap in California research, though many other studies have been conducted nationally and internationally documenting crop yields under panels. Scientists have found agrivoltaics can improve the efficiency of the panels, and increase water-use efficiency, soil moisture content, and crop yields. In one cherry tomato study, production doubled under the panels and water-use efficiency was 65 percent greater.

Researchers from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo are also documenting the benefits of grazing under solar panels in California, supporting research worldwide. They are studying the benefits of sheep grazing on two solar installations, Gold Tree Farm and Topaz Solar Farm. There, they’ve found that the solar arrays can offer synergistic benefits for the sheep and the grasslands. Compared with pastures outside the solar panels, the shaded grasses have higher water content, greater nitrogen content, and lower non-digestible fiber.

THE EYES OF A QUEEN

EMOTIONS AND CAPACITIES

Some say that you can see emotions right through an elephant’s eyes. Lets begin with their daily life. Elephants live in groups as a family and they take care of each other. As highly intelligent mammals, they are known for their sagacious behaviour-by showing good judgements in times of need, specially to the better living of the family. Their is a strong bond in the herd where compassion and synergy are the main strength.

Decades of researches and observations helped to fathom their complex emotions, and yet, the full extend of their feelings, self-awareness is still abstruse. Elephants are the epitome of memory- the monarch of the group leads the herd the whole year in their peripatetic migration with veracity to a location of unequivocal plenitude of resources.

Different herds are gathered in one place showing a paragon of cohabitation. Innocuous conciliatory behaviours auspicious to humans, yet sometimes showing sings of temerity when “peace is at risk”.

PERCEPTIONS

A threat

Elephants as a threat is a two way understanding. They are sometimes considered as a threat in the agriculture sector. Chased for the “destruction” they cause or hunt for their priceless ivory tusks.

Symbol of power

Being actually the largest land mammals on earth, they symbolize power, determination and strength - both physically and mentally. Power can be considered in a panoply of factors: women empowerment as the leader, sovereign of the herd is the matriarch (eldest female of the group). Power in terms of intellectual capacities capable to accomplish and comprehend the arts of art.

Myths and beliefs

In many countries around the world, those wonderful creatures are considered divinity, mainly in Asia, elephants are considered Gods (ex: Ganesha - body of a man with an elephant head). It is also considered to be the mount of the king, considering its majestic appearance.

THE EYES - THE EMBODIMENT OF TRUTH

As stated before, tales of elephants’ eyes depict the fervid feelings that emanate and “contagiously” reach the ones they face on their way.

Sadness and joy, sorrow and contentment, compassion and grief of a loss one. An elephant’s eyes can inexplicably display and reach heart that one may understand in a second what it is going through, as if you look through a mother’s eyes full of love and care - or the eyes of a grand-mother full of experiences and histories that will remain throughout the ages.

Their sense of clairvoyance, weather forecasting, defence strategies and lifelong recognitions are to be anchored in histories till the end of time. A “beast” with a non-rival capacities and beauty ought to be treated with respect and awe.

Scientists propose a new way to search for dark matter

Ever since its discovery, dark matter has remained invisible to scientists, despite the launch of multiple ultra-sensitive particle detector experiments around the world over several decades.

Now, physicists at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory are proposing a new way to look for dark matter using quantum devices, which might be naturally tuned to detect what researchers call thermalized dark matter.

Most dark matter experiments hunt for galactic dark matter, which rockets into Earth directly from space, but another kind might have been hanging around Earth for years, said SLAC physicist Rebecca Leane, who was an author on the new study.

“Dark matter goes into the Earth, bounces around a lot, and eventually just gets trapped by the gravitational field of the Earth,” Leane said, bringing it into an equilibrium scientists refer to as thermalized. Over time, this thermalized dark matter builds up to a higher density than the few loose, galactic particles, meaning that it could be more likely to hit a detector. Unfortunately, thermalized dark matter moves much more slowly than galactic dark matter, meaning it would impart far less energy than galactic dark matter – likely too little for traditional detectors to see.

With that in mind, Leane and SLAC postdoctoral fellow Anirban Das reached out to Noah Kurinsky, a staff scientist at SLAC and leader of a new lab focused on detecting dark matter with quantum sensors, who had been thinking about a puzzle: Even when superconductors are cooled to absolute zero, removing all of the energy out of the system and creating a stable quantum state, somehow energy reenters and disrupts the quantum state.

Typically, scientists assume that's because of imperfect cooling systems or some source of heat in the environment, said Kurinksy. But there could be another reason, he said: “What if we actually have a perfectly cold system, and the reason we can’t cool it down effectively is because it’s constantly being bombarded by dark matter?”

Das, Kurinsky, and Leane wondered whether superconducting quantum devices could be redesigned as thermalized dark matter detectors. According to their calculations, the minimum energy needed to activate a quantum sensor is low enough – around one thousandth of an electron volt – that it could detect low-energy galactic dark matter as well as thermalized dark matter particles hanging around Earth.

Of course, that doesn't mean that dark matter is to blame for disrupted quantum devices – only that it is possible. The next step, Leane and Kurinsky said, is to figure out if and how they can turn sensitive quantum devices into dark matter detectors.

With that, there are a few things to consider. For starters, maybe there is a better material to make the device out of. “We were looking at aluminum to start with, and that's just because that's probably the best characterized material that's been used for detectors so far,” said Leane. “But it could turn out that for the sort of mass range we're looking at, and the sort of detector we want to use, maybe there's a better material.”

There’s also a possibility that thermalized dark matter wouldn’t interact with a quantum device the same way galactic dark matter is suspected to interact with direct detection devices, Leane said. “In this study, we were just thinking about a simple case for dark matter coming in and bouncing straight off the detector, but it could do a lot of other things.” For example, other particles could interact with dark matter that change the way the particles in the detector are distributed.

“This is one of the great things about being at SLAC,” Leane says. “We really have quite a diverse range of groups working on a lot of different science, and I feel like this project is a really nice synergy of the research at SLAC.”

The research was funded by the DOE Office of Science.

Short Primer on Avalir, the City of Crowns

(From the latest Critical Recap)

This flying, magocratic city was once part of the settlement Toramunda on the continent of Domunas. Toramunda began as a druidic temple built over Mt. Ygora, the mountain site of a major battle of the Schism, where the Dawnfather and the Wildmother sealed away two powerful primordials. Eventually, wizards realized that the top of this mountain was made of brumestone and magically lifted the peak into the air, creating Avalir. The city it left behind became known as Cathmoira, the City of Thrones.

The complex magocracy of Avalir is led by the Septarion, a ruling council of seven archmages from the city’s first flight 292 years ago. Next is the Ring of Gold, the fourteen apprentices of the Septarion and the Golden Scythe, in charge of magical resources. The Octothurge is a group of eight provosts who lead each school of magic as well as the Ring of Silver, who govern magical research. The Magisterium and its Magisters rule over magical law, advised by the Owl’s Court, and the Court of Workings oversees magical infrastructure. The College of Guildmasters, the High Tribunal, and the Lower Guilds round out the city’s governing structure.

Avalir is currently preparing for The Replenishment, the month-long period of time when the city returns from its seven year flight around Exandria and docks with Cathmoira. When docked, Avalir releases its stored magical energy, known as Ether, into the land of Domunas. This act results in bountiful harvests, elemental synergy, and even a boom of magical offspring. It is a time of festivities, joy, and reunion.

Decided I would like to write down and possibly share some things regarding the battles held here in Ferrum, due to what I've seen in other regions. Each has their own battle style and I would like to share my bits on here as well. This will also come along with knowledge on other elements that allow us Ferrians to hold these types of battles in the first place.

Please note that this will be a bit.. unorganized as I am writing this from old notes plus a lot of tabs regarding the information... I do apologize for that.

So.. this one is a bit more difficult to explain..

Righto... where do we begin?

Alright! Got it.

Before one could become an official Pokken battler, you need to choose a select group of Battle Pokemon to become your partner pokemon. Sometimes they'll allow well-skilled trainers to use their own partner pokemon, but it is highly recommended that the battlers choose any of the select groups of pokemon.

Once you pass a test to check how well you and the pokemon handle the synergy and the proper training. You can start to participate in the Ferrum League, or in basic battles that don't apply to your position in the brackets. Which is what I do now as of late with my partner, Monarch.

[ How do Synergy Battles work? ]

Well.. Let's see here..

The trainer, now known as the battler, is given a device, the Battle AR. This allows the battler and the chosen pokemon to become more in sync during these battles.

They'll be able to give commands to their pokemon as well with this device, and sometimes even "battle as one", as we say it here in Ferrum.

During the battles, each fighter has something known as the 'Synergy Gauge', an energy that builds up within the pokemon during the fight, and the more hits they're able to land, the more this meter fills. And once it is full, the battler and the pokemon become fully connected, this mode is known as the Burst Mode. Which will give them a boost in power, or even yet, Mega Evolve. The explanation for that will be given later down..

Do take note, the arenas have these special fields that'll allow the battle to take place without fear of damaging its surroundings, and will allow better connections of the pokemons and their battlers.

[ How do we get this type of power in Ferrum, and what makes it so special? ]

Well.. It's Synergy Stones, and a mysterious power that flows throughout all of Ferrum known as the Gaia Power that allows our pokemon to achieve this state of power.. Is it still being properly researched, even after the two incidents of... of.. that event.. anyways-

A Synergy Stone is applied to the Battle AR device to allow better connection with you and the pokemon, it has been reported that it contains some similar attributes to Mega Stones and thus, it is capable of letting certain pokemon Mega Evolve. But as mentioned before, it gives those with the inability to mega evolve gain more power, surrounded by a rainbow-like aura.

[ What kinds of battles does the Ferrum League hold? ]

We have the main Ferrum League battles, these ones are for battlers all over the region whose goals are becoming the champion. Although the champion will be more of a title or status and not passing down leadership, as it is more of an offer.. Although I don't really know what goes on there as I'm only a B-rank.

The goal for these battles is to make it to the top-8 in the brackets, and from there the battlers will enter the tournament mode, where the winner will become the division's champion. But they'll also need to pass promotion tests.

Once the battler defeats the division's top 8, they'll need to battle the division's League Master. And once they're defeated, the battler will be allowed to climb up to a higher division in order to become top champion.

This is the Ferrum League arena by the way!

[ Battle Pokemon and the selection. ]

Battle pokemon are the select group of pokemon raised for these types of battles and hold a strong connection with the Synergy Stones and it's power. Though the League recommends not to abuse the Burst mode a lot as to not hinder the connections and to prevent any incidents.

There is a selection of 23 pokemon, some of which are known as.. legendaries? I.. still haven't gotten around how or if these are just Dittos...

Every beginning battler will have to choose one of the selections and make due to the Ferrum Dojo and Training arenas to properly become in-sync with their newly selected battle partner. From there on out, the pokemon and the battler will grow a proper connection and a strong bond during battles.

The battle pokemon are also properly cared of but sometimes they can become a handful, therefore volunteers are highly appreciated. I am one of these as I have a good connection with one of the Chandelures and a feisty Scizor some of you have seen. They all display varying personalities, even during battles! And what's most important is the connection and the care of these pokemons.

This is all I got at the moment, but I might write down something related to the battle locations next time, if I do have the time.. And maybe explain some important factors about the Synergy Stones and the region's connection to such things... Hopefully...

your favorite thing about them he is sUCH an entertainer!! ofc he's funny and high energy and very much an enfp (the synergy of him with other enfps is insane LMAO) but also he does put in effort to be prepared when he goes on variety shows (vaguely all i know is that he does research beforehand especially if he's meeting other idols, prepares some jokes or stunts or props, idk maybe thats standard but at least it's not lazy)! besides him being absolutely deranged for entertainment purposes, i do love watching him on variety shows he really does the whole entertaining idol gig thing with such ease with his very mc-host way of speaking, his comedic timing, and the way he puts people at easy by ironically catching them off-guard with his irreverent jokes, etc. etc. honestly it's an especially great skill bc he's interacted w a lot of dongsaeng/rookie groups while hosting ssap possible and idolympics.

when you Knew TM they were your bias LMAO the way u literally watched my realization in real time... okay but i don't actually remember what exactly cemented my coffin. i started noticing his rarer soft / calm / cute moods (instead of his obnoxious parodies of aegyo) and that he just happens to be good at everything. OH I REMEMBER NOW. SOMETHING SOMETHING HE IS GOOD AT COOKING ASDKFJLSJDFLKSDFL!!! lmao fuck why is it cooking that always gets me! also that was around the time i learned that he won 10 medals at isac 2018-20. and can do like 5 hurricane kicks in a row while singing. oh and he went from being literally tone deaf (or so he claims) when he auditioned to making it past several rounds on king of masked singer. okay but even tho he's good at everything he failed kindergarten <3 we stan having capabilities that can't be assessed by a standard education curriculum and being successful anyways 🤪

Former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, Bankman-on-again, Fried’s off-again ex-girlfriend, and a bizarre Tumblr blog that she appears to have maintained for years, stand out.

FTX’s founder and CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried, lived in a $30 million penthouse in The Bahamas with nine other colleagues until this week. According to Coindesk, the majority of high-level decisions pertaining to the operation of $32 billion exchange FTX and its sister trading firm Alameda Research were made by these ten roommates, who were reportedly romantically or sexually involved with one another at one time.

The group was described as a “polycule,” which is a romantic network of multiple people linked by overlapping sexual relationships.

Alameda, an ostensibly separate trading entity from FTX, allegedly siphoned billions of dollars from FTX customer accounts without the users’ knowledge. A report published on Monday revealed that the firm may have engaged in the illegal practice of frontrunning by making investment decisions based on insider knowledge of upcoming token launches on FTX’s trading platform.

Now, details from an Ellison-linked blog are shedding light on the former Alameda CEO’s personal beliefs and world philosophy—one shaped by hardline views on polyamory and sexual competition, a fascination with race science, and a belief in the natural synergy between crypto and fraud.

The Tumblr account, which was active from 2014 until it was deleted on Sunday, was called “Fake Charity Nerd Girl” and had the handle “worldoptimization.” The author’s personal details revealed over the account’s eight years of activity, including educational history, professional history, and living history, correspond perfectly with Ellison’s biography. Furthermore, when the account’s creator announced the creation of a Twitter account in March 2021, they linked to Ellison’s Twitter page, which was also created that month.

Not a crypto trading genius, but a ‘polyamory’ expert

The Ellison-linked Tumblr account sheds some light on the possible sexual dynamics at work in FTX’s live-in headquarters.

“When I first started my first foray into poly, I thought of it as a radical break from my trad past,” Ellison’s account wrote in February 2020, two years into his tenure at Alameda Research. “But, to be honest, I’ve come to believe that the only acceptable style of poly is something akin to ‘imperial Chinese harem.”

The story went on to explain how a polyamorous relationship should ideally function as a cutthroat market of sexual competition and subjugation.

“None of this non-hierarchical nonsense,” the account continued. “Everyone should rank their partners, everyone should know where they rank, and there should be vicious power struggles for the ranks.”

I’m surprised Ogres have children so quickly, and their kids also grow up fast, you’d think being THE strongest peoples on Looming Gaia, with few flaws outside of lack of Innovation and being unable to sweat would make them breed more slowly, so That they don’t curbstomp the other commoners. (I mean, even Evangeline has incredible difficulty fighting Ogre tribes!) How come they breed so quickly?

I will say that Ogre psychology doesn't work quite the same way as human psychology, or most other species for that matter. Humans are very social creatures who like to be in large groups of their own kind. By comparison, ogres are like "lone wolves". They naturally prefer to be in smaller groups than other species, which is one of the reasons why you don't see huge ogre-dominated civilizations. Even the ogre tribes which have been around for thousands of years are still roughly the same size they were in ancient times.

Traditionally, ogre tribes tend to split once they reach a certain size. Ogres lack the natural sense of innovation that some other species have, so instead of developing new technologies to deal with overpopulation issues, they tribe simply breaks into smaller groups that head off for greener pastures.

You will find lots of small ogre tribes scattered around the world, but very rarely will you find ones with over 1,000 individuals. Their traditional low-tech lifestyles just can't support that.

I'm not trying to say that ogres are repelled by their own kind, because that isn't exactly true. But they do experience a hormonal/psychological phenomenon when there are too many other ogres around them, where they become agitated and aggressive. The more ogres that are crammed into an area, the more aggressive they all become until there's an inevitable bloodbath. This is due to the pheromones they naturally give off. Exposure to too much of these pheromones causes a stress response.

When ogres are stressed by these pheromones, their fertility also happens to take a nosedive and it becomes harder for them to conceive. Ogresses who are already pregnant are likely to miscarriage if they’re exposed to these stress hormones for too long.

Researchers believe this phenomenon is advantageous because it protects the ogres from overpopulation. It's thought to be the driving force behind their natural tendency to keep small tribes. The ogres' size and incredible strength comes at a cost, and the cost is calories. They need a LOT more food than other peoples to survive, so even a small tribe of ogres can quickly wipe an area of its resources if they're not careful.

Ogres are a species that becomes weaker with dense populations and stronger with smaller, more spread out populations. Humans, for example, are the opposite. Humans are stronger in denser groups because psychologically, they can cope with being around very large crowds of their own kind. They have good synergy with other humans and are able to coordinate themselves in massive groups very effectively.

Ogres don’t really do this. It's not natural for them. Instead, they develop anxiety and a compulsion to lash out violently in big crowds of other ogres. (interestingly, they don't experience this in crowds of other species--only their own kind. That's why it's believed this phenomenon is not purely psychological and is partially caused by pheromone overload.)
