so it seems like I got followed by a bunch of history nerds recently. so here's a fun podcast for my new followers

this is one of the history podcasts Ive been in love with for a few years now and it's narrated by Anirudh Kanisetti. and it's really really good. it's full of interesting and rare anecdotes from ancient india that you won't get to hear about anywhere else. it also has this really fun episode on the battle of supremacy that Sanskrit and prakrit went through, and how Sanskrit came out victorious, which is one of my fav episodes. it's a really fun podcast overall. and the narration style makes you feel like you're right there watching everything happen on real time.

Anirudh Kanisetti also recently published this book about what ancient South India was like, called 'Lords of the Deccan', which I can personally attest has more twists and drama than game of thrones
