When are we gonna get a periodic drama about THE Raphael Sanzio da Urbino? You'd think such a celebrity for his time would have had a series made about him; there's so much that could be talked about! His orphaned childhood, rise to stardom, rivalry with Michaelangelo, friendship with Leonardo, secret love affair (and marriage) with his beau Margarita Luti, and lots more. Raphael really was a shooting star, he died so young but accomplished so much. Hey Showtime, HBO, BBC, RAI, Netflix, Amazon, etc., GET ON IT!!!

20-21. Madrid, 2013.

Ubi societas, ibi ius
Matka świata – pisze o niej Czesław Ryszka, autor biografii Matki Teresy, który miał okazję poznać ją a raczej widzieć w Częstochowie w latach osiemdziesiątych ubiegłego wieku. Matka świata – tak ją nazywano. Ręce i palce miała spracowane, palce u stóp zmienione i powykręcane jakby to były ręce i stopy całego swiata – pisał autor.Ubi societas ibi ius – zasadę przypomina Benedykt XVI, ale jeśli…

Raphaël (Raffaello Sanzio) (Italian, 1483-1520) The Healing of the Lame Man for the Sistine Chapel, ca.1515-16 This scene depicts the first miracle performed by Peter – an event which symbolises his spiritual healing power and conversion of the Jews to Christianity. Peter, in the centre of the painting wearing a blue cloak and yellow tunic, holds the hand of a disabled man and asks him to rise and walk. The man is instantly cured and is able to stand and follow him into the Temple (Acts 3:1-8). The miracle takes place in front of the Beautiful Gate (Porta Speciosa) of the Temple in Jerusalem (a temple with Solomonic columns) – the most sacred place in Judasim.

something something height difference
if it were up to me both of the Disaster Twins would have slow burn rivals to friends to lovers that would take several years of B plot shenanigans to acknowledge while the Sunset Duo are tripping over themselves over their new friends mad skills, falling hard and fast.
