🩷Waking Up Beside Them🩷 (HSR Women)

The long awaited female character version of this post

The ones who bask in the tranquil atmosphere as they wake before you. The soft lull of their voice threatens to drag you back into slumber. It doesn’t help, either, when they play with the strands of your hair, caress your face, and all but coo at the state of your sleepiness. You can’t blame them for how precious you are, now can you? It’s a beautiful sight to see their lovestruck gaze as the first thing to greet your eyes in the morning.

“Hehe, sorry, my love. You simply can’t blame me for how lovely you are. If there’s nothing pressing, let’s stay here a while and enjoy each other’s company, okay?”

Hanya, Himeko, Kafka, Tingyun

The ones who are far too energetic in the morning for their own good. They are, perhaps, too motivated to start the day. Yet, their sunny optimism is a welcome delivery— especially if you’ve had a long, stressful week. They nearly hop out of bed while you’re practically dragged with them. They only relent when you plop back under the sheets and continue sleeping soundly until the next time you awake. Once you finally wake for the day and wander into the kitchen, they’re already stuffing their face; a bit of flour from cooking is stuck humorously on the top of their nose.

“Good morning! I just finished making breakfast for us! Oh but uh, if you’d like something else, just lemme know!”

Guinafen, March 7th, Serval

The ones who sometimes scare you; they practically sleep like the dead and you’d think they exited the land of living, too, were it not for their soft snores and drool on the corner of their mouth. It’s such an amusing sight to see, you do your best to hold back a humorous snort. They let out a grumble of protest when you try to prod them awake and you pay the price when they begin clinging to you or their pillow in a tight grip.

“…huh? Jus’… five more minutes, ‘kay? We don’t have anything to do so… *yawn* just stay with me……. Please?”

March 7th, Qingque, Sushang, Silver Wolf, Stelle

The ones who are gone long before you awake. Their duties must always come first and no amount of temptation from you or the comfort of the space you share can pry them back into your arms. Truly, they feel bad, but— duty calls, and they mustn’t abandon it. Perhaps, they think, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to make it up to you later. They could show you around the planet, take you to get something to eat, or do anything you’d like on their next day off.

“I’m sorry for leaving so early, there were things I had to take care of. Oh? You don’t mind? Well, it still isn’t fair to leave you alone for so long and so frequently, too. How about I take a day: just you and I, doing anything we want. Does that sound alright with you?”

Honkai Star Rail x gn!reader

✧what they get you for your birthday

✧fluff, platonically or romantically! (any of the minors on this post are strictly to be read platonically.)

Stelle and Caelus love figuring out something to get you together. It comes with some bickering, yes, but! in the end, it'll be something unique they had gotten on one of their trailblazing adventures.

Dan Heng get's you something simple yet sweet. It's something he's sure that you will like and something that you will find use in. It's in your favorite color as well, how'd he know your favorite color? Well.. he may have asked someone just so you wouldn't suspect anything.

March most definitely gets you some sort of hair clip. She loves to see you wear it because it makes her super happy! She probably bought you and her matching ones so you both could wear them together as well.

Himeko, like March, gets you something you can wear. Possibly a necklace or a ring. It depends on what she thinks would suit you more. She takes your interests and dislikes into consideration and ends up picking out something that makes your eyes light up with joy.

You swear that Welt acts like he could care less that it's your birthday until you receive a sweet little card and a box in your room on the Astral Express from him. It's a short and sweet card, the box contains a simple golden colored bracelet. It's simple, yes. Yet, you can't help but smile widely whenever someone asks where you got your pretty bracelet from.

Arlan struggles a little to say the least. He really wants it to be perfect for you. He fears he may get something you dislike or not use. In the end, he settles for a simple note that tells you how much he appreciates you along with a cute keychain to match your phone case.

Asta thinks about it for days in advance. What are your hobbies? Interests? Dislikes? She has so many ideas but, doesn't want to jump on one and have you end up disliking it. She ends up giving you a handmade card, decorated with cute little drawings of things you like. (And Peppy's paw print <3)

Herta never gets to see you in person so she feels bad about how informal it may feel. Either way, she makes a small version of you and her as little dolls! She just wants you to be able to have something in your room that reminds you of her so what better way than to have some little dolls to sit on your nightstand!

(Platonic!) Hook and the moles get together and find something for you! They all go around together, trying to think of something to get you. It's always so sweet, you don't have the heart to turn down whatever gift they end up giving to you :((!

Natasha listens to you so well and yet she gets stumped on what to get you. She does settle on simple flowers for you and ends up seeing something in a store that she'll also buy for you. She enjoys walking into your home and seeing the little trinket she had gotten for you on your table.

Pela gets you a book or story that you'd enjoy. Even if you don't like reading, she tries really hard to find a book that you'll like and gets extremely picky about which book it'll be. You don't like suspenseful stories? Any book with too much suspense, she won't even spare a glance to.

Sampo gets you flowers. It's always a different type every time. You somehow wonder how he's not run out of flowers by now. Sometimes they're even fake so you can keep them around for as long as you want!

Serval buys you a cool piece of clothing! She picks out something that is a mix of something a bit out of your comfort zone yet, still comfortable with wearing. Sometimes, she'll even take you out shopping and let you pick whatever you want!

Bronya fits time into her schedule to go somewhere with you for your birthday. She isn't sure what to buy you so might as well just spend the day with you! She'll buy whatever you may want whether it be food or something you saw in the store window.

(Platonic!) Clara gets so nervous when picking out a birthday gift for you! She asks Svarog for help too. She ends up getting a jacket that matches hers for you but, it's in your favorite color. She hands it to you so sweetly and is pleading to herself that you'll like it.

Gepard is such a sweetheart. He buys you a vase for you to put flowers in and although he wishes he had made it handmade, Serval had advised against that and said he should buy one instead. (The poor guy looked like a dejected puppy for a bit afterwards)

Seele has absolutely no clue what to get you. It's always in the back of her mind that she has no clue what to get you for your birthday and so it ends up being a simple card telling you about her favorite memory with you from that year.

Qingque buys you a game for you to play! It's partly just for her to play with you but! she does try to think about some sort of game that you'd enjoy.

Sushang is super sweet and gets you a plushie for your birthday. A soft plushie of your favorite animal. Whether she made it or not depends on how much time she had before she actually realized how close your birthday was.

Tingyun can get you virtually anything that you want. She straight up asks you what you'd like for your birthday and it always surprises you that she ends up getting that exact thing for your birthday.

(Platonic!) Bailu... She makes you little 'coupons' for her healing services. It's very crudely made with just the simple writing of "Healing Service Coupon" on some poorly cut pieces of paper. Nonetheless, it's a sweet gestures because you can see on her face that she really wants you to take it. (On the back of each of them, theres a little heart she drew, she hopes you won't see it!)

Yanqing gets super excited around your birthday. He's heading to every shop trying to find something that you'll like. He settles on some little trinket he saw that reminded him of you and puts a little ribbon on it so you know it's a present.

Jing Yuan just knows somehow what you want without you ever even telling him. He calls you into his office just so he can bestow the gift upon you. He makes you feel all special too and makes sure it's got your name on the box along with "Happy Birthday" written on it.

Love In Different Shapes - Various HSR Girls x GN! Reader

★ Extra: Just had random thoughts about HSR characters love language and decided to write about what theirs is in my opinion - just not your typical ones. // Not proof read - we die like Himeko // There's a HSR Boy version as well! Right here.

Y'know those cats who come to your doorstep and drop a dead bird in front of your door? That's her...but it's an actual person.

As Jingliu is well...dead herself (I think) and I believe currently in the Shackling Prison which probably means very small times where she can see you if she can convince Jing Yuan, the fastest gift she can give you...is well...y e a h.

If you do ask her to stop, she will...not getting rid of people, just bringing you the bleeding results. She'd probably steal something from them as I doubt many people would want business from a criminal/dead person.

She writes notes and gives you gifts...but she gets Numby to send them to you.

It's not that Topaz is shy about giving you gifts, she's more then happy to give you a kiss on the lips if she wants too, but for some reason. To her, if Numby is the one giving the gifts and letters from her to you. She thinks it's more affectionate.

You don't know why, neither does Numby. But you both find it cute, even so. Getting the little daily visits from number with a letter in it's mouth and the page having a small bite mark from where Numby was nomming on, it's sweet of her. As much as this was of showing affection is strange to you.

Serval.

But honestly. Serval gives the vibe to call you up on stage during one of her songs, you have an automatic V.I.P ticket and there's a seat/area dedicated to you, that you are the only one allowed in.

She writes love songs with you in it as well and will announce it during her concerts.

Serval: "THIS ONE GOES TO MY PERFECT, AMAZING AND CARING PARTNER. MY WORLD, MY LIGHT, MY EVERYTHING NI-"

Someone in the crowd: "GET ON WITH IT"

(Dw, she won't do this if you're uncomfortable...she'll still write songs about you though)

Lazing with you. Qingque shows her love by being lazy around you. Y'know how some animals show that they trust you be like being more near you? (Or something like that)

That's her, having a boss(?) like Fu Xuan who scolds her for slacking and others also doing the some. Her lazing around you is her way of showing she trusts you. It doesn't even matter if you'll tattle. She will laze around you or even WITH you.

Asta loves giving you gifts!...Like an entire planet-

Her love language is gift giving, but none of her gifts are small. There big in terms of how much it costs her, but it probably won't even make a DENT in her income. Avoid saying what you want, because she will buy it for you, even if it means buying thousands upon thousands.

You may need a special room to put all the gifts she buys you...which she also bought...

Point is, her love language is gift giving...extreme version.

Ever sob when you find out you don't have enough money for something? Tingyuns got you covered! Every single thing that you need shall be handed to you on a silver platter...in terms of coupons and discounts-

She probably has thousands of coupons saved up that she'll give you, and you always get discounts from her store for just being her lover. Every anniversary she gets you a gift you really want, she's sweet like that...but expect a book full of coupons from shops you frequent.

Coat.

Anyways, Kafka loves buying and getting coats as we know. And we also know she buys you a bunch of coats and styles you in all of them. (Separately, don't worry)

She can come home from a mission and have 3 bags full of coats for you to try on.

YOU can come back from a mission and she'll still have bags full of coats.

Your closet is so full of the article of clothing she oh so loves to buy all because she thinks it'll look cute on you...she probably lets you wear some of hers as well if you get far enough in the relationship.

Hehehe. I spent a good bit rambling with my friend about certain HSR characters "unusual" love language and decided to write one! It's not proof read as most of the time, my rambles aren't proof read. But as always, if I messed some spelling or grammar up. Inform me and I'll fix it :D

Them finding you asleep in public

characters: Fu Xuan / Herta / Himeko / Kafka / March 7th / Natasha / Pela / Qingque / Serval / Tingyun x gn!reader (separate)

a/n: The urge to write a lot more than 1 or 2 paragraphs for some characters was really strong, but I managed it because I am a man of dedication, focus and sheer will…

that and because I knew this would take far too long if I didn’t contain myself.

Also, there are some characters I still don’t know too much about, so if I got something wrong about their personalities, then I’m sorry

Anyway, hope you enjoy!

Fu Xuan

Did you have no idea how stupid you looked while sleeping like this in public? If anyone else found you like this, they’d take you for a lazy bum with no shame, but luckily for you, Fu Xuan knew you well enough to know that at least the first part would be a misconception. Nevertheless you looked stupid. Stupid and a little bit cute. So stupid and a little bit cute in fact that she couldn’t stop herself from pulling out her phone and snapping a picture of you, only for the flash she forgot to turn off to wake you up, causing you to slowly look up at her while rubbing your eyes, in turn causing the Master Diviners face to heat up.

“D-Don’t fall asleep during working hours! …what am I going to do with you..?”

Herta

Sleeping people normally were none of Herta’s concern, they were neither interesting to study, nor entertaining enough to waste her precious time on them. But considering how much of a help you were with her research, it would have been rude not to spare you from the embarrassment of being seen like this by a whole lot of other people. It also helped that she was just about to start an experiment and needed a suitable guinea pig helper.

“Wakey-Wakey. How terrible to be bored enough to fall asleep even though you’re living on my space station. Lucky you! I have just the job for you”

Himeko

Himeko was a researcher first and foremost and one of the most important tasks of any respectable researcher was to observe. It was the first step towards putting together a scientific theory and thus something she was all too familiar with. So whenever she found you sound asleep on one of the astral express’ couches, she did what she did best: observe. Was it with a cup of coffee in hand or some random book she got her hands on.For whatever reason watching you sleep put her mind at ease, like watching one of those cat videos March liked to show around to the rest of the crew. To varying degrees of excitement.

“Theory: the couch is even more comfortable when tired”, Himeko stated to herself before pressing her hand against the couch, feeling it before letting out a small yawn, covering her mouth with her free hand before nodding to herself. “Theory seems possible. I’ll need to test it more often”, she spoke while slowly putting her head on the cushions, tiredness, no matter how much coffee she drank, rolling over Himeko, only for her to quickly nod off herself, her head not far from your own.

Kafka

Truth be told, Kafka would have preferred you were awake. There weren’t many things one could do with a sleeping person, but as waking you up was out of the question, other ideas quickly began swirling through her mind, until finally, her brain decided on one.

Putting on one of her favorite lipsticks, she gave you a quick peck on the cheek, making sure to leave an imprint of her lips, only to find herself unsatisfied with the results. If you were lucky you’d notice it once you went to the bathroom in the morning, by which time you would have already passed the rest of your crewmates, and while she doubted that they’d have any reaction to it, one imprint would have certainly been enough to make you embarrassed about it.

That being said, adding one or two more couldn’t hurt.

March 7th

Seeing you sleeping in such a public place like the parlor of the astral express wasn’t something March got to see every day and while the urge to take a picture of you with her camera was compelling, she knew that there had to be made preparations beforehand. Before long, March pulled out a marker before carefully drawing a silly mustache and monocle on your face, making sure not to wake you up in the process. You were probably going to figure out the culprit relatively quickly once you looked in the mirror, but as long as she got a silly photo, March didn’t really care.

And a silly photo she got.

Natasha

You were always trying your best to keep whatever child was currently bedbound inside her clinic entertained, never leaving their side until they had long fallen asleep. And while Natasha appreciated it, the sight of you and the children causing her heart to melt each time, you fell asleep while leaned against the bed more than once.

In such moments Natasha would have loved to carry you to bed, the floor being a lot colder than a blanket, but that would only wake you from your dreams, something she didn’t want to be responsible for after seeing you take such good care of others. And so all she was able to do was cover you with a blanket of your own before making a mental note to repay you the following day

Pela

While you always indulged Pela in her hobbies, her requests of painting a picture of you always fell on deaf ears, you always finding a reason or excuse for her not to, too embarrassed by the idea of being painted. So finding you asleep like this was like a godsent. Locking the room to make sure you didn’t slip away before she got her notebook and pens from her room, Pela made sure to return quickly before beginning while you were still asleep.

After all, what you didn’t know couldn’t hurt you.

Qingque

While she had been sent to find you by Fu Xuan herself, you having reportedly been sent to get something from the abandoned storage, only to not return, her boss ought to have thought twice before picking Qingque for the task of retrieving you. So when she eventually found you, having nodded off on an old couch in one of the corners of the building, the prolific slacker couldn’t help but notice how comfortable it looked. And while many would have felt ashamed for even thinking about sitting down next to you and closing their eyes for five minutes while on work, Qingque had no such inhibitions.

It didn’t sound like Fu Xuan needed you that urgently, so it wasn’t like she was going to get fired for this… probably.

Serval

When Serval found you slumped over one of the desks in her workshop, passed out from what seemed to be exhaustion as the mechanism you had tried solving these past couple of days lay next to you, not much closer to completion than it seemed yesterday, she couldn’t help but smile at your dedication to the craft, or so was the reason she would have given if she wasn’t having difficulties retaining her composure at the sight of your sleeping face

A part of her wanted to squeeze you till you popped, or at the very least displayed signs of doing so, finding what she saw in front of her as adorable as a puppy, yet she decided against as much as touching you. Neither wishing to wake you up nor to accidentally breaking one of your bones. She needed you in her audience after all.

Tingyun

If you had been Ying Juan, Tingyun’s next course of action would have been as clear as the sky on a sunny day. Snap a few pictures to sell to all kinds of Fangirls and make a quick buck. But considering you weren’t anywhere as popular and she had her qualms about the idea of anyone else getting to see you sleeping this peacefully, her conscience beat out the businesswoman inside of her.

That being said, just because she wasn’t going to let anyone else see you like this, didn’t mean she was going to let this opportunity for a nice photo slip, pulling out her phone as taking a picture in one swoop before putting it back and once again walking out of the room, making sure to close the door behind her.

“ i think we should stop before fu xuan catches us.” you suggested in–between kisses, nervously glancing over at the door. qingque whines, holding you closer to her body and peppers your face with kisses. “ c’mon babe, it’s my work office. she knows i’m not here that often. “ you sighed, gently pushing her back by the shoulders to look her straight in the eyes, qingque pouts.

“ so, the times where you were in your office, does she come to check up on you? “ you inquired, unsure of her assurance. she laughs awkwardly, giving you a goofy smile. “ y-yeah, but fu xuan almost always visits my office when it’s my nap time! i usually nap here to replenish my energy!” rolling your eyes, you squished her cheeks, making her face smush together adorably. “ so you’re telling me that you only use your work office to nap—wait, what time is your nap time?”

“ u-uh, twhoo thwirty? “

you peered over at the electronic clock on her desk. it’s only 2:15pm so you have at least fifteen minutes to spare. “ bwabe, cwan youu lwet goo uhf mwy fwace noww? it hwurts. “ she whines, looking at you with pleading eyes. you let out a deep sigh and released her from your hold. “ sorry, qingque. to be frank, i shouldn’t be here. i’m suppose to be with the general but, i don’t feel like hearing his babbling and old man yawns today. i’m quite sure he has already contacted our other woman about my absence. i better leave before she comes here— “

qingque holds your waist tighter, “ w-we still have time, right? just five more minutes, please? i don’t get to see you until the next six hours! i need my daily dose of (name)! “ she begs, giving you the puppy eyes. you paused for a moment, pondering over the current situation. if you stay now, you get to spend a little more time with your slacker girlfriend. but, you’re also in risk of getting in trouble by your other strict girlfriend. if you leave now, you avoid the scolding but you have to tolerate your boss being a sly bum for the rest of the day.

yeah, the former’s better.

you said nothing and pulled her into a kiss. qinque let out a small noise of celebration and kisses back ardently. the next few minutes were filled with nothing but small giggles and obnoxious sounds of kissing. you two entirely forgot about being mindful which led to you not noticing the door fly open and a familiar voice shouting into the office.

“ (name) and qinque! what are you two doing?! “

like deers caught in headlights, your heads whip towards the doorway, looking absolutely dumbfounded and lips completely swollen. fu xuan crosses her arms, tapping her foot impatiently with an angry expression on her face. “ and (name), general jingyuan is looking for you! do you know how worried i was when he informed me of your absence?! i attempted to call you and your phone immediately went to voicemail! and you, qingque, i tried to message you about their possible whereabouts and you didn’t even answer me back! so i came straight here to find you—o-only to see you two fools shoving your tongues down each other’s throats like no tomorrow! explain yourselves because you two are in big trouble! especially you, (name)! “

you quickly rose from your chair, “ w-well, first thing first, we were not shoving our tongues into each other’s throats, fu! w-we were um—“

“ yeah, we were! “ qinque chimes, casually standing up from her seat.

“ wh-what the hell, don’t tell her that—“

“ we were too busy sucking each other’s faces off that we didn’t notice any of our notifications. matter of fact, we ignored your calls and texts, hoping that you’ll come here to find us! we want you to join us, our dear lady fu! “

you caught second hand embarrassment from seeing the astonished look on fu xuan’s now beet red face.

synopsis : confessing over a winned game

qingque enjoys her games, especially if she gets to slack off work to play. she enjoys playing celestial jades with anyone, but she especially enjoys it when youre involved

she always enjoys playing with you, teaching you the many pairings you can use to win a game. although, she cant help but feel a bit confused. you were a co-worker of hers that never messed up, never slacked off, nothing of that sort. so why are you doing it now?

qingque dismisses her thoughts, too complex for her! she would much rather enjoy beating you in this match… if she had won

qingque's jaw dropped as she saw you managed to get a sap saam jiu as your winning hand

you finally raise your voice, something qingque doesnt see (well, hear) often but she cant help but blush as she realized what you said. qingque chuckles as a wide smile makes way on her face, her cheeks puffing up like marshmallows as the happiness reaches her eyes

Self Aware HSR But...

But only the characters you own are self aware AND you're a no wishing account. I tried a no wish account, lasted a week ended up getting two ILs in one ten pull.

Bonus: based on the number of eidolons you have of the character the more aware of you, and more knowledge they have.

E0 Know of your existence, probably would assume you're just some aeon.

E1 Feeling the warm presence always guiding them, they're stronger even when you're not by their side.

E3 Hearing you while playing the game.

E4 Seeing you while playing the game.

E6 Knowing that this is a game.

And then if they're someone more intelligent, like Herta, then maybe they can skip an eidolon and also find little ways to work around them. At E5 she's already found a way to hack into your electronics to observe this absurd being (you) some more. Then at E6 she's already planning on a way to make you come to their world, she has so many questions after all!

Of course there's Trailblazer, the first character you get whose eidolons you get without even spending money, and as their journey continues in Belobog and they find themselves becoming stronger all of a sudden they're aware of this strange Aeon? Except you're helping them. Then they start to hear you, then see you, and then everything becomes clear. And terribly more confusing. ...Nothing was real? The confusing part is the moment they accept the power of the preservation it's all gone. Like it was a hallucination. But they remember everything and it ends up coming back slowly step by step, your voice, the sight of you, that's what they really wanted. None of the knowledge left them, and game or not they want you by their side. And all of the Astral Express is left confused by their strange fanaticism about some being called Y/N.

Then there's Dan Heng and March 7th who you also got for free. Who feel your warm presence and strength whenever they're on your team but the moment you leave it's all gone. Dan Heng is skeptical, it must be an Aeon but why would an Aeon be gazing at them so often? March 7th is excited, for an Aeon to look at them that must mean something, right? Maybe they're heroes on an amazing quest! Or the Aeon is trying to help her get her memories back. They all feel a strange sense of familiarity when after the trip to the Xianzhou the trailblazer tells them about a person called Y/N. But they're left even more speechless when they're told this is all just a game. That can't be true, right?

Herta can also be obtained at E6 for free and with every eidolon unlocked she just gets more curious. She knows this person can control and buff them, so what else can they do? And what exactly are they? Similar to an Aeon in terms of overall power but in individual power clearly weaker but able to actually control the movements of others? Simply fascinating. It's even more interesting that they're doing all of this for the good will of others. Of course, you should come here. Even if you end up being a weak human she's sure there's loads of information in your brain, and you may end up holding the purpose to the universe in it. Not to mention the Aeons, of course, they'd be curious of this unknown creature. She hates to admit, she's grown quite fond of you as well.

The rest of the characters can only be obtained at E0 and are randomly dispersed out.

Natasha jumps to defend herself when she suddenly feels eyes watching her when no one is around. Then occasionally when the eyes gaze upon her she finds herself stronger than before. She knows there's something at work here, helping her out, and she can't help but feel thankful she's just hoping this help doesn't come at a price.

Asta feels as if she must've gazed upon something she shouldn't have when she was looking at the stars through her telescope. That pair of eyes makes her both paranoid and curious. It didn't have the strength or choking feeling that the Aeons would give off with their sheer power. But when you look at her instead she feels empowered, as if she can research faster (because she buffs speed). Her conclusions come to her quicker, and she doesn't feel herself getting stuck on the same things. Now, the eyes fluster her, and she feels the strange need to prove herself. To tell the eyes that it was a good decision to trust and help her. She does find it a bit strange at how Herta is suddenly spending all of this money in technological research but decides not to question it.

Qingque doesn't really notice the eyes on her at first. Just all of a sudden she feels more confident in her game of Celestial Jade and-- HAH! That's some insane luck! Another win for her! Then she ends up finding the phenomena happening again, every once in a while a sudden burst of confidence fills her up and she's able to escape the Master Diviner's watchful eyes more easily and win in her games! Her only possible conclusion is she has a natural luck indicator! But when she overhears three of the members of the Astral Express talk about a possible new Aeon she questions if they've perhaps taken an interest in her as well. Maybe it's an Aeon that loves Celestial Jade!

Yukong is wary of the eyes even though warmth comes with them. She's wary because she knows how much power they hold, how they could lead to her death in a moment. But they don't. Instead they help her strategize, every once in a while a pen, when the eyes are watching her, will fall astray onto her desk-- an event that would never happen normally. She tries to keep it organized and tidy. But it strangely opens up a new position, a new idea, a new way to fight back the mara stricken soldiers. The eyes are weak for now they can't do much. But even if they could Yukong decides she'll trust them.

Serval felt a sudden burst of inspiration, a way to make her new invention more efficient, when she first felt the eyes. For some reason she didn't feel any malice in them instead curiosity, and a strange form of love. She was used to dealing with strange fans so she decided to treat this like another form of that, although she does prefer you to the ones that watch outside her window. Whenever she's in your party she feels more unstoppable as if she could continue inventing no matter what. If you ended up getting her E1 in the Aetherium Wars event then that feeling follows her everywhere, she's a bit sad about since she can no longer tell as easily when you're watching her. But she feels honored that, what seems to be an Aeon, is blessing her.

Lynx felt warmth even as snow surrounded her tent. It didn't make sense why she suddenly felt a pair of eyes looking at her but they weren't looking at her as if she were prey, and she had bigger things to worry about, like finding her way home in the morning it was always more difficult after snowfall. She ended up mentioning the eyes to Serval and the two came to the conclusion together that you must be some kind of Aeon, maybe a weakened one? Lynx dedicated a bit of extra time in her explorations to trying to find some information about it, but even in all the abandoned buildings there wasn't much. At least you were still on her side, helping her move quick and heal up from minor scrapes faster than she normally would. Sometimes she felt a bit lonely when your eyes drifted off her.

Sushang felt honored. She was sure this must be an Aeon's gaze for an Aeon to gaze upon her that must be a sign that she's strong and should go out and fight! Not to mention when the Aeon was looking at her she felt stronger and her strikes were more precise! It's a large confidence boost, and she doesn't think too deeply into it to realize you're not an Aeon. She feels greatly honored by your help, when you have time to spare though :).

Then for the Aetherium Wars Event you could get Serval, Pela, Luka, or Hook so Pela, Luka, and Hook will also each get a section.

Pela felt skeptical. She wasn't used to just accepting that good things happen, not after all the war she's had to toughen herself up for. But it's interesting. Her mind is swifter while you're looking at her and she feels herself able to plan out battles more easily. She ends up confiding in Lynx and is shocked to find not only has Lynx experienced the same feeling, but Serval. An Aeon, their gaze was said to be suffocating. But yours felt the opposite, warm. Pela takes a few extra hours after work each day to do some research and try to figure out who you are but time after time nothing turns up, that is until the Astral Express comes back.

Luka feels his blood roaring in his body when you look at him. He's ready to fight anything and anyone, and in the ring he decimates. He normally destroys whoever he's against but this time he couldn't keep his strength in check and... that's a broken arm on the other guy one punch in. And that wasn't even with his robot arm! Every once in a while he'll feel a gaze sweep over him, filling him with the exhilaration and adrenaline needed for a fight. It's a bit annoying because sometimes he'll be about to go to sleep and it happens. But he understands, you're an Aeon with no concerns for anything like that, instead you're just looking to see a good fight! And apparently have deemed him as a good source for that. He feels honored as well, and a bit flustered. If only you were someone he could meet in person, then you'd be even more impressed when you can see his ring fights up close! He can give you an autograph too, if you really want one.

Of course Pitch Dark Hook the Great caught the attention of an Aeon! For all she boasts she's a little scared, she's heard stories of Aeons of the great feats they accomplish (she'll one day accomplish those feats too she's just biding her time!) and it's a teensy bit intimidating. But you must see great potential in her! After all Pitch Dark Hook the Great will be the greatest of all time! This is just further confirmation of that. Over time she begins to become more comfortable with your presence taking the opportunity to show off and challenge the other members of The Moles to a game of hide and seek when your gaze is on her, proving how she is the greatest of them all!

So for reader's eyes to be on them they have to be in party. And they don't really know when they're in party, they're still doing basic daily stuff rather than fighting as we have them running relic domains. Otherwise they'd probably be like why does this asshole want me to fight an ape 7 times in a row?! (me farming for Lynx and Fu Xuan)

Oh god please elaborate on the Express Eatery thing! I love having Luocha as a customer

Going over this with Luocha, Yukong, Jing Yuan and Blade!

CW: yandere characters

So you work at the Express Eatery, and you start to notice that Luocha comes in every day with a new menu item he wants to try out. While waiting for his order he asks about your time on the Express and the meals you like and how you're finding the Luofu so far. He refuses to elaborate on the coffin he carries around or on anything else about his job apart from the "traveling merchant" line, but you let it slide because he's nice enough otherwise. He also tips very generously, and leaves glowing reviews, which may or may not play a role in you liking him despite how suspicious he can be at times. After he's cycled through all the items, however, he starts asking for other things; snacks you like to eat, whatever you usually have for breakfast, a dessert you're craving for, etc. And he starts bringing in dishes that he likes, and asks for you to eat them with him during your break (even waits outside your stall until you take your break, if you try and lie your way out of it). And when the day comes that you have to pack up and leave your short-lived stall behind, you do so without informing your number 1 customer, which doesn't go across well.

But how were you to know Luocha had also met Dan Heng before, and would be visiting the Express the very next day?

Other customers you meet include Yukong, who's sweet and has the most interesting stories for you. She offers to pilot a Starskiff for you (and promises that she's not a reckless driver anymore, unlike the stories of her youth she may have told you about), invites you to lively parties once you're done for the day, and even shows you around the Luofo herself. You do notice, however, that her eyes dim and her smile fades when you mention leaving the Luofo, even if you don't comment on it. Coming up to the days before you close the stall, she takes you on increasingly exciting trips around the Luofo, all the while assuring you that there is still much to see, as though to entice you into stay longer...

There's also Jing Yuan, who stays for long periods whenever he stops by. He stands by your stall with a languid smile, talking to you while eating. He has a habit of distracting you with sudden questions when ever you notice just how long he's been standing around, asking you about your thoughts on a dish or how long you've been with the Crew. And while his exterior is perfectly relaxed with you, if anyone else dares approach while he's there, all it takes is one inquisitive look from him to send the intruder scurrying away. You've never thought the General to be that frightening, but you supposed his position warranted some extent of fear. Normally, you would be a little irritated about how he was obstructing business, but there was no doubt his pleasant conversation and generous hand made for far better company than a queue of customers in a rush to their next stop.

But a few days before you're set to close the stall, you get approached by a group of officials who warn you that doing business without a permit is illegal. Apparently, whatever documents March got for your little side business wasn't enough, and you were missing some important components. Fortunately, Jing Yuan steps in and offers to help you settle the problem at once, and as you gratefully accept his assistance (with a promise to treat him to a serving of Cosmic Fried Rice on the house sometime). To your surprise, however, you're told that you're required to stay and continue doing business on the Luofu for another few weeks before the license is granted, and you find yourself having no choice but to comply. At least, the General is here to keep you company, right?

At first Blade stopped by only to pick up a serving or two before leaving right after, never indulging in conversation unlike your other patrons. Even his reviews were short and to the point, simply leaving a rating of 5 stars along with his moniker—but as long as it was a good review, you had no complaints. However, as time went by and you saw him increasingly more often (though you took note of the fact that he'd only ever come by when the shade fell across your stall just right and there were little to no other customers), he'd comment on your methods and packaging, with odd lines such as "The box didn't come apart even after a fight," and begin ordering in advance for the next day—he claimed this was a far more efficient system, and offered to pay extra as a booking fee.

He comes off a little strange at times, with his unnerving smile and his peculiar comments, but you think that Blade's one of your better customers. He's patient and his requests are simple, and he deals swiftly with any troublemakers around your stall. Surprisingly, him swinging around his sword threateningly doesn't discourage new customers from checking your stall out. So when the day comes that you have to inform him that there was no tomorrow for his order to be prepared in advance, Blade only regards you with a pensive look and the smallest of nods, before leaving. You would miss him, despite his oddities.

And then you're told that you have to accommodate for a temporary addition on the Astral Express, someone sent by Kafka, and who awaits you in the parlor car but Blade himself?

“Not a Pet Darling…” - Various Xianzhou Loufu Characters x GN! Reader

Summary: You go home to your partner and show them the cute fluffy wolf you found!! Can you keep it as a pet? Your partner seems reluctant...why? well it’s a Wooden Lupus…perhaps not the safest option for a companion.

Extra: Dan Fengs part is set during the High-Cloud Quintet days // Not proofread, just a funny idea I had and had to write happy to fix any mistakes tho lol // Dan Feng is probably out of character, just started writing him // Luocha + Qingques one are pretty short

Jing Yuan blinked at you slowly, staring at you and the new canine you brought home that now lay rest on his pillow, your lap. He had just gotten home from work, and wanted to get rewarded by sleeping on your lap, with your fingers running through his hair.

He went home and when he couldn't find you, he went to the garden, only to find a wooden lupus on your lap instead. His eyes narrow as he calmly walks over.

"Dove...what's this?"

"Dog"

The General blinked once, twice and again. Questioning you. How did you manage to tame such...a dangerous animal? An abundance spirit for crying out loud??

"Dove...I...don't think that's a dog"

"No it's name is dog!"

"...Dog?"

He looked at you again, taking a deep breath, noticing the movement from...'dog', he instinctively took out his weapon, to which you quickly caged the canine with your arms and pulled it away.

"Yuan, don't!! It's cute!!"

"...It's dangerous"

You puffed out your cheeks and shook your head, carefully lifting up dog. And made it look at him. Raising one of it's paws you say in a squeaky voice.

"My name is dog, I love you"

"...Dove please..."

You put down the dog back on the ground, it runs around the garden. You stand up and look at your husband.

"You're having favouritism with Mimi right now"

"HOW DOES MIMI FIT INTO THIS"

"SHE JUST DOES."

Blade called out your name again, and again and again. Where are you?? You had to go home. HE HAS THE FUCKING GOVERNMENT ON HIS ASS DON'T DO THIS TO HIM.

WHY ARE YOU CARRYING A WOODEN LUPUS??

He quickly walked up to you and grabbed your shoulder.

"Love...what are you doing?"

"Adopting a friend for you"

"Why for me?"

"...C'mon...you know why"

Blade is personally offended by that comment, but he loves you so you get away with it...for now...

"Can we keep the dog?"

"It's a wolf...but fine, I'm not a dog person though"

Cue him getting the dog it's own mini home, it's own toys and loving it more then he loves you/hj (He loves you more I swear)

You didn't expect Luocha to agree so fast about adopting the dog. You couldn't even ask, he just took one look at you, one look at the dog and gave you...a look that said '...w h y'

But he agrees, (reluctantly) I mean, you tamed it right? He doesn't mind having a dog if it a) makes you happy and b) it behaves. He will say that if it decides to do a stabby stab then he'll have to throw a coffin on it.

And now you have an Abundance wolf following the two of you. You have all the reasonability's, if you ask nicely enough, Luocha might pay for dog things. Make sure he's in a good mood though, not that he'd say no it's just...it's easier to get him to buy a bunch of things if he is.

You named the wolf Bob, Luocha does not approve.

Dan Feng quickly pulled you away from the wolf and quickly hugged you close to him protectively.

"My darling, please get away from that...thing"

"IT'S NOT A THING, IT'S NAME IS FANG"

"YOU NAMED IT??"

You nodded and tried your best to get out of his iron grip but he refused to let go. Too confused on why you not only named a dangerous wolf but also it seems to actually...like you?? What black magic did you use to tame an abundance beast??

Eventually he gives into your pleas, especially since 'Fang' seems to not be...dangerous currently. But he does keep a close eye on it.

"Darling...stop petting Fang...I want attention too"

The Vidyadhara man said, plopping his head on your shoulder as your fingers ran through the fur of the wolf. You slightly glanced at him and mouthed 'One minute'

"You've been at this for hourrss...I am the High Elder, listen to me"

He muttered, wrapping his arms around you. Looking at you like a kicked puppy.

"You're an elder? *Dramatic Gasp* Grandpa"

"YOU'RE MARRIED TO ME."

"No"

Was Fu Xuan immediate response when you entered your shared home. She crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes at you. The wolf behind you peaked and looked at the pink haired lady.

"...what do you me-"

"You're not adopting it"

"But-"

"No buts"

You pouted a bit at your girlfriends word. Clearly she had read your future and found what you were going to do...maybe you could try to convince her anyways?

You did not convince her.

Qingque nearly threw her game of majong at the dog. It bonked it's head and you were quick to hug it and check to see if it was okay.

"...[Name]...you can't have that"

"Why not?"

"...well damn I can't argue with that actually"

You smiled triumphantly at your win. You two ended up adopting 11 more.

This was just a random idea I had when I was meant to be sleeping, had to write it lmao. If y'all don't know what the Wooden Lupus are, it's the white wolves that can summon more wolves in HSR.

I had fun writing this ngl, wished I had more ideas for Luocha and Qingque but couldn't. I hope you found this entertaining/funny anyways :D

a/n: thanks, and I mean THANKS, for requesting Qingque. She may just be one of my absolute favorite characters in the whole game, but sadly since there’s no one requesting her I have the feeling that there aren’t many people appreciating the little goblin.

Anyway, hope you enjoy!

Qingque

For Qingque, Celestial Jade wasn’t just a game. It was as crucial a part of life as breathing or sleeping at work. No game in existence managed to wind her down after a bad day or got her as excited as it did. And since she knew you, she didn’t even have to worry about finding another player to duel against, and with someone on your skill level, she didn’t have to fear of growing bored of playing against you.

However… While you liked to match against her as well, your games served as a relaxing alternative to the stressful professional matches you had to play at work, even though you had to admit that Qingque’s priorities weren’t exactly the most sensical.

“Yes! Take that!” Qingque practically screamed from the top of her lungs as she finally got lucky, her enthusiastic playstyle drawing the attention of many people around, most of which chose to ignore the loud girl, already being all too familiar with her shenanigans as to lose hair over it. However, just as you were beginning your next move, you spotted a familiar pink head among the crowd, slowly but surely making its way towards the two of you.

While you had no real reason to dread the approaching figure, the same could not exactly be said for your opponent. Which currently celebrated her move while turned with her back to her boss, one who didn’t exactly look all too thrilled at seeing her slack off.

“Qingque?”, you called out to her, finally catching her attention.

“What? Asking for a draw?”, she responded, her tone all too proud for someone only moments from the receiving end of a massive lecture, her smile slightly dying down when she saw your worried look.

“By chance… did you originally come here because you had something to do for work?”, you asked. What followed was silence. One filled with an indescribable amount of suspension as you saw the figure behind her come closer and closer.

“I may have been told to check something with the realm keeping commission. But it’s nothing important”, she admitted before turning her attention back to the game, her face immediately returning to show the same excitement it did moments before, only for her to freeze once she heard a voice behind her.

“‘Nothing important’ you say?”

Before Qingque had fully turned around, her arm had already been grabbed as her final way of escape closed shut.

“I’m sorry to inform you, but I’ll have to borrow your companion, as she is currently still on duty”, Fu Xuan tried her best to sound as composed and polite as possible when speaking to you, although it was obvious to everyone that Qingque’s masterful avoidance of her duties made it increasingly difficult.

You didn’t even get the chance to say your goodbyes before the two departed, Qingque continuing to shout the same phrase towards you over and over again, only for her companion to increase the speed with which she dragged her away each and every time.

“Code Pink! Code Pink!”

With a heavy sigh you looked into your wallet, letting out a silent prayer as thanks when you saw that you had packed enough money. Now all that was left for you to do was buy a box of sweets, bring it to Fu Xuan and pray it was enough for her to begrudgingly turn a blind eye towards her employees shenanigans once again.

Sushang: She thinks you are adorable, the first time she saw you she straight up just grabbed you from the Trailblazer and hugged you, even when she felt you struggeling she was reluctant of letting go.

Sushang makes sure to buy you meals every time she sees you, just so you can stay a bit longer and so she can see your big goofy smile. She accepts payment in hugs, she thinks you feel comfortable.

"Oh hi, wanna go grab something to eat, I know a great place where we can eat just you and me"

Qingque: She thinks of you as a good luck charm. The first time she set her eyes on you she won the game she was playing way too easely, ever since then you are her good luck charm, she makes sure to grab you from the Trailblazer anytime she is playing a game.

Don't be mistaken tho, you are HER good luck charm and only hers. Qingque will make sure you have a place to stay at her home. She locks the door and wont let you leave, and if the Trailblazer ever asks about you she can simply point in a random direction, can't have them take what is hers now.

"You don't need to be so sad, is it really so horrible to stay with me"

Yanqing: He sees himself as your friend, your one and only true friend, everyone else is obviously fake. He does everything he can to take you away from the Trailblazer, he sees it as him saving you from toxic influences.

And even if you struggle and beg Yanqing to let you go back, he won't let you, you are obviously brainwashed or something, only he is your friend and only he is someone you should care about, just forget your companion already.

"I won't let you go back, you are my friend and I can't let you be around such toxicity"

"Well?" they said teasingly, throwing you a sly look as you fumbled around your outfit in an attempt to calm down. They waited until you stepped closer to them, their hand making its way to your cheek as they leaned in and kissed you. It was funny, you could've sworn you were sure they didn't like you back, so why were they kissing you so calmly yet with so much fervor? As you pulled back, you couldn't help the sense of longing as you looked back into their eyes looking like they, too, wanted more.

"I've liked you for quite some time now" fell from their lips, somewhat boldly even, the sudden confession made your heart skip a beat. A kiss placed on their lips was all the answer that they needed.

They had a mixed expression of shyness and also slightly explosive joy. I mean, they knew that you liked them back but they just haven't had the chance to tell you yet, you know? They impulsively (but gently) took your hands in theirs and looked you in the eyes as if telepathically asking you for consent. Once you gave your permission they immediately kissed you, their happiness was infectious and leaving you feeling giddy once they pulled away from you.

[Author Note]

I did voicelines OF our dear [Name] about the Xianzhou Luofu characters and about Astral Express family, so I decided to make voicelines ABOUT our dear [Name]. My apologies for any typos and/or mistakes, I'll edit them a bit later.

It is based on my impressions of characters and is purely my headcanons and so on. It includes Yukong, whom we saw at the beginning of Luofu story, Luocha, whom we saw at Dan Heng's part of story (both of them didn't quite open their personalities) so if they are a bit OOC, it's because I don't know their personalities as good as I want, but I tried my best!

PS. I still have exams and this writing was in my drafts for a month, so if it doesn't make any sense at some point, my apologies!

Bonus [About a family of three]

- Advisor [Name] and I decided to take care of Yanqing after both of his parents died because of mara. We both never had a child of our own, but we still decided to try and give Yanqing everything he need and now, the Luofu have such a good lieutenant. [Name] and Yanqing always got along together, she was teaching him calligraphy and history while I was teaching him sword art and martial arts... ahhh what I wonderful memories...

Tingyun

- M what it is benefactor? What do I think of Advisor [Name]? Wonderful and hardworking lady. To be honest, I rarely see her not busy with her tasks... poor thing

- I didn't personally met Advisor of the Luofu, but I heard that she is pretty reliable and hardworking. From what I heard, she was chosen out of 10 people what applied for position. They were given a task to solve and write an essay to explain why they solved case this way... and her one was the most logical and considerate

- Lady [Name] is an amazing ally, advisor and friend. She loves to fly, but ... unfortunately she can't control Starskiff, be a pilot. No, that does not mean she is incompetent in this way, she is just too scared that one wrong move will result in catastrophe
