The weekend is an integration of early morning wake up yoga, late morning mindfulness, creative writing and wild crafts. There will be free-time in the afternoon for country walks and visiting Glastonbury. The late afternoon session will be a blissful integration ofrestorative yoga and yoga nidra. After dinner will be an evening of sharing and ceremony. 
In the taught sessions you will be skilfully guided by Marina into a happier, healthier body, breath and mind-space. The full and varied weekend programme also includes time for your self and time for sharing with others. it is often in these ‘inbetween’ times that the deeper learning and nourishment is realised.
