Jobs scam at Tata Consultancy Services: 6 employees, 6 staffing firms banned, probe on
For the first time, the company mentioned on record the banning of six employees with regard to the alleged jobs-for-bribe scam at the company.
BENGALURU: The country’s largest IT services company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday at its annual general meeting informed shareholders that it has banned six employees and six business associate firms and an investigation is going on with three more employees.
For the first time, the company mentioned on record the banning of six employees with regard to the alleged jobs-for-bribe scam at the company. Earlier, in a BSE filing, it had said no key managerial person of the company has been found to be involved.
TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran said the company received two whistleblower complaints (one related to India, and another one related to US) towards February-end and March-end and both the complaints were investigated. “The complaints were about certain favouritism being done and favours being received in recruitment of BAs (business associates),” he said.
He explained that the company has two departments — one is the HR and talent acquisition, which hires people, and the second one is the Resource Allocation Group (RAG), which is about deployment of the available resources into projects. “Whenever there is a talent shortage or a particular skill that is not available at that point in time in the location where we need them, the company has a set of, we call them business associate firms, the firms to get contract employees,” he added.
“At any point in time in the overall deployment of resources, about 2–3% are such BA associates or contractors. And this complaint was related to certain individuals in the company working with certain BA firms to be recruiting in their favour,” he informed.
Chandrasekaran also said that the investigation in India is done by a senior officer in the company and in the US market, they had an external firm to do that. He said they found six employees did not follow the ethical conduct. “While we cannot quantify what favours they got, they certainly behaved in a way that they were favouring certain firms,” he said.

Love the thought of Leo just casually being well traveled to absurd degrees. Like one day they’re facing their new Big Bad of the year and like, Draxum or whoever says that the key to their fight is located somewhere in, like, Latvia or some place, but no one knows where to start.
Then Leo’s like “oh I know a place” and when asked how the heck he could know of one it smash cuts to Leo falling through the ceiling of said place due to a portal mishap.
Also love the idea of Leo, being as accidentally (and then later, purposefully) well traveled as he is, sometimes taking his family on outings to different places all over, maybe to some new Yokai spots he found along the way.
In these places, Leo 100% lets his bros get scammed by tourist traps.

i know 99.5% of people will just glance at a pretty picture and reblog it without thinking twice about it. but can't you see there is not mastery there? no brush strokes, no human hand holding the pen. aren't you entranced enough to zoom in and look at the details? That's right, there are none, because when you look closely everything turns to undefined goop. aren't you furious? you are being lied to. no emotion brought this image together. it is woven with nothing but copyright infringement and pixel soup.

I tried to convince my friends to quit their jobs and join me in forming a confidence scam crew. But then I couldn't think of any good grifts, so we all had to go back to work.

Academy's Undercover Professor sort-of review?? Lol (Part 1) (because there's a photo limit apparently)
A few days ago, I binged another manhwa in two days. What do I have to say about Academy's Undercover Professor? MC IS SO DAMN HOT???? AND BADASS??? SIGN ME UP!
(Kind of out of context spoilers if you didn't read it and plan to? Like, just screenshots of MC? But I also comment them, so expect spoilers there lmao)
He's DAZZLING
Scary bastard
Low bun, yes sir 🫠 he's sad here, but he's so charming... hot damn
And his internal monologue is funny lmao
"Shounen protagonist," says the MC about a Harry Potter-esque character. Literally, the adventures of that trio really give me a Harry Potter vibe
I mean??
Look at that kid lmao dollar store Harry Potter at your service. Like, at this point, the similarities are funny to me
If I had a nickle for every time a fictional character borrows Moriarty’s name, fully knowing who James Moriarty is, I'd have two nickles. Which isn't a lot, but it's funny that it happened twice. Albeit, Klein only used the Moriarty part. The first name was stolen from Sherlock in his case
Even so, I bet Rudiger is not the first nor last character to do this. I fully endorse it heh. It's amusing to me
EPIC PANEL! SLAYYYYY (literally)
Professor Rudiger Chelsea, please have some mercy on us poor folk 😢 you're just too stylish
Yassss king! Be an underworld kingpin slayyyy <33
Majestic. Absolutely majestic man.
WAIT WHAT, 10 PHOTO LIMIT?? I HAVE MORE SCREENSHOTS, I'm making a part 2 lmao
ANYWAY, you get the idea. I am infatuated with this man. Nothing unusual.
Storywise, the twists and turns are really entertaining. I looked into the novel, if it was worth a read after LOTM. A lot of reviews aren't that kind, citing it is repetitive and cliché, but if it's done right, I enjoy that type of stuff. So I'm letting it marinate a bit, so it can have a good translation lmao
I adore smart, badass MCs, so this seems like my cup of tea. It's really interesting how we're 60 chapters in and we still don't know Rudiger's real name, only past fake identities. And those identities are impressive! He's like a jack of all trades, it keeps things interesting
Also, the fact that he needs to be cautious on multiple fronts really adds a bit of anxiety in the mix, it keeps me on my toes.
(His poker face is hilarious lmao)

Moose Commissions
I hate to make a post like this, but here we are.
This is one of my cats, Moose. He recently has had to go to the vet a couple times because of a limp and the pads of his paws looking somewhat unusual (swollen and cracked) and bleeding. Vets say that the exact cause of the issue is unknown (either pillow foot or an autoimmune issue). He has gotten some vaccines and an injected steroid/antibiotic on top of blood draws. His blood results were ok, thankfully he didn't have feline HIV - which can be common with cases of pillow foot, but he is anemic (and has a few other problems). He is now taking pill steroids and a vitamin food additive (but with him being a picky weirdo it's difficult). We also try to rub coconut oil into his feet when he lets us to help with the dryness.
Good news is that the injections helped and he is doing better, but it cost a lot altogether. So I'm going to open up commissions for a bit to help balance out the cost.
Info:
$15 full body
$8 bust
Full color - background optional
Paypal invoice in USD
Will not do: mech, chibi
Ask: nsfw
Examples:
Message me for any questions you might have regarding either additional info (or suggestions) or about Moose. I'm also very happy to accept any kind of advice to help him, especially with how to give him pills.
Also feel free to donate here
Any little bit helps, even just a reblog.
PLEASE do not feel pressured to commission/donate if you are unable to. You are valid and wonderful :)
Goal: $0/250
