Eleceed Redesign Pt 2

Hi, I’m back to be annoying with my headcanons again. I rlly should be studying. Again, this is for FUNNNN I ain't fixing shit it's more like how I would draw them.

I also redesigned the bestie crew so look at that too after this one teehee.

Starting off with the one who doesn’t even look like the same person.

I noticed this webcomic rlly likes to repeat hairstyles, I mean Jiyoung has the same hair as Lia and Iseul has the same thing just short.

I have not though about how Jiyoung would get the scar on her chest, but all I know is that at one point she had a phase like Jisuk and that's how she got it. Instead of seeing it as ugly tho I want her to think of it as a badge of honour.

I do not care if her outfit is inconvenient she looks cool af.

The white streak in her hair was because of Jisuk, I didn't think that far after that I just wanted them to kinda match.

I like the think she also has a rebellious streak but she's better at hiding it.

I actually don't mind Kayden and Kartein's designs, I just made some changes based on some adjustments I would make.

I made his ass built like a Dorito cause body shape is also included in silhouette which is important for character design :)

based on what I said about Jiwoo's clothes in my last post I decided to make it a reality. My friend also told me I should have a button on his shirt holding on for dear life.

Messier hair because he a heads and shoulders 4 in 1 type of guy. Also it helps sell his personality more at first glance.

His black outfit is base on the SOLIDER uniform from FF7, I didn't really have any ideas so it's' in the works. I kept the monochrome black palette for now since it goes so well with Kartein but I'll change that later.

Ear piercings just because.

Yes, Kartein makeup is for everyone. I didn't change much about him either

I gave him short hair because I couldn't think up a good long hair style for him. Also, half slicked back hair because it makes him look fancy.

Gay Earring because he got his hair slicked back, it may be a gift from a certain someone considering how simple it is.

Monochrome white for him still! Like Kayden, I want to make more outfits where he has more colour.

his mole is only there bc I like it when characters have it there and there was also a stray line art marking I couldn't find the layer of and was too lazy to find it.

I noticed that Kayden and Kartein would be hard to tell apart if it was only their silhouettes and no black and white contrast to the suit and coat along with hair change help with telling them apart.

A fanfic may be in order, but that will be after I crawl out of exam hell. Also, I am well aware some of these designs would be HELL to draw for a webcomic, don't take it seriously lol.

I'm very curious about what Adrian's art is like and what his style would eventually settle into. Gonna talk about a bunch of aesthetic stuff that I have very little actual knowledge about, but I think it's fun to consider it.

The man is old, old money, literally aristocratic, so you expect certain artistic sensibilities of him. But when Sydney describe his taste it always seems interestingly dissonant to me. It makes me wonder about both of them.

His fashion sense is more standard, it's simple and is usually compared favorably to other people by Sydney, who has pretty conservative taste. Although it's a bit more daring then people who don't care it's still not outlandish, as you see in Sonya's wedding, where he's wearing blue instead of plain black but looks very normal compared to Abe. He's trendy, and sometimes dressed inappropriately for the occasion but not accidentally

But his taste in decor seems to be downright kitsch, it's kind of delightful. Sydney claims his sofa really clashes with the yellow he picked for his walls. While his choice in second hand furniture and his happiness with it might have more to do with his financial limitations and his joy in actually having some autonomy, making his own choices and doing this adult thing by himself (I believe he describes his place in court as a glorified dorm), I doubt the paint would have been more expensive in a different color, he chose that one.

Yellow is also the color of Sydney's aura, which is part of it, but he probably wasn't consciously thinking of that so early on, and there were probably more muted options. From Sydney's perspective his decor seems to be an affront to good taste, but also something she's immediately fond of because it shows his personality so clearly. In the golden lily she says both drive away the shadows (of the bad memories in the apartment, of her own troubles).

Again, Sydney has pretty conservative taste, but Eddie is usually the representative of normality and he seems to agree that it's all a bit much. He also thinks a similar color on the Ivashkinator is ugly. Meanwhile Sydney likes it because it's the historic original color, and Adrian likes it because it matches his walls (and Sydney's aura, perhaps more consciously this time). I love it when Sydney and Adrian arrive at the same place through different routes.

Finally, the actual art he makes. It's very early on and he's still exploring his style. He makes a lot of different things for his first homework (nerd) and when he's supposed to make a self-portrait he ends up gluing together parts of very different pieces which he wasn't satisfied with.

There's a lot of very abstract stuff, and Sydney teases him about some of it but she's clearly fascinated by his art and loves a lot of it. Some of it expresses his emotions in a very direct way, some of it gets sloppy when he's drunk. It can be very earnest or very pretentious, probably normal in a young artist.

But this post was actually prompted by a post about how people who paint "badass pictures of skeletons with fire and motorcycles" should get more credit, and Adrian definitely appreciates them. He has more high minded stuff, but he's also here for the Van Wizard School of Art. The skeleton pirate biker was an absurd thing he came up with while desperately reaching for stuff to say, but he made it into a shirt and actually wore it.

He also does some more surrealist things, we see a painting of a building which gets smashed during his fight with Marcus. Surrealism matches his themes in a very obvious way considering how important dream walking and delusions are in his arc. Something inspired by the dream world and the subconscious mind would be directly linked to that.

I know nothing about art, but I really love looking at stuff by Hilma af Klint and Remedios Varo, and I wonder what he'd think of them.

Hilma did abstract that was very inspired by the spiritual world with beautiful vibrant colors that seem cheerful to me.

Remedios did some amazing surrealist work, which I find somber, strange and striking.

Saw someone comment on a Pinterest post about Melanie's new album (?) That her new songs and style are bad and ugly and that she's just using the new styles for attention

They're just so wrong, firstly no one cares about what you prefer in terms of the art they release unless they specifically ask for your opinion

Their new style is also just the same as the old with more pink and more frills

Melanie songs have not gotten worse, this is definitely subjective, what you hear is not what I hear, however to say her "weird songs are bad af" is just plain false. Their songs have literally always been weird? Like who have you been listening to?

And what artist doesn't do what they do for attention? How do you think they make money, the fucking air??

I'll never understand how you can get mad at your favourite artists or shows, series, etc. For building an audience, like other than cost of like concert tickets how is that a bad thing? It means you'll probably get more merch releases and stuff because there's more security that people will buy it and it won't be a waste of money

I'm an artist, if there is anything art-related going on with SP of course I will have something to say about it.

It's long, it includes pics and it's under the cut. Enjoy.

Ok, started off with the video bc apparently I love to torture myself.

^^^^That quote not only sums up why the merch looks the way it does, but this is also why there is no SP movie yet.

That explains why the keychains are so much better than the pins

Later on, he goes on about those pins and stuff being little identifiers to find each other and he makes it sound very exclusive and omg people with low self-esteem and the desire to feel like one of the special few are gonna love this.

But he is right, the SP stuff it kinda cultish. It has no more mass appeal but it has a few very dedicated fans that are gonna eat up all things SP no matter what.

Skulduggery and Valkyrie Enamle Pins

Fuck these are ugly. What's going on with Skulls mouth? He be like OMO he looks lost. Meanwhile Val has no eyebrows and forehead for days plus her outfit could do with a little more detail.

The shape of the actual pin is not only ugly AF (at least make it symmetrical or something for fucks sake) it also gotta be unpleasant to the touch with how spiky it is.

For a fix, honestly just let Jaime (pin maker) do them in the same style as the "Shadow and Bone" ones bc these are freaking gorgeous.

If you want something more in the noir-ish style of SP you could also shade the faces like in the mini artworks the old SP books used to have at the beginning of each chapter instead of leaving them completely blank. I can't find pics of that online but it was like a darkest dungeon kinda style.

Midnight Hotel Keychain/Bag Charm

Once again, no points for creativity. Hotel/Motel keychains are pretty popular and Vograce even has their own category for it. But it looks pretty amazing. The pic of the hotel looks good, love the gradient on it, the font is gorgeous. I'm also really digging the silver and blue colours. The only thing that needs to go is the mini skull charm bc it's ugly as fuck.

Hibernian Cinema Keychain/Bag Charm

Oh, I really like this one! I haven't seen a lot of keychains in ticket form and I think this old school ticked design looks quite quaint. Again the pic of the cinema looks good and the font fits perfectly, the colours harmonise and are pleasant to look at.

I hate this. Landy drew this in 5 seconds in MS Paint, didn't he? I showed this to my mom and she insists it looks like a sad little ghost no matter how much I try to explain to her it's the top half of a skull.

That one point is just a pity point for the effort.

That skull looks like it was traced from a photo by someone who doesn't even know what the word 'line dynamic' means. The random texture on it makes it look dirty and its grin is derpy AF. The colours clash with each other, especially the yellow of the 'kind of' looks way too saturated and out of place. Visually it's just a mess. Also the colours are kinda too dark, especially the blue. The red colours need more contrast between font and book colour. Rule of thumb, if you print it tends to turn out darker than expected.

Plus the fonts(s) are weird. They don't seem to fit SP, instead they make me think of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"??

Not a critique point but bc Tanith likes to read it would have been cool if her sword would have been leaning against it. What also would have been cool, different book stack bookmarks for different characters. With their own quotes and colour schemes.

Here is an example of a bock-stack-quote from the LitPinsAndCo website.

The colours harmonize and the fonts are different but they all fit to each other. Simple but nice book design. It's just pleasant to look at.

I tried to do a REALLY QUICK quick fix to show you what I mean. Added detail to the skull, lightened the colours and tried to harmonize them with a gradient map set to colour with lowered opacity.

Still doesn't look great, but I refuse to spend more than 5 min on it. But you get my point, right?

There are no pictures for these either. I would have really hoped at least the page would actually be complete prior to launch :/ on the other hand, I don't like waiting so I actually do prefer quick over complete.

Conclusion

I'm not going to pledge to the Kickstarter personally since I don't actually want any of the items. You know me, I just want nasty boi stuff.

The only ones that turned out good were the ones designed by a professional. Since neither Landy nor Laura are artists I don't understand why they insisted on making official merchandise designs. This is just an ego trip for them again, isn't it?

You know this is the kinda shit I mean when I say Landy is the biggest weak spot of SP. His own ego keeps getting in the way. Laura is just as bad and probably enabling him. I also feel that with this he kinda wants to self-validate himself and 'prove wrong' those that kicked him out of animation school/people that said he is a bad artist.

He needs to let go of his ego and let the professionals take over when he is out of his depth.

ngl, Sakura in the top 20 art looks ugly af. If I didn't know the series I'd think that was a guy, Sasuke and Deidara look more feminine then her, and it's not like you can blame the art style since Hinata is clearly recognizable as a girl.

This reminds me of the doodle I did in chemistry class instead of paying attention. I remembered that someone made and oc (I think they made a character that was the by blood sister of satoru? The white haired one?) And they provided facts about the character and how they would play out in the story. In the moment I had a thought and doodled out a concept. However this character while connecting to a character in SN isn’t necessarily invested in the affairs and family drama (she’s on the border of it though), instead she seeks out the affection and companionship of the Second Gogou son…Yuuta👀

Mona Zenin

Step 1 : concept art and plot

Mona Zenin (18-19 yrs old) the younger sister of our favorite manipulator Naoya Zenin. Just another child the sea of the Zenins. She has no clout sadly because Naoya is probably gonna inherit all the business shit if given the chance also there’s a long ass line before that happens. (Toji, Megumi, Maki,Mai,etc). In the end I’m terms of benefits for the family she’s useless. It doesn’t help the fact that this young lady has no sense of money and has not a damn clue how to run a business. Mona can’t tell you the state of the stock market but she can tell you that the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell :D

Now as you’ve guessed useless = not exactly mommy or daddy’s favorite 😞

I mean they don’t hate her, nonono, they just try to keep her away from business partners and business info 🙃 because she blabs everything to Toji anyways

Step 2 : about Mona

Mona was born weak and was always a sickly child, spent most of her toddling days in the hospital or puking on expensive shit. The Zenins have maids specifically tasked to look after her. Now our Mona is mostly healthy but the house servants have grown attached, looks at the wittle Miss Mona eating and growing 🥺💓

Mona is dressed by the maids. Sadly they be out there dressing her in frills while her cousins ( Maki and Mai) and other rich kids are decked out in fashion. Mona feels awkward and out of place, the weird looks and whispers she gets are hurtful, all she’s known as is the ugly duckling of the Zenin clan.

That’s not to say Mona is actually useless…she’s creative and smart, does well at science and English, and loves to act on stage for school plays- but none of that is important to the Zenin clan now ?

To sum it up Mona has all the cons of being a Zenin but none of the pros.

Step 3: relationships with Sn cast ?

Yuuta: He’s sweet, adorable and well mannered, and compared to most socialites actually down to Earth. Talks to Mona during gatherings, invites her to hang out with her cousins and him. She feels happy with him. Mona hates herself quite a bit, she feels helpless and trapped but with Yuuta she feels as if they are in the same page. He dances with her at the balls when everyone else picks the elegant Maki and Mai. He indulges in the theatrics Mona does. Mona is dead ass in love, she holds a silver of hope that she’ll be able to marry him. Will Mr Gogo and Eula give his hand to her ? She maybe and outcast but nevertheless she is a ZENIN…. Mona hates sucking up to her parents and other rich snobs but to up her status so they’ll let her marry him…she’ll suck up to whoever and study all the business books in the world to be by his side and support him.

Naoya : She doesn’t really bother with him, she knows about the whole Eula thing- she’s not going to bring it up ever though…she hates Naoya, he’s annoying, spoiled, and unfaithful but he is a man and the apple of their parents eye. Mona will simply keep quiet but Naoya know quite a bit about her, it’s not like she can keep her mouth shut anyways. She’ll rant to him often and they have their occasional arguments over petty things ( ah siblings)

Naoya knows about Mona’s crush on Yuuta…he promised he’d slip in a good word about her to the Gogo clan so they’ll consider her for their younger son.

Well to be fair the entire Zenin family knows about her crush, they find it cute and funny.

Maki, Mai and Megumi will sometimes subtly make up excuses and set Yuuta and Mona up 😄

Toji even promised he’d introduce and get her in touch with Y/N L/N one day …maybe she’ll help Mona get a better dressing sense because this girl is dressed like a old time Victorian porcelain doll 😔

Mona feels lonely often but looking into her family’s actions more closely perhaps they aren’t ashamed of her after all 💙. But then again all of this could be wishful thinking…what they are just playing with her ? The fear that all his kindness is a joke for their amusement keeps Mona up often at night

My favorite dynamic between two characters is Style!! I've always been a sucker for best friends to lovers and I love how devoted these two are together, as well as how much they've been through and how much they need each other- It's not the healthiest dynamic in that regard, their codependence isn't always the best, but I think that's part of the fun of the ship and I like to think as they get older, they work out a lot of their issues and become a lot healthier with time (Though they're about at the level of your average couple now, no relationship is perfect). I also really like how easy it is to take Stan and Kyle and put them in any number of dynamics or situations or AUs- I always tend to stick with them knowing each other since childhood personally but they work work well as a couple that just met and fell in love as well, and there's loads you can do with both of those as well as the canon material from the show.

My favorite ship of all has to be Stendylenny. It's a super rare poly ship that I actually hadn't seen before my friends and I started shipping it, but I've seen it begin to spread slightly which makes me EXTREMELY happy! It's a poly between Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Wendy. I really love all of them shipped one on one so putting them all together just makes sense for me!! I could talk about this ship a lot but I don't even know where to start, it's just fun imagining the different scenarios that got these four together, and I feel like it could happen pretty easily. I think ships with both Wendy and Kenny are severely underrated in this fandom and I also just really like good old fashion style and stendy ofc. There's just a really good mix of dynamics with the four of them.

21. Do you have a favorite adult? If so, who?

Sheila Broflovski for sure. She is, in my opinion, the best parent in the show besides side character parents who haven't existed long enough to be in a conflict, and is just a generally good person. I can see why characters in the show are annoyed by her actions and how she can be overbearing and pushy, but she's a fantastic mom who listens closely to her sons and really tries to do what's best for them, as well as what's best for others around her. She's also shown to be fairly kind to other people even if she has her moments, and is honest and fair to her friends (She needs better ones). She also doesn't take shit from almost anyone.

A big part of this from me might be projection because my mom is pretty similar to her (Heavy jersey accent and all) but fuck it IDC Sheila best adult.

23. What was the first piece of content you created for the South Park fandom?

So a while back, three or four years ago, my friend Starby was into South Park. I was not. I, in fact, happened to sort of,, judge her for her interests, even if I was playful about it. Anyway, one day I was trying to include them in this one RP that was a cartoon crossover, except all of the characters were cats (It's a bizarre concept but my RPs tend to be a little crazier and more self indulgent than the stuff I post) and they wanted to roleplay as Butters since he's her favorite. So my first actual South Park fan work that I ever created is this really old, ugly design for him as a cat that I completely forgot about until about a week ago:

One critic I have for most of hollywood actors is they learn their cry and that is it. Behind every great man is a greater woman, one that deserves her credit for how she has stood behind. I wonder the stories of those women, what they have sacrificed or not sacrificed. Their thoughts and feelings when the world is surrounding their partner and views them as a plus one. (I'd write a short script about this but I think do I have the time, can I, or am I equipped ?)

He is a shitty person for bringing up his exes, like she even said I don't wanna know any of that.

Imagine being on anti depressents and rarely having a sex drive and then when you do your partner starts talking about their exes and tearing you apart for all your faults.

I love when you see peaks of Zendaya's cadence in roles.

Marie to herself and the audience:

He is not afraid that he will loose her but as my character says in my unreleased story, "i can't wait til you give me a fucking reason to leave your ass." Malcolm expects everything in order for not even doing the bare minimum and she is only asking him for something as simple as consideration. She just wants him to be considerate. He wants to get married and considers their relationship like rolling down a hill at full speed and he cannot apologize, he cannot be considerate, and he cannot admit his wrongs. He can only offer her I love yous that he probably does mean but he does not back up outside of what he's done for her in the past. The past which was more of her experience than his and he sees his part in it as a burden. He doesn't use his own vantage point of the past to further his career he uses her. He does all of these things without a real apology or thankyou because he is not afraid to loose her.

The restrictions of quarantine and the panorama have made Sam's writing very no frills. I wonder how other films from other directors and writers that are filmed in small contained crews like this will be structured. But this was a very good movie gonna add to my letter box 3.3-3.5

Ratings/overall thoughts:

Script is like a C+, B- : I could go into my heavier big brain thoughts on the script but I don't feel like it. You catch hints of it above it centers conversation on race and privilege, mainly the writers and questions i have that won't be answered but Sam did make me grow disdain for Malcolm over a short time. Which is sometimes hard to do because im one sympathetic person but the sympathy i have for Malcolm is at 0. Maybe a 2 at some scenes but then it quickly goes back to 0. Some parts of the dialogue miss the mark or hit the are off balanced. While some of it like Malcolm's bathroom speech albeit mean is really strong or their conversation when he comes back from peeing really shines for me.

Performances: B+ to A- because they carried the script further than it could of gone with less talented actors. The monologues do well to showcase their current skill levels which are already high af and leave room for anticipation in where these actors go next.

Zendaya holding a knife: A+ with a gold star. That switch on and off and on is delectable.

John being a shitty boyfriend but following Marie like a lost puppy: B+ with a good job written at the bottom of the paper, Malcolm being nervous a frantic dialed up with more realistic nervousness would have sold me completely on Malcolm's anxious waiting.

Cinematography: A and a participation award.

The mac and cheese: A+ for the easy mac. Wish it was like Annie's or Velveeta.

Cigarettes: Participation award and their picture hung up for student of the month. Why the grill lighter? Everytime Malcolm opened up his mouth Marie was like sparks fly.

The music: A++ with a prize. Whoever picked the music probably makes good Spotify playlists.

OKAY okay so. sorry this took me so long to get to i had to obtain some images. i'm gonna do a rundown of his iconic ones....

okay so let me point out what i see here. in the mary it seems like there's just a lack of rendering and planning. there's no depth to her hands or face. the crown, the face, and hands all have very odd proportions. artistically, it just doesn't look like a lot of effort or dedication to me. when it comes to application i love the star filler and the heavy contrast color. it's still pretty vibrant even now which is hard to achieve with red. 5/10 i love the idea but it could've been something really beautiful...

where do i start. not only is this tattoo incredibly slutty, the script just looks ugly. the swallows are very pretty and i like how their simple, strong designs makes them stick out. the script on the 'and' looks pretty okay. the artist likely struggled with the angle as it's hell to tattoo hips/large curves, but the script just looks awkward like when i do typo on unlined paper. guns are a classic, cool af, great positioning, i just wish the outline was a lot stronger, bolder for better long term holdup. 6.5/10

my beef with this one has mainly to do with the layout. i like the idea, the art itself is a super strong traditional piece, but i think the bombs get lost in the spiderwebs towards the middle. that's mainly it tho. it's the best tattoo he had so far at this point and the application is bold and detailed. great linework on the webs. 8/10

not even gonna lie, i get so much envy from his back pieces. although i'm not a fan of the keep the faith/pumpkin bit, it seems like he's gotten some color + linework added to it overtime to match the rest of the back pieces (same w the guns). all the rest are really beautifully done, leaning into that classic / neo traditional style he seems to favor for all his stuff nowadays. his newer tattoos are my favorites, i like how there's a lot of small flash sized stuff, but it all has a theme and color scheme. 10/10 i'm salivating

most older tattoo artists would hate me for this but i also adore his hand tattoos. normally overcrowded hands are a little much for me but for him it just works. the heavy black working and super minimal color makes it all just POP. love the simplicity of the hopeless romantic tattoo. only beef is his knuckles i love dumb knuckle tattoos but once again he went to someone that didn't put a lot of effort into making things as straight + bold as possible. bookworm tattoo baby boy what are you thinking. 9/10

I'm a massive filmbro who analyzes themes and writes comparative pieces in her free time so I'm currently pacing up and down my room trying to find a way to answer this succinctly and not give a deep dive on every movie I've ever seen. Rather than gush about some of the absolute classics (reservoir dogs, possession, the princess bride, rope, the handmaiden) I'm gonna talk about some movies that I never see on my dash (or just on this site in general):

In the Name of the Father 1993

Of the three Jim Sheridan films I've seen this one is actually my least favourite, however it's probably the most digestible if you're not irish or are unfamiliar with society in 20th century Ireland and the troubles (*wink wink nudge nudge*) surrounding that time. If you're into prison dramas/courtroom injustice/daniel day lewis then I highly recommend it. Massive shout out also to The Field 1990 and My Left Foot 1989 which are a little rougher around the edges and camp in places but are both certified bangers.

The House 2022

This one's a collection of three disturbing short stories surrounding a house. It's a stop motion film that uses a different style+directors with each story but it retains the running theme of obsession and of course the house motif. I love me a story with style and layers and this one has that.

Oh Brother Where Art Thou? 2000

This one's cheating cause it's an award winning classic that I assumed everyone had watched but apparently not as I haven't found a single gifset of it on this site. It's the Coen brother's finest in my opinion and that's really saying something.

I'm Thinking of Ending Things 2020

This one's also cheating cause it does get attention on here and was nominated for several awards. But I don't care I could go on about this movie for hoursssssss it's sooooooooooo fucking good I've seen it five times in the past year (i haven't rewatched a movie that much in any space of time since I was 8). The layers, the motifs, the critiques, the editing, the acting, the personal attacks are all i n s a n e.

Les Triplettes de Belleville 2003

This one's french af to the point of parody, which I know is a turn off for some people but lads...............the soundtrack......is unreal. Tell me an old woman riffing on a broken bicycle wheel while three even older women lurk out of the shadows to freestyle a cover of their own cabaret classic isn't the basis for musical inception. There's no dialogue, the elaborate and borderline grotesque animation does all the talking. It's a weird one but a good one. (also the animation isn't rick and morty/BoJack horseman ugly, it's an active protest against disney-pixar cuteness ugly)

- the 2nd sequence began and I’m just thinking about how experimental and passionate about the art of animation this whole war era is till now. A great break from conventional storytelling and movie rules to give us fun short stories that idolize the medium of animation

- the teens sequence is so much fun. From the girl getting ready, to the car scene to the dance. Loved it. The animation is so fluid and versatile. The flipping page transitions, the teen’s portrayal, the drawing of props in real time, the different dances, the old cartoon style with those black dots or lashes for eyes i looooove it

- this 3rd sequence is very pretty but i get lost in thoughts when theres not much going on

- 4rd sequence. Idk what Americans see in this sport. It’s the most boring thing to me. Can’t wait for it to appear in chicken little 🥴 but at least the movie makes it entertaining with their goofiness

- dont know what these girls are fangirling about, every man in this sequence is ugly af

- honestly don’t understand what’s happening…. Isn’t Casey supposed to swing the bat? Why is the crowd mad at the orange guys? They want them dead???? But the Casey guy missed the shot??? What’s going on????

- Casey doesn’t even know how to play?? Why does he have fangirls then?? I give up on trying to understand this. The animation was full of personality but i didnt get the story. Next

- 5th sequence. Now ballet is much better!!! Me likey. Love the backgrounds so much. That heart gate at the beginning was gorgeous. Love the mix of life action with animation always always, this era is giving us so much of this. Gorgeous simple sequence

- 6th sequence. I HAVE WATCH THIS ONE 😯 The same art teachers that showed us fantasia in 5th grade for our “art with music” project also showed us this peter and the wolf sequence. We had a classmate named Sonia and Sonia being a duck in the movie was the joke of the day 😂

- every character having a different instrument is so clever. I love when animation and music are made for each other

- love how we can recognize the type of character just by the hat’s design. Character design in non humans really gives everything away about the character just from the look
