when you told pomni that you had a sweet tooth, she assumed that you had a normal sweet tooth; as in you simply liked having a little treat here and there. imagine her shock when caine promises sweets as a reward for completing an IHA and you end up going full ham trying to secure the reward. maybe its because your sweet tooth is that intense, or maybe you havent had many chances to indulge since entering the digital world... whatever it may be, i think pomni would give you her candies and treats; she seems like a more bitter flavor enjoyer

RAGATHA:

writing her part first because i just got struck with an idea but imagine the two of you baking something together; bonus you keep trying to eat the stuff before its fully done (ex. you keep eating some of the frosting before it can be put on a cupcake or something). she playfully swats your hand when you try to snag more of whatever you're baking together. gives an apologetic look; would the treat not be better when its complete? come on reader, practice patience!

thats another idea for a real world au thing with ragatha, you two running a little baking business; i think that would be cute

JAX:

you guys fist fight over a bag of sour patch kids sorry i dont make the rules. i hc that jax has a huge sweet tooth, especially for sour candies. so uh, if you like sour candies youre going to have to make a stash... but considering jax has keys to some peoples rooms, you might wanna be smart about it... will share his candy with you if youre feeling extra bad one day, though

KINGER:

sweets, a loving partner, and a cozy pillow fort. does it get more comforting than that? okay maybe it can, if you pair a cup of hot coco with your cinnamon roll, but hey! side note, we see kinger sitting at the table at the end of the pilot... with food... so like.. how does he eat? does it just clip through his face? did he only get food to be polite? now i have a few questions... i dont think kinger would be a huge sweet fan; not really craving sugar that often... i think he would be a spice lover, though, this man would love himself a spice cake me thinks

ZOOBLE:

also not a particularly huge sweet fan, but i think similar to jax they would love sour candies. unlike jax, though, they wont go snooping around for your stash, though! probably snags stuff from the common areas if caine has like a communal candy store in the circus, or if not... stares at jax. you WILL hear from them if you leave your candy wrappers around though!

GANGLE:

speaking of candy wrappers, i think gangle would keep them! gives them a use; depending on what kind of material they are or like... if theyre foldable (think like a gum wrapper) she makes little pieces of origami for you! hearts, frogs, flowers, things like that! sometimes gets you some candy so she can get the wrappers. also likes how the crinkling feels n sounds!

I'm thinking of coming out, and want to know if you have any tips for that. Like how do you function after that, any precautions I should take. (BTW am a transfem and in hs.)

This is very dependent on how you expect it to go. I will assume a worst case scenario. Have a support system in place. This means friends who can house you, adults you can trust. Make a list of who you feel safest coming out to to least safe. Come out to the safest first who you can trust to keep a secret, and work your way down. social pressure does alot for bigotry so the more on yuor side the more likely you wont lose anything while coming out. Know your state / country/ provincial laws. Be prepared to answer alot of questions, about yourself, about transition, about trans people. Be prepared for some truely ignorant shit being said too if they have never met a trans person. And dont write them off automatically if they do. While there are people who will be horrible no matter what, some simply have to learn what they are saying is wrong and will become better. I don't have a good way to tell you how to separate those two, its kind of instinctual. Have patience, for you, you will be coming out telling everybody you are finally who you have always been. But for many who don't quite understand, they will see it as a loss of the guy they once knew. They will need time to grieve before they can see the wonderful woman you are. And above all, if you dont feel safe or confident yet, you dont have to come out to /EVERYBODY/. Transition takes a long time, so youll have a few years before you start undeniably presenting fem and have to sorta of.. swap your social presentation if you get what I mean.

I would be lying if I said I'm not conflicted to know my style still bears some remnants of my edgy teen roots (not your fault not noticing it though, you aren't the first and won't be the last) BUT... That comic did mean a lot to me as a youth, so I guess I should be proud 🤷 and honestly it is a little cool that such a thing would survive for so long in what I do, crazy how that works.

LMAO, re: the bottom/top debacle, I was honestly so surprised to see people react to it like it's something novel. If I ever expected to get any push back on the matter, I thought it would be from people assuming DU drow was the top and taking issue with how violent and big he is (and yknow, some people are weirdly protective of Astarion as if he isn't a sneaky murder machine rippling with lean muscle)

Very disheartening to see that mindset still so alive and well among young people, but I guess it just means I gotta draw DU drow throwing more back and Astarion drooling over more ass until the stereotype is forcefully banished out of people's minds!

"Sleeper agent activation phrase" absolutely took me out, Thank you so much LOL

YEAH I got it pretty late though, Astarion had already told my durge that he was a vampire of his own accord (and the response was, of course, "no duh") I forgot wheter this happened before or after the first romance scene triggered, but I think after.

Since this was after DU drow decided he was gonna fuck him out of pure contrarian spite and was shamelessly laying it extremely thick, He happilly let Astarion drink his blood. Hell, he was probably a little Too Eager - the guy likes pain and he likes letting people he trusts do with his body whatever they will, and while he didn't yet trust Astarion at that point, that event might've very well reminded him of something from his past that planted a seed which would eventually grow into his genuine affection for the guy.

Ah, he definitely got a half-chub as it happened too. I'm sure Astarion noticed it and just walked off rolling his eyes and thinking "eugh of course" lmao.

Oh man, I grew up fascinated with horror things. I remember from a very young age just looking at the covers and backs of horror movies at the film-rental even though I wasn't allowed to watch them. I was also easily scared but I sought those things out anyway - I think i just enjoyed the visceral reactions it drew out of me and was always curious about most things taboo.

When I got access to the internet that just opened a (very unfortunate) door to all things vile and awful like it did for so many people at that age in time. Though my tastes have changed a lot since then (Less August Underground, more The Devils kind of guy nowadays) my stories and art are just always going to fall into a horror-y category because I just... Don't think there's many better ways to showcase the human experience and emotional range without many of the elements native to the genre, and I'm all about that.

That's the result of a scene that happens relatively early in the story I'm writing ("A Novel Experience" on Ao3).

{SPOILERS} DU drow accidentally passes out on a blade which puts a relatively deep gash on his hip. Meanwhile, Astarion is weakened and starved after certain events that transpired the prior night. They have a private exchange both in a somewhat hazy-state of mind and Astarion ends up prodding and prying at his wound while feeding, so it's a laceration and bite mark that just scarred over badly.

Elves apparently don't grow body hair so never LOL guess they'll just have to slip&slide up on each other for heat

ranking the f1 driver pairings as amazing race teams

me and my family have been watching amazing race for years so you KNOW i had to combine my interests !!!

amazing race is basically a show where teams of two race all around the world and preform a series of challenges rhat can range from physical to more mental, and the team that reaches the “pit stop” last is eliminated. plane flights + transportation around the country is also often up to the teams, having to buy their own plane tickets + hailing their own taxis + driving themselves around a country which works against one team dominance

KEY:

detour - teams can choose to complete one of two challenges

roadblock - one person in the team completes a challenge (one person cannot do every roadblock)

express pass - by doing an extra challenge, one team can get this pass that allows them to skip any one challenge

teams are ranked based on how far i think they would make it in a fictional all-f1 season of amazing race :)

10. pierre & esteban

sorry you KNOW they would be a dumpster fire. like the couples who go on and are like “i love my partner so much :))” and then immediately implode the second aomething goes wrong. would start off polite enough before the first detour where one of them is like mildly slow and the bickering starts. they would start rushing in an attempt to catch up and leave an important item behind (passports, clue, etc) and thats just the nail in the coffin for them

9. lance & fernando

tbh i could see them making it maybe 1 or 2 legs more depending on the challenge but. nothing against lance but hes a rich kid. the challenge would be like “find all the items on this shopping list at a wet market” and hes LOST. fernando gets 3/4 of the list AND has to find lance who is desperately looking for duck eggs (it was at the first stall) and then they get back and lance bought regular eggs anyways for a massively jacked up price. sorry but as entertaining as it would be they are doomed to flop

8. alex & logan

SORRY WILLIAMS BESTIES they would be such a silly team and fan favorites but respectfully i dont see them being very good 🥲 i think they would have a very good dynamic but other then that based on the pumpkin carving/drawing challenges,,,, they would not go far 😭 they would get a challenge to deliver something to several different locations (without map) and eventually get lost and be so far behind that when they get to the mat its like. nighttime. but they would be very cheesed and happy still !!

7. yuki & daniel

THE FUNNIEST PAIR EVER can you IMAGINE the dynamic when trying to navigate or drive a stick shift car. one of the friendlier pairs, willing to help point other teams in the right direction at challenges. also between the two of them they have a pretty decent skill set so i think theyd do pretty well at the challenges, plus be able to get around the city well enough. theyd eventually go out on a leg w more physical challenges just by virtue of the remaining teams being better but they have SO MUCH FUN and SO MUCH banter

6. kevin & nico

solid guys overall !! could see them maybe making it another leg further over the next team. definitely one of the most chill teams, sightseeing/enjoying the travels more (not to say that they arent competitive tho) and overall having a great time !! i think their experience with raising children would also factor in well (patience/calmness) and thus would keep them from making little mistakes and stay consistent. would eventually go out in a leg where they start from a lower spot and cant manage to find any earlier trains/flights and thus cant make up any ground and end up going out

5. lando & oscar

they are the most unstable team LMAO they (lando) always take big gambles with challenges to try and get ahead and as such always end up gaining/dropping tons of places in each leg. impeccable dynamic tho !! oscar is def the grounding force and keeps them on track, navigator to landos driver, while landos creative strategies often help them gain places where they might otherwise be stagnant. would eventually go out on a leg where lando insists on trying to catch an earlier train but ends up missing the connector to their destination (setting them back) and they cant catch up, eventually resulting in their elimination

4. valterri & zhou

i actually cant really explain this one guys its just a gut feeling. like i know that valterri is reasonably fit from biking a lot and zhou could help them get around more reliably in asian countries but other then that i dont have an explanation. theyre chill and like just kind of cruising/enjoying themselves. theres a roadblock where they have to name several different types of beer by taste and valterri crushes it. theres a challenge where its watching this person dancing and having to recreate the entire outfit that zhou kills. they go out right before the final because theyre beaten in a footrace to the mat

3. lewis & george

these guys are EFFICIENT. lewis somehow manages to get them on the earliest flights possible. george reads the map once and immediately find the fastest routes from place to place. they are reasonably good at most challenges. their downfall is challenges requiring them to work together closely, which happens in the final where they are required to learn a traditional wedding dance and preform it and they just cant sync up, costing them major time, and the entire experience just leaves them irritable which eventually leads to them claiming third

2. max & checo

similarly to lando & oscar, max is the competitive force with checo grounding their team. highly competitive (though not to say they dont enjoy themselves), always going for express passes and valuing efficiency. their strategy works for the most part, with them racking up the most leg wins. their downfall ultimately came during the final challenge, where they had to match moments from previous legs with their locations, and neither of them really remember LMAO. just barely misses out on first which goes to…

1. charles & carlos

impeccable dynamic. gets one express pass and uses it strategically. very supportive of each other during challenges. they are just a generally overall solid team but not outstanding, never really winning and just beats out valterri/zhou for the third spot in the final. but in the final leg they are just incredibly in sync which allows them to complete the challenges efficiently, and at the end challenge they have memories tied to each place and are able to figure it out faster then max/checo and beat them to the mat to take the win !!!

• scouts love language is acts of service and pyro's is quality time.

• someone needs to put all three of you in a psych ward

• sometimes when you all go on a walk in the street Scout will accidentally cause trouble with someone and Pyro will join in and fight them and you either join in or get them out before the cops come.

• oh my god.

• they're pretty fun to be with. Scout is usually a flustered mess whenever Pyro or you show any affection towards him due to the fact he had to fight for affection from his mother as a child. Its new to him, especially by two of the people he adores.

• Pyro and Scout draw together, and whenever your down they will both make you doodles of stuff that makes you happy. They will make your room super comfortable while Pyro gets a bunch of snacks from the fridge, sitting together to get ready for movies!

• You guys have this thing where whenever one of yall are feeling down, Scout goes to buy an insanely terrible movie and the last person to laugh or groan at the movie wins. It really cheers you up.

They're not the best at comforting words, so they show comfort by actions.

They're both pretty clingy! An hour away from you Pyro is already whining while Scout is just trying to make due. But usually they'll still have a good time together, sometimes going on their own dates while your away.

If they go somewhere, they'll get you something from there as a "souvenir" and beg you to come there the next time they go so nobody gets left out.

• Scout loves peppering the both of you with kisses, he doesn't mind that Pyro has a mask usually he'll be silly and blow Pyro a kiss from the distance. It makes the both of you giggle, he's such a goof.

Pyro gives you both mask kisses...Well more like boops. Though if your far into your relationship, day by day he'll start opening up more about himself. He starts by not wearing gloves around you, to lifting his mask up slightly to give you both a proper kiss. (random but I headcannon my boy has a tooth gap :D)

It makes both of your hearts melt to know he trusts you enough to do this, and he's thankful for your patience.

The three of you look very chaotic to other people but alone together you are just real sweet to each other. They both get so calm around you that they don't feel the need to show off or cause chaos, yall just wanna hang out sometimes yk?

• Engie's love language is quality time, Demo's is words of affirmation, and Soldier's is acts of service AND quality time.

Dell's the calm one, he's usually the one getting the three of you out of trouble but he himself loves a little fun sometimes.

Demo is the fun one, he always takes you all out on interesting landmarks and sometimes even dangerous activities that might kill you.

Soldier is the loud one, he will not shut the fuck up. He loves to hear yall talk about your day, loves to gossip about how work has been, but also loves to speak about his achievements and show all three of you off to random people he meets.

• "THIS IS ENGIE! HE HAS 11 PHDS AND HE IS A GENIUS! SMARTER THAN YOULL EVER BE."

Soldier will give you a motivational and surprisingly really helpful speech, Demoman will hype you up and tell you it's gonna be okay, and Engie likes to make you your favorite foods to make you feel better.

They're not as touch starved as others may think, but one day they don't see you they start to miss you a lot. Please don't leave them alone for too long, they can go mess around together but it doesn't feel the same with you left out.

• snipers love language is physical touch and words of affirmation, Spy's is quality time and gift giving.

• you get so spoiled with affection by them

• sniper was always a secluded man, so was spy. But brought together they were amazing....and then your here? The whole relationship is so sweet.

• Sniper will hold your hand any chance he gets, Spy holding your other hand. You three like to go on quiet walks at noon, enjoying the weather and even going to a cafe on the way.

• Spy absolutely spoils the both of you with gifts, expect a gift from him atleast two times a week.

• you guys don't really go to loud areas since Sniper doesn't enjoy them, so your dates are usually real intimate.

I'm talking picnics under a tree as the sun is setting, watching the clouds as the three of you joke and talk about.

But the next day, they will just make sure that day is amazing. They will both go out of their way to make sure nothing van ruin your mood for that day to make up for yesterday. Broke your favorite pencil? Heavy will get you a better one. You feel dizzy? Come over to medbay, Medic will prepare and make sure they never bother you again.

They're so sweet it gives you cavities, even though they don't know how to say it, they sure are good at showing you. (I love men sm♡)

I just saw something about poly and Milo-Mal-MC?? I dont know if this is gonna be true or not, but I really hope you can have the option because, I really, really think this can be a very sweet relationship, and very necessary (at least for Milo, poor guy need a lot of attention and love), now I really excited about reading it, but other part of me are a bit afraid, making romance relationship is (in my opinion) very difficult, because you can fall very easily in stereotypes and toxic cliches, and in my opinion poly relationships are even harder because you need to pay attention to 6 bounds at the same time (Milo-Mal/Milo-MC/MC-Mal and vice versa) and unfortunately open or poly relationships still have a stigma nowadays, that means, that means that they are still not very well known and for that everyone (obviously me include) can fail in a not very realistic way

Now, with this im not trying to say you will have this problem (I mean, I dont even know if this would or would not be an option in the first place lol) on the contrary, (if happen) I have high hopes for you (not in the pressure kind, lol the bad thing about English not been your mother tongue is you can express yourself in a form you want it without looking like a robot or a scum) because I really love your story and way of writing and I really really think we all need more poly (well writing) stories.

But if I can jus say one tiny thing… as an advice you don't have to follow, there are a LOT of stereotypes and weird forms a lot of people fall when they write poly, one of them is putting the MC like the absolute pilar of the relationship, instead of a threesome (I prefer the word in Spanish "trieja" I dont know if there is a word better suited for relationships of three people in English), create relationships that are in a between poly and open relationships, I dont know if im explaining myself well enough, I think what im trying to say is, its not the same to be in a trieja relationship that a open relationship, I (personally) are okey with both of them, but if, for example, this couple was created because Milo and Mal have a super sweet badass relationship more that because there can be a very good bounce between everyone, I really, really prefer to put the "tag" open relationship having Milo two separate romances than one "poly" and in that way it could also be less weird(?) for people who are not used to polyamorous relationships, although I guess jealousy will always be there for those people :( but its true than, if this will happen, you should put a lot of options about possibles reaction MC could do or even (unfortunately) finish the relation (I really think a person can love more than one person, for that reason we can fall in love so many times lol, but I can understand that not everyone need to feel in the same way)

Im so sorry for all this text nobody ask for, I even dont know if this relation could even be real, but I wanted to express my opinion, I really courage you (if you really wanted) to try and explore this kind of love because I really think you can do something magical, but at the end is something you need to think yourself, if you will do it, there will be people who will not like it, if you will not do it, there will be people who will not like it (although probably much less) so do whatever you want xD

Hey anon!

Never worry about long asks. I really love reading the different perspectives people have on how a route could go. It also helps me navigate certain moments that I may not have thought of yet.

I have not made a ton of decisions about how the poly is going to look. It's not something I've had to worry about yet because I'm not writing book 2 for a few more months. But, I can say that I think a lot of how the poly is presented, might depend on the reader. I know how I will head cannon it and gear the writing towards, but choices might actually affect how it is read. I tend to try and give decisions on who you spend time with in the game and I will be doing something similar during the poly routes. I don't believe if you are in a poly or an open relationship or if you have an understanding with another, you have to spend all your time with those other two people. I'll be giving the option for solo moments along with poly, if that is the chosen route.

As for Milo, Mal, and the MC. In reality, these three are heavy hitters. All the RO's are really. But they are heavy hitters in a way that's a bit different. I do not think their ideas and how they handle situations always align. I think they are very independent people (the route MC will start to take) and they are not very dependent on the three of them constantly being attached. They can value each others opinion and still take their own course. So, I think this will be an opportunity to negotiate something between three adults who still wish to have their own agency outside of their relationship.

I do think there will be genuine affection to see each other in the evening. I can tell you past the initial negotiations, I'm not going to put the jealousy routes between them because I'm personally kind of done with reading the rhetoric that full grown adults can't seem to work things out with each other when in a relationship. LOL! I think that there is a lot of opportunity for this to be something very deep and interesting to read. It's just a matter of convincing people it's worth their time. Which, that seems to be the harder sell. Either way though, I enjoy characters more than anything else. I enjoy deep diving into them. Putting them in situations that challenge normal beliefs (in our world or the NM) . And then sitting back and seeing what happens. I think this will be no different.

my sister sent me the instagram account of one of the most cringe inducing people i have ever seen. one of those guys who made having a beard their whole personality

basically it is an american dude, calling himself ‘modern viking’, and calling being viking a ‘lifestyle’

he is also ‘pagan’, but it is very obvious that he just replaced the chrisitian god with Odin and jesus with Thor

he has a beard and the history tv viking hair, and has videos of himself going to renfairs in machine made, cotton and inaccurate ‘viking costumes’, and doing the horrible history viking accent, which is like MILES away from the accent any scandinavian has when talking english, but i guess a danish hot-potato-in-mouth or norwegian sing-sing accent were not sexy enough

so all that is cringe already, but then he had a video on his page, talking about paganism and ‘how to become a pagan’

i have a bit of an issue with just ‘deciding to become a norse pagan’ because like.. idk, for me, as a lover of all folklore, Instarted to read the myths and sagas out of general interest and found that it made just a lot of sense to me, and a lot of stuff started to happen that confirmed it for me, so that now i am at a point where i can feel the gods and their influence. I always find it weird if people decide out of the blue to become pagan. I was a 100% convinced atheist since i was 7 years old, i did not go into norse myth with any intention of changing my believes

anyway, i digress. so he has this video, where he is like ‘oh yes read the edda, read the havamal (the havamal is in the edda, so point 2 was useless)” and then he was like ‘learn the RUNES! learn the writing of paganism” (which is first of all wrong because runes in scandinavia were even used wildly after the christianisation, with runes carved into the oldest stave churches, but again i digress) but then this guy proceeds to show bloody ELDER FUTHARK RUNES asdhahfhsa WHICH WERE USED WAAAAAYYY BEFORE THE VIKING AGE

quickly proved himself to have absolutely no idea what he was talking about

it is cool to learn the runes and try to understand them and the original texts we find on runestones and carved into houses etc, but like use bloody younger futhark, that are the correct runes if you are looking at late viking age and norse religion which is what is represented in the eddas

sorry i have no patience for people like this. he makes fun of people (other pagans and scandinavians who find his ‘modern viking’ stuff stupid), and acting as if he is the authority of defining what viking means, just because there is a football club named like it and some brands using ‘viking’ (yes he has a video where this is his reasoning)

90% of the people in the viking age were not vikings. vikings were basically pirates. there was piracy in scandinavia also well before the viking age, we have finds of them. a lot of ‘vikings’ were just settlers who wanted to have a nicer home because norway, as much as i love it, is cold and shit and the earth is frozen most of the year, like these people went to north england and thought it was the most amazing land ever, imagine how shit norway was. they were starving, that is why they went there. the raiding was part of their culture, but not a big one, like they did not call themselves viking

i could rant about that for hours. same with those christian-pagans who dont shed their christian believes and just replace stuff with norse things. Hel is not Hell, Hel is actually a nice place, and Valhalla is not the only good afterlife, but that does not go into their small brains

Im so sorry yall!! University has been KICKING MY ASS.

I just finished exams and everything, this years been a colossal mess (nearly died lol) BUT i couldn't forget about this so i managed to finish this up before the end of the year!

Z is a pretty peaceful guy in general

He doesn't like confrontation, doesn't like to get violent

As quiet as he can be, he doesnt let some things slide

If someone throws a comment here or there, he can ignore it easily

But dont test his patience

Hes a huge advocate for a little something called personal space

He cant stand it when strangers or people he's not comfortable with are inside his bubble

If you pester him, harass him, or stay too close to him for too long, he will not hesitate to push back

literally

He would never start a fight, but he sure can end it

I mean, have you SEEN this dude?

6’3, lean, muscular, you're pretty much asking for an L

He’s a one hit wonder. One punch and youre gone (Jesse knows this all too well…he tried waking him up once…)

With 4*town

He's pretty chill with 4*town out of the rest of them

The only thing he could really complain about was when the gangs energy was way too high for him to be comfortable with

Don't get him wrong, Z loves a good time. But when things are getting a bit too hyper, and the others try to rope him into the chaos, it's a bit too overwhelming

And that ended up with them "accidentally" leaving him out of stuff because they thought he was a downer. Especially when 4*town had just started

He was already a bit lonelier than the rest, as his popularity took a slower time to gain than the rest. This didn't help his insecurities in the slightest

Not only did it hurt the hell out of his feelings, it caused him to be more closed up towards the rest

Aaron T was surprisingly the one who noticed the negative impacts it was making on him, and he felt incredibly bad

He tried the "helping without confronting" tactic, a lot of which included him asking Z if he wanted to help him with his latest prank

Although reluctant, Z slowly started feeling a bit more appreciated

Even when he was the butt of the prank, T made him feel like he wasn't so invisible as he sometimes felt

Soon, even the other guys started asking if he'd help them do revenge pranks, started inviting them more often

And of course, gave him a well deserved apology

Turns out, he got a lot of it wrong. Apparently everybody thought he didn't like them because of his constant nonchalant expressions??

All this because they made assumptions about his feelings only from his face?

"...i'm surrounded by idiots." "WE'RE SO SORRY😭😭"

He loves a good tussle

If you give him a reason to, he'll be delighted

T wont fight for small reasons, obviously, but he is the perfect definition of "fuck around and find out"

Just don't do anything creepy or rude, and you stay on his good side

His biggest ick/pet peeve are creeps and stalkers, unnecessary paparazzi

Notice the unnecessary. He's not shy around cameras, and if his lovely fans want some content, who is he to deny them?😌

However, if there's hidden paparazzi, or people who follow him or his friends around, he can't stand it

He finds it gross and extremely disrespectful

And it makes him unbelievably uncomfortable. He hates having to feel as if there's always someone watching or taking pictures of him when all he wants is a damn coffee

With 4*town

T admits that he can be a bit of a handful sometimes

But jeez, sometimes the gang needs to accept the fact that he prefers to interact and actually do things with other people

Being an extrovert is hard y'all

Especially when all of a sudden every single person in your group needs alone time

And he understands that. He'll respect their wishes every single time without fail. He'd throw in a whine or two, but he understands their needs.

But they never seem to understand his..

When he needed company, all of a sudden everyone thought he was being too much, or being clingy

He has the urge to shake their shoulders and tell them that he wasn't asking them to plan a party with him, he just wanted to go get some damn groceries with some company

Was that too much to ask?

He thanks the Lord that Tae Young was there for him a lot of the time

He seemed to be the only one willing to be with him all the time

Tae Young noticed this pretty quick and all it took was one convo with the rest of them, and boom

For Z, it was like sticking his toe in the water when it came to hanging out with T, and then he found out just how fun his company was

And as stoic as Z is, T found himself latching onto him more frequently.

As for Jesse, he ended up being the brunt of T's pranks a lot, but he finds it endearing in a way.

Robaire found T absolutely hilarious, and has grown to treasure him more and more every day

This is a bit embarrassing but do you have any advice for a guy who is ugly? I used to work in a place where we had to wear masks and now we dont have to wear them anymore and I heard that some of my female colleagues were making comments that I should have kept my mask on so I started wearing it again. And whenever I approach someone for marriage it either gets shot down straight away or ignored completely. I dont mean to compare to my friends but they gets lots and lots of attention from the same people that ignore me. Im happy for them because they are now super happy its just I dont have a plan for me and surgery would not be an option. I dont want to live my entire life alone but I also dont want to settle for someone who isnt actually attracted to me because thats not fair on them. Its not just my face too, im about 1.72m and not very strong and ill probably be bald when im older. Sorry to drop this on you its just that even my own family makes jokes about how I look

The meaning behind this is that Allah blesses us constantly, but he has also divided provisions among his creation equally. And patience may be your test. Because like every human, Allah has written your spouse for you. And because she was written for you and you for her, then she will find comfort and peace in you, including your appearance. actually she’ll see you as the most attractive person on earth. I know we’ve all seen those couples that make us wonder how they got together because one is clearly more attractive than the other. but it literally doesn’t matter because they were created for each other and no one could’ve stopped that or the connection they felt with each other.

that being said, there’s no harm in working on your appearance if certain things make you self conscious, for example your size/strength can be improved through the gym. as for height, there’s plenty of petite girls that won’t mind the height. myself included I’m 5’5 and height really isn’t a big deal for me. also some of the coolest brothers I’ve met have been the ones that might not necessarily be considered the most attractive but wallahi their personality, principles and other qualities makes them the most attractive person in the room.

And as i love to spread violence, I wanted to make a sequence of a fight w/ Abe because he's a crazy mf and mad because he tried to eat his mom(that oc have a rat that he calls mom. He's a trash baby literally)I want to make something stupid w/ an Oc and your D of he getting dragged by a random person that by seeing her a victim but don't fucking know of care if he have some family, drags him away to his trash home full of rats, and just ig wanted to make a chat between them, because I kinda enjoy putting traumas on table and talk (if I even write it correctly on hand or just give up and text it lol) because, y'know tense in the air and someone kidnapped D specially after suffering with someone else. And prob scary but later he notices that is just a human guy, living in the Yokai streets, with a bunch of rats and a lil robot.

Hello! What do you think of alicent being physically harsh with ty tennant's aegon? She abuses him (it felt like that to me) and then tells aegon that his sister is a dangerous person (which she is), but at that point rhaenyra hasn't done anything, and otto is not there to advise her also but she sees rhaenyra rightly as a legitimate threat. Then when we come to tgc aegon it's like she forgot that her children's lives are in danger and fights more for rhaenyra than her own children. By then she has seen first hand how dangerous rhaenyra is with aemond, vaemond, laenor etc.

Also olivia had told somewhere that alicent is thinking in eggs coronation how rhaenyra will not reconcile with her anymore. I mean why would you care about rhaenyra then. I dont mind people having affection for childhood friends but when said friend doesn't give a shit about your kids or your own mental and physical well-being then it becomes really pathetic and an unhealthy obsesion.

Im saying I'm so confused why she keeps flip-flopping. Why the heck is she on rhaenyra's side when her kids are more into protecting her than rhaenyra. She even forced aegon to accept his crown when he said no. (If they make her poison him for rhaenyra, she will be just so terrible)

The writing is making me insane. I want to get some clarity and i thought to ask you since you have such well thought out responses. Sorry for such a long question.

hey there. thank you for having faith in my abilities to make sense of this mess. i do take it as a compliment that you guys think to come to me for help whenever you're confused by smth or pondering an issue. 💌

so, i hope you won't feel too upset, but i'm going to redirect you to the relevant tags as i've been ranting about this quite a lot already and would just end up repeating myself.

long story short: it's inconsistent writing. each episode usually had a different writer & director, each with their different take on the characters. that's fine and all, but something happened there bc the people in charge (miguel??) didn't do a good enough job to smooth things over chronologically and make sure everyone is on the same page and that the character developments are linear.

that's why alicent is antagonistic and out to get rhaenyra one episode, then the next episode she wants to be bffs. that's why the showrunners say one thing to the media, but the actors say another. look at this through the perspective that they're not going to come out having a go at each other in the press because that would be unprofessional. so we're never gonna find out what miguel actually did for sure and who's responsible for all this mixed messaging.

as for alicent being physically harsh with ty's aegon. she is, as you said, alone at court, experiencing first hand viserys' indulgence & favouritism towards rhaenyra + his unwillingness to sanction her even for grave illegalities*, so that only increases her paranoia that her children are going to suffer the consequences of this. on top of /that/, aegon himself doesn't take this seriously and she has just found out he also colludes with rhaenyra's children (the people who will order his execution in the future, but he's too blind to see it now) and bullies his own brother (aka the one he could actually trust and support, but instead alienates). she goes to viserys first but he ignores her concerns again.

so i think she just snaps in that moment and loses patience with aegon. him wanking in the middle of the day in the tommen window doesn't help his case. now, alicent is not a modern mother living in the 21st century, with a whole literature of child development & psychology at her disposal, therapists and specialists to guide her. she also has her own trauma to deal with, no help on that front either. she can't "educate" herself. she is not going to be gentle parenting aegon lol. she uses what tools she has at her disposal: first talking nicely, that doesn't work, then she starts yelling and grabs his face so that he'll listen, bc what else is she supposed to do? she literally isn't conceptually aware of any other way to get her message across

*again, that's placing your bastards in the line of succession against their trueborn relatives, not having bastards in the first place
