I imagine Emperor's body is slowly morphing from flesh to that space matter that ancient caller Moira consists of. The armour is used as a sort of shell to help him stay in a humanoid form consistently

Here me out: Oxventure guild, but make it deadlands.
Corazon de Toro, a infamous outlaw running from his old band. Don't ask him about his past, ask him about his adventures! Did you know he...!
Merilwen, looking for the monster that took down her dear friend. She's going to make them pay, just you watch.
Dob, a travelling musician working local fairs, fayres and fares to keep an eye and ear out for his long lost sister.
Prudence, maybe she's making deals with a long lost ancient evil to keep up her lifestyle, what it to you!
Egbert the travelling priest who wants to tell you the good word. What do you mean I can do weird things, thats the power of God and not a strange dragon demon he accidently made a pact with. Demon's don't exist, silly!
(I may have doodled the opposite, Deadlands as Oxventure Guild if any one want's me to digitise those)

I think when people talk about things like desirability, they can miss the deeper point of why it can be important to analyze why people are seen as undesirable. It isn't just that a type of person is just... not hot... but often, it's the dehumanization of a person based on marginalized features.
For instance, I had a conversation with somebody about disability portrayal in media, and we had agreed that, historically, disability had been portrayed as a horrific ordeal. However, I think they missed the point as to why the "undesirable disabled" character was so appealing to a broader audience. The idea that disability is other, inhuman, and something that depersonalizes somebody from society is partly why those ideas were and are prevalent in mainstream media and culture. It is the idea that "nobody likes you. Nobody needs you. Nobody wants you" because of the person's marginalized body or experience or whatever it may be.
It isn't some superficial "oh why aren't I seen as pretty by everybody?" It is the knowledge that you are portrayed as undesirable in this way because it is a way to separate you from everybody else. It isn't about beauty, nor is it a selfish desire to be wanted by somebody. It is the desire to be seen as a person - an equal, regardless of who desires you or who does not.

Yknow i am really interested and curious about kuusukes view on humanity. Like what happened for him to hate humanity and see it as…whatever how he sees it. And also “everyone looks like monkeys to me” like wtf does that even mean 😭.

I have a minor grievance with the depiction of Hyacinthus' death in many fanfics.
People tend to make Hyacinthus as someone who accepts his death/fate quickly or anticipates it because he knows "it's the price for falling in love with a god" or something like that. And, sometimes, Hyacinthus is composed enough to comfort Apollo before or after his death (in spirit form).
Not that it's wrong to write Hyacinthus like that, but I find it unrealistic to make him so chill with his death. Remember, Hyacinthus died as a young man at the peak of his youth. He has a bright future ahead. He has a family and a lover whom he loved so dearly. And yet his life is suddenly ruined by one mistake, and he has to part from everything so soon.
I get that there is no record of how Hyacinthus reacts to his death (most dead people don't get it either), but it's a missed opportunity for double angst. Hyacinthus isn't an old man who embraces his death right away. Yes, he understands that his demise is inevitable, but when it strikes him when he is at his best, he can still crumble as any mortal would because he is still a mortal himself. He can never hold Apollo with the veil of life and death between them. That tears him into pieces.
I used to read a Hyapollo fanfic (When The Sun's So Far Away) and absolutely loved its shared description of Hyacinthus' emotional storm with mine.

Since I‘ve been getting into Detroit: Become Human and HankCon (these two have my heart okay) my brain decided to grant me some creative juices to finally write fanfics again. Problem is, with the drafts I‘ve gathered so far, I‘m not sure with which one to start. So, I‘d appreciate any input and opinion from the community and from the people who love this ship as much as I do. (Quick note: these are just the basic plot points, but I‘d be happy to make a post about any of these if you want more information!)

i know im late to this one but i just had to make some fanart for this is about a stuffed bird by @theminecraftbee because it’s FANTASTIC. the characterization and subsequent dynamic of mumbo and evil x is just, i mean, i’d claw the walls of my enclosure for that, i really would. a HIGHLY recommended read if you haven’t already seen it yet, especially if you like apocalypse narratives or just enjoy your mumbos a little extra soggy.

i am a god that walks the forest floor and the earth which formed the dirt to create it. i am the trees that allow me to breathe and their air that flows through my lungs. i am the love that birthed me and keeps me alive. i am flesh and bone. i am a feeling soul. i am everything i need to be, for i am a god and nothing more.
