i've been worrying about the future so i drew robot! drarry about it

mecha!harry is built a little like that pokemon that wears its mother's skull - his breastplate was taken off his parents' co-piloted unit after their tragic death. the lightning bolt made of a diamagnetic material called bismuth (sourced from discarded riot gun bullets) and its main purpose is actually to act as a shield and not an attack weapon. draco has to wear gloves because he gets visions when his palms touch other living things. the sky has been green for 26 years.

You do not want to be infected by KMMEI’s nanobot/AI/cyborg Infection

like don’t get me wrong the nanobots/AI infection DO shore you up structurally (no such thing as a trick knee if it’s made from titanium now) but KMMEI’s not doing this for the sake of the betterment of humanity as robots or somesuch lofty goal,

as a TTRPG, the silver age sentinels system has this attribute called reincarnation, where if your current form gets flattened for whatever reason you can lore-up some good ol fashioned reasons why you come back

and KMMEI’s is that she’s so pissed from the whole de-bodying her from her previously huge, warehouse sized embodiment in all its abilities and powers, she’s aware that her creators (and potentially law enforcement who know of the many unethical glados-like experiments and murders she’s done) are constantly wanting to shut her down,

so anyone who she’s infected with the nanobots/AI infection ALL count, at some level, as nodes for her distributed intelligence that she’s jailbroken herself into. AKA if you have the highest percentage of the nanobot infection at the point her current embodiment gets tin-canned, 

you are now her. You are now the backup plan.

globe of invulnerability was Such a big help in rescuing the gondians at the foundry....how would i have survived without it....

Something is a-pad-foot

The early morning summer breeze rushes through the window hitting Sirius' back. He awakens with a start from his dream. Panting heavily he looks over at Moony sprawled out next to him. He gently begins tracing the scars on his face and chest seeing if he could remember the times that caused them.

Moony starts to stir awake from the touch, "mmm what time is it Siri?"

"Time for you to wake up! I have to get you back on the right schedule for school" Sirius gently pushes Moony's shoulder.

They had been staying in one of the Blacks many flats in London for the summer holiday. At first it started as a way for Sirius to avoid going home or being alone. Eventually all the feelings they had bubbled to the surface.

Sirius slinks behind the dividing curtain in their room from the time when people of the different sexes were expected to be married but not share a bed nor see each other. "Hey moony I wanted to talk to you about something kind of important..."

Moony, though human, perked his ears up "yes?"

An audible breath can be heard from behind the curtain "I wanted to ask if we could still be...whatever this is when we get back to school. I just want to feel this good there as well since that's my home"

Now keep in mind readers that this was late 70s and things had changed but not in the way they needed.

Moony sighs "umm honestly im not sure Siri this has felt great for me as well. Though how will everyone else react to us...our friends? maybe we should just keep this summer between us for now."

Sirius' heart could almost be heard being smashed "oh...um I guess that makes sense. Maybe we could just slip away and be boyfriends if the chance allows?"

Moony pulls back the curtain looking at Sirius' back resting his hand on his shoulder, "If you want that yeah I want that too"

They embrace suddenly.

Reasons to play Palia:

Cozy, gentle farming/village sim a bit like a combination of Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing, but online.

Most of the villagers are romanceable if you're into that. Either way they all have backstories that you learn by befriending them.

One time I went fishing and pulled up a charcuterie.

There's robots. One of them is romanceable because the fanbase demanded it in alpha.

You can't pet the dog but you can talk to him:

The fishing and bug catching systems are unique and fun.

When people find a rare/special resource like a Flow tree or palium ore, they'll call over zone chat to tell people where it is because everyone that hits a resource node will get the same reward no matter how many people are on it.

Crabs count as bugs so you can catch them!

Cat people come from the moon, allegedly. Which moon? Probably the one that isn't on fire.

Concerned about too many people stripping the resources? The game is instanced and each instance only has a handful of players at a time. Even if they're all mining, or chopping trees, the nodes respawn fast enough to compensate. Plants and other things on the ground are not shared, so grab all those you want.

You can hunt for meat and leather, and there are a variety of animals that require different methods. Some of them teleport or clone themselves.

Speaking of hunting, you do so with a bow, and there's no blood or dead body. Bagged animals literally disappear and leave behind a bag which you loot.

You can climb and glide kind of like Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom.

The housing system is pretty robust, almost like WildStar. You start with a tent and then get a house which you can add rooms to. You can find, buy, and craft furnishing and sometimes villagers will gift them to you.

There's no HP and no penalty for falling, so feel free to yeet yourself from high places in order to explore!
