Summary: The Ackermans have hosted all kinds of students from around the world and they came and went, hardly ever leaving a mark. Though none of them rivaled the curious and quirky character of Zoë Hange.

Let's start with the lovely cover of this fanfic. It was made by the talented @catyypss. She was the sweetest and I'm truly obsessed with it. I added the title to it and yes, the little paper plane I placed it there as a symbolism. I love it so much, I could cry. Follow Catyyps on her platforms and if you can, place a commission.

Having that said, this work has been collecting dust for a while and even though I started writing the first chapter back in May, I finally got the courage to release it now because you know, lack of time. because I procrastinate a lot and I am a chicken too.

Now, onto the fic.

Let's start by saying/informing that I used she/her pronouns for Hange in this fic. Second, I have many head canons about Hange's past, since Isayama was SO kind of NOT giving us a backstory way to love the fourteenth commander. I have good head canons but I also have bad and heavy ones.

And I decided to explore the bad ones.

I do believe Hange talks a lot because her parents didn't pay attention to her growing up. Hange would be the type to overshare and then regret it because you know... trauma. I tried to explore that shattered relationship between Hange and her parents but also a life away from them.

We also have Levi, who suffers from older sibling syndrome. Protector, with an obsession in his case for cleaning, desire for perfection, and pressure to meet his parents' expectations; something that his little sister, Mikasa yes, they're siblings here is tired of experiencing.

A slice of life, like they say on the streets. You can place two fucked up people in a room and they can bond over trauma, right? Those are the topics I TRIED to explore in this fic. It has a little angst, but I incorporated some fluff too.

Note the bow in the hair. An important plot detail. I gather it is then to point out the first story takes place over two days, as that will explain the detail popping into view later.

All some kind of misunderstanding. Interesting it skips from wife's to sister's. Also interesting that the word "dopiest" gets moved in Little Archie from the later scene.

And then they bash Archie with a rock. I am unclear how they would have seen that Archie is sitting next to a poodle before they get very far, let alone leave the scene of the crime, but there you go.

So quite some time ago I discovered I and @alexdrawsagain are mutual fans of each other. I wrote a FanFiction Spider-Man: Hero Academia, and he draws a fan comic Foreign Exchange Student. We’ve started becoming good friends now as a result and some time ago I decided to make this. Did my best to imitate his drawing style.

This is an official crossover between our two canons. I hope to make more pages with our characters interacting. I’m really happy to share this with everyone. I’m glad that Alex and I are friends. Hope you enjoy this, bud!

Just finished reading The Sweet DREAMers 'Verse by perry_avenue which by the way I recommend as a wonderful read. It made me wonder if there are any stories deadilng with similar topics where Blaine (or Kurt) is not lagally US citizen or illegal imigration has large impact for the plot.

"can you stop being so annoying?"

"what?"

he stares at you with a raised eyebrow, pouting as he rests his cheek on his palm. with both arms propped up on the table, he reaches out his other arm towards you. obviously you back away in disgust at his affection... and you can't help but notice the way he narrows his eyes at your reaction.

he, as in, your annoying buddy. hiroto yamada, your buddy for the foreign exchange program which you were unwillingly made to participate in.

you knew bad things would happen when you saw the program, yet you were made to participate in it because you had joined the university wellbeing club. curse you and your past impulsive decisions.

honestly, things were fine in the beginning. apart from the fact that you had to socialize with others and waste your breath explaining things in the university... everything was quite alright. he wasn't too extroverted, liked to keep to himself as well...

that was until you started suspecting that he liked you.

you didn't want to believe it. there was no way. like, it's literally the absolute worse thing that could happen that would disrupt your peaceful school life.

so you pretended to not see the obvious signs he threw at you. you treated him like how you used to treat him, aka like a classmate you wouldn't talk to outside of class...

so it wasn't unexpected that he'd get frustrated. in fcat, it was actually a wonder that he managed to go for so long without shouting at you to stop ignoring the signs (he lasted 6 weeks).

eventually he confessed but... you didn't accept. duh. you didn't even like him that way! you didn't even treat him like a close friend so why would you fall or accept his love?

so you rejected him. understandable response.

but he wouldn't take it for an answer.

so he constantly pestered you in hopes that you'd finally give in and say yes. which is what led you to your current situation.

"you know, trying to act like my boyfriend..."

"but I'm just practicing for the future that will happen?"

he raises an eyebrow, seemingly confused as you roll your eyes at his reply. you make no move to explain yourself because you knew that he understood what you meant. he's a smart guy after all. he just likes playing dumb to get on your nerves.

and right now he's doing that.

you honestly wanted to just beat him up but that'll never work out in your favor. so you settle for the next best thing and that's to ignore him. and it always works.

turning around to face away from him, you plug in your ear phones and tune his blabbering out as you attempt to ignore him. it worked for a little bit but he always gets irritated the second you lose interest in him.

"hey pay attention to me..."

he whines softly, tugging on your shirt. you continue to ignore him, humming softly as you scroll on social media. oh this is a nice post-

but the second you move your hand to like it, he yanks the phone out of your grip and hides it in his bag. his face displays an annoyed expression, furrowed eyebrows and downturned lips.

you wanted to smack his face so bad. and you were just about to do that until he speaks in a chilling tone.

"you can't keep ignoring me. you know that we'll end up with each other. it's inevitable."

he mumbles before caressing your cheek. you shiver, eyes wide as your blood runs cold. shit! unconsensual touch! unconsensual touch!

but as much as you hated his touch, you couldn't move away for you were too frozen in fear. he always had a way of scaring you with his voice. and he loved to abuse it.

"you're really going to make me mad... so please don't keep resisting. it's not humourous or cute."

he mutters quietly before giggling as he lets go of your face. all you do is stare at him, still frozen in place as you gulp and finally look away.

god damn it. you really should've fought harder to get out of the exchange program.

everyone wants detention

Jughead making his way to the detention session he scheduled for himself. One interesting thing on this one, beside that they added a single jagged line, is that counter to the usual they swap a red sweatshirt for a blue one for Jughead.

Jughead's motivation is oddly pure -- a nice quiet relaxing place to get his homework done. Archie's motives will be different -- first two times out he wants to avoid Moose's fist after chance meetings with Midge. And so comes the physical comedy in his failed attempts to work Mr. Weatherbee's ire.

The difference between these two stories come at the conclusion, one where Archie gets out ahead and frames Moose for punishment and the next where Weatherbee sends Archie into Moose's orbit-- though narrative logic wise I am not sure the former works -- wouldn't that just make Moose madder? I suppose we are in the universe where everything just resets at the end of the story and if Archie was away unscathed he is permanently unscathed.

Enter Betty -- a Dexter Taylor Little Archie version and the mainline version and we have that premise I would generally ascribe to as -- for good or ill -- typical Archie fare, where the character is trying to get detention in order to get with their love interest. And there Little Betty is scaring Little Jughead.

Naturally the attempts are deflected.

In the next go around with Archie, he is wanting to disrupt Veronica's detention time with Reggie, and them wanting to get out of the two dates at once jumble.

The Rule of 3 comes in, with the fourth one tossed in from a couple decades later. Actually oddly the fourth one succeeds -- that story is going on a different direction.

The Little Betty and the 80s Archie story are aligned in basically being the same from start to finish. The O'Henry-lite ending -- once things change and they no longer want detention, they accidentally step in it and get punished. Apparently the janitor has a bit of authority in the decision.

The 1994 Betty story deviates with a different ending with Mr. Weatherbee doing a solid in accommodating Betty. Weird decision for him, or anyone in his position, and in the real world I would question a principal's meddling.

REMEMBER THESE GUYS CAUSE I SURE DO!!! Here is some info we know about them (actor's hcs)

-Rudolph is from Sweden and is a foreign exchange student -Trevor's FULL NAME IS Trevor Lipschitz!! He is Richie's brother!! But he sadly doesn't know about his death. As Jon says in his latest stream; "He was out of town for a couple of weeks studying abroad." -Jon also says that Trevor might be an older brother to Richie or a Twin. So, to be on the safe side, since they are both Seniors, we could say that Trevor and Richie are twins, but Trevor is more mature or just came out a minute early.

the touden siblings wouldve love being in the scouts at least a little. but this made me realize i Do Not Know what other countries' scouts activities are? here we do marching drills and train camping skills (usually learning rope knots and a little bit of first aid) mostly. no selling cookies.
