I actually did pretty well today, I’m getting back into restriction, idk how many calories but I’m gonna try to get back into logging
breakfast:
I wasn’t gonna eat breakfast but my friend gave me a tiny mini muffin and a stick of gum that lasted me for 4 classes
lunch:
monster <mango loco>
dinner:
mom made meat loaf so I had a small serving of meat loaf, some mashed potatoes, corn
desert + snacks:
this cookie casserole thingy my mom made that had fruit in it, I only had a small portion with about 1 tablespoon of coconut milk whipped cream
I had this lifesavers gummy thing, some starburst, and a small pouch of skittles
then I made an iced pumpkin spice mocha latte (soo good)
I also had a grapefruit sparkling water (15 cals)

1. Today
I just came back from a party and i feel like shit. I didn't eat much but the fact that almost half of the girls there were skinnier and more beautiful than me just triggers me like a lot and made me so conscious of my body. I truly believe that this illness makes us all a little more lonely not only because we try to keep it a secret but because there's that necessity of comparison, calculating our value not only with the scale but with others.
I just wished I could stop thinking so much.
