i know we're all losing it at this sudden insight we've gained in the [tarik voice] uhhh why is there a drone in my face scene, so i wanted to pull out some moments from previous books in which murderbot uses drones to look at people and see how differently they read if we now assume said drones are hovering inches away from their faces. reviewing my notes to look for examples is how i found out that mb doesn't pilot drones to look at people's faces until FT/NE, with one exception, and it's a doozy:

When it [the drone] reached Wilken, I had it stop and hover in front of her face for twenty-six seconds. Okay, so I was a little angry. (RP, ch. 5)

so like, it knows putting a drone in somebody's face is gonna freak them out, and it uses that to fuck with a human that pissed it off. lol.

that's really the only moment in the first four books where mb could conceivably be droning right up in someone's business, and it's made explicit. so i don't think we missed anything there. FT and NE are another story. here are some of my favorite moments:

Indah faced me and asked, "You have experience at this?" Watching her via the drones, I kept my gaze on the Starchy Foods!!! sign, which had little dancing figures around it which I guess were supposed to be starchy foods. (ch. 1)

there's something about having a drone in your face while you're trying to talk to a person who is staring very seriously at a whimsical sign that contains three exclamation points...

Indah stared at Tural. So did I, with my drones. (ch. 2)

MULTIPLE drones in face incident! plus your boss giving you the eyeball?? tural is doing their best u guys please have mercy!

He [one of Mensah's assistants] was used to me and used to confidential council stuff, so he didn’t even glance up at my drones, just nodded to us and slipped out as we stepped in. (ch. 6)

whose job is it to tell newly hired assistants "ignore it" when there's a drone in their face? it's probably part of the standard onboarding procedure at this point tbh.

Then me, Aylen, and Indah were standing in the office looking at each other. Or they were looking at me and my drones were looking at them. (ch. 6)

mexican standoff if instead of guns you had eye contact and also one of the people involved doesn't like making eye contact. or something.

The drone I had watching [Mensah's] face increased magnification, its low-light filter rendering her features in black and white. (ch. 2)

POV you're having a tense conversation about trauma therapy in the dark with a little flying camera buzzing around your head. just little secunit teammate things! (i actually think mensah finds this very comforting though. she smiles at the drone four pages later <3)

I wanted to use my drones to look at [Amena], but while that was calming for me, it wouldn’t be for her. (ch. 3)

hmm would it not be calming for amena to have something hovering in her face right when she's about to be abducted by raiders? ya think??

I had a drone view of Amena watching the hand scanner, her brow furrowed in half-wince, half-concentration. (ch. 6)

it doesn't have to be like this [mb 🤝 performing surgery] when it can also be like this [putting a drone in amena's face 🤝 mb 🤝 performing surgery]. mb has two hands (metaphorically)

My drone watched [Amena] eyeing me. (ch. 20)

every time mb says it sees through a drone that someone is watching it gets 200% funnier if this means that the person is deliberately ignoring the drone invading their personal bubble in order to look at the person that is outside of their personal bubble. like that's commitment.

[Mensah] came and sat down next to me in the lounge and I adjusted a drone to be able to get a view of her face. (ch. 20)

read: "a drone zoomed down from where it was circling above my head and stopped an inch in front of mensah's nose." i mean, you don't have to read it that way, it's never made explicit and i'm not the boss of you. but isn't it fun to imagine?

#there is a LOT to say about mb and gaze and i will say a little more about it in the next post #but this is still barely even scratching the surface #i honestly was super surprised by how few examples there are of mb using drones to watch people in lieu of using its eyes #it feels like that happens all the time but it's actually not that common (or at least not mentioned very often)#mostly because in the first four books mb actually uses security cameras for this purpose more than drones #(in FT and NE it has access to drones but not security cameras)#anyway i'll get into that more in the next post <3 #the murderbot diaries #murderbot #mb gaze #mb sc #system collapse spoilers #my posts

(/rp, not irl!) OKAY SO! What i think about q!Phil, q!Missa, and q!Forever's relationships in the QSMP;

In my head, q!Philza and q!Missa started out as just co-parents when they were assigned each other to take care of Chayanne. Then they became more like, platonic husbands but I wouldn't say queerplatonic? Like, they felt getting married was just easier but didn't really have the relationship or level of commitment/care a Queerplatonic or romantic relationship would have. Then they started caring for each other, spending time together and having fun, and entered a weird in-between state of tbh they could go either way ya know?

Then Missa started catching feelings. He didn't mean to, honest! But just, the way Phil would worry and cared for him and their son, the time they spent together, how could he not fall for the Death touched Angel? But he wasn't ever sure how to broach it, sometimes he felt as if Phil felt the same but other times it was obvious Phil didn't so it was just a mess, and he wasn't willing to ruin what they had.

(More about Phil's feelings and Forever's part in all this under the cut, its long sorry not sorry lol)

Meanwhile Phil is both Oblivious and very in denial about any feelings, or people trying to point out there may be feelings at all. I'm unsure if id stick q!Phil on the Ace Spectrum or romance just isn't a priority (or if he's just resistant to the idea of it for whatever reason), but either way he cant fathom the idea that people have actual feelings for him, nor that he might have them himself, so he doesn't really look too deep on his feelings and often brushes them away if he's presented with the idea that it may be real.

So what if being with Missa feels like they were the only people in the world? If the way Missa takes care of their son gives Phil light fuzzy feelings in his chest? If having to say goodbye for who knows how long felt like a hole was punched in his chest, and when he came back Phil suddenly felt like the weight of the world was lifted? He cares about his friend, his platonic husband, that's it! Its def not anything romantic pssh that would be ridiculous...

Meanwhile q!Forever, oh poor Forever.

Admittedly in the beginning it was mostly a joke. The resemblance to Brunim, while at first glance, may be strong but to Forever they didn't look alike at all once you got close, in all the small ways that mattered most really. It was funny to tease and poke and get attached to the lookalike but then oh, oh how it stopped being a joke. (Forever refuses to think about there's a good reason why him and Brunim are apart, for both their own sakes)

And maybe, just maybe, for a while it was becuase how much Forever missed Brunim that he got attached to q!Phil, that he started to feel feelings for the man, but if you look close you can see those feelings started to become real, he honestly and genuinely started to fall for Philza. No more mirror images to chase, no, now Phil felt like standing in the heavy rain, every drop stinging but it was so so cleansing, healing, refreshing. Every time Forever got him to laugh felt like a personal victory he'd ride the high of for days, and every sharp, hurtful word was taken with a forced laugh or fake smile and it would linger and haunt his mind.

Forever tried, he really did, but it felt like nothing he could say or do would convince Phil of his real feelings, often slipping up or saying the wrong things and it was Forever's own damn fault, nobody to blame but himself. And maybe he didn't handle this all the best, maybe got to obsessive or said things that went to far but to be honest Forever didn't really know love any other way and was trying to unlearn the worst parts of himself the best he could. It didn't help Forever is really prone to self-destructive behavior when things are going good. And he tried to leave it be, he promises he tried to give up, to let go but the blond Angel had rooted himself, utterly and entirely into Forever's heart and he couldn't bring himself to cut his love for Phil out.

And q!Phil? Well, it was complicated becuase he did genuinely like the man. Forever was funny and for the most part the "crush", if he could call it that, was amusing at best and just annoying at worst times, and even if Forever was annoying or often went too far, Phil knew there was a good man there. He saw it when Forever gave it a rest and they'd have conversations that would last forever. He saw it when Forever would make him laugh until he couldn't breathe or when Forever took care of the eggs as fiercely as Philza did and when the man cried becuase he was so upset at even the idea of loosing any of the kids, and every lose hurt personally. And though he didn't often think to hard on it, sometimes when the other blond would smile or laugh, Phil felt like he was being shone on by the sun, warm, bright, burning, piercing, overwhelming. The quiet moments when Forever would drop all pretenses and masks and just let himself be, in happy, soft, or sad moments made Phi's chest sing.

But Philza couldn't ignore how the fact he was just a stand in hurt in ways Phil wasn't able to explain and to be honest didn't understand why it bothered him so much, it was never a big deal until it suddenly was. Every time Forever assumed something about him or didn't bother to figure out just was another stab in the heart and Phil just got so angry at the fact that Forever tried to say otherwise, but ultimately his affection wasn't real, and he didn't like being played with. Sure he didn't think Forever was doing it maliciously but he just wanted Forever to just stop! Stop how it hurt, how confused it made Phil. He just wanted it to stop being so confusing, to stop questioning these feelings buried deep within his chest. Plus even if wasn't so complicated, some part of him recognizes he also cares deeply about Missa and since they're married, even if its just platonically, its a commitment Phil is committed too so it feels like a betrayal.

Someone tell this man about the wonders of Polyamory!

Meanwhile Forever and Missa are mostly cautious but also a bit hostile towards each other at first, becuase that's competition in their eyes, a threat of their loves, but in the end they chill becuase they realize its neither of their choices and also the other isnt... bad per say. Maybe they even have a understanding becuase they recognize they both love and care for Phil. Maybe they even come to like and even care about the other in the future, who knows.

So, tldr;

Phil has feelings for both Missa and Forever, some more complicated then others, but he both refuses to admit it to even himself or even fathom he could like someone, let alone two people, and his view on Forever still only liking him becuase of his ex made it a lot more complicated becuase he feels hurt. But he has two hands, that's important to remember!

Missa is very in love with Philza but is both too hesitant to say anything, lest he ruin their relationship they have now, and becuase he's been away so much. He really didn't like Forever, both becuase of the "he just likes me becuase I look like his ex" becuase it clearly hurt phil, but he chilled a bit when he realized Forever wasn't a bad person, just complicated and did really love and care for Phil as well, and being hostile towards each other just made Phil more upset. Now they're cool, if not a bit sure about each other, and maybe even come to like or care for each other too later but who knows.

Forever originally liked Philza becuase he looked like Brunim as a joke, and maybe even some of his infatuation started becuase of it too, but he really did come to see Philza as his own person and come to care and even fall in love with Phil for real. However Forever recognizes he's messed up a lot and often still does, but he's trying so hard to both be better and give Philza space but he cant stop loving Phil no matter how hard he tries. Same as above for him and Missa, its complicated but Forever has chilled and is trying hard to work on his jealousy issues. He thinks Missa isnt that bad and might even come to like or care for each other too later but who knows.

Later on, once they all work out their issues and Phil both stops being a oblivious fuck and realizes that Forever really does honestly and truly love him for him, they end up in a polyamory. Its Philza dating them both but maybe end game has Missa and Forever dating too idk lol.

slightly mama mia inspired , taking place in greece , a group of friends are reunited for their friends wedding . this would be a skeleton group , each friend having pre - established connections to one another that will for sure bring some drama forward and help provide plot & character development .

a group of musicians embark on a summer tour , each of them either in a band / group / or a solo artist . locations would change as they tour around the world .

small town with very fleshed out locations , town history , and tight - knit friend group . elements could be added to make the plot have more to it . such as rival groups in town , the group had a friend disappear , they were all at the scene of a crime , ect . we could come up with something together to give the simple plot a little something more !

a cruise rp , either all rich / celebs filming a reality show while aboard or just normal ole' friends who promised each other a big trip .

slightly inspired by miss peregrine's home for peculiar children , this plot would include some supernatural elements . a group of peculiars , people with powers , have been living in the same town for years in peace until suddenly it seems they're being tracked down by a skilled , unknown hunter . or a boys inspired rp , again humans with powers but more grounded in reality . i've never really done a supernatural / superhuman group before but i think it could be really fun and there are so many different routes to go down

rich kids / celeb rp with a secret society aspect .

if you have any other ideas you've been dying to bring to life , i'm also open to hearing other suggestions . again , i want something the both of us would love to create .

BEST EXPERIENCE? I do have a bunch of threads like that rn that touch my soul in unspeakable ways, they get me eager to see more and more <3. Some more specific and old muses come to mind tho, as they were remarkable experiences in general: my babies, Dammion and Lee. Both had a fantastic range, they were very difficult muses to deal with, and this was never, ever, ignored within their threads. They belonged to different closed rp groups, and I LOVED how even though they were generally challenging and hateful guys, the OOC community was so nice and accepting of me lol. It was a really fun experience and I'm proud to say how consistent I felt while writing them! tbh Lee is still on my muse's list, though it's a 'nerfed' version of him.

RP PET PEEVES?: over-formatted replies. random porn/personal/bots following me.

FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT? fluff and angst mostly, i've been having a hard time writing smut lately.

PLOTS OR MEMES?: i used to go with 'plot', but now I do think memes allow more freedom and spontaneity. I'll go with brainstorming sometimes tho

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES?: depend on the plot and situation? but I love to give and receive exciting things to work with (or at least I hope I do that lol). I'll go with whatever works best with the situation

TIME TO WRITE?: ngl, 2024 has been........ slow. I was supposed to get something done this weekend, but I had the THIRD (!!!!) food poisoning of the year and had to postpone the second part of that surgery, and I'm feeling so out of energy

okay while we’re thinking about lore that never happened. opinions on the Dream and Eryn storyline that might have been.

iirc from cc!Eryn’s pitch, the idea that was Eryn would have been on Dream’s side or something and then hurt a friend and realized the error of his ways or what have you? Honestly don’t remember the details but I don’t remember thinking it was too interesting. Probably bc I had the impression it centered too closely on the notion that no one could possibly align with Dream’s goals, and that Dream is Manipulation Incarnate etc etc.

I was more interested in Eryn + Dream possibilities that could focus on them gaining a sincerely neutral/positive relationship based on, ya know, treating each other with respect, that could then be poisoned by Eryn learning about Tommy. Like, for all the noise made about “but what if so and so learns about exile!!!!!”, Eryn is just about the only character that would actually apply to at this point. Outsider POV can be kinda fun.

Plus, that could be (the first?) actual narrative consequence Dream experiences for exile. (Not counting Sam and Q, because their motivations were complicated as fuck.) I think it would be interesting for Dream’s ruthlessness to cost him a sincere ally.

Anyway. Still not too interested.

I have gotten better at being more active and talking in DMs, sending asks for fun ect. But somedays I’m just too anxious to be active. This is a me problem not anyone else’s… so please don’t think I am ignoring you or anything! Now let’s get to the rules! I don’t have many rules as much as just “general knowledge” you need to know!

1: I will not have anyone follow me if I know they are pedos and much more sickening themes around this spectrum. You will be blocked swiftly. This will be updated more once I can think.

2. Blog is multi-ship! Please remember that! So if I’m doing a ship with two people, each ship is in their own AUS/timeline. There is no cheating involved! 8. If you have an issue with anyone I roleplay with, I recommend blacklisting them. I will tag ALL my roleplay partners so you won’t be able to see them (also you should block them) Now if the person is really toxic/problematic then please do tell me!

9. Over the years I’ve become “block happy”. I will block anyone who makes me uncomfortable, toxic, if you’re a rude anon or just a rude person in general. I’ve come to realize the block button isn’t a bad thing and I have to keep my space as happy and peaceful as possible if I wish to remain on tumblr.

10. Anon is on for now and I accept all anons! Including magic ones! But please don’t use the feature to send hate messages. If you have a problem with me block me. There’s no need for hate to be expressed. If this occurs, anon will be turned off temporarily until I feel like it can be used right once more.

11. I plan to keep my following under 50 maybe 100 (excluding rp sources) this is also just to keep me sane and anxiety-free. I do ask though please only follow if you wish to interact with me! I will read over your blog/rules and see if I can see us interacting with one another! If I don’t follow back immediately after your follow, I’m probably reading over your stuff or not active. 12. For me, meme starters are the easiest way to start a plot with me tbh. I’m not a good plotter and prefer to leave things to fate BUT I can try if my partner wants to! Meme starters or just random starters in my inbox are the best and easiest for me!

13. I’m willing to write NSFW topics but only with people I’m comfortable with completely! So that means only moots that I’m completely comfortable with or know them a little! Or if you wish, we can do the next day thing!

14. I’m not picky with reply length as long as it’s not a one-liner. I can not work with those. I will drop any threads that are like that. I personally try to match my partners length but you don’t have to! As long as it’s not a one-liner I’m fine as can be!

15. I am dyslexic. I sometimes spell words wrong or string sentences together that make no sense. Please don’t be rude about my spelling mistakes. All I ask is you DM and I’ll fix the messed up sentence when able if needed!

16. Activity on this blog is VERY low. Due to this, I will run a queue for reblogs, asks and threads.

Hey Gio!!! I’ve missed seeing you on my dash! How have you been?

To answer your question, I gotta first be completely honest with ya! All my ships tend to start out with that little grain of humor or irony in them.

Like SCP-8713, her entire ship with 106 started out because they were so completely against the very concept of each other and would, logically, duke it out to the death on very sight. So that in mind, making them start this twisted romance that was a kind of moral greying arc for 8713?? It sounded hilarious! THEN I GOT ATTACHED, and now they’re a thrice divorced, on again off again married couple!

It’s like… if I ship it, it’s gotta have something more than just the cuteness alone to make it stick, and that’s where the humor comes in! Because I find it funny, I ship it even harder and it moves into my brain rent free!

Now, the weirdest ship I’ve ever roleplayed: that’s Ben and his love affair with water bottles. It has been mentioned and brought up in rps and I do roleplay that all of the events have happened and lowkey do continue to happen. Why? Well, because he’s Benjamin Kondraki, that’s why!

Funny stories though, hmmmm, I won’t lie, I don’t have a ton of just overtly funny stories I can relay because a lot of them are very time and place oriented! They’re funny but in a ‘you had to be there’ type of way! So I wouldn’t be doing them Justice by talking about them in the past tense, y’know???

Gamzee had invited Nepeta over to his hive. They barely hung out so it was a good idea to spend a bit of time together. At first, they just talked, mainly about Equius and his… rather strange form of roleplaying when talking to Gamzee. Then they talked about Karkat for a bit, which made Nepeta all too happy. But soon they ran out of topics, guess that's what happens when you don't know too much about each other, and that's when Gamzee got a motherfucking brilliant idea.

TC: HeY yOu WaNnA kNoW wHaT's MoThErFuCkInG fUn As AlL hElL, lItTlE sIsTeR?

AC: :33 < what?

TC: GoOeY mIrAcLeS!

AC: :33 < oh?

AC: :33 < what's that?

Gamzee went to the kitchen, a few loud clangs and a bit of glass shattering following shortly after. He soon came back with a tin filled with a thick green substance, and a smile plastered on his face.

Nepeta perked up as she eyed the strange treat.

He sat back down on the couch, holding up the gooey treat to her face. Nepeta took a whiff before immediately digging into it.

She hadn't eaten in a while, so she scarfed it down as fast as she could.

AC: :33 < don't worry i'll be purrfectly fine!

She attempted to stand up just to show how fine she would be, only to immediately fall face-first to the ground. Gamzee let out a chuckle as he got up and helped her back up.

TC: HeHe SeE? nEeD tO bE mOtHeRfUcKiN cArEfUl WiTh ThIs ShIt.

He guided her back to the couch, sitting her on his lap. Nepeta puffed out her cheeks slightly and pouted.

AC: :33 < i'm finnne s33?

She waved her arms in front of his face, earning another chuckle from the clown. She was clearly out of it.

AC: :33 < all my arms are where they're supposed to be!

TC: HeHe YeAh, BoTh YoUr FlEsHy LiTtLe GrAb StIcKs.

Gamzee gently grabbed her gloved hand, In hopes of keeping her still.

She quickly pointed at their interlocked hands with her other one.

AC: :33 < s33 there's one right now!

TC: HeHe YeAh I sEe It!

Honestly, Gamzee could stay like this forever, just holding her. But he could feel his own high slowly fading away. Despite pies making 80% of his diet, with the other 20% being Faygo and anything else he could find around his hive, it still faded pretty quickly if he didn't eat too much of it.

TC: YoU wAnT sOmE mOrE, mY sIsTeR?

Nepeta violently nodded her head and waved her arms!

AC: :33 < gimme more miracles!

TC: OkAy BuT wE'rE gOnNa TaKe OuR mOtHeRfUcKiN tImE tHiS tImE.

Gamzee got up, carrying Nepeta in his arms to the kitchen. He sat her on the countertop and grabbed another pie. When he pulled it away from her, Nepeta tried to reach out and grab some. He grabbed a hand full of the green slop and slurped it into his mouth. Pushing it all to one side of his mouth, repeating the process till his cheeks were puffed out.

AC: :33 < hehe your face looks funny!

Nepeta continued to snort laugh until Gamzee came closer and cupped her face. Before she could process what he was doing, Gamzee brought her lips to his, pushing half the goop into her mouth and swallowing what was left, He kept her there for about a minute, before releasing her.

TC: YeAh I'm MoThErFuCkIn HiLaRiOuS.

They both laughed, almost howling, as they repeated the process over and over until there were no more pies. By the time they finished both of them were giddy and doped up beyond the belief. Gamzee was still standing there holding Nepeta close as she nuzzled up against him.

TC: YoU hAvE fUn?

Nepeta looked up at him, her face a mix of tired, embarrassed, and happy.

AC: :33 < yeah...that was a lotta fun.

Gamzee picked her back up and returned to the couch.

They didn’t say a word to each other for the rest of their time together, and honestly, he was fine with that.

It was nice just having someone to hold.

so i wanted to share some thoughts i have as a writer of a female oc. not particularly negative, but just some of my anxieties which is why rory’s muse comes and goes, especially a lot as of late.

i’m aware people see female characters and run bc notoriously most have been only interested with writing ships. i’m aware most people don’t like the idea of a female character with a traumatic back story like rory’s. i’m aware that writing an original character with an original lore is daunting, bc i myself take a while to fully familiarize myself with another person’s original lore.

when i created rory she was a study on love and self-sacrifice, and defining unconditional love and why it’s a fragile concept, and what people do to feel like they deserve to be loved. this is the essence and core of her character and how i write her reflects on that. i know this reads as: i want ships. i promise you, it’s not. in fact, i think on this blog i only have maybe three fully fledged romantic ships? and prior to that in the 7 years i’ve written rory i’ve only had two ( and they were with the same mun ) . and each is such a different dynamic from there, and in the end that’s what i’m looking for to explore in writing. dynamics. i want to write happy endings and tragedies. and that doesn’t necessarily involve romance.

my other point: is the sheer amount of effort that i feel like i put to even establish baseline interactions here. one of the things that originally put me off rp was the sheer lack of reciprocity. if i just wanted to write, i’d write in a word document. but what i’m looking for is interaction, excitement, someone who absolutely loves rory as much as i love their muse. sometimes being on rory is exhausting, because i feel like i do all the work in brainstorming. so if it seems like i only write with a handful of people? it’s because just writing and talking with them is a good experience that i value. and i know that, but i always end up feeling guilty for not reaching out to more people. and so on and so forth.

i’m not vagueing anyone, honestly. it’s just become stark clear for me that my own original character, my so called comfort character, is not fun, she feels like a chore, she doesn’t feel like someone i can write in my lowest who would cheer me up and she used to be, and i’ve just been trying to pinpoint why. maybe i take it too seriously. maybe i need to chill out a bit and be more spontaneous about it. idk. ya girl’s been strugglin.

happy december 25th, ava ! I remember finding you when we were both on different blogs so many years ago, and I remember being just as astounded by the stories you crafted then as I am now. I fell off of watching AHS before apocalypse (in 2015 with hotel is the last time I watched, I think) but I've seen various clips of Michael over the years and the way you nail him is amazing. He's more than just a cardboard cutout on your blog - through you and your writing, those of us lucky enough to have you on the dash experience the full spectrum of his motivations and the thought processes and experiences that lie behind his decisions. Watching the ship you've developed with kim when it comes to him and alice is such a fun thing to be able to see - the depth and how far they've both grown and changes through their interactions with one another is what tumblr rp is all about honestly and I'm so psyched to see two people who have found that. I'm so thankful we have run into one another again and my goal in 2023 is to not be such a snail so Lucas will be replying to Michael (i think he's still in shock, tbh lmao) shortly.

GDI. Lucas, you just know how to make me absolute mush! Cue me lazing around all day instead of writing because my head hurts, then unsuspectingly looking at my notifs to find this ask that now makes me want to ugly-sob 🥺 Ngl I reread it multiple times. I'm so floored to receive such a big compliment! More than just a cardboard cutout is what got me, I kid you not, because all I aspire to do with this character is to give him depth, peel down the layers from what canon gave us and if you do that with a villain, you constantly wonder if you make him suddenly seem too soft. Or here and there too brutal. Etc. Because I know many people only pick up on what they see on the surface and everything adding depth is too much for them to handle lol

Speaking of depth, it's, aside from being mutuals so we can secretly hate each other, one reason why I'm constantly honored to see you on my dash. The rpc got so ripe with snippet shitposts for instant gratification that I'm glad to have a dash filled with people who put thought into their muses. And you are no doubt one of them. Luckily, though, because idk shit about Spooks and fictional Lucas since I don't even have access to the show in my country, so I rely on your narration and headcanons. You're always such a motivation with the hot tea you sprinkle in too. A perfect mix of unapologetic honesty and a good cup of humor. I'm happy we found each other again ❤️

You are one of the strongest effing people on this whole site, how much you went [and go!] through and still have this healthy optimism which you share. I hope you know how inspiring that is.

Also, don't even get me started on my ship with Kimberly because how our muses instantly clicked and ended up in an actual romance? We both were surprised af. On my old blog/muse and a different OC of hers we wrote as well, but these two didn't click and it really is like... gambling. You don't know what you get. I just love their dynamic so much! There are genuine emotions, not everything goes smooth and they have their own secrets, bringing out the best/worst in each other and I just! I was going to hold onto this a little longer, but the announcement for the H.allowe'en Bash in the parks brought this to the forefront of my mind. BECAUSE! I saw your announcement and my brain was like 'That's totally because of Amy'. It's so natural and normal to me because YOU made it natural and normal.

I know it's cliché and an overused statement... But your O.ogie is the main one for me. I see anything in canon or merch, I think of your boy. It's been... Sheesh, it'll be nine years in just under a week since I set up my original Jack indie blog I swear I'm going back to it once I have more time I swear ;A; and got to meet you. I've had a LOT of time to see you grow and develop, and honestly you've gone from strength to strength. Even when you feel you've hit a point of stagnation, you find a workaround and revitalise yourself once you've had a chance to step back and recover.

Not only that, every single character you have is a joy to interact with. They're so varied and interesting. Every dynamic is so unique and I've never once felt like we were repeating ourselves. You've taken O.ogie and developed him in a way that he can interact with waaaay more characters than he might otherwise have, and I love it! Yes, let's swap out the Mayor with another mayor for a while and see what happens! Let's put the S.anta Clause in place and make Wilf be in charge of Ch.ristmas Town! Let's give O.ogie the most annoying imaginary friend possible!

You embody the joy of crossover RP that I think a lot of people have forgotten over the years. It's supposed to be wacky and absolutely unpredictable, yet makes perfect sense when you stop and think about it. And not only that, you're so open, friendly and supportive. Nothing is impossible knowing I have you in my corner, and you'd best know I'm carrying pom-poms and am ready to cheer you on for every single idea and project you have.

I intend for this to continue for a long while yet because I don't know what I'd do without you!!!

[● I don't normally post shit about this but in a roleplay I was doing somewhere, my character died and went to hell so I drew a completely different oc with the wounds they received

Major content warning for self harm, head trauma, needles (the sewing kind), skin peeling, and just. Gore in general. I was proud of this tho so I'm showing you like it's something I killed as a cat or smth. There's significance for each wound and I accidentally added more than 51 needles (it's important they have 51 needles in their skin)

Nobody asked but each wound has significance and I want to explain because me when this rp is important to me

The cuts on their arm were caused by them whenever things were getting too heated for them and they needed to calm down

Someone tried to blow then up which caused some of their face skin to burn off

The gash on their head is a reopened brain surgery scar that saved their life from something someone else did to them

There are gunshot wounds in their head because they shot themself, which killed them and sent them to hell

There are 51 needles in their skin that must stay in for 51 weeks because they were touched 51 times by someone when they didn't want to be (not in a sexual way, mostly normal physical contact or unnecessary attacks)

And additional scars were caused by hooks because hee hoo horror movie reference

There will be more torture done to them because they're literally a resident of hell. They killed people when they were alive and now their methods are being used on them. I know it's my character getting tortured but it's more fun than the mental fuckery that happened every other fifth minute. Plus I get to come up with more cool gorey shit to do to my own character and make them look even cooler and fucked up. Ok that's the post see ya-]

The fair was..nice. He couldn’t believe that even someone like him could still have so much fun here. Yusuke had adrenaline for all these rides and that’s exactly what he had done. He rode the roller coasters, which were fun but if he had to make one complaint is that it wasn’t fast enough. Sure there were times he was in fear of falling out of his seat but to think of how much more scared he’d be if the ride was so much faster. He also tried some games here and there, even spotted one of the kiddos having trouble with the shooting ring. The boy tried and tried but nothing he fired even hit.

“Hmm, regular folks can see things like this either way.” He spoke as he spoke a spot to hide but in clear shooting distance behind the child. “C’mon kid, don’t quit on me now.” Yusuke spoke with a hushed tone under his breath taking aim with a single finger, the boy in question was saddened but he was stubborn enough to give this one more try, even his parent now came at his side to cheer him on. “You can do it son.” The man said, encouraging his child. “Oh he’ll do it alright pops.”

He clears his senses, listening for that ‘click’ everytime he pulled the trigger and each time that happened Yusuke shot what he would dub now his ‘spirit pea shooter’. Little thufts of spiritual energy merging with the air to be invisible to the naked eye and once they’re crashed against a target the nthe board will light up with another small ringing tone heard. The boy continues shooting and shooting and Yusuke followed suit hitting all the targets worth the highest points until the boy’s gun ran out of ‘ammo’. Checking the points that he’d scored the man was impressed and had no choice but to offer the child a choice between his biggest stuffed dolls.

“OH YEAAAH.” The boy cheered happily as he took the lil chibi alligator and continues laughing as he walks off with his old man, leaving Yusuke there now coming out of his hiding spot with a smile on his face. “There ya go kiddo that’d make sure you go home smiling.” He smiles himself, still happy to see that if the ramen business DOES crumble then at least he can be a clown or somethin’. Eyes then turned to spot a woman looking at him, huh, was she looking at him this whole time? Did she ACTUALLY see him shooting the targets? Nah, he must have just looked like some goof out of place making finger guns. Consider a regular human shouldn’t be able to see his spirit energy unless he wanted them to. “Ah, so…nice night we got huh.”

Okay okay okay so we ALL know that at this point bc Fundy is an orphan, Technoblade is gonna try to kill him mercilessly, right?

But consider this: (it'll take a bit more exposition before getting to the headcanon im sorry i over explain everything)

Okay so Fundy has been pulled through abdolute shit between Wilbur, Schlatt, Wilbur again, Phil not liking him (from a character pov) Wilbur again, and if it turns out Eret is only adopting him to get back at Dream, then you can add them to that mix as well.

And again, we all know how much Techno hates orphans.

Picture this though, if you will:

Fundy is outside during a thunderstorm on the day that would have been his wedding (this is assuming that Eret forbade Fundy and Dream getting married in revenge) and is just a mess. He's been through so much and has nothing to show for it.

And Technoblade comes up behind him. Fundy can't give the energy to care anymore and just tells him to do it.

"Do what?"

"Kill me. Just do it already, Techno. I've had everything taken from me- hell my own father got taken away and left me behind before he even died. Kill me, Techno, no physical injur can hold a candle to the hell I've already been through."

And now Techno had his trident out- because he needs it to travel ya know- and he quietly puts it away and takes off his big king cape and just- drapes it over Fundy's head, protecting him from the rain. And then he sits down next to Fundy and they sit and watch the dark and flashing sky together for a while.

Now we skip further along after that quiet and rainy day, and whenever Fundy is being chased by mobs or other people, Techno comes in without a single word and kills them instantly. He never says a word to Fundy and Fundy never says a word back. Whenever someone starts to yell at Fundy or starts to talk over him, Techno comes in and either hits them over the head and scolds them for some other reason, or looms in the background with his axe or crossbow drawn, silencing them instantly.

And one day, Techno wakes up and finds Fundy a distance away from his base, just...there. He looks sad, longing almost. They stare at each other for a moment and then Fundy walks away.

It happens again and again and again.

And then one day Techno hears a knock on the door.

He answers in full netherite and his crossbow, only to find Fundy drenched in the rain looking lost and upset.

"Uh...Sapnap lit my house on fire...and Phil won't let me stay at his place...I just-"

Techno throws a towel at him, cutting Fundy off. When Fundy still doesn't move Techno looks back expectantly at him.

"Well? Don't stand in the rain, you're gonna get the towel drenched and then you can't use it."

Fundy looks around for cover from the rain, but the only place is Techno's base.

Techno, tired of waiting for Fundy to catch on, drags him inside and makes potato soup for the two of them.

In the form of a silent agreement, Fundy spends the nights at Techno's base until his house is rebuilt.

But...Fundy's house never gets finished. No one knows why even.

Sometimes other people on the server will see Fundy and Techno in a field in the distance, both in full netherite and looking like they're ready to rip out each others throats. They leave the scene, nit really wanting to onserve as Techno obliterates another sad orphan, but they never do catch sight of the mobs they were truly fighting, or the wooden swords in their hands as they spar.

Sometimes they'll all be in a big room at an event, and someone will notice the way Fundy or Techno will make a remark and the other will snort with amusment.

And the parts that no one sees, are the times where Fundy and Techno bond in the base underground. They have fun making the best gear in the game and enjoy planning chaos for the rest of the server- a server that brought nothing but wrongs to Fundy, and a server that never listened to Techno.

I just- Techno/Fundy team up, while unrealistic in the bounds of the current rp, would be amazing okay. I would kill for a Techno/Fundy team up ;-;
