By now, who doesn’t know about “The Good Doctor” series. The character of “Shawn Murphy'' has bedazzled the internet. The series is about a resident doctor who has been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, which makes it difficult for him to communicate with people, and Savant Syndrome, which enhanced his abilities in the field of Medicine. To be honest, this is one of the best medical dramas ever, better than Grey’s Anatomy and if anyone watches it they’ll know why. It is quite entertaining but at the same time maintains the accuracy of how things happen in a hospital and medical world.

ODDBALLS is a great fun filled show with the main character self James and his crocodile friend Max. Oddballs is a Netflix series created by James Rallison and Ethan Banville .The series is based on and related to James Rallison’s YouTube channel, TheOdd1sOut. In the little town of Dirt, James, a bubble-shaped teenager, has observations on life which encourage his funny complains about  everyday annoyances and takes them to comical heights . Along with his best friends Max, a talking crocodile and a trustworthy partner and  Echo, a girl who claims to be from the future, James’ stupid plans usually end up leading to disaster. This show is in short episodes of 20 minutes, but they are sure to fill your atmosphere with joy and happiness.

Pasta or Impasta??

Recently, on a bright, Sunday morning, I was scrolling through my Instagram feed as usual and felt extremely idle. Until…A scrumptious looking pasta recipe appears on my screen and a sense of motivation fills me as I get up from my sofa and rush to the kitchen in eagerness to try it out. I got my ingredients out and lined them up neatly. As the video goes on, I try my best to follow it step by step and as precisely as I can. Everything was going great and as the last step neared, my excitement grew. At last, when I poured the hot red pasta onto a plate for a final taste test, I was shocked. As soon as the bite entered my mouth I felt like spitting it out. And I realized that I had used sugar instead of SALT. I dreaded my amateur mistake as I stared at my plate of a sweet pasta disaster, an EPIC FAILURE.

It is an interesting show to watch when procrastinating doing homework and ditching friends.

Durian Milk Candy recipe

Durian is a fruit. It smells bad but tastes good (according to some people). Durian milk candy is really famous in Thailand. This delicious snack is favoured by many and ill be sharing the recipe to it.

Ingredients needed : 

4 cups of durian pulp

4 cups of sugar

2 cups of evaporated milk/ condensed milk

Steps:  1.Durian candy’s main source is from the pulp of a durian. You will start by extracting at least 4 cups of it. 

2.Mix the sugar and milk. Take note of the balance of milk and sugar as well

3.Cook over low fire – The purpose of this is to control the milk and sugar metabolism while heated.Do not try to cook it with an intense fire. If it ever happens, you will have the hardest durian candy. 

You must try your best not to overcook to lessen the waste. 

While cooking, constantly stir it until the mixture thickens.

4.Add the durian pulp – When the mixture becomes slightly thick, add the pulp and continue to stir it until it becomes hard and candy like in consistency.

5.Mold the candy - The cooked candy can be moulded into whatever shape you like. It could be square, rectangular, or even circular. Your personal preferences are what matter.

6.Wrap them up - Using water cellophane, wrap the moulded candies you just finished moulding.

You have it now, then! Candy made from durian that you may enjoy serving to everyone!

I am going to be sharing my experience to Cameron HighLands which is a district located in Pahang, Malaysia.It is a popular tourist destination which is nestled on top of tranquil mountains. A tip to keep in mind is that the bigger the strawberry the sweeter it is.

Bee farms- By visiting these bee farms visitors can learn more about bees and beekeeping, and you also get to know how honey is produced and its various benefits. These bee farms have an indoor maze, shopping gallery, museums, and also have stalls that sell quality honey based products that helps in reducing fatigue, protects skin and reduces muscle pain.

Tes plantations-Visitors can take a tour of tea factories and learn more about how tea is produced. There are stalls and shops where visitors can order a variety of teas along with complementary food and enjoy the sight of the lush green hills and tea plantations. Visitors can also taste the tea made from the tea plantations grown on the hills of Cameron Highlands.

How many times have you craved a sweet treat, but got too lazy to bake some?

Today I got the answer to all your cravings! A quick recipe requires only 2 ingredients.

This recipe is my childhood favourite and it still remains as a timeless desert, infact i still make this every now and then! You won’t believe it when i say that it only takes 2 mins including prep time! Today we are making Oreo Cake! 

Meal Prep time-> 1~2 mins

Utensils needed:

Microwave

A microwavable bowl/cup

Spoon/Fork

Ingredients needed-> Oreos, Milk (room temp)

Method:

Crush Oreos into fine powder (with a fork is fine)

Add few spoons of milk till it becomes a thick consistency of batter. (Typically you can add more Oreos if the batter is too runny) 

Then put the mixture into a mug if not already

Bake in the microwave for 30s(if the batter is still uncooked then you can keep on cooking it at intervals of 20s) 

Enjoy with any toppings you love, eat immediately. (I do not recommend storing in fridge, rather it's advisable to consume almost immediately after) 

And there you have it! You can try your own variations and experiment with it.

Recently I visited Asia's largest bird paradise. The Bird Park is an aviary and bird sanctuary located in Jurong, Singapore. If you haven't visited this place before then you must visit it. It has close to 3500 birds across 400 species. It is famed for impressive aviaries like Lory Loft and unique exhibits like the penguin coast. The most exciting part is feeding starlings and other African birds. The high flyer shows are amazing, you get to witness the world's largest flock of birds swoop into centre stage. A high flying symphony of colors. If you are a bird lover, then you will fall in love with that place.

My Journey to Bali

The encyclopaedia for songs - Shazam

Shazam is an application that uses artificial intelligence technology to detect music. It stores audio fingerprints of songs in a database. When we play a song the application creates an audio fingerprint. Shazam works by analyzing the captured sound and seeking a match based on an acoustic fingerprint which is unique for every song in a database of millions of songs. You can play any music and it can detect the name of the song and the artists within seconds.You can even type in the lyrics of a song you want to know the name of and it will give you very accurate results. It is very convenient because all you need is to download it on your device and then you can use it anywhere, even if you are sitting in a restaurant and you want to know the song playing.
