Ultrasonic Laser Lipo: A Leap Towards Enhanced Health and Well-being
In our pursuit of health and well-being, we often explore various options ranging from rigorous exercise routines to structured diets. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, certain stubborn fat deposits refuse to budge. This is where advancements in medical technology, like Ultrasonic Laser Liposuction (Lipo), come into play. This procedure not only assists in body contouring but can also contribute to overall health improvement. Let's delve into the benefits of Ultrasonic Laser Lipo and how it can enhance your health.
What is Ultrasonic Laser Lipo?
Ultrasonic Laser Lipo is a minimally invasive fat reduction procedure that utilizes ultrasonic waves to break down fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. It targets specific problem areas, allowing for a more tailored approach to weight loss.
Benefits of Ultrasonic Laser Lipo
Improved Cardiovascular Health: Although Ultrasonic Laser Lipo is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle, by reducing excess fat, especially visceral fat around the organs, it can contribute to improved cardiovascular health. Reduced visceral fat is associated with a lower risk of heart diseases and improved metabolic health.
Enhanced Self-esteem and Mental Health: Achieving a desired body shape can significantly boost self-esteem and body image, which in turn can improve mental health. This increased confidence can spill over into different aspects of life, contributing to an improved quality of life overall.
Motivation for a Healthy Lifestyle: The visible results from Ultrasonic Laser Lipo can often act as a motivator for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It can inspire individuals to eat healthier and exercise regularly to maintain the results of the procedure.
Reduced Risk of Weight-Related Health Issues: By assisting with weight loss, Ultrasonic Laser Lipo can help decrease the risk of weight-related health issues such as diabetes, sleep apnea, and certain types of cancers.
A Healthier You with Ultrasonic Laser Lipo
It's crucial to remember that Ultrasonic Laser Lipo is not a magic solution for weight loss but rather a supplementary procedure to assist in the journey towards a healthier you. It should be used in combination with a balanced diet and regular exercise.
Ultrasonic Laser Lipo can be the jumpstart you need on your health journey, aiding in both the physical transformation and overall health improvement. However, it is always advisable to consult with a medical professional to assess whether this procedure aligns with your specific health goals and conditions.
So, here's to embracing technological advancements like Ultrasonic Laser Lipo on our journey to better health and well-being. Remember, the goal is not perfection but progress, and every step you take towards your health is a victory worth celebrating!

✸ ꒰ morning routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
🎀 Kazuha starts her days by getting straight out of bed! You can take a few minutes just to think about your dreams or to meditate but after you're done get up without thinking so you avoid lazyness. After, head to the bathroom to do your hygiene routine (washing your teeth, face, body, etc.)
After you do your skincare, it's time for makeup, if i had to describe Zuha’s makeup in a few words i would use ‘natural’ ‘light’ and ‘clean’, even tho she uses as many products as other idols I've already talked about (brow pencil, eyeshadow, base makeup, contour, lashes, eyeliner, blush and lip tint), her makeup still pretty much simple, like just to enhance her natural features.
🧸Time to get dressed, Kazuha usually wears tops or basic t-shirts with baggy sweatpants, the colors she wears the most are white, black and gray. stylize the outfit with a beret or sunglasses!
Finally for breakfast, a good option is to have a sandwich with coffee, however any recipe that includes a lot of veggies in it will be ideal!

✸ ꒰ study routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
🩰 One of Zuha's favorite things is trying new things and showing progress! So always make sure to experiment with different study styles, techniques and resources. also, remember that progress is not about going from an F to an A, but about improving slowly and enjoying the path to your goals.
To learn and practice her Korean, Kazuha reviews vocabulary daily, using it on small phrases to memorize their meaning. As a visual learner, she also associates words with drawings and writes in her notebook often.
🥥 And to improve her English she usually practices talking with Yunjin. You can ask a friend to tutor you in any signature you feel you are lacking and make learning fun!

🪷 Kazuha’s most famous charm is her healthy and beautiful body, as well as her flexibility. She workouts everyday in her dorm room, and has a lot of different workout routines, so I decided to make a schedule so you can try them all!
monday -> le sserafim workout (no jumps / low impact), Kazuha new abs workout and full body stretch.
tuesday -> le sserafim workout (short version), Kazuha upper body workout, stretch
wednesday -> le sserafim workout, Kazuha abs workout, stretch
thursday -> le sserafim workout, upper body workout, stretch
friday -> le sserafim workout, kazuha lower abs workout, stretch
saturday -> le sserafim (short), upper body, stretch
sunday -> le sserafim workout (no jumps / low impact), stretch
🌷 Also, you can try and enroll in a ballet class, it's never too late to try!
Tumblr media
✸ ꒰ shower + self care routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
Before taking your shower, take off your makeup with micellar water or an oil based cleanser. Then bath like you would normally do, but start your shower with lukewarm water and finish with a cold rinse!
🦢 Then use a soft foam cleanser to wash your face, let it air dry, and then use a gentle toner, calming ampoule and cream to set the moisture.
Now for self care, Zuha enjoys spending time doing diamond paintings or other kinds of diys, like decorating phone cases. She also videocalls her friends often in her free time, spending time with friends really helps with our mental health! You can also try and make little handmade gifts for your besties.
Tumblr media
✸ ꒰ night routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
🐩 Dinner time! eat a yogurt bowl with nuts and honey (or any toppings you like) and eat it while watching youtube videos.
After eating she takes her journal and writes about her day and her emotions, she tries to be as concise as possible so no matter if she’s tired or doesn't have time she's still able to reflect on her day!
👛 Then she does her last review on the things she's studying, doing this before going to sleep helps you remember it better.
If she's with the members she will obviously watch a scary movie and have fun with her friends before going to bed!
💋 Finally stretch a little in your bed to be more flexible, have a better posture and to help you to fall asleep faster!
Good night!

A landmark systematic review has concluded that regret rate for transgender surgeries is "remarkably low"
Tumblr media
Erin Reed presents a new study that shows that the regret rate for gender affirming surgery is lower than 1 percent.
A recent systematic review published in The American Journal of Surgery challenges the justification used by anti-transgender activists to ban gender-affirming care for transgender youth and restrict it for adults.
The review, conducted by experts from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, concludes that the rate of regret for transgender surgeries is "remarkably low."
Drawing on data from over 55 individual studies, the review finds that regret rates for gender-affirming surgery are less than 1%, significantly lower than regret rates for various other surgical procedures and major life decisions.
Surgeries such as tubal sterilization, assisted prostatectomy, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation have regret rates more than 10 times higher than gender-affirming surgery.
The findings of this review are expected to provide significant support in challenging transgender bans and restrictions in the future.
Tumblr media
Reed concludes:
There is no evidence that transgender people experience high rates of regret for any transgender care, including transgender surgery. On the contrary, gender-affirming care saves lives. A Cornell review of more than 51 studies found that gender-affirming care significantly improves the well-being of transgender individuals and also concluded that regret is rare. Low rates of regret for transgender people are not "suspicious." Rather, they are evidence that the care transgender people seek is important, carefully provided, and helps them live more fulfilled lives.

Complete Guide : How to looksmax & drastically improve your appearance
Looksmaxing refers to the practice of enhancing one's physical appearance through various methods like grooming, skincare, fitness, etc. It's about YOU and feeling the need to constantly remind yourself that you can be better. In this guide, I’m sharing with you ridiculously specific tips to drastically improve your appearance.
body language
Being beautiful is not only about having big lips and a striking jawline. No, it's about the feeling you give to other people, about your energy. Furthermore, it's about how you have embodied your energy. The only way you can embody this truly, is by accepting your authentic energy.
· make eye contact
· keep your head up
· don’t play with your jewelry
· be extremely, obnoxiously confident
· stand up straight, push your shoulders back slightly and open up your chest
· smile more often, it will make you look more charismatic & happy, so you will appear more attractive, as many say “be happy and you will be beautiful”
diet
Proper nutrition plays a crucial role in transforming your skin from the inside out. By eating a balanced diet that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, you can help to maintain healthy, glowing skin. You will not only look your best, but also feel your best. Your diet should look like this :
· low carb
· low sugar
· 3L of water daily
· lots of veggies & fruit
· high protein, fibre & potassium
· only eat organic grass-fed meat (for meat)
· 3 Brazilian nuts a day, they improve your skin health & hair health
· ginger shots, a combination of ginger, freshly squeezed lemon juice & water or coconut water. The health benefits of ginger shots include : decreasing inflammation, calming indigestion, and boosting immunity. Keep in mind that ginger shots are meant to be drunk all at once as a quick shot. Be careful not to drink more than one shot a day since too much ginger can cause heartburn.
makeup
· keep it natural, don’t overdo it and remember, less is more
· curl your lashes & mascara (Dior iconic overcurl is my fave mascara!!)
· contour & bronze cheeks (Chanel bronzer 395)
· wear skin tint, NOT foundation. Less is more.
· sublte white highlight on the inner corner (I recommend dior glow palette) DO NOT grab a white pencil and think it does the job. It doesn’t. It will make you look tacky.
· black or brown liner on the upper waterline
· blend your skin tint in with your hand, then go in bak with a damp beauty blender for a flawless finish
· for a natural eye lift effect, draw a line (with a skin coloured pencil) from your outer crease all the way to the temple & blend in a sculpted effect
lashes & brows
Facial harmony is important to the face, and your eyebrows need to work well with all of your face.
For face harmony ask the eyebrow tech this: the eyebrow arch of the eyebrow should be aligned with the upper orbital rim of your eye, reaching it’s highest point slightly lateral to the outer edge of the iris.
For the length the eyebrow should start at a point above the inner corner of the eye and end diagonally from the outer corner of the eye, extending slightly past it.
Also the thickness of the eyebrows should be balanced and in proportion to your facial features.
Ask to maintain thick eyebrows if you do and ask to get it if you don't. Thick eyebrows are good because thicker eyebrows are preferred for a more youthful appearance like you're still in your 20s. Think of an example as Brooke Shields.
Also the distance between the eyebrows should be approximately equal to the width of one eye.
Furthermore the overall shape of the eyebrows should complement your face natural contours, and tell them to take into account your facial structure and features.
Also, your tech needs to be well skilled and knowledgeable to even know these. So I highly recommend going to a very qualified professional in order to get your brows done. At the end of the day, it’s like you’re giving your beauty in their hands. You alternatively do it at home, remember to be precise.
· get fuller brows : brow serum, micro blading, brow pencil, etc.
· grow out your eyelashes with a mix of aloe vera & castor oil (apply as a serum) or use a lash serum (I recommend Latisse)
· dark brows & lashes are more attractive, in order to darken them here’s some advice :
solutions to darken brows & lashes
· brow tint & eyelash tint
· hybrid dye : lasts up to 7 weeks on the hairs & 10 days on the skin
· tint : lasts up to 4 weeks on the hairs & 3 days on the skin
· brow pommade & brow pencil
skin
· in order to achieve your perfect skin tone, eat more carotenoids.
what are carotenoids?
Carotenoids are yellow, orange & red organic pigments that are produced by plants and algae. Carotenoids give the characteristic color to pumpkins, carrots, corn, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach, salmon, shrimp, kale, broccoli, cantaloupe, papaya, mangoes, oranges, bell peppers, watermelon, apricots, tangerines.
(In summary they are brightly colored fruits and vegetables)
So make sure to include these foods into your diet. If you want a shorter list of the foods that are the highest in carotenoids :
spinach, kale, corn, oranges, bell peppers, tomatoes, watermelon, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, broccoli, carrots.
· get custom spray tan
· get laser hair removal (don’t forget to shave before your appointment)
· smile line removal : volufiline
· for clear skin, STOP eating sugar & dairy
· drink CELERY JUICE everyday for glowing skin
· a rich moisturizer, spf & a good diet is all you need
· it is better to get a real tan, not fake tanner
· laser mole removal
· to prevent ageing, you should SPF every single day, never use tanning beds, never smoke, use a retinoid nightly, wash your makeup off & maintain a skincare routine
· stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated help maintain healthy, hydrated & plump skin
lips
Brushing your lips with a toothbrush. Brushing lips with a toothbrush each day can temporarily increase lip fullness. The brushing may stimulate blood circulation in the lips, leading to temporary redness and slight swelling. This increased blood flow can create the appearance of fuller lips for a short period. Brushing the lips with a toothbrush can help exfoliate the surface layer of dead skin cells, promoting smoother and potentially plumper looking lips, removing the buildup of dead skin cells.
· lip liner (love the Charlotte Tilbury liner & MAC lip pencil)
· ombré lips effect
· keep them plump & glossy
· if you want to whiten your teeth I suggest you get professional teeth whitening or use whitening teeth strips (if you have sensitive teeth, make sure to buy the right kind because you risk damaging the area)
get rid of face fat & bloating
Bloating significantly impacts your appeal by concealing the underlying bone structure, which plays a crucial role in defining the contours of your face.
Without well-defined bone structure, your facial features appear less distinct & with a rounder appearance, and it becomes challenging to achieve the desired prominent cheek bone effect.
This is probably the simplest way to get the perfect jawline ; all you have to do is massage your face regularly. A good massage will boost blood circulation and tone your facial structure. Make sure to start massaging from the bottom to the top, to prevent sagging. In case you’re asking yourself if this really works, believe it does. Stay consistent.
Even though you will hear many people say that 5-6 hours of sleep is sufficient for them, it isn’t enough to look your best. Without 8-10 hours of sleep, your body will start looking tired, and your face will look bloated and fluffy.
· avoid SALT & SUGAR & CARBS
Why? Because salt, sugar & carbohydrates each have distinct effects on your body that contribute to bloating. Refined carbohydrates, as well as excessive sugar intake (particularly added sugars that convert into glucose), can cause blood sugar spikes and subsequently lead to bloating. These substances, such as sugar (glucose), have the ability to draw water from your body or hinder its proper absorption.
· eat POTASSIUM (spinach, kale, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados, spinach, tomatoes, watermelon)
· do intermittent fasting
· rub an ice cube on your skin in the morning, as ice tightens your skin and helps reduce puffiness.
· drink 3L of water daily
It is very important to prioritize the consumption of a substantial amount of water every day. Water plays a vital role in flushing out sodium from the body, effectively reducing sodium levels. Also, water intake helps regulate the body's water balance, preventing unnecessary water retention that can lead to facial bloating and puffiness.
· do face massages
· contour & bronze your cheeks
· mewing : smile with closed mouth and swallow, don’t force your tongue. It’s about keeping your tongue in the correct position at all times. There is also a bunch of videos on YouTube.
IN SUMMARY
· working out
· intermidate fasting and calorie deficit
· drink a ton of water
· try to eat less salt, sugar, carbs
· eat more potassium (bananas, potatoes...)
· rub an ice cube on your skin
hair
· Kerastase shampoo & conditioner and dyson for styling
· when doing a high ponytail or bun, don’t forget to slick back your baby hairs around your ears
· rinse your conditioner with cold water
(locks in the moisture, makes your hair look smooth, shiny & reduces frizz)
· use a scalp massager 5 minutes
(stimulates & exfoliates the scalp)
· do Aloe Vera hair masks
· use homemade rosemary oil
· microfibre towel - dries your hair x2 faster plus it is so much better than a regular towel! Why? Microfibre treats your hair with care to help prevent frizziness
· add coffee to your shampoo (stimulates and exfoliates the scalp). It’s a great alternative to scalp scrubs
· rice water rinse twice a week
body
The ideal waist to hip ratio backed by science is 0.6. The target 0.6 ratio is ideal and is genetic, so don't blame yourself if your natural physique doesn't fit it. Enhancing it to 0.6 requires hard work & surgery, implants if you're not naturally gifted. 0.6 is ideal and 0.7 is average. It's bone structure / genetic, if you're already slim and don't have 0.6 it's not your fault. You can only get the desired (0.6) by surgery or possibly by extreme diet if you don't have it genetically.
Our bodies as women influences the type of men we attract. You attract and get chased by higher quality, financially well and genetically attractive men. It's because slimness is associated with elegance, higher class and higher social status. It also signals good health and youthfulness and that you respect your body enough to keep it healthy.
Capture body images
Take photos from the front, side, and back angles, along with a face selfie. This step is crucial and can serve as a powerful source of inspiration in the future when you feel demotivated or lose interest.
Measure your weight
I strongly recommend stepping on the scale on day one, the day you genuinely embark on your weight loss journey. This will be another significant step as it helps establish your starting point and, as you make progress, serves as motivation to keep going.
Develop a plan
Whether your plan is to follow a diet (ketogenic diet & intermittent fasting), to get a gym membership or to buy a scale : reflect on your goals and determine what you want to achieve such as how much you want to lose weight. You need to make a plan that you can fully commit to. And get it done.
Portion control
Although what you eat does matter, its about how much of it you eat. You’re going to consume smaller portions of whatever food, but make sure your plate is smaller because it’s all about calorie deficit. Also try to limit snacking as such as you can, because it’s not a little bar that’s going to make you any fuller. For 15 minutes maybe, but at at what cost? Eat proper meals (in smaller plates). But if you really have trouble with restricting yourself to a smaller plate I advise you to eat foods that are voluminous but low in calories. For example one cookie (15g) is small & thin, filled with 150 calories. But on the other hand, 1 kg of lettuce is 150 calories. See the difference? Same calories but different amount.

Information on Testosterone Hormone Therapy:
As you prepare to begin treatment, now is a great time to think through what your goals are, as the approach to hormone therapy is definitely not one-size-fits-all.
Do you want to get started right away on a path to the maximum safe effects? Or, do you want to begin at a lower dose and allow things to progress more slowly? Perhaps your long term goal is to seek less-than-maximal effects and you would like to remain on a low dose for the long term. Thinking about your goals will help you communicate more effectively with your medical provider (an endocrinologist is the best way) as you work together to map out your care plan.
Many people are eager for hormonal changes to take place rapidly- understandably so. But it's very important to remember that the extent of, and rate at which your changes take place, depend on many factors. These factors include your genetics, the age at which you start taking hormones, and your overall state of health.
Consider the effects of hormone therapy as a second puberty, and puberty normally takes years for the full effects to be seen. Taking higher doses of hormones will not necessarily bring about faster changes, but it could endanger your health. And because everyone is different, your medicines or dosages may vary widely from those of your friends, or what you may have read in books or in online forums. Use caution when reading about hormone regimens that promise specific, rapid, or drastic effects. While it is possible to make adjustments in medications and dosing to achieve certain specific goals, in large part the way your body changes in response to hormones is more dependent on genetics and the age at which you start, rather than the specific dose, route, frequency, or types of medications you are taking.
While I will speak about the approach to hormone therapy in transgender men, my comments are also applicable to non-binary people who were assigned female at birth and are seeking masculinizing hormone therapy.
There are four areas where you can expect changes to occur as your hormone therapy progresses: Physical, emotional, sexual, and reproductive.
Physical
The first physical changes you will probably notice are that your skin will become a bit thicker and more oily. Your pores will become larger and there will be more oil production. You’ll also notice that the odors of your sweat and urine will change and that you may sweat more overall. You may develop acne, which in some cases can be bothersome or severe, but usually can be managed with good skin care practices and common acne treatments. Some people may require prescription medications to manage acne, please discuss this with your provider. Generally, acne severity peaks during the first year of treatment, and then gradually improves. Acne may be minimized by using an appropriate dosing of testosterone that avoids excessively high levels.
Your chest will not change much in response to testosterone therapy. That said, surgeons often recommend waiting at least 6-12 months after the start of testosterone therapy before having masculinizing chest surgery, otherwise known as top surgery, in order to first allow the contours of the muscles and soft tissues of your chest wall to settle in to their new pattern.
Your body will begin to redistribute your weight. Fat will diminish somewhat around your hips and thighs. Your arms and legs will develop more muscle definition, with more prominent veins and a slightly rougher appearance, as the fat just beneath the skin becomes a bit thinner. You may also gain fat around your abdomen.
Your eyes and face will begin to develop a more angular, male appearance as facial fat decreases and shifts. Please note that it’s not likely your bone structure will change, though some people in their late teens or early twenties may see some subtle bone changes. It may take 2 or more years to see the final result of the facial changes.
Your muscle mass will increase, as will your strength, although this will depend on a variety of factors including diet and exercise. Overall, you may gain or lose weight once you begin hormone therapy, depending on your diet, lifestyle, genetics and muscle mass.
Testosterone will cause a thickening of the vocal chords, which will result in a more male-sounding voice. Not all trans men will experience a full deepening of the pitch of their voice with testosterone, however. Some may find that practicing various vocal techniques or working with a speech therapist may help them develop a voice that feels more comfortable and fitting. Voice changes may begin within just a few weeks of beginning testosterone, first with a scratchy sensation in the throat or feeling like you are hoarse. Next your voice may break a bit as it finds its new tone and quality.
The hair on your body, including your chest, back and arms will increase in thickness, become darker and will grow at a faster rate. You may expect to develop a pattern of body hair similar to other men in your family—just remember, though, that everyone is different and it can take 5 or more years to see the final results.
Regarding the hair on your head: most trans men notice some degree of frontal scalp hair thinning, especially in the area of your temples. Depending on your age and family history, you may develop thinning hair, male pattern baldness or even complete hair loss. Approaches to managing hair loss in trans men is the same as with cisgender men; treatments can include the partial testosterone blocker finasteride, minoxidil, which is also known as Rogaine, applied to the scalp, and hair transplantation. As with cis men, unfortunately there is no way to completely prevent male pattern baldness in those predisposed to develop this condition. Ask your provider for more information on strategies for managing hair loss.
Regarding facial hair, beards vary from person to person. Some people develop a thick beard quite rapidly, others take several years, while some never develop a full, thick beard. Just as with cisgender men, trans men may have varying degrees of facial hair thickness and develop it at varying ages. Those who start testosterone later in life may experience less overall facial hair development than those who start at younger ages.
Lastly, you may notice changes in your perception of the senses. For example, when you touch things, they may “feel different” and you may perceive pain and temperature differently. Your tastes in foods or scents may change.
Emotional state changes
The second area of impact of hormone therapy is on your emotional state.
Puberty is a roller coaster of emotions and the second puberty that you will experience during your transition is no exception. You may find that you have access to a narrower range of emotions or feelings, or have different interests, tastes or pastimes, or behave differently in relationships with other people. For most people, things usually settle down after a period time. Some people experience little or no change in their emotional state. I encourage you to take the time to learn new things about yourself, and sit with new or unfamiliar feelings and emotions while you explore and familiarize yourself with them. While psychotherapy is not for everyone, many people find that working with a therapist while in transition can help you to explore these new thoughts and feelings, get to know your new body and self, and help you with things like coming out to family, friends, or coworkers, and developing a greater level of self-love and acceptance.
Sexual changes
The third area of impact of hormone therapy is on your sexuality
Soon after beginning hormone treatment, you will likely notice a change in your libido. Quite rapidly, your genitals, especially your clitoris, will begin to grow and become even larger when you are aroused. You may find that different sex acts or different parts of your body bring you erotic pleasure. Your orgasms will feel different, with perhaps more peak intensity and a greater focus on your genitals rather than a whole body experience. Some people find that their sexual interests, attractions, or orientation may change when taking testosterone; it is best to explore these new feelings rather than keep them bottled up.
Don’t be afraid to explore and experiment with your new sexuality through masturbation and with sex toys. If you have a sex partner or partners, involve them in your explorations..
Reproductive system changes
The fourth area of impact of hormone therapy is on the reproductive system.
You may notice at first that your periods become lighter, arrive later, or are shorter in duration, though some may notice heavier or longer lasting periods for a few cycles before they stop altogether.
Testosterone may reduce your ability to become pregnant but it does not completely eliminate the risk of pregnancy. Transgender men can become pregnant while on testosterone, so if you remain sexually active with someone who is capable of producing sperm, you should always use a method of birth control to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Transgender men may use any form of contraception, including the numerous options available that do not contain estrogen, and some that contain no hormones at all. There are many contraception options that are long acting and do not require taking a daily pill. Transgender men may also use emergency contraception, also known as the “morning after pill”. Ask your medical provider for more information on the contraceptive and family planning options available to you.
If you suspect you may have become pregnant or have a positive pregnancy test while taking testosterone, speak with you provider as soon as possible, as testosterone can endanger the fetus.
If you do want to have a pregnancy, you’ll have to stop testosterone treatment and wait until your provider tells you that it’s okay to begin trying to conceive.
It’s also important to know that, depending on how long you’ve been on testosterone therapy, it may become difficult for your ovaries to release eggs, and you may need to consult with a fertility specialist and use special medications or techniques, such as in vitro fertilization, to become pregnant. These treatments are not always covered by insurance, and can be expensive. Uncommonly, testosterone therapy may cause you to completely lose the ability to create fertile eggs or become pregnant.
Risks
While cisgender men do have higher rates of cholesterol related disorders and heart disease than cisgender women, the available research on transgender men taking testosterone has generally not found these differences. Most of the research on risk of heart disease and strokes in transgender men suggests that risk does not increase once testosterone is begun. However, longer term, definitive studies are lacking. It has been suggested that the risk of other conditions such as diabetes or being overweight is increased by masculinizing testosterone therapy, however actual research supporting these claims are limited.
One known risk is that testosterone can make your blood become too thick, otherwise known as a high hematocrit count, which can cause a stroke, heart attack or other conditions. This can be a particular problem if you are taking a dose that is too high for your body’s metabolism. This can be prevented by maintaining an appropriate dose and through blood tests to monitor blood and hormone levels.
While available data are limited, it does not appear that testosterone increases the risk of cancer to the uterus, ovaries, or breasts. Because not all breast tissue is removed during masculinizing chest surgery, otherwise known as top surgery, there is a theoretical risk that breast cancer could develop in the remaining tissue. However, it can be difficult to screen for breast cancer in this tissue, and there are risks of a false positive test result. Your provider can give you more information about breast cancer screening after top surgery.
Cervical cancer is caused by an infection with the human papillomavirus, or HPV. HPV is transmitted sexually, more commonly by having sexual contact with someone who has a penis. However, people who have never had sexual contact with a penis may still contract an HPV infection. The HPV vaccine can greatly reduce your risk of cervical cancer, and you may want to discuss this with your provider. Pap smears are used to detect cervical cancer or precancer conditions, as well as an HPV infection. Your provider will make a recommendation as to how often you should have a pap smear. It is unclear if testosterone therapy plays any role in HPV infection or cervical cancer.
If your periods have stopped because of testosterone treatment, be sure to report any return of bleeding or spotting to your provider, who may request an ultrasound or other tests to be certain the bleeding isn’t a symptom of an imbalance of the lining of the uterus. Sometimes such an imbalance could lead to a precancerous condition, although this is rare in transgender men. Missing a dose or changing your dose can sometimes result in return of bleeding or spotting. Some men may experience a return of spotting or heavier bleeding after months or even years of testosterone treatment. In most cases this represents changes in the body’s metabolism over time. To be safe, always discuss any new or changes to bleeding patterns with your doctor.
Fortunately, since you do not have a prostate, you have no risk of prostate cancer and there is no need to screen for this condition.
If you have had your ovaries removed, it is important to remain on at least a low dose of hormones post-op until at minimum age 50. This will help prevent a weakening of the bones, otherwise known as osteoporosis, , which can result in serious and disabling bone fractures.
Most people using masculinizing testosterone therapy will experience at least a small amount of acne. Some may experience more advanced acne. Often this acne responds to typical over-the-counter treatments, but in some cases prescription medication may be required. Acne usually peaks within the first year of treatment and then begins to improve.
While gender affirming hormone therapy usually results in an improvement in mood, some people may experience mood swings or a worsening of anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions as a result of the shifts associated with starting a second puberty. If you have any mental health conditions it is recommended you remain in discussion with a mental health providers as you begin hormone therapy.
Other medical conditions may be impacted by gender affirming hormone therapy, though research is lacking. These include autoimmune conditions, which can sometimes improve or worsen with hormone shifts, and migraines, which often have a hormonal component. Ask your medical provider if you have further questions about the risks, health monitoring needs, and other long term considerations when taking hormone therapy.
Some of the effects of hormone therapy are reversible, if you stop taking them. The degree to which they can be reversed depends on how long you have been taking testosterone. Clitoral growth, facial hair growth, voice changes and male-pattern baldness are not reversible.
Testosterone treatment approaches
Testosterone comes in several forms. Injections are usually best given weekly to maintain even levels of testosterone in the blood. Studies have shown that using a smaller needle and injection by the subcutaneous, or under the skin, approach, is just as effective as the intramuscular approach, which involves a larger needle injecting deeper into the muscle. In addition to injections, there are gel and patches that can be applied to the skin daily. The gel is applied to skin and once dry, you can swim, shower, and have contact with others. The patch also allows swimming, showering, exercise, and contact with others. All of these forms work equally well when the dosing is adjusted to achieve the desired hormone levels, and the decision about which form to use should be based mostly on your preference.
Another option for testosterone is the use of pellets under the skin. These are inserted every few months via a minor in-office procedure. Ask your medical provider for more information about this approach.
Recently, an oral form of testosterone, taken as a pill twice daily, has been approved for use. There are potential risks of high blood pressure when taking this medication, so extra steps need to be taken to monitor your health if you choose to use this form of your testosterone. Ask your medical provider for more information about this approach.
Regardless of the type of testosterone you are taking, it’s important to know that taking more testosterone will not make your changes progress more quickly, but could cause serious side effects or complications. Excess testosterone can result in mood symptoms or irritability, bloating, pelvic cramping, or even a return of menstruation. High levels of testosterone also result in increased estrogen levels, as a percentage of all testosterone in the body is converted to estrogen. In general estrogen blocking medicines are not used as a part of masculinizing hormone therapy.
Other medications that may be used include progestagens, which are hormones similar to or identical to those made by the body to maintain a balance in the lining of the uterus. These hormones can be used in cases where periods continue after testosterone levels have been optimized. These hormones can cause mood swings, bloating, and other side effects, so it is recommended that you discuss these medications further with you provider if they are to be used.
Final thoughts
And finally, please remember that all of the changes associated with the puberty you’re about to experience can take years to develop. Starting hormone therapy in your 40s, 50s, or beyond may bring less drastic changes than one might see when beginning transition at a younger age, due to the accumulated lifetime exposure to estrogen, and declining responsiveness to hormone effects as one approaches the age of menopause. Once you have achieved male-range testosterone levels, taking higher doses won’t result in faster or more dramatic changes, however they can result in more side effects or complications.
Now that you have learned about the effects of masculinizing hormone therapy, as well as risks and specific medication options, the next step will be to speak with your provider about what approach is best for you.

Barefoot Shoe Lifestyle: Why Should You Make the Switch?
Tumblr media
Introduction
In a world where comfort often comes at the cost of style and functionality, the barefoot shoe lifestyle stands out as a beacon of holistic footwear philosophy. Contrary to conventional shoes, which often constrain our feet in stiff soles and narrow shapes, best barefoot shoes prioritize natural movement and foot health. This emerging trend isn't just about going shoeless; it's about finding footwear that mimics the barefoot experience while providing protection and support. So, why should you make the switch to barefoot shoes?
The Freedom of Natural Movement
One of the most compelling reasons to embrace best barefoot shoes is the freedom they offer for natural movement. Traditional shoes can alter the biomechanics of our feet, leading to issues like weak arches, cramped toes, and restricted ankle mobility. In contrast, barefoot shoes encourage a more natural gait, allowing your feet to flex, splay, and grip the ground as they were designed to do. This enhanced proprioception can improve balance and stability, reducing the risk of injuries.
Foot Health and Strength
Our feet are marvels of engineering, with intricate networks of muscles, tendons, and ligaments designed to support our body weight and absorb shock. However, years of wearing conventional shoes can weaken these structures, leading to problems like plantar fasciitis, bunions, and fallen arches. Barefoot shoes promote foot health by allowing your feet to function as nature intended. By giving your feet the freedom to move and flex, barefoot shoes can help strengthen the muscles of the foot and lower leg, enhancing overall foot health and resilience.
Enhanced Sensory Feedback
Another benefit of barefoot shoes is the enhanced sensory feedback they provide. Traditional shoes insulate our feet from the ground, dulling our sense of touch and proprioception. In contrast, barefoot shoes allow you to feel the texture and contours of the ground beneath your feet, providing valuable sensory information to your brain. This increased sensory input can improve balance and coordination, helping you move more gracefully and efficiently.
Best Barefoot Shoes for Every Occasion: Andune
When it comes to embracing the barefoot shoe lifestyle, Andune Barefoot Shoes is a name you can trust. Handcrafted with care and precision, Andune shoes are designed to promote foot health, comfort, and sustainability. From casual sneakers to rugged hiking boots, Andune offers a wide range of styles to suit every occasion.
Making the Switch to Barefoot Shoes
Transitioning to a barefoot shoe lifestyle may take some time and patience, especially if you're accustomed to wearing conventional footwear. Start by gradually increasing the amount of time you spend wearing barefoot shoes, allowing your feet to adapt to the new movement patterns. Listen to your body and pay attention to any discomfort or pain, as this may indicate that you need to adjust your footwear or technique.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the barefoot shoe lifestyle offers a holistic approach to footwear that prioritizes natural movement, foot health, and sensory feedback. By making the switch to barefoot shoes, you can unlock the full potential of your feet and experience a newfound sense of freedom and vitality. So why wait? Step into a pair of Andune barefoot shoes today and feel the difference for yourself.

Choose the Right Back Brace Posture Corrector
Have you been told repeatedly that you have a bad posture? Do you suffer from regular back aches? Here’s the easy solution! Choose the right back brace posture corrector and see the magic in a few days.
In the fast-paced world today, there is barely any time to stop and think about your health. You spend hours hunched over at desks or staring at your screens, which can raise a challenge for your posture. Maintaining a good posture requires conscious effort and it is not always easy to put in the time and effort for that. Poor posture not only affects your appearance but also contributes to a myriad of health issues. Moreover, it can persist in back pain, neck pain, headaches, and body fatigue. Poor posture can also bring about alignment issues that cause our internal organs to function less efficiently, such as slowing digestion and other necessary processes.
If you struggle with poor posture, posture correctors can assist you in learning to engage the correct muscles. Fortunately, back brace posture correctors and back and neck correctors offer a solution by providing support and alignment to help improve posture and alleviate discomfort. Most posture correctors gently pull your shoulders back and align your spine appropriately. This helps train your muscles to maintain good posture even when not wearing the posture corrector. Many posture correctors also have adjustable straps that allow you to customize the amount of support you need.
But with so many options available, how do you choose the right one for you? In this comprehensive guide, let’s take a walk through everything you need to know to make an informed decision.
Understanding Your Needs:
Before diving into the world of back brace posture correctors, it’s essential to assess your specific needs and requirements. Consider factors such as:
The severity of your posture issues
Any existing back or neck pain
Your daily activities and lifestyle
Types of Back Brace Posture Correctors:
There are several types of back brace posture correctors, each designed to target different areas of the spine and provide varying levels of support. The most common types include:
Upper Back Brace: Focuses on correcting posture in the upper back and shoulders.
Lower Back Brace: Provides support to the lumbar region, ideal for individuals with lower back pain or those who sit for extended periods.
Full-Back Brace: Offers comprehensive support to the entire spine, suitable for individuals with more severe posture issues or spinal conditions.
Features to Look For:
When shopping for a back brace posture corrector, here are some key features to consider:
Material: Opt for breathable and lightweight materials that allow for comfortable wear, such as neoprene or elastic.
Adjustability: Look for braces with adjustable straps or closures to ensure a customized and snug fit.
Comfort: Choose a brace with padded straps and an ergonomic design to prevent chafing and discomfort during prolonged wear.
Durability: Select a high-quality brace made from durable materials that can withstand daily use without losing effectiveness.
Finding the Right Fit:
Proper fit is crucial for the effectiveness of a back brace posture corrector. Follow these steps to ensure a proper fit:
Measure your chest or waist circumference, depending on the type of brace.
Refer to the manufacturer’s sizing chart to determine the appropriate size for your measurements.
Adjust the straps or closures as needed to achieve a snug yet comfortable fit, ensuring that the brace provides adequate support without restricting movement.
Mexibility introduces Contoureal, a customizable training device meticulously designed to promote proper posture during relaxation and workouts, including low back stretching exercises to correct posture. It targets the areas that require correction and help.
Consulting with a Healthcare Professional:
If you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns about your posture, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before purchasing a back brace posture corrector. They can provide personalized recommendations based on your individual needs and medical history.
Final thoughts:
Choosing the right back brace posture corrector is essential for effectively improving posture and alleviating discomfort. By understanding your needs, exploring different types and features, ensuring proper fit, and seeking guidance from healthcare professionals when needed, you can find the perfect brace to support your journey towards better posture and overall spinal health. Invest in your well-being today and say goodbye to slouching with the right back brace posture corrector by your side.

Hi! I am undergoing top surgery in a couple weeks (yay!!) and according to the doctor I won't be able to do any kind of physical activity involving the upper body for at least two weeks. Now, as much as it pains me, I guess that's the price to pay...but do you know if there is anything i can do while healing that won't disturb the surgery site? I just don't want my muscles to atrophy uk, I worked pretty hard for them and even as little as two weeks rest gives me anxiety. I thought i'd ask you, since you have knowledge in both the medical and trans field. Any advice is appreciated!
Honestly, I had similar fears but found I was much, much more comfortable working out after my top surgery healed and ended up seeing a lot more improvement a lot more quickly. I'd say 4-6 months later you would never have known it happened from a workout-ability standpoint. And I was very glad I took the time hit for the outcome of the surgery. As I've gotten older I've found it's a very small amount of time in hindsight for a LOT of gain.
The risks to working out after a bilateral mastectomy are mostly cosmetic- that your scars will be wider and more pronounced if you raise your arms above your head or work out your upper body while recovering. The breast tissue underneath the skin is also arranged in a certain way during the surgery and has to scar into place to make the contours of your chest look masculine. If that area moves a lot before it scars, your chest could look lumpy or asymmetrical. There is a small chance working out soon after surgery could cause complications like a hematoma or bleeding through the incisions, both of which will also cause asymmetry or a larger scar.
Despite the risks of working out too soon to your overall health being relatively low, the reason you're getting the surgery is to have a more masculine-appearing chest. So it's important you do what you need to do to get that. Think of the surgery process overall as taking a month or more to complete. It's going to look terrible those first couple of weeks/months anyway- all swollen and bruised and weirdly shaped until it heals. But the outcome is not done until it heals fully. It's an active process. That you have to participate in if you want it to look good at the end. Which means not working out for a while (and honestly it's probably going to be longer than 2 weeks, unfortunately-unless you're getting the purse string version).
That being said, as a surgical nurse I have to tell you- the best thing you can do is get up as soon as you can after surgery and keep getting up. Walk around your house day of, day after, day after that. Walk around outside. Climb stairs. Try to resume your normal routine (excluding anything that involves raising your hands above your head or lifting more than 10 pounds). This not only helps you stay in some level of shape to bridge you to where you can work out again, but it will prevent blood clots, decrease pain, accelerate healing, and give you something to do while healing that decreases anxiety.
Also, if you can, get yourself in really good shape before the surgery. It's not required, (a month without working out doesn't really do much except decrease your motivation to work out) but at least it will be something you can remind yourself that you did, and will give you some additional motivation to pick working out back up when you're healed enough to do so.

Belo: The Pandemic Effect
youtube
Belo’s advertisement entitled “Pandemic Effect" is a promotional campaign by Belo Medical Group, a cosmetic surgery and dermatology clinic in the Philippines. The ad focuses on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people's physical appearance, mainly due to stress, anxiety, and other factors. The ad features individuals talking about their personal experiences during the pandemic, such as feeling self-conscious about their appearance due to weight gain or skin problems. The ad emphasizes the importance of caring for one's physical and mental well-being, especially during difficult times.
The intended audience for the "Pandemic Effect" by Belo Medical Group is likely individuals who are concerned about their physical appearance and have experienced changes in their appearance due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This ad may appeal to people who are interested in improving their appearance and regaining their confidence through non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and other similar procedures. This ad may also target individuals who are interested in health and wellness, as it emphasizes the importance of taking care of one's physical and mental well-being, particularly during challenging times like a pandemic. A study conducted by Vall-Roqué et al. (2021) states that women's body dissatisfaction and physical appearance comparisons have increased throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
There were no specific product advertised in the commercial. However, we all know that Belo is known for its cosmetic treatments. Therefore, this treatments might good for the intended audience since Belo may help them improve their physical appearance and boost confidence. However, it is important for viewers to make informed decisions and consider their overall health and well-being before pursuing any cosmetic treatments.
There was a media manipulation present in this advertisement. It is in the part where this advertised shows an exaggeration of what the pandemic had made to people. Wherein the woman had an extreme weight increase and a long hair. This may lead to misunderstanding and to create a sense of urgency or pressure to take action, such as by implying that viewers need to improve their appearance in order to feel confident or happy. Additionally, the ad may highlight the positive effects of cosmetic treatments while downplaying potential risks or side effects, which could be perceived as manipulative or misleading.

What is a mastectomy
Warning here that the below discussion will include descriptions (though not graphic) of medical procedures.
I've been seeing in the tags, comments, and in asks about my surgery some confusion, or lack of clarity in general, about surgeries that happen to the torso. I'm going to give some brief descriptions about many of the types of mastectomy. These procedures can be done on any gender, including cis men, though not all surgeries will apply to all genders. Surgeries can be done for a wide range of medical condition from gender dysphoria to cancer to body dysmorphia to gynecomastia to chronic pain as well as cosmetic and other reasons.
NOTE: While I am a trained and certified health education professional I am not a medical professional. With all of these topics please be sure to address them with your medical professional if you are interested in them or want more information.
What is a mastectomy? A mastectomy is the partial or complete removal of breast tissue and sometimes includes surrounding tissue.
Incomplete or partial mastectomy - partial removal of breast tissue from part of one breast to one complete breast to removal of most but not all of both breasts. These can be partial bilateral or unilateral mastectomies.
This includes things like many top surgeries, breast reduction surgeries, lumpectomy, some gynecomastia surgeries, lymph node extractions, single breast mastectomies and other surgeries that leave some breast tissue.
Why are many top surgeries sometimes considered partial mastectomies? In many/most top surgeries breast tissue is left behind to form and contour the masculine or non-binary chest shape. In some ways top surgery can be seen as a more substantial form of breast reduction surgery and since all the breast tissue is not removed this can be called a partial mastectomy.
Complete/total/simple/bilateral mastectomy - The complete removal of all breast tissue from both breasts and sometimes, some but not all, lymph nodes.
This is a more aggressive surgery that removes all visible breast tissue and some margins that can include fat and lymph nodes. These include a smaller number of top surgeries, most breast cancer prevention surgeries, a greater number gynecomastia surgeries than partial, breast cancer surgeries that remove both breasts and some other surgeries.
Why aren't top surgeries always considered complete mastectomies? Complete mastectomies often remove all breast tissue and do not guarantee a smooth or aesthetic appearance since all tissue is removed regardless of depth or post surgery contour. This tends to leave divets and irregular shape to the chest after closure when breast reconstruction is not done. Typically to smooth out the contours a second procedure is done, after complete healing, which removes fat from other areas of the body to fill in to make the chest smooth and aesthetically pleasing to the patient.
Radical mastectomy - A surgery that removes all breast tissue, extra skin, nipples, areola, underarm lymph nodes, surrounding tissues and sometimes parts of the pectoral muscle.
This is a rare surgery that is only done when breast cancer has spread into lymph nodes or invaded the muscle tissue of the chest.
Some related terminology:
Skin sparing mastectomy - This can be applied to any type of mastectomy and leaves extra skin after closure. Usually this is to leave space for breast reconstruction and breast implants.
Nipple sparing mastectomy - The nipples are removed as a skin graft and then replaced into a proper position for the new chest appearance whether this is masculine, feminine or ENBY ending appearance. Not all mastectomies have to be nipple sparing. Some individuals choose not to have nipples post surgery.
Nipple Graft - the thin skin graft that is composed of nipple and areolar tissue.
Nipple tattooing - This is the tattooing of a full appearance of a nipple that is not present or coloring a successful graft to improve appearance. This is most often done when nipples are infiltrated by cancer and can't be used, a graft or both grafts fail, or if the color returns to a nipple graft in a way that is not aesthetically pleasing to the patient.
Sentinel Lymph Node Dissection - When breast cancer is present or suspected the surgeon will remove 1-3 lymph nodes to preform tests to see if the breast cancer has spread.
Lymphatic Mapping - The Injection of a radioactive solution prior to the mastectomy surgery that allows the surgeon to see where the lymph nodes are and can assist with post mastectomy diagnostics if cancer is found in the lymph nodes or near by breast tissue.
Auxiliary Lymph Node Dissection - 1-10 lymph nodes are removed to preform tests to see the extent of breast cancer spread. This is more common with radical mastectomy or in cases where the breast cancer has started to spread from a single tumor or breast.
Resensation procedure - a procedure done during any type of mastectomy where nerve grafts (preferably from the patient but also, sometimes donor nerves) are placed in the chest to return sensation, or more sensation, to the chest after a mastectomy surgery.
Prophylactic Mastectomy - The removal of all breast tissue (total/bilateral) that is done when there is a high familial risk of breast cancer, genetic markers for breast cancer, or changes to the breast that increase risk of breast cancer or are considered pre-cancerous changes.
Gynecomastia- The growth of breast tissue on an AMAB body that affect hormone levels and health, as well as increasing risk for breast cancer. NOTE: this is not the same as growing breast tissue when on estrogen, though the increase in cancer risk can still be present for some individuals.
Male Mastectomy - Any of the above procedures when done on an AMAB body for any of the above reasons. Gynecomastia is the usual reason but research suggests that this may be skewed because of the social perception that mastectomies and breast cancer are related to AFAB bodies which may reduce the identification and seeking procedures for AMAB individuals. There is also changing language in the medical community due to desire for inclusion of Transfemme/AMAB and Trans-ENBY/AMAB individuals in these procedures and treatments.
As always, hope this is helpful and as always feel free to ask questions.

Find Freedom in Your Identity: Our Top Picks for the Best Binders for Female-to-Male Transgender Individuals!
Finding the perfect binder can be a difficult challenge for anyone, and that's especially the case for transgender males. Chest binders are an important part of transitioning and provide both physical and mental health benefits to transmasculine individuals. They are especially important when you think about all of the harmful options that people use instead, including duct tape and ace bandages, that should never be used for chest binding. But with binders, there are so many different kinds, shapes, sizes, and styles out there on the market, it can prove hard to choose which one is right for you!
We have done extensive research into this subject area to make your shopping experience easier by bringing together a comprehensive guide of our top picks for the best binders specifically designed with female-to-male (FTM) transgender people in mind. Read on to find out more about these awesome options!
What is a Chest Binder for FTM Individuals?
A chest binder is a type of chest compression garment specifically designed for gender nonconforming individuals, particularly those who identify as transgender female-to-male (FTM) folks, though anyone can wear one if they so desire. The purpose of a chest binder is to flatten the appearance of one’s chest, providing gender expression that better aligns with gender identity. This does wonders for improving self-esteem and confidence among trans people who experience significant levels of chest dysphoria. Binders are typically made out of stretchy fabric, allowing them to be comfortable and accommodating to different sizes while still providing necessary compression.
Chest binders have been used safely by gender nonconforming individuals for decades and have recently become more accessible due to businesses that produce gender-affirming clothing. Chest binders serve to play an important role in helping gender nonconforming people express themselves authentically, in addition to helping alleviate the harrowing symptoms associated with gender dysphoria.
The Best Chest Binder for FTM
Several brands of chest binders are available that cater specifically to the needs of trans men and other individuals who choose to bind their chests. The following are a few of the very best binder companies that trans folks looking for their first binder should check out.
Underworks Ultra Flat Chest Binder
Underworks Ultra Flat Chest Binder is perhaps the most popular chest binder for those who belong to the FTM transgender community. This type of chest binder is designed for maximum comfort, offering an impressive level of construction with strong, supportive materials and a wide array of accommodating sizes.
In addition to limiting visibility under clothing, additional features on this model include double-needle edging, reinforced shoulder straps, and stretchy seamless side panels that give it a contoured design along with greater overall freedom of movement.
The Underworks Ultra Flat Chest Binder also provides excellent support in areas like the back and shoulders while helping to reduce compression along the sides, which allows trans people to maintain their ability to breathe adequately even during long periods of wear. All things considered, this chest binder offers plenty of benefits to anyone seeking a more comfortable and visually appealing body shape that represents their gender identity!
GC2B Compression Chest Binder
If you're looking for a commercial chest binder as part of your transgender body transformation, the GC2B Compression Chest Binder is a phenomenal option to consider. Econo Series Chest Binder and Tank
When it comes to chest binders that serve as an excellent addition to the transition process, Econo Series Chest Binder and Tank are quickly becoming popular choices for those looking for both comfort and modesty. Both of these types of chest binder feature compression fabric that is lightweight yet incredibly strong. It conforms softly to your body to minimize any discomfort that can be caused by chest binding.
The tank has a solid design, with a U-back and reinforced straps, so you can still have confidence even while wearing a t-shirt or dress shirt during the summer months. As far as the chest binder from this company goes, its airy material traps just enough heat to regulate temperature while providing ample ability to breathe over long periods of time being worn.
The products that this brand offers for trans people are also easy to wear under all kinds of clothing; whether it’s dressy attire or casual wear, the adjustable straps and seams make them versatile enough to serve many different needs, easily qualifying this to be one of the best binders available. Furthermore, because of their affordability and durability, both the tank and chest binder offer great value for those just starting their female-to-male journey!
T-Kingdom Chest Binder Tank Top
The T-Kingdom Chest Binder Tank Top is one of the most popular chest binders for FTM individuals looking to reduce the appearance of breast tissue and boost their self-esteem. Crafted from a breathable and flexible spandex blend material, this binder provides comfort throughout the day and locks in moisture. The top is double-layered to ensure that breast tissue is securely hidden while also keeping skin cool and dry.
The T-Kingdom Chest Binder Tank Top comes in various sizes to accommodate different body measurements and types, as well as different waist ranges. Not only does it provide an effective method of creating a flat chest, but the top is also fashionable, with several colors available that make it an ideal choice for those seeking a discreet binder option. You're guaranteed to find the right size binder in a style that you love with this binder company. This is a great option to consider on your journey to better represent your gender identity!
Ultimate Chest Binder Tank
The Ultimate Chest Binder Tank is an excellent option for those undergoing the female-to-male transition and looking to compress their chest for a cosmetic flattening effect. This type of chest binder is designed to provide maximum coverage, reaching from just above the nipple to just below the bust. It features thin straps that offer comfort and support, as well as adjustable ones that can be tightened or loosened depending on what is most comfortable for the wearer.
The tank itself offers complete coverage, so it can be worn under any clothing type with no worries of it peeking through. The breathable mesh material allows for air circulation and means you can wear it all day without worrying about excessive perspiration. No matter what your size or shape, The Ultimate Chest Binder Tank is a great choice for any trans person looking to bind safely, securely, and comfortably while minimizing feelings of gender dysphoria.
How to Measure Yourself for a Chest Binder
Tumblr media
Understanding how to yourself for a chest binder is an important step for any trans masc person which can sometimes be a bit tricky, but don't worry; with a few simple steps, most people can measure themselves accurately and get the most out of their binders.
First, it's important to note that most binders are designed for a relatively large chest size, so you'll want to bear that in mind when selecting one. To measure correctly, make sure you're wearing loose clothes and standing straight up in front of a mirror. Taking measurements is straightforward: you'll measure your chest at its widest part below your armpit, then around the area just above your nipples, as well as the distance from under your armpit to just below your breast.
Typically most binders will fit comfortably in this range, so double-check the measurement chart for more accurate sizing before purchasing! With these tips measuring yourself for a chest binder as FTM will be much easier and allow you to find something suitable and comfortable with minimal difficulty.
Tips for Wearing Chest Binder for FTM
Choose the Right Size
Finding the right size chest binder is important for many trans masc individuals, as proper binder fit helps ensure the comfort and effectiveness of the binding process. If a binder is too small, it can become very uncomfortable; too big and won't provide adequate support, which doesn't do much for eliminating gender dysphoria symptoms. There are a variety of free chest binders available to choose from, depending on your size and style preferences.
Researching the type of free chest binder you'd like to wear, along with any sizing guides that may be available online, can help ensure you pick the correct size — one that will give you comfort and security during your transition. Additionally, many binder companies allow you to try out a full-length binder or Trans-Vormer strapless binder so that you can find the best fit for your body before purchasing any more!
Put on the Binder Correctly
Wearing chest binders for FTM individuals is becoming increasingly popular in the transgender community because it's such an effective step toward representing one's true gender identity. Chest binders are tight-fitting garments designed to give a flattened physical appearance and can help with self-confidence and presentation. To get the maximum benefit from your chest binder, it is important to make sure you put it on correctly.
Before you put on your binder, ensure that you warm up and stretch—standing side stretches, arm swings, and shoveling will help reduce any discomfort and prevent muscle strain. Once your binder is on, adjust it so that it's snug but not too constricting—the goal is to use compression rather than restrict airflow or movement.
Finally, don't forget to listen to your body. If wearing a chest binder causes pain or discomfort, remove it immediately and consult with a doctor if necessary. With proper preparation and care, wearing a binder can be an empowering experience.
Wear the Binder for a Few Hours at a Time
If you are an FTM person who is looking for advice on how to safely and effectively wear a chest binder, it is important to remember that the binder should be worn for only a few hours at a time. Doing so will help ensure your comfort and safety while helping prevent any irritation or health issues that prolonged wearing of the binder can cause. Wearing a binder for too long can easily result in pain or breathing issues, so it's essential that you give your body breaks from wearing a binder.
It is also important to ensure the binder fits well and stays secure against your body. Otherwise, it could become uncomfortable or even irritate the skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. If you think you may have worn it for too long, take a break from wearing it and try to relax. Additionally, make sure to keep your chest dry so that moisture does not get trapped in the binder's fabric, as this can lead to skin irritation and even fungal infections. Following these tips will help make sure your experience with binding is as safe and enjoyable as possible!
Wash Your Binder Regularly
Tumblr media
Wearing a chest binder can be an important part of a successful transition for those who identify as trans masc, non-binary, or otherwise wish to appear to have a flat chest. Taking proper care of your binder will help ensure it is used in the most effective and comfortable way possible because a dirty binder can prevent adequate fit or cause other issues with its use. Washing your binder regularly is one key step to take in order to keep up with your binder's maintenance and make sure that it remains squeaky clean.
It's important to use only mild detergent and warm water when washing, and line drying also helps prevent damage done by protective components such as hooks or Velcro. Air drying is ideal, but if you must use a dryer, you must use no heat in order to prevent any shrinking. It's best to hang your binder up loosely, which you can do by draping it over a clothing hanger if you're strapped for space. Keep up on the laundering, and you'll be taking great care of your chest binder!
Seek Medical Advice if Necessary
When it comes to chest binding tips for FTM trans people, especially transgender youth, seeking medical advice is definitely one of the top pieces of guidance to consider. Undershirts and other chest binding solutions can limit chest movement and put additional stress on your rib cage. Your doctor will be able to provide advice about any considerations necessary for your particular circumstance when deciding if you should use certain types of binders at all. This is especially important for transgender teens, as the additional hormone therapy or gender affirmation surgery aspects come into play.
Furthermore, a physician can help you assess which binders are best suited for your body based on the size and shape of your physique, as well as what type of fabric would be most comfortable or help reduce sweating and other skin irritation issues. As with anything new in life, taking every precaution and being smart is key. Therefore, consulting with medical advice prior to securing a chest binder is essential.
How to Put On and Take off a Binder
For most FTM individuals, safely and effectively putting on and taking off a chest binder can be an essential part of their transition journey. Putting on a binder correctly ensures comfort and securely binding the chest area to reduce the visibility of breasts. Although most binders are easy to use, they can cause injury and other issues if not used correctly, especially if worn for extended periods of time.
Begin by standing up with your arms straight down and back towards the ground. Hold the binder at either end with each hand, then bring it up behind you like a cape. Wrap it around so that both ends meet in front of your body, ensuring that the tags or labels are facing outwards. Pull tightly across your chest, extending downwards below your breasts to ensure they are securely bound.
Next, add any additional fastening closures or buckles from top to bottom as desired before repeating this step on the opposite side. To remove the binder, begin by unhooking any straps or buckles from the back first; doing so first will help avoid discomfort once the compression is released from your chest area. Then follow the steps in reverse order: start by undoing one side at a time, loosening it until it pulls away comfortably before then unwrapping each side and finally taking off your binder completely. With careful application each time you put on your binder and mindful removal thereafter, you will ensure an enjoyable experience while safely achieving desired results!
Final Thoughts
Tumblr media
Chest binding is an important part of a successful transition for many of those who identify as trans masc or gender nonconforming. Finding the best binder for your body and wearing it in the most comfortable, safe way possible can help you feel more confident and secure during this time. Researching different chest binders to find the one that fits you best, putting it on correctly and wearing it for only a few hours at a time, washing the binder regularly, and seeking medical advice if necessary will help ensure your experience with chest binding is as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Remember, being safe and smart should always be your top priority!

You Can Get Your Own Non-surgical Fat Reduction Treatment Plan By Contacting Us!
Tumblr media
In the wake of the indulgences that we experienced over the holidays, many of us are looking for ways to get in shape and reduce stubborn fat cells that have built up over the years. This can be made easier with the help of face slimming treatments. There are many types of non-surgical procedures that can be done in order to reduce fat cells, improve skin texture and tone, remove excess skin, and contour areas of the body where fat has accumulated without undergoing surgery. Here's a short look at how aesthetic treatments can help you reach your goals after all those holiday feasts left you feeling sluggish and tired.
Aesthetic treatments for the body are available in different types Aesthetic body treatments are available in a variety of options depending on your individual needs and what you are looking for.
There are several popular options for improving your appearance, including CoolSculpting, SculpSure, laser liposuction, and UltraShape. In CoolSculpting, fat cells are frozen in targeted areas of the body through controlled cooling, using a controlled cooling method to achieve the body's goals. A non-invasive procedure called SculpSure utilizes laser energy to target fat cells in order to reduce their size without the use of surgery or a downtime associated with it. The laser liposuction technique uses lasers instead of traditional instruments with the purpose of breaking up fat cells and then suctioning them out of the body through a flow of air. As a final option, UltraShape is an ultrasound treatment that targets subcutaneous fat layers using pulsed acoustic waves to heat up the fat cells underneath the skin's surface and destroy them when they are heated as they travel through and along the tissue.
An overview of the benefits that can be derived from aesthetic body treatments
There is a growing popularity of aesthetic body treatments in recent years due to their ability to produce noticeable results without requiring surgery or requiring a lot of recovery time. As nonsurgical alternatives, they carry fewer risks than traditional surgical procedures and are just as effective as traditional surgeries in producing the same results. Additionally, these treatments can be used on a variety of parts of the body, including the abdomen, the arms, the legs, the chin/neck area, etc. This will allow you to place your focus on specific areas that require additional attention after all the holiday feasting you've done.
The use of aesthetic body treatments can provide a very effective solution to reduce stubborn fat cells after the holidays, without you having to go under the knife or take time off from your normal routine for the treatment. During these non-invasive procedures, lasers or cooling technology are used to targetpla specific areas where excess fat has accumulated in order to achieve desired results without the use of any surgery or downtime, in order to achieve desired results. If you want a quick fix or a more permanent solution to getting rid of the extra weight that you have gained after the holidays, then aesthetic body treatments may just be what you are looking for.
It is possible to reduce holiday weight gain with the help of cosmetic body treatments
Make this year the year you invest in yourself by investing in yourself. It is important to treat yourself, especially when you are going to indulge, and ensure your body is taken care of by non-surgical options that can help prevent the accumulation of fat and improve the health of your skin before you indulge.
When combined with a haircut or beard trim from your favorite barber shop or facial hair specialist, aesthetic body treatments are an excellent way to rejuvenate your appearance, especially if the treatments are done in conjunction with a facial hair expert or a barber shop treatment. These days, there are a lot of choices available in terms of hairstyles (and we've got some great ones that you may already know about), so why not make the most of what we've got available at our salon today.
A wide range of non-invasive procedures that can help men to achieve the appearance they are looking for are available, including Botox and dermal fillers, which can help them to achieve the appearance they are looking for. During this process, we encourage our male patients to discuss their options with their doctors so they can make an informed decision about plastic surgery.
I am sure that after your stomach is full of turkey and cranberry sauce, you are left with the kind of neck that gives turkey a bad name: the dreaded turkey neck. It is a condition that can be easily cured if it is caused by excessive weight gain due to holiday feasting. In spite of the fact that some individuals may choose to remove their turkey neck as a result of surgery or liposuction, there are other methods that you can use to get rid of this unsightly bulge without spending a fortune on invasive procedures or pills. You can also do it at home without any fancy equipment-and we'll teach you how below.
You can find a board-certified plastic surgeon by searching online. When it comes to determining the qualifications of a medical professional, board certification is the gold standard when it comes to determining their qualifications. There is a great deal of experience and training that they have obtained over the years, as well as continuing education that they undergo in order to stay up to date with the subject matter. Since these types of doctors are usually part of national organizations that require them to adhere to strict standards for patient care and ethical conduct, it is essential that you find one that is part of a national organization when looking for any type of aesthetic procedure or treatment.

Breast Implant and Liposuction treatment In Kolhapur
Tumblr media
Breast implants surgery is a cosmetic surgery procedure that involves the insertion of breast implants to change the size, shape, and symmetry of a woman's breasts. The first step in the process is to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon at MJ Cosmetics. The surgeon will take measurements and evaluate your desired outcome before discussing your options with you. If you are interested in breast implants surgery in Kolhapur, then it is important to make sure that you are confident with your decision and understand what will happen during the procedure. The procedure can be performed on women who are dissatisfied with their breasts for any reason, but it is more common in those who have lost weight.
Tumblr media
Liposuction treatment in Kolhapur is a surgical procedure used to remove fat from certain parts of the body. It is a technique that uses suction and a small tube that is inserted into the fatty tissue. The surgeon then removes the fat by sucking it out of the body through the tube. Liposuction can be used to remove excess fat from any part of the body, but it is most often used on areas where cellulite or bulging pockets of fat are present, such as on hips, thighs, stomach and back. Liposuction can also be used to improve contours by removing excess skin in certain areas such as thighs or abdomen. This technique was developed in the late 1950s and has been used for more than 50 years to help people with obesity, skin problems, and other health issues. The most common liposuction procedure is done through small incisions in the skin of the person’s stomach, back, or thighs. The surgeon then inserts a thin tube into those incisions and suctions out excess fat cells that are then sent to a machine for processing. These cells are later disposed of as medical waste.
There are many benefits to having these kind of surgery including improved self-esteem and confidence, better quality of life and better overall health.
