aemond and stark!reader have known each other since childhood bc their fathers were hunting enthusiasts🤓👆 so they reunite annually to go hunt and shit so the lord stark, cregan, and reader travel to the south for it

and aemond and reader were 4lifers bc she was the only one to defend him from jace and luke and aegon despite being friends w them too and then aemond would (at least try to) defend her from aegon for bullying her northern mannerisms and stereotypes like being dumb.

the starks abruptly stopped coming over after reader got involved with the driftmark incident trying to stop the fight, only to get hurt too. aemond never wanted her to leave :(

time skip reader becomes of age to wed after years of putting it off and since she's considered breathtakingly beautiful naturally it's easy to find a husband right?

wrong🤩 she was raised to speak her mind and to take up the sport of archery and horseback riding and this irks the lords of the realm bc how dare she😡

but she's forced to marry some lord she DOES NOT want to marry (maybe bc he's known as bloodthirsty or cruel idk and is lowkey giving jason lannister yikes) and when she found out rumors said she was hysterical as in she's abt to lose her shit, not lol-ing

rumors reach the south and aemond's like "SUBLIME😏😎🤘 my time to shine bitches" hops on vhagar w his sword strapped to that slutty little waist of his bc he plans of challenging the guy for reader's hand
