Idk if this has been answered before, but what are the LIs love languages (giving/receiving)? ❤

I miiight have but I dont mind answering again, sometimes I make lil adjustments and stuff anyway so it might be news lol!

Mori giving: Physical touch. He's super tactile beyond just sex too, like he wants to be all up in your face. Rough housing also counts. Quality time is a close second, he's a really busy guy who plays for like 4-5 bands at a time so dedicated time for each other says a lot to him.

Mori receiving: Physical touch again, it reassures him that you want to be in his space as much as he wants to be in yours.

Amir giving: Gifts! Amir has plenty of wealth to spread around the people he cares about so getting meaningful gifts is an easy way for him to express his affections. He especially likes to gift not just things but experiences and sentimentalities. He wouldn't take you to just a fancy dinner before he'd take you to find food from your home town or something perhaps harder to find from your cultural background. He'd take you on trips, get you lessons for a skill you've wanted to try, etc. More than anything, Amir's gift giving is intended to show that he listens and wants to enrich your life rather than simply add clutter to it.

Amir receiving: Proooobably acts of service with quality time as a close second. Amir is busy. Like REALLY busy and helping him organize his calendar, picking up something he can eat, even just pointing out where he took off his watch or that his car's due for maintenance soon so you set a reminder for him... Anything that eventually gets this man a few minutes to breathe will be DEEPLY appreciated. I mentioned in a past ask that sometimes in his line of work his personhood sometimes gets decoupled from his body and the gesture of appreciating him as a person again really kind of puts his spirit back into balance.

Akello giving: Acts of service, this man is a hard coded caregiver and he wants to take care of you. He is used to and comfortable being the protector and provider in a relationship and to deny him these roles can actually stress him out without a lot of communication. He does his best to show that he respects your independence as a person but please PLEASE let him cook for you or help you when you're mad hungover.

Akello receiving: MAYBE words of affirmation but he'd probably pretend that wasn't the case. He appreciates honesty and openness so if you approach compliments or affection in that vein it hits home really hard for him.

I'll throw in the side charas too for funsies

Kazu giving: acts of service. He's a trained body guard so let him do that. He understands his role as an attack dog and needs to be allowed to do those actions.

Kazu receiving: OH boy kazu sucks at being at the receiving end of affection he gets grumpy and flustered and his ears turn red. Its weird, stop seeing him as a whole ass person and not a human weapon. Your BEST bet is probably physical touch, he understands tactility very well just dont make loving eye contact he'll die.

Raath giving: not to pull the freak card too fast on yall but its probably gifts. Gifts you probably don't want. You know how cats sometimes bring you bits of their kills? Yeah that's raath.

Raath receiving: Like Kazu, Raath's not great at Emotion but he does understand compliments and words of affirmation and BOY nothing hits the way getting his ego stroked does. Tell him how scary he is and he'll be batting his lashes at you.

Marcel giving: Probably a solid 50/50 Gifts and Physical Touch. He understands these things so he relies on them when communicating with others and to be totally fair, he's had a decent amount of success with that.

Marcel receiving: Probably also weak to getting his ego stroked and his confidence played to. It just hits home for him fast and hard.

Describing my OC: Victoria Justice FC named Lana who's a cute lil ball of sunshine and works for an online magazine for the advice column, even though she dreams of writing more. She's known for being a whiz for giving advice when it comes to relationships, but only her close friends know that she's never actually been in a serious relationship. Her own love life consists of saying the wrong things to the wrong people, and dreaming up grant romantic gestures that just never seem to happen

I’m so? She sounds absolutely adorable. I’d probably ship her with my son Amir Jarral - he’s a county clerk in the local law office and he’s probably the best at coordinating grand romantic gestures that are simultaneously small enough, like booking out a movie theater to see her favorite movie or getting her favorite author to sign a book for her. He’s also a cheesy romantic with an unfortunate habit of having broken a few hearts along the way - potentially some of Lana’s readers who’ve written in.

So far, the only polyam routes are Naz/MC/Baut and Naz/MC/Trace! I probably won’t add anymore because the more I write the characters the more incompatible the other options are lmao.

what do the RO's prefer when being topped (if they get topped!) what do they enjoy the most?

All the ROs are pretty verse in my head, though they have some preferences.

stardust. ikr i’m surprised i have other oc’s too MKFMSD ok but for real, here’s some other charas from In Parallel Motion. amir ( white-haired boy ) is a literal part of the universe tasked with collecting stardust from existences that have expired and redistributing them into the cosmos so they can rejoin the cycle of reincarnation. he’s full of love but a literal infinity ( he’s part of the whole gotdamn multiverse and is actually intricately linked with it, so yeah he’s technically like... always existing ?? ever-present and all that... not omniscient, but just a literal piece of the universe à la “ if he somehow manages to die, HE’S TAKING DOWN A LITERAL PART OF THE MULTIVERSE DOWN WITH HIM ” ) of having your job essentially be watching people die causes him to remain really stoic and try not to open up to any human emotion. but sensing tooru’s love for humankind and living, despite his tragic circumstances, reawakens amir’s own love for life, and he subsequently falls in love with tooru’s notion of love. he knows he eventually has to return tooru’s existence to the universe, but he also wants him to live at least one life free of strife, so he reincarnates him each time. needless to say, the universe is not happy with this. each character has a flower motif, and amir’s is daffodils, which mean reincarnation, symbolizing his role within the universe.

aRATA IS OBJECTIVELY THE BEST BOY or i guess he’s the only one who doesn’t try to either kill someone or commit an offence against the universe in the story jdsfsk he’s tooru’s best friend from childhood, and they met because they were part of the same kendo class. LOVES literature, especially poetry. his ideal day is just staying in his room, curled up with some tea and reading a good book. he still takes kendo classes, though tooru quit in order to focus solely on kyudo. he’s nigerian-korean mixed but was born in japan, as his parents met and fell in love in the country. is Real Tired of all the racism that goes on in his life ( biracial people are not treated well in japan-- and he has the shortest end of the stick, as being black and korean in this country Is Not Good ) so he writes poetry and songs about his experience. he finds literature therapeutic. acts like a big brother figure towards tooru, and the two have a super close relationship, especially because arata is tooru’s ONLY friend in canon. also unknowingly the vessel for amir’s existence, which is partially where he gets such a protective instinct over tooru from. super understanding and kind, but also really tired of the bullshit that goes on in his life. best boy. help him. his flower is the lotus, which means “ far from the one he loves ”, indicating his role as the jilted one.

also, yes, no one is white in this story :^)
