Lewis has ceased to be an unattainable and distant figure —one of those that can only be admired in the distance—, he has ceased to be a dream, an illusion to be something else in Charles' life. He has become the man who usually leaves his sweatshirts on the back of the sofa, who leaves small notes stuck on the refrigerator door; he is the one who has a copy of the keys and the person in charge of cooking on Thursdays. At what point has their relationship changed so much? Charles can't say for sure when it was the day it all started because he didn't realize it, because it was so slow and at the same time so fast that it feels like a lifetime and like a single second at the same time.

In Monaco, some nights are cold and the sky is dyed gray before the night falls completely. Other times, the orange tones of the sunset are mixed with the deep blue as in a distant dream, full of good things. The silence is sometimes interrupted by the sound of cars and some people still walking on the lonely sidewalks; other times by the raindrops that fall incessantly for hours. Sometimes Charles lies down on the couch and a movie passes by the TV with no one else to see it; other times —most if he is honest— he feels the softness of the bed under his hands, and the warmth of Lewis surrounding him, a blanket covers them and the room is in shadows but it is in those moments that Charles can better observe the Briton's face.

There is no trace of concern and the only wrinkles Charles can see are those that form around his eyes thanks to the smile Lewis has painted on his lips. Their hands are intertwined and while the world around them slowly disappears, Charles can't help but let out a sigh letting himself be carried away by the feeling of having finally found the place he has searched so much throughout his life. It's like returning home after a long day of work, it's finding calm in the middle of the storm that haunts him; it's being in a safe place when everything he know falls apart from one second to the next. Sometimes words are not enough and moments like the one they are living in that instan the only thing that really matter. But he needs to know, Charles needs to hear the answer to a question that has haunted him in recent days and that does not seem to want to give him a truce.

“What are we Lewis?” He whispers, his voice being nothing more than a murmur that is lost in the middle of the night. Lewis hugs him with a little more force and the smile he wears becomes brighter. His eyes meet and Charles can only see a thousand promises that will one day come true.

“To me? Charles, to me you are everything. You are the person I love; you are the person with whom I want to share the good and the bad. I want you to be happy by my side, as long as you allow me to be."

You're so right, Max's biggest rival is going to have his hands all over Charles and laughing with him and Max is going to glare daggers at him from across the pit lane. Max is going to be even more insane about Charles in 2025, he's going to show everyone that Charles is his.

The lestappen 16 44 arc is going to be insane. I can only begin to imagine the interviews that will involve the three of them on the couch.

Like Lewis critiquing Max pushing Charles off the track and Charles blushing at his teammate defending him meanwhile Max is stammering for his life.

It's also funny because Lewis is a sexy mfer who is way smoother than Max. Their flirting styles are like complete opposites. Charles is going to be a giggling blushing mess in the middle and I am so here for it.

Lewis: I did my best to give you a tow back there, wanna hang out in my driver room later and look at my 7 WDC trophies?

Some thoughts on the Japan GP:

I haven’t posted in awhile but I have watched both Australia GP and this one! And I have a few things to say I fear.

Starting off with Ferrari.

Here we are once again leaving with a podium which is a beautiful result going based off how we performed last season! ( it wasn’t the best sadly). Last race we got a double podium and now we have a P3 with Carlos and P4 with Charles coming very close. Me personally I’m very proud when both drivers do amazing and are right next to each other with podiums and places. It shows that they both did amazing to follow each other. NOW one thing I don’t like is how fans react when one driver gets a podium and the other doesn’t. And when the driver is Carlos to get the podium it’s now “Oh Charles deserved that podium” or “Ferrari doesn’t care for Charles all they do is put him down” and honestly I think those are crazy things to say because those things are never said when Charles gets the podium. I think we should all appreciate both drivers for even bagging us points that we NEED! It’s kinda weird to see 16 and 55 fans kinda beef when it’s the end of the race. They both are amazing drivers and 16 fans shouldn’t worry because Charles is still gonna have the seat at the end of the season regardless.

Mercedes (Lewis Hamilton)

I don’t even know where to start. I’m gonna try and keep this short! It’s been hard watching Lewis race this season so far and I know it’s not him. It’s the car. I was hoping for a better race result because of the record he woulda broke if winning (a girl can dream). But man these results been making me feel down because this isn’t the way Lewis starts. He only has 10 points which is so unfamiliar. I wanted him to have a good goodbye before coming to Ferrari. And speaking of that Idk if you all saw about that Question that journalist asked Lewis which caused him to walk out during a post race interview today. Knowing Lewis I know he can overcome this challenge but I hope it doesn’t drag him down.

Daniel Riccardo and Yuki:

CONGRATULATIONS TO YUKI! Getting points during home race I love that for him so much! He’s been performing amazing and hopefully he gets that Red Bull seat! (You never know). No Mr. Riccardo….very sad to see what’s happening but we all knew it was gonna come but his seat is gone. I didn’t want it to end like this but it’s too clear. I will never forget the things he’s achieved while being F1 but no matter how hard he tried the stars are not aligning for him.

Williams:

Gonna keep it short! But proud of Logan for his time in the race. He sadly didn’t bag points but it’s the fact he stuck through for Williams while Albon DNF. I hope to see him keep approving I’ve been seeing g too much hate on him recently because of how he performed in practices. But Logan isn’t a terrible driver and I have nothing but faith.
