Appetite suppressers
A simple post that names a few foods and drinks that are very low in calories that also helps you suppress your appetite
-black coffee, 2 calories per cup.
-tea, 0 calories
-pepperments, 20 Cals for 1
-salt water
-mint gum, 5-30calories per piece depending on type.
-brushing your teeth
-A lemon wedge, 2 cals
-pineapple slice, 42 cals
-a ton of water
Not a big list but they're things that definitely work. With black coffee and tea, you can add 0 cal sweetener to make it taste better.

Breakfast: I took a bite of a waffle, so I guess 30calories?? I was supposed to fast today, but dang why the fuck did I take a bite a waffle I'm such a wean bitch. I'll do 100 jumping jacks to make up for it. Me and my friend are going shopping tomorrow, and I plan on fasting tomorrow aswell, but I just hope that she doesnt want to go eating. I dont want her to suspect anything so idk. I will do my best

3 tablespoons of Hershey’s coco powder 30 Cals (10 Cals per tablespoon) 1/4 - 1/3 cup of water (didn’t really measure, just add it until it’s the consistency you like it to be) 0 Cals Optional: A packet of 0 calorie sweetener Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until it’s a nice thick liquid Then put it in the freezer over night or for about 4-6 hours. BAM 30 CALORIE CHOCOLATE WITH NO SUGAR! What more could you want?
