Some assistance please…

I was Ana in highschool but then turned into bulimia after being hospitalized and gaining over 100 lbs I need to be able to restrict again instead of binging and purging. Please any advice helps and please don’t just say “recover” I don’t want to atm. I literally hate myself I’m so fat and it makes me so miserable.

you don’t have to starve yourself until you pass out to get help.

you don’t have to cut your whole arms and legs to get help.

you don’t have to have a suicide attempt to get help.

you don’t have to be sick enough to get help.

your pain is valid. you are valid. if you are struggling you can get help and should not feel like you’re not sick or traumatized enough.
