Depth:
I took forever to find some depth in this session, however I did get to a good level of depth after some time. I knew that I would take forever to go within and so I patiently practiced until I got there.
The level I came to, wasn’t a glimpse into a new level. It was simply about gathering life energies rising till the head and then dissipating from the head.
I didn’t stop meditation until the energies had gathered enough to cause a strongly felt dissipation. Only when I shook hard did I stop meditating.

hi! i'm doing this for my friend Magda, a fellow dog trainer and a forever foster home for many unadoptable dogs. please note english is not my first language, so my translation might be a little wonky.
Lusia is a 4 year old dog adopted from Pionkowskie Towarzystwo Opieki nad Zwierzętami after she was taken away from their previous owners. due to negligence, she was born with malformations due to malnutrition. the list of her problems is long: hypoplasia or lower jaw and teeth, lack of enamel on teeth, malformed urethra causing incontinence and recurrent infections, and allergy to pollens and mold. the most problematic are her hind legs.
long bones (femurs and tibias) in her legs are rotated, which caused shallow placement of left hip, patellar luxation (left leg 3rd degree, right leg 2nd degree, in both PL is to the inside, which is a rarity in dogs) and hock sprains; due to her cow-hocked gait, she developed osteoarthritis in her knees. she also has easty-westy front paws. as a pup she was barely moving, suffering from contractures and muscular dystrophy - due to rehabilitation this has been fixed, though she still has contractures in her hind legs.
1.12.2022 Lusia has undergone a tibial osteotomy and transposition of ACL in right knee. there were complications, but she has undergone two full cycles of physical therapy.
11.05.2023 Lusia has undergone tibial osteotomy, ACL transposition, and femoral trochleaplasty in left leg. since this leg's state was worse, this was much more complicated.
Right now Lusia needs physical therapy asap. contractures, stiffness, roached back as a compensatory posture appeared. the surgery costs have been covered by now, so it's a matter of paying for the physical therapy to make sure everything is healing right.

I wrote most of By Appointment Only for The Fic That Haunts You, an event whose purpose was to finish a fic that has been haunting you. A part of that was to have a check-in each month and write a bit about what's going on with the fic, and I have all those check-ins saved.

What is the concept?
Alphas need to have mates by the time they turn 30. Remus doesn’t have a mate, so he needs to be assigned one. He meets James and they decide to bond.
Why has it been haunting you?
I started writing it quite a while ago, then never finished. I like the idea a lot and want to write more omegaverse as well as wolfbucks.

My goal this month is to finally figure out how to edit ch12, so I won’t need to take a break from posting once I get there. I would also like to finish ch14, but it’s not my main priority.

How do you feel about the project today? I haven’t had much time to work on it, but it has been in my mind. I restructured some of my future chapter plans, but still not sure if that works. I did end up having to take a break with ch12 because I didn’t have time to edit it enough before my posting day, but I did read it through and made some edits, so it’s going to be much more simple for the next round of edits. I didn’t really write anything new, my word count just went up from having to add stuff to ch12.
My goal this month is to keep thinking about this, edit ch12 and hopefully finish ch14, but this is still not my priority project. I’m just tentatively optimistic that nano will help me move several of my projects along.
