i think jess' post articulated well the ' why ' of why i dont like it cuz while yeah sure it feels good on the protagonist's side it just feels like such a fucking let down from how we FINALLY got focus on caleb and the golden guard ghosts ( like the fact that this was a possibility in the first place ) and then theres just . nothing

idk why but when neurotypical use the word "overstimulated" instead of "overwhelmed", it kinda pisses me off. Cause they aren't the same thing, and overstimulation is a part of sensory overload, which is mainly seen in neurodivergent folks. It just ugh.. just say overwhelmed. It just feels like the term "overstimulation" is water-down and seen as just anxious or wtvr. Like I'm overstimulated, I want to be left alone and shit. I'm not anxious and stressed abt too many things.
