I'd LOVE to go to Japan because the language and the culture is so intriguing and interesting! I'd most likely be a warrior because (even though I've never been in a real fight) I'm willing to fight to defend the things and people that I love. Literally, if I was in a situation where my loved ones were being held hostage and the only way to let them go was to either watch one of them get tortured in some way or to sacrifice myself, I'd sacrifice myself with no second thought. No cap.

Lighthouse: How much makeup do you wear?

I don't usually wear makeup, but if I were to, then it's usually for special occasions. Sometimes I'll just do some simple lipstick, but other times I'll go all out with foundation, lipstick, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and eyebrow shaping.

16) Do you have a method for getting characters to sound/feel in character?

honestly.... I'm not sure? I get asked this one more often that I ever thought I would. But I think this is just something I'm lucky I don't really struggle with. A character's tone and way of speaking seems to come pretty well to me, it's prose I struggle with haha! That's not a very helpful answer though. Me best recommendation is to just check back and ask yourself if the character would actually do that, or would they be more likely to say, or do, something a little differently, based on their past and the culture they have? I.e, Wild would be more likely to say "don't" in speech, but Flora would likely use "do not", that sort of thing.

18) What’s the most obscure thing you’ve researched for a fic?

the most obscure? Definitely the finer details of renaissance fashion that I delved into for coronation; (majestic). I agonised over those details, had like 40 tabs open trying to work out the difference between a surcoat and a tunic and a tabbard and a jerkin and the list goes on, siiigh.

20) What is your favorite thing about writing fanfic? What about writing in general?

definitely the emotional catharsis I think. it's nice to sort of address strong emotions in a safe environment with yourself. whether I post those things is a decision I take after, but actually writing them is definitely a very good way to reflect and let out some emotion, haha.
