bad ign reporting aside, i was also pretty upset at first since no femc and the answer! but then i saw a good point someone made about the femc case:

persona 3 reload has reportedly been in development for four years. and in that four years thats standard time to build a game from the ground up, maybe even too little – anyone who's been in game dev can tell us that. p3re doesnt reuse assets, too, it's completely from scratch. so having femc isnt simply a matter of model swap. they'd also have to program the UIs and make everything pink - sure, that could be "easy", but there's also the changed social links and team dynamics (more writing to be done), weapon system and all that (more coding)? so its like... i'd be actually surprised if they managed a femc during those 4 years. its quite a lot of work to re-adapt base p3 as is i feel and modernizing it. also i feel like atlus themselves wouldnt want to do their character and her fanbase wrong so of course they wouldnt fkn slap on a few pink menus and call it a day. they surely want to rewrite the s links and everything too in accordance to her. art takes time.

(with all that being said bullying atlus for femc is warranted actually maybe then her inevitable dlc might come faster lmao )

similarly, im fine with no "the answer" now despite being its #1 defender. theyd have to completely rework the 30:2 hour grinding to story ratio which is just not sustainable on a modern gameplay perspective. that also takes time.

its why i made this post actually. i somehow trust them, and i feel like most of us can stand to chill a little and have healthier expectations. as in not overbloated and not have the bar set in hell either (altho we should also do that too)

and i know, like anyone who's played this game, it means so much to so many people. and thats why its maybe impossible to please everyone, because its so many different things: a game that saved their life, a funny goofy lighthearted one where you catch demons, the most depressing persona game ever (altho i feel like p2 would beg to differ on that one-), or for me personally, a game that just made me cry man.

and because it means so much, everyone wants to see it be the best it can be!! and that means having hamuchan. i get that all of this riot energy is out of love for the game, really. but. yeah.

a remake seems like it's "less work to do" since the foundation's "already there" and i dont know how many people worked on p3re but like. i highly doubt theyre just sitting on their asses pissing off fans on purpose lol. (or maybe they are and im just too optimistic damn 😭)

this is definitely something könig would do, 100%. he's sneaking into the hospital after you'd texted him in the early hours of the morning, not expecting a response 'til the sun rised. but, he didn't enjoy and like the idea of you being alone and scared in a hospital with nurses rushing around the building, constant noises echoing from the hallways whilst you attempted to get some rest.

könig would bring in some soup he'd made for you, along with a large bear he'd been keeping for you. he knew about your heart condition, and he's always so soft with you, loves those giggles and smiles, or your arms wrapped around his figure :( usually, könig would yell and scold recruits, but he was never able to find it in himself to raise his voice at you, condition regardless.

he's the type to lie and say he's family just to get in, your eyes rested as he walked in. probably kissing you on the forehead or stroking your hair, placing the soup on the bedside table, the teddy on your chest. he won't leave even if the nurses tell him to, staying the entire night while waiting for you to awake - your his comfort and he can't rest without you, especially not when you're miles away.

könig chit chats with you so much. if you're anxious about anything, he'll comfort you and give you a warm hug, kissing you softly, finding you cuddled up against the teddy bear. but, even if you're not worried, he doesn't like leaving you alone. holding your hand and talking about the things he'd done in his early teen years; getting drunk for the first time, or high, ect. just to see that stupid smile he loves :(

and he has you spend the night with him when you're out, cuddled into his chest while he puts on a tv show, catching up on the episodes you'd missed.

könig is a softie for you and only you, he's such a warm and adoring lover. but he's a harsh and strict, unforgiving colonel, won't tolerate disrespect or criticism from anyone. (he talks about annoying recruits to you, especially the ones that try to flirt with you. and he gets so happy when you agree with him :()

Leo: I think Leo would look for someone who is dedicated and steadfast, much like him. It doesn’t necessarily matter what they’re dedicated to (*cough*family*cough*), just that they are passionate about it. He would definitely prefer someone who shares his interests. I think he’d want someone quiet and demure, but would definitely end up with someone who’s not. 😂

Raph: Raph wants someone who can match his… energy is probably the best word. Someone who can go toe to toe with him in an argument and not back down. Who is snarky and intelligent and most importantly not afraid of him. They don’t have to share his exact interests necessarily, but he would like something adjacent. Like someone who does yoga to match his weightlifting, for example. Painting to his knitting.

Donnie: Curiosity is definitely a must for Donnie to be interested in you. Intelligence isn’t so much of a factor as a desire to learn. I think he’d like someone who knows when to be quiet and when to be excited. You don’t have to share his interests as long as you’re okay with him telling you about them. He would like someone who has interests that can be done quietly in the lab so you can spend a lot of time in the same space.

Mikey: We all know what Mikey’s about. F-U-N fun! He’ll look for a partner who loves fun as much as he does. More than that, though, what he longs for is understanding and acceptance. Someone who loves him not only despite his personality and turtley-ness, but perhaps because of it. As far as Mikey’s concerned, the more interests the better. He wants to share his with you and learn yours as well, no matter what it is.

"Kissing your freckles," You answer nonchalantly like it's a normal day for you.

You were both sitting on the couch, minding your own business when you got the sudden urge to just kiss Felix. More specifically, his freckles. So you straddle his torso and have been pressing soft kisses in his cheeks for the past 5 minutes, trying to kiss every single one.

"I have a lot of freckles, babe. You're going to be there for a while." He says softly as he tries his best not to blush.

"Not a problem." You quickly add 5 more kisses to his cheeks in rapid succession.

"Can I have a regular kiss at least? My lips feel neglected," He smirks.

"Later," You press a few more soft kisses on his nose before finally moving over to his right cheek. "It's freckle appreciation time right now."

"Please?" Felix juts out his bottom lips.

"Give me a second, I'm busy. And then I promise you can get all the regular kisses you want."

A/N: I haven’t written for Leonidas and Geirölul yet, so I hope they aren’t too terribly OOC. I do hope you enjoy this though, Anon! Also, I haven’t watched the Barbie Movie yet, so I’ll just put them in the ‘Universe’ in general.

☀️ He didn’t know what the hell just happened

☀️ One minute, he was drinking some tea with his S/O, the next he’s looking at a hot pink building as you sit by him, your tea now just straight water in a plastic cup

☀️ You looked at him and shrugged your shoulders, complementing the building

☀️ Then a woman with blonde hair walked outside alongside a man with blonde hair as well, though it was a lot shorter

☀️ You stared at the woman as she ushered you both to stand, that was when you realized that these things were the Barbie and Ken

☀️ Your mouth dropped as Apollo thanked the duo, asking where they were

“ Why, you’re in Malibu, sillies. I’m Barbie and this is Ken, it’s nice to meet you! “

☀️ He feels like he’s heard that before, oh, those were the toys you were talking about getting Göll and the nymph’s children for Christmas!

☀️ Well, this was gonna be interesting…

🚬 He cannot stand anything with such strong color, especially things that were remotely close to hot pink, he just hates that color

🚬 He pulled you up and held you behind him, glaring at Ken as he stepped back in fear

🚬 Who wouldn’t fear this guy though?

🚬 Barbie smiled and shook your hand while Ken hid behind her, fearing your husband

🚬 Leonidas looked at you and back at the duo when they recommended you guys to come inside for a cup of tea

🚬 Let’s just say when you got back to Valhalla, he has a new appreciation for the color silver

❤️‍🔥 You smiled, shook her off, and shook their hands, attempting to explain what had happened

❤️‍🔥 Geirolul eventually warmed up to the duo, as they never tried cursing at you for being with a Valkyrie
