for many of us testosterone is life-saving medicine, it’s liquid gold, it’s the nectar and ambrosia of the fucking gods.

is it so hard to just let us have that? to let us believe that and say it and celebrate it without being given a million reasons to question it? is that really too much to ask?

if you can find it in your heart to let other trans people romanticize their transitions, i promise you can let us do it to.

testosterone is a beautiful thing. it makes people hotter and even more importantly it makes them happier and anyone who wants it should be able to have it because it’s so life-changing and magical and wonderful and incredibly important to so many people who deserve the happiness it offers.

I really like orv’s worldbuilding, specifically the concept of stories and probability

having more stories gives you more probability to work with…that makes sense, right; if you already have a history of accomplishments, accomplishing more sounds more probable

and another way that works, where higher-grade constellations interfering in the earlier scenarios too much causes a probability storm… because it doesn’t sound probable for someone so strong to care about what should be minor events to them, right?

this is just how I thought about it while reading… then you get to the oldest dream reveal. Probability is literally how probable kim dokja thinks it is for events to happen (and if You, the reader, are a fragment of kim dokja, then is my reasoning that probability in the story made sense probability itself…??)

and then when kim dokja loses his stories by using too much probability (as the new ‘oldest dream’) he gets younger and younger… because a person without their stories—their history—is just the person they were before gaining them: a child

Shout out to @jedipirateking, their comments yesterday gave me an idea.

Danny is sent to another world by Clockwork. He just had his 16th birthday and Clockwork said he was nearly ready to take the thrown of high king of the infinite realms. He was to go to an alternate dimension and live there for a couple years as there were so many different dimensions out there that he’d be in charge of he needed to know what to expect. He winds up in the DC world and started exploring to get his bearings. He runs into one of the Green Lanterns and decides to observe them.

Soon Danny notices how close ectoplasm is to their powers and he begs them to train him. Hal does eventually and they soon form a mentor, protege bond. I’m thinking it would be really funny if they bond for a while and then Hal takes him to headquarters and then finds out the kid he's been training is actually a prince and something akin to a baby god.

#okay starting from the beginning of where ppl usually dislike him. apple woods chapter. #he doesn’t give hero/partner the CHANCE to explain themselves despite them being relatively good recruits up until that point. #and that legit might be my only gripe with that chapter bc!!! stories need conflict! I LIKE the conflict in apple woods!!! #hero and partner being punished so something they didn’t do! #the misunderstanding! how team skull (Skuntank) actually outplays the main duo with a clever yet rotten trick. I LOVE that it segways into- #one of the more sweeter scenes of guild members looking out for eachother. I LIKE APPLE WOODS CONFLICT. #but chatot just. not giving them a chance. is so dumb. #I’d personally fix this by having a lil montage of hero/partner fucking up on jobs. A LOT. and chatot giving them a pass every time. #and let the perfect apple incident BE the one where he puts his foot down and doesn’t listen to them. bc he’d given them loads of chances. #and doesn’t want to hear any excuse. #but yeah. I legit dont mind him during that chapter except for that really stupid and frustrating moment. #NOW. CHAPTER 17. #UGGGGHHH WHERE DO I BEGIN #Him not believing hero and Partner about Grovyle and the future being in ruin? FINE. ACTUALLY GOOD. I think that’s when I genuinely despised him. #that and him going ‘OH I BELIEVED YOU THE WHOLE TIME HEEHOO :)’ shit was so fucking annoying. #just playing it off as a joke the second the guild started to believe hero and partner. #IMAGINE IF HE W A S ACTUALLY TESTING THE GUILD’S TRUST. SHOWCASING HIM AS THE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECTFUL RIGHT HAND OF THE GUILD. #and yes. Brine cave he saves hero and partner. but at that point I just didn’t care anymore. #he fucked those two over so much. that I didn’t care what ‘valiant’ sacrifice he had. #and he grills Team Skull for what they did OFF SCREEN. they couldn’t even give us THAT. #<<< THAT or him outright saying sorry would’ve been nice. Y’know every time I see the turtle tots playing with their original weapons I’m always flabbergasted that Splinter let Leo have a literal sword as a small child.

And then left him unsupervised with it.

Like, at least the others had blunt weapons (though still dangerous in their own right, especially Raph’s blunt tipped sais) but Leo’s katana are so easily lethal that it’s a miracle he seemed to be a natural with them. Because, if he wasn’t a natural then…oof.

It’s at least a good thing he only got one sword at first and not his usual two. Splinter would’ve needed to count his lucky days because OOF.
