Why Neil's a Math Major

Ok, hear me out. So I'm doing this project for my linear algebra class where I have to read a paper on a method for predicting sports teams success in leagues/wins/the validity of games won vs. goals scored and its all with fancy algebra (its not that fancy, but I feel like those old dudes who are always crunching numbers) ANYWAY!

It HIT me. This is IT! THIS IS WHY NEIL STUDIES MATH SO MUCH! So he can do stupid sports math and figure out and predict how everyone in the league is going to do and he loves the stupid matrices and linear systems and he's so obsessed with it and it drives Kevin CRAZY because he's so good at it and it takes Kevin forever to research the teams and do all this stuff by intuition and Neil can predict how much the Trojans are gonna win by down to a NUMBER!!

Regulus & Lavender 

Pandora has a herb garden and she grows lavender out of old teacups and chipped beakers from potions. It's Pandora so there's a little house for ladybugs, and a mint plant so they don't get lonely, and it's enchanted to that sometimes the flowers will hum softly and bloom in your hands. She always brings Regulus there and he never knows why until she gives him a card their senior year and it just has this lovely Jasmin Kaur quote on it
