How my first GYM training went after a loooong break. (March 29th 2023)
.
So last time I took a workout class I also got a diet plan (February 2022). I was sticking to it immensely. suddenly my gut health got out of order.
-I was always with some bloating, stomach pains especially my left side and never knew why...
That's how my first ever flare started and lasted for a goooood 3,5 months of constantly bad bowels..
.
This time I took a women's group class. Easier with people. The program is about getting stronger with a lot of different types of weights and bodyweight also.
Currently am feeling like shit (it's (31.3.)4am in my country, my sore throat is waking me up and I am not sleeping good for almost 2 weeks now.just 5-6h per night is never going to be good for me)
Today I have another training. It will kill my ass probably and I will be in so much pain. CURRENT WISH: I really want to get stronger. Especially now on systemic corticosteroids while we tricked my body into fake remission with it... Idk if it makes sense but- if my core and all over body is stronger maybe I'll be better at taking the worse days physically and mentally.
That's my goal. Already told my trainer about my situation. I'm out of a habit. I'm new after a long ass time. I'll have very bad days.. but I told her I want to show up even then, to do at least slight stretching. I wanna show up 3x per week and do it for my mental health and to show myself I'm here for me and I'm not backing down again.
.
Workout consisted of proper squat form, proper kettlebell swings and holds, basics. But damn my legs feel like Jell-O 😂
.
Hope this helps someone or motivates you to find your own little active outlet. Just try to be there for YOU. If you show up for your self you won't have to look who didn't. It will be good enough ^^
Have a wonderful last day of March and an AMAAAAZING upcoming April

Sleep deprived as heck.. last 2 weeks I've been sleeping below 6h every single day.. my immune system is off. I got a low temperature, and sore throat. So I'm trying epsom salt and lavander drops combination so help me calm down. I also drank Mg. And fingers crossed it helps

Haven't been as active..
My ulcerative colitis sucks butt.
Currently on toughest medicine yet..
Decortin 40mg, salofalk (mesalazin) 4g, I take 20000 units of vitamin D every two weeks also I take Controloc to save my stomach from the harsh medicine ..
Currently it is helping...but it's very bad for me and it has a lot of side effects..hate it 😂
I'm down to 75kg (that's total 12 lost during the high peak)
Switched to lactose free milk (oat) with my oats in the morning. And am on a soupy diet.. and some boiled veggies, maybe roasted chicken with sweet potato and so on..
Was transported for a colonoscopy with anestesia. Went great. Now we wait for more results. I am at hospital or at my doctor or in another city with professional doctors at least 3x per week.. it's a lot. But I'm trying

Here's a review of my February journey. I was able to drop -10kg in 3 months! (I started on November 21st 2022 with 107kg) And in February alone I lost 1,5kg
This morning I was supposed to start a new job 😸 but my boss said we start tomorrow
So I took advantage of my time and went to get some samples done for my next gastroenterologist appointment. ^^ managed to be done untill 7:15 am. So proud of myself

-10 kg in past 3 months.
I do my weigh ins weekly and mostly on Mondays or Sundays. The weight loss is mostly because I have IBD (ulcerative colitis) and my medicine is killing my appetite currently.
Am trying to workout considering my cycle syncing. So currently I'm on walking and strength training. Did a brief 4.5k steps this afternoon

Hey all ^^ happy Monday ✨
Been sick all 3rd week of January and still not quite good. Week 3 of January was more dying and stretching here and there so I don't cramp up
Here is my weight loss journey since I started to do weekly weigh ins and my current January progress.
I have ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease) but weight loss is resulted with my eating habits not with the disease. Thankful for that. Hopefully I get to have my workouts this week again or at least some walks.
Also, you can follow my journey also on Instagram
