Day 5: a good start to the day so far! Two dog walks and a 45 min walk at incline on the gym treadmill. Only audiobook worth listening to!

Day 4: Butternut squash rissoto and sweet chilli salad. Eating after trying my hand at a few Fitness Marshall videos on youtube - I definitely still have two left feet, but they were good fun and got up a sweat!

I’m a sucker for a spinach, cucumber & tomato salad, although instead of dressing I usually just add fresh lemon juice and it tastes amazing!
I also love adding nuts &a seeds, herbs from my garden and whatever other veggies we have lying around.
