For gum chewers: Nobody tells you that you will expel a storm of wind out of nowhere or whenever you drink water.
Nobody tells you that your legs will feel like literal jello if you go past 24hrs.
Nobody tells you that after a certain point you’ll have a constant headache.
Nobody tells you that your stomach will growl loud enough for a whole room of people to hear.
Nobody tells you about the pain in your ribs.
Nobody tells you that you’re going to feel like you’re going vomit the lack of anything in your stomach.
But what we do tell you, is that you’ll get used to it.

Cloud Puffs Recipe! (only 51 calories for eight)
Hey guys! 
So this isn’t my picture but this is how these turn out - and they’re really yummy and take like 10 min to make, plus super low-calorie :D
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
Directions:
Beat the egg white with the salt and baking powder until it makes stiff peaks and you can turn the bowl upside down without it falling. 
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the egg whites in little blobs around it.
Bake at 350 until the tops are golden.

Śniadanie: serek wiejski naturalny 194 kcal

Obiad: sałatka z łososiem i pomidorem 147 kcal
Kolacja: skyr z brzoskwinią 100 kcal
Kolacja 2 bo mnie łeb napierdala: serek wiejski 194 kcal

Wybaczcie, że wczoraj nie napisałem, ale tak kosmicznie zjebałem, że aż wstyd się było przyznać. W skrócie, pochłonąłem 1200 kcal. Dzisiaj też mogło być lepiej, bo w planach miałem 500 kcal, ale towarzyszyły mi od południa straszne migreny, na które nie mogę sobie dzisiaj pozwolić, bo muszę ogarnąć matmę na jutrzejszą kartkówkę.
Oczywiście teraz rzygać mi się chcę ze stresu o te 200 kcal nadwyżki, więc pewnie i tak się nie skoncentruję, pozdrawiam

makes: ~29 || serving size: 1
here’s what you need:
1 ½ cups flour or sub (used carbquick) [405]
¼ cup and 2 tsp 0 cal sweetner (or to taste)
¼ tsp salt
½ cup and 2 tbsp water (or until correct consistency)
1 ½ tsp vanilla [18]
1 tbsp coconut oil [120]
directions:
literally just mix everything together lol. dry and then add wet
roll into ½ tbsp balls
refrigerate

~ Cheese Soup Recipe ~
Time needed: 15 minutes
Calories: 115 calories
What you need:
100g lowfat cream cheese
20ml vegetable broth
½ onion
¼ spring onion
Mushrooms and broccoli if you want to
Salt, pepper, oregano and paprika spice
How to:
1. Cut the onion into dices and fry it in a bit of vegetable broth until they are glassy. Add mushrooms and broccoli if you want to and fry until they are soft.
2. Add the rest of the vegetable broth and slowly mix the cream cheese into it.
3. Season it and let it cook for a few more minutes. Cut a spring onion into rings and put them on top.

Przepis na ciacho bananowe 285kcal

Składniki :
120g banana (u mnie był to 1 cały)
120g jogurtu naturalnego (ja użyłam tego gęstego z biedronki, ale można dać skyr)
Białko jaja (oczywiście można dać całe jajko, ale ja chciałam zaoszczędzić na kaloriach)
12g mąki pszennej (inne też się sprawdzą np. pełnoziarnista)
12g proszku budyniowego waniliowego/śmietankowego (mam na myśli to z czego gotuje się budyń, ale bez rozrabiania z mlekiem czy wodą)
2g cynamonu
Pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
Ew. Aromat waniliowy
Słodzik (nie jest konieczny, ciasto same w sobie jest słodkie, ale jeśli ktoś woli słodsze, to może dosłodzić).
Sposób przygotowania:
Banana, jogurt, mąkę, proszek budyniowy, cynamon, proszek do pieczenia (i słodzik oraz aromat waniliowy, jeśli dajecie) wrzucamy do miski i blendujemy na gładką masę. Potem ubijamy białko na sztywną pianę i dodajemy je do wcześniej prygotowanej masy. Całość mieszamy ostrożnie łyżką. Ciasto przelewamy do naczynia, w którym będziemy piec. Ciasto pieczemy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 175 stopni przez 35 minut. I tyle ☺️

5 Calorie Chocolate Cookies! (70 calories for ALL 14 COOKIES!!!)
Seriously! these cookies I made are 5 calories EACH. Very very good size. The recipe/way to make them is very similar to meringues but they don’t look or taste much like them, they’re just like regular cookies in my eyes. keep reading for recipe🍪
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 egg whites (50cal)
• 3-4 tbsp Splenda (0cal) or any 0cal sweetner
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder (20cal)
• baking powder
makes about 14 cookies of this size. (you only see 13 on my pan….that’s because I ate some of the dough😂)

Directions:
Beat together your egg whites and gradually add in Splenda. Beat the egg whites until they reach a peak.
Add in your cocoa powder and beat until it’s mixed in well.
Form cookies on a pan and MAKE SURE YOU SPRAY THE PAN. This is so important or the whole recipe will fail.
Bake at 250 FARENHEIT (sorry my spelling sucks ass). For 15-25 minutes. Just keep an eye on them. Times often vary.

Some people’s 500 calories is fruits and veggies.
Others eat a piece of cake and a couple fries for the day.
Some people drink green tea or coffee to keep them going.
Others drink nothing because they desperately don’t want to break a fast.
Some people tell themselves it’s okay to eat over 1000 calories every now and then, it’s healthy even.
Others cry their soul out for going one calorie over.
Some people exercise regularly, keeping in mind what exercise will best help them get to their “goal.”
Others exercise constantly, because they need to be in the negative calories.
Some people were bullied once or twice or maybe even never for their weight.
Others are bullied relentlessly.
Some people fast no longer than 15 hours.
Others fast for days on end.
Some people start already in the normal range.
Others start in the overweight range.
Some people have never gone to rehab.
Others are in and out of inpatient care constantly.
Some people have tried recovery, and are striving to reach recovery status every day.
Others never want to recover.
But you know what?
All of them have a valid ed.
All of them deserve love, support, and help.
Ed’s do not give a shit about your background, age, gender, weight, race, religion, habits, grades, bringing-up, family, or anything else.
All they care about is controlling you.
