You can never go wrong with investing in education. How else can you get better? Yea ok, just doing it and getting experience. We’ll I believe you need both. 📚 This past weekend, @felix_sbty and @joaquinfitsax went to a 2 day conference to get a “Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification.” 🏋️‍♀️ We believe that when you combine book learning with actual practice/ performance, you become better at that subject. 💯 We are proud to bring this certification back to Elite and help all our clients live a better life. If you are older (40+) or have an injury, you must get your body in alignment before you start to seriously workout. Otherwise you will develop pain somewhere and then stop working out. Just like this plyo-box set right here, success in fitness comes in stages. ⭐️ The very beginning is hard and long. But as you keep working towards your goals, you conquer new stages and the work load is not as daunting as in the beginning. 🏅 A lot of people will quit right before they are about to level up on a new stage. They don’t see that the next step is just right around the corner. So they get frustrated and self-sabotage theirselves and quite. 💪 Everyone needs patience especially in the beginning. I’ve met a lot of people that have a hard time just getting started. Everything is an excuse. But as time goes by the results come easier, especially if your consistent. 🏋️‍♀️ Plateaus are meant to be achieved. You must not feel like it is a failure to get to a plateau. The key is to either change your program drastically or just wait it out. If you stay consistent, you will eventually come out of the plateau. Most people get stuck here. But not YOU!!!
