I’ve fallen off the wagon! A couple of weeks ago I realised I’d put on 2 stone during lockdown so I decided to follow a very low carb diet for a short period of time. I lost half a stone in the first week but only a couple of pounds the second week so I felt disappointed and last night had a couple of glasses of wine & some chocolate & this morning I feel terrible. That’s a no from me! My children that go to school are only 8 and 5 so wouldn’t be affected if it was made compulsory in England anyway from what I’ve seen.
