Long time since my last post! Ive gotta get back on track! I've gained back 15 of my 40 i lost.. Time to get back to it.. Not to sure what my workout will be like due to the fact i work 40hrs a week and still have the kids to attend to.. So im going on my intermittent fasting for a week until i can find a routine..
Good morning! Anyone up for at 3 day fast? I need to drop these 4 pounds and would love some support! So for my 3 days, I will post every day my calories I burn at end of the day.

So I started my period 😔 so Im feeling like a fat cow.. I hate this.. But I know I can lose this weight.. I planned on fasting but I think I'm going to wait until I'm off my period. So omad for me. Just one salad and lots of water.
So I'm going to get back to skating at least 3 times a week. I Would start today but weather sucks in Vegas. Doing some at-home workouts until the weather is better
