Okay but imagine Sokka does pick up painting and sketching, really having a good time just having fun and being creative. But after a few comments from others and friends, his love for it just becomes… less.

After another snide comment, Sokka ends up just crumbling up the paper and throwing it away, wanting to get rid of all of it’s existence. He was SO proud of his work and all he did was show a friend who just promptly laughed at him. Sokka vowed to never pick up the hobby again.

But Zuko found that art in the trash, just ended up passing by and stumbling across it. He instantly recognized it was Sokka’s. He’s clearly blown away, because Sokka’s art has been improving! But why would Sokka throw it away… maybe he accidentally tossed it? So he keeps it and goes home, where he hangs it up on his bedroom’s wall.

And one day Sokka goes over and sees all the art and doddles Zuko’s kept from him all over his walls. All this stuff that he created was being loved for once.

So he picks up art again, with every intention to dedicate each work towards Zuko. And he becomes really damn good.

The fact that they made the Air Nation women hijabis in LOK means so much to me.

Hey I just got an idea

What if Zuko got Sokka’s necklace instead of Katara’s and he kept it but one day he had it with him and he didn’t had pockets so the most sensible thing was putting it on so he did but kind of forgot about it ‘till one day (before Ozai’s fall) Sokka noticed it and he was like “Hey this is my necklace! I wondered where it was!” and Zuko was all like “Shit I forgot to give it back to you im sorry” but Sokka was just standing there trying not to die because Zuko looked way better with water tribe accessories

I wish I could articulate something meaningful regarding what's happening right now in Palestine but I just can't. Because how can anyone encapsulate the sheer horror of what happened at Al-Shifa? The Flour Massacre, and it isn't a singular event even, IOF and Israel's colonizer state keeps doing it.
