Most often kisses with Viren are short and sweet, a goodbye before he leaves in the morning and a hello when he comes back in the evening

He’s a busy man and he doesn’t always have time for more than that in the day to day

Just a simple press of the lips that gets the point across

He usually hugs you to accompany these kisses, just a loose arm around your waist to keep you close to him for a moment

Maybe he rests his forehead on yours and breathes in your scent before pecking you on the lips and going on his way

On the other hand.........

Viren likes to dominate, he likes to be in charge of people, and he likes to be respected and even feared

So it’s no surprise that when things get heated he’s rough, demanding

He’ll grab your hips and kiss you with a hunger that leaves you weak in the knees

He loves pushing you up against a wall, caging you in with his arms, pressing his body to yours so you know how badly he wants you

I know y’all probably don’t care because it’s a different fandom but I wrote a scene for The Arcana visual novel fandom a while back with my fan apprentice Maere and her main love interest Julian. I think it’s pretty good!

Maere + Julian - bath scene

Yep, I wrote the entire bath scene with Maere and Julian, under the cut because it turned out kinda long. I hope it isn’t too boring - a lot of it, especially dialogue, is from the game but I also improvised quite a bit, too. You can really insert any female Apprentice in here, if you can ignore the use of the name Maere! Enjoy~

The splendor of Nadia’s bathroom amazes Maere from the moment she and Julian enter it. Exquisite, tall arches curve over doors and windows, elegant designs hand carved into the marble that catch the candlelight and that of the moon, hovering outside the large open balcony overlooking the city. Sheer drapes flutter delicately in the night breeze, as if waving a gentle hello to the glittering stars above. It’s fairly quiet, muffled cheers and laughs floating up through the window from the Masquerade below, but distant enough to fade out of mind.

Hello all

Wow it’s been a while hasn’t it? Life is rough sometimes and it gets in the way often. School in the fall was hard - harder than any semester so far! - and family life was a struggle in the midst of my parents’ divorce finalizing and figuring out how to cope with that.

But! I’m back now. I’ve caught my breath and healed as much as I think I can for now. And so, I’m diving back into this account tentatively. My first jaunt was rather short-lived and I hope this one will last longer. That being said, spring semester starts up soon and I’ll be balancing 6 classes, 2 jobs, volunteer time and my personal life until May. So I very well may drop off the face of the Earth again.

Anyway, all that to say that I hope to finish all of the requests that are decaying in my inbox soon, so keep an eye out for those. And feel free to send in more, if you’re willing to wait for it to be answered!

I finally registered for January/spring classes! I’m super excited as it’s my last semester at community college and then I’ll be transferring to a 4 year university just a few hours away. It’s all so exciting! I didn’t expect my last semester to come so quickly, but I guess it’s true that time flies when you’re balls to the wall busy 24/7 huh?

Poor you, you find yourself bombarded by an onslaught of Lance’s “smooth” pickup lines, and then Keith awkwardly trying to be sweet, and then the both of them fighting with each other. ALL IN THE SAME DAY.

It’s exhausting I’m sure

The other paladins (coughPidgecough) make bets on who’s gonna get the girl

(Everyone participates except Shiro, who is too old and tired for this shit)

Now, you aren’t oblivious, you know Keith and Lance are vying for your affection

And letting them down easy hasn’t seemed to do the trick. At this point it seems like they’re just competing with each other for their own ego rather than for you

But, hey, it’s funny sometimes, so you suppose it can’t hurt too much

They’re polar opposites as far as flirting goes

Lance is bold and charismatic

Keith is....uh...well, he’s trying

Most of the time they feed off of each other, so like Lance will give you a pickup line and a winning smile and start a conversation while Keith watches from a distance and broods

And then later Keith will catch you training (he acts like it’s totally a coincidence that he found you on the training deck even though he totally knows your entire daily routine just from observing you constantly) and try to impress you with knife tricks or sparring moves

You love them both but boy do you wish they would move on already

When you were assigned to be Viren’s bodyguard, you had only ever met him a few times

He was aloof, not very personable, definitely nothing memorable or spectacular

What a boring job you’d been given, to follow around the most bland person in the entire castle all day every day and keep him safe

You bet the most exciting thing he ever did was fold laundry

It wasn’t until months after your assignment that you realized you were so very wrong

Viren was very charming in an offhand, sarcastic kind of way, and maybe that’s why it took you by such surprise when you realized that you held affections for him

A tentative relationship blossomed from there

Some Crownguard frowned upon the relationship, saying that it was a distraction from your job - which was the whole reason you had fallen in love in the first place

You put your foot down when your superior pulled you aside to consider a reassignment

You liked this assignment, and you were doing your job well, so why in the world would they need to reassign?

Among the Crownguard who were hesitant about your relationship with Viren was Soren

I don’t think Soren would have an issue with you particularly, but he would have issues with fighting for his father’s attentions

Soren already tries so hard to impress his dad and be noticed, and now with you in the mix? You can see why he might be a little bit bitter

Claudia likes you well enough

She hangs around you a lot, just to talk and have someone to spend time with

Viren told you once that his kids’ mother left their lives when Claudia was very young, so she is soaking up the maternal-figure presence that you provide, that she’s never had before

Headcanons for Coran being a father figure to the reader, who has to replace Shiro as a leader and is under a lot of pressure?

Of course! One order of dad!Coran comin right up.

Coran worries hard for you.

I think he would kind of unintentionally become your father figure.

Like he didn’t really mean to, he just wanted to make sure you were doing alright.

Being leader of Team Voltron is hard work and honestly you don’t know how Shiro made it look so easy.

There are days at a time where you give up eating or sleeping in favor of work, whether it be Coalition planning or diplomatic matters or simply making sure your paladins are hanging in there.

The pressure is immense and it’s only a matter of time before you start cracking under the weight of it all.

Coran notices. He notices every meal you skip, every morning you wipe the sleep off of your face and set your jaw and put on a brave face for the team, and he can see right through your strong facade.

He starts bringing you meals, at least once a day. He cooks special dishes for you, nutrient rich and healthy.

Unfortunately space goo is gross no matter how you prepare it, but he tries for you anyway.

He helps you with your responsibilities.

Let him coordinate with that alien king so you can get some rest. Let him review your plans so you don’t spend hours poring over it just to lose your train of thought and have to start over for the nth time. He’s more than willing to help.

Neither of you are sure when you started to develop that father/child dynamic.

I’m a believer that he had a family back on Altea that got left behind when it was destroyed, so this relationship really fills a void he’s been struggling with for a while.

For you, he’s a pillar of support that you sorely need to cope.

You see sides of Coran that maybe even Allura has never seen. Paternal, worried, doting Coran.

(Of course, he still makes terrible jokes no matter what mood he’s in.)

You know what he wants when he pushes you against the wall, all heavy lidded eyes and wetted, shiny lips. Keith cages you in his arms, poises over you, his hair falling around his face irresistibly. You reach up and comb your fingers through it, relishing in the way he leans into your touch.

“I love you,” he murmurs, barely more than a rumble in his chest. It vibrates through your body, makes you warm in a way that no one else ever had. You’re bare beneath his gaze, vulnerable, even though you’re fully clothed.

“Show me,” you murmur, shifting your hips forward into his. Keith swallows, watching you from under his lashes. Your heart skips a beat when he bites his bottom lip. Does he know how he looks when he does that?

Suddenly he leans forward and catches you in a hard kiss. He’s pulling away after just a second, leaving you to chase him as he goes. Again, and again, he teases you, until your head is spinning and all you can think is more. You whine, tossing your head back against the wall.

“Please,” you whisper, “I want you.”

Keith tips his head back - God his throat just looks so kissable right now, how can someone be so attractive without even realizing it? - and grins.

Yo, can I get a VLD and TDP crossover headcanons for uhhhhh, Callum and Keith bonding. Pls

SKAHJSHFJKS I LOVE THIS IDEA! Crossover headcanons are something I never knew I needed in my life. 

First off, Callum thinks Keith is, like, the coolest person to ever exist. Ever.

Like, he’s badass, good with a sword, and strong, and brave, but also nice and kind and attentive? Wow.

Keith thinks Callum is a good kid, annoying sometimes, but he’s got a good head on his shoulders and his heart is in the right place. 

I think at first Callum would just kind of gravitate toward Keith and Keith would just “k” and let the kid follow him around.

Like literally Callum just lurks wherever Keith is and it’s so painfully obvious but Keith doesn’t have the heart to tell him to fuck off.

Eventually Callum nervously asks Keith to help him with sword fighting (not that Keith would necessarily be a more effective teacher than Soren, but at least he would be more patient and less mean.) 

Keith reluctantly agrees.

The first time they ever meet to train, Callum shows up in his armor, with his chest puffed out and his helmet two sizes too big. Obviously trying to be the Cool Guy. 

Keith thinks he looks utterly ridiculous, but he hands him a training sword anyway and tells him to get into a fighting stance so they can begin.

…Let’s just say Keith was not prepared for the level of Bad that Callum is with a sword. 

After an hour the poor kid is on the ground, dressed in ill-fitting armor, sweaty and covered in dust and dirt and looking very disappointed that he just couldn’t do anything quite right, and Keith feels bad. He’s a good kid, and he’s trying his best.

He leans down and offers his hand to Callum and helps him off the ground.

“Hey, nice work today. We can work on it again tomorrow.”

Callum lights up at the invitation to continue training.

And that’s the beginning of their relationship. Callum appreciates the older brother influence Keith has, it’s a feeling he never really got with Soren, and Keith appreciates having someone look up to him. 

Maybe I got carried away but skdhfjdksh this was a beautiful request and I might just have to expand upon this concept at a later date because now I’m super invested in it. Thanks anon!
